In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet industry, the publicity effect of paperbark walnuts has been substantially increased, and the consumption and demand of paperbark walnuts have been rising, and the output of paperbark walnuts in China has also increased year by year. This paper takes the panel data of the top three prefecture-level cities in each GDP ranking of five provinces in northwest China from 2012 to 2021 as the sample and combines the DEA model with Malmquist to evaluate and analyze the logistics efficiency of paper walnuts in northwest China. It is found that the overall logistics efficiency of paperback walnuts in Northwest China has been improved in recent years, but there are still areas that need to be improved, such as the factor distribution is not reasonable enough; the logistics efficiency of paperback walnuts in Northwest China from 2012 to 2021 is in a fluctuating state; the logistics efficiency of paperback walnuts in Shaanxi Province is better than the other provinces and is in the leading position; the improvement of technological progress has a key role in the total factor productivity improvement. As a result, this paper puts forward five specific suggestions based on the research results to help accelerate the improvement of paper walnut logistics efficiency in Northwest China. The stability assessment of loess slopes is of great significance for slope reinforcement and safety assessment. This research studies the main factors affecting the stability of the loess slope through the summary and analyzes the failure cases of the loess slope in Shaanxi Province. The importance of influencing factors was studied through numerical simulation method, sensitivity analysis method, and gray correlation analysis method, and the weight value method was given. On this basis, we have developed the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model method for assessing the stability of loess slopes based on the principle of maximum membership degree. Finally, the method was applied to the stability analysis of the actual loess slope, and the rationality and correctness of the loess slope stability evaluation method proposed in this paper were demonstrated. The results showed that, for the Shaanxi loess slope, the probability of instability of the positive slopes is far greater than that of negative slopes; the greater the slope gradient, the more unstable the loess slopes. Collapse mainly occurs in the range of 10–40 m slope height. There is a significant positive correlation between rainfall and the probability of loess landslides. The degree of correlation between the factors influencing slope stability and the safety factor can be categorized from strong to weak as follows: slope inclination > internal friction angle > height of the slope > gravitational forces > cohesion > Poisson's ratio > modulus of elasticity, and the influence of Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus can be ignored. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the gray correlation degree method established in this paper was used to evaluate the stability of the loess slopes. Toll-gates are crucial points of management and key congestion bottleneck for the freeway. In order to avoid traffic deterioration and alleviate traffic congestion in advance, it is necessary to predict and evaluate the congestion in toll-gates scattering in large-scale region of freeway network. In this paper, traffic volume and operational delay time are selected from various traffic indicators to evaluate congestion considering the particular characteristics of the traffic flow within the toll-gate area. The congestion prediction method is designed including two modules: a deep learning (DL) prediction and a fuzzy evaluation. We propose a modified deep learning method based on graph convolutional network (GCN) structure in the fusion of dilated causal mechanism and optimize the method for spatial feature extraction by constructing a new adjacency matrix. This new AI network could process spatiotemporal information of traffic volume and operational delay time, that extracted from large-scaled toll-gates spontaneously, and predict key indicators in 15/30/60 min future time. The evaluation module is proposed based on these predicted results. Then, fuzzy C-means algorithm (FCM) is further modified by determining coupling weight for these two key indicators to detect congestion state. Original traffic data are obtained from the current 186 toll-gates served on the freeway network in Shaanxi Province, China. Experimental tests are carried out based on historical data of four months after preprogressing. The comparative tests show the proposed CPT-DF (congestion prediction on toll-gates using deep learning and fuzzy evaluation) outperforms the current-used other models by 6-15%. The successful prediction could extend to the real-time prediction and early warning of traffic congestion in the toll system to improve the intelligent level of traffic emergency management and guidance on the key road of disasters to some extent. Traditional historical buildings carry the culture and spirit of China for thousands of years and have a unique charm that modern buildings do not have. However, traditional historical buildings have gradually declined over time, and their restoration not only takes time and materials but also causes certain harm to the environment. Therefore, this paper has aimed to explore how traditional historical buildings can develop in a sustainable and ecologically adaptive image in modern times. For traditional historical buildings, this paper has taken traditional cave dwellings in northern Shaanxi as an example to analyze their ecological adaptability, and based on the analysis results, traditional cave dwellings have been transformed. Specifically, this paper has taken the comfort of residential houses as the evaluation standard and has selected the thermal stability of the building and the energy consumption of heat supply as indicators to compare and analyze the traditional cave dwellings and the renovated cave dwellings. The experimental results of this paper have found that the traditional historical buildings are the crystallization of the wisdom of the ancients for thousands of years. However, due to the limitation of technology, the lighting and thermal stability of traditional cave dwellings are not high. After scientific design, the lighting and thermal stability of the transformed cave are 100% and 30% higher than those of the traditional cave, respectively, and the heating energy consumption is reduced by 50%. This paper proposed a method based on the SBAS-InSAR and gray wolf optimization algorithm aiming at the time-consuming and laborious defects of the traditional method used to obtain the expected parameters of the probability integral method and the shortcomings of the InSAR technology in the field of large gradient deformation detection in the mining area. The fitness function of the algorithm was established based on the geometric relationship between the radar side imaging and the three-dimensional model of the probability integral method. The stable sinking point of the settlement boundary obtained by SBAS-InSAR was used as the input value for the calculation of the predicted parameters of the probability integral method. Firstly, the simulation experiment was employed for the simulation of the direction of the InSAR line of sight combined with the geological mining conditions of the assumed working face, thereby obtaining the probability integral prediction parameters of the working face. Consequently, the maximum relative error of q , b , tanβ, and θ 0 does not exceed 8%, and that of S 1 , S 2 , S 3 , and S 4 does not exceed 35.5% (low parameter sensitivity). The error of the LOS-direction deformation fitting is 0.076 m, which meets the tolerance requirements, and the result is trustworthy. At last, the parameter finding method is applied to the engineering example, that is, the 112201 working face of Xiaobaodang Coal Mine in the northern Shaanxi mining area. The settlement value of the stable boundary point is obtained based on the SBAS-InSAR results, which is substituted into the fitness function. And the GWO optimization algorithm is used for optimization and parameter finding; the probability integral expected parameters of the working face are calculated as q = 0.63 , b = 0.37 , tan β = 2.76 , θ 0 = 83.94 , S 1 = − 36.34 m , S 2 = 26.69 m , S 3 = − 45.64 m , and S 4 = 39.62 m. Substitute the obtained parameters into the probability integral model for the prediction of the vertical and horizontal displacements of the working face, and verify its accuracy with the GPS measured data. The results showed that the maximum absolute error of vertical displacement reached 116 mm, the median error was 63 mm, and the maximum absolute error of north-south horizontal movement reached 56 mm; meanwhile, the median error was 23 mm, the maximum absolute error of east-west horizontal movement reached 61 mm, and the median error was 29 mm; all the above parameters are within the tolerance range, indicating that the method for the calculation of probability integral parameters proposed in this paper is applicable in actual engineering. Monitoring environmental water quality in an efficient, cheap, and sustainable way can better serve the country's strategic requirements for water resources and water ecological protection. This paper takes the Shaanxi section of the Weihe River Basin as a pilot project and aims to use the Internet of Things technology to develop water quality monitoring sensors, so as to realize the construction of low-cost, high-reliability water quality monitoring demonstration applications. First of all, we established the design of the water quality collection terminal, designed the low-power water quality sensor node, supported the Internet of Things protocol and the collection of various water quality parameters, and used networking for data transmission. Secondly, we use the ant colony algorithm-based system clustering model to obtain a cluster map of water quality monitoring tasks in a certain section of the Weihe River Basin. We take the task clustering graph as an example for analysis, optimize the monitoring model through the ant colony algorithm, and obtain the weight of the optimization index. The weight of the scheduled task limit of the monitoring point becomes larger, so the release of the monitoring task mainly affects the limit of the scheduled task of the monitoring point. Through the above work, we designed and implemented a set of online water quality monitoring system based on the Internet of Things and data mining technology. The southern Shaanxi Province, China, has abundant iron ore resources due to local ideal metallogenic conditions. The development and utilization of iron ore resources and other related industries serve as important pillars of the regional economy. In this paper, principals and methodology of system dynamics are adopted to develop a system model of interactions of development and utilization of mineral resources, social economy, and ecological environment, using the iron ore reserves in the southern Shaanxi region as a resource base, the regional GDP as a benchmark of regional economic development, and the environmental treatment expenditure as the measurement of the regional environmental protection efforts. The model is performed based on an optimized neural network by the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Through setting variables and parameters for the system and model simulation as well as comparative research, this paper analyzes the interconnectivity and interaction of the three subsystems and explores associated relationships among mineral resources, social economy, and environmental carrying capacity in the southern Shaanxi region. In addition, the present study also proposes advice on the development and utilization of iron ore resources, ecological protection, and high-quality development of the economy in the southern Shaanxi region based on the research results. The higher contribution of traffic delay to environmental impacts is urging the highway agencies to take work zone management into the maintenance schemes decision-making. Aiming to understand the role of work zone management in user CO2 emissions reduction, this paper firstly developed a practical methodological framework of traffic delay-related CO2 emissions caused by highway maintenance based on a popular life cycle user cost analysis approach in regard of the microscopic vehicle operation analysis. The method was applied in an actual freeway flexible pavement with 15-year design life in Shaanxi Province, China, covering three types of preventive maintenance, correction maintenance, and rehabilitation. In addition, the impacts of key inputs of proposed method on work zone user CO2 emissions results were checked. The results show that traffic delay attributes to 29.4% of total CO2 emissions of the life cycle of highway pavement maintenance, and 51.8% of work zone user CO2 emissions result from preventive maintenance, especially from micro vehicle operations including speed change and queue near work zone (62% of total work zone user CO2 emissions). The work zone management alternative strategies related to less traffic volume or higher highway capacity including vehicle type limitation and the limited work zone speed have an advantage in reducing the work zone CO2 emissions over changing work zone length or work zone timing. When stratified mining is used in extrathick coal seam, the gas emission in goaf of the first mining face is large, and it is easy to cause gas overrun in the upper corner during the rapid advance of the working face, which seriously affects the safe and efficient mining of the working face. The gas drainage in goaf by roof high-drainage way is the fundamental solution to solve the gas overrun in the upper corner, and the reasonable layout position is related to the drainage effect of high-drainage way. In this paper, 206 slicing mining face of Tingnan Coal Mine in Binchang Mining Area of Shaanxi Province is taken as an engineering example. Theoretical analysis, fluent numerical simulation, and field verification are used to study and analyze the reasonable layout position and drainage effect of roof high-drainage way in working face. The research results show that the reasonable position of the high-drainage way layout is the horizontal distance of 15 m, the vertical distance of 21 m and 26 m, the horizontal distance of 25 m, and the vertical distance of 21 m and 26 m. In the layout position of 15 m horizontal and 21 m vertical, the gas drainage volume of high-drainage roadway is 16.4~23.3 m3/min, and the average gas drainage volume is 20.45 m3/min. The gas drainage volume of high-drainage roadway accounts for 52.1% of the gas emission, which achieves the expected effect and realizes the safety requirements of gas prevention and control in working face. In highway management, the prediction of the routine maintenance cost of tunnels is an important issue in saving tunnel maintenance costs due to its uncertainty, and the influencing factors should be carefully selected because too many variables could not be involved in the model. The complicated relationship between variables may lead to the inconsistency of model coefficients with the actual situation even though the goodness of fit of the model constructed with more variables is higher. This paper presents an approach in which quantitative analysis is combined with qualitative analysis to quickly select the independent variables of the tunnel routine maintenance cost (TMC) model. Based on the routine maintenance data collection of nine highway tunnels in Shaanxi province from 2007 to 2016, the independent variables of the models are determined with one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, partial correlation, and hierarchical regression. Afterwards, a fixed-effect regression model which can reflect the overall regional features is developed. Results show that tunnel age (Age) and tunnel length proportion (PET) have less effect on TMC among the main influencing factors such as district, Age, annual average daily traffic volume (AADT), truck traffic volume proportion (PTT), PET, and number of ventilation facilities (NVF), while the NVF makes a positive contribution to the TMC. Compared with grouped regression models, the fixed-effect regression model has higher fitting accuracy and a better regression coefficient significance. The quick independent variable selection method can shorten the time of establishing the model and determine the influencing factors of the research object effectively. The established model is suitable for forecasting the TMC and budget arrangement. Evaluation of the carrying capacity of mineral resources is one of the important research content in the implementation of sustainable development. Based on analyzing the metallogenic geological characteristics, distribution, and resource status of mineral resources in southern Shaanxi, this paper establishes an analysis model of mineral resources and mineral advantages based on the analytic hierarchy process and applies them to evaluate the advantages of mineral resources. To provide optimal and efficient results, an improved model of an artificial neural network based on the bat optimization algorithm has been utilized. Through model analysis, the potential value and carrying capacity of mineral resources in three major prefecture-level cities in southern Shaanxi are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed. The results show that the main dominant minerals in southern Shaanxi are gold, lead zinc, and molybdenum ore. The disposable income of residents can reflect the living standard of people in the area. For government departments, it is necessary to master the trend of rural resident income to formulate corresponding policies benefiting farmers. Thus, this paper proposes a grey model with an improved jellyfish search optimizer to predict the rural resident income in Shaanxi Province. Firstly, by applying fractional-order modified strategy and Gaussian mutation mechanism to the original algorithm, the proposed algorithm shows better performance in solving accuracy, stability, and convergence acceleration when compared with different classical methods on cec2017 and cec2019 test functions. Then, based on the fractional time-delayed grey model, a discrete fractional time-delayed grey model with triangular residual correction (TDFTDGM) is proposed by replacing the derivative with a first-order difference and introducing the triangular residual correction functions. Finally, the improved jellyfish search optimizer is used to explore the optimal order of the TDFTDGM model. The all-around performance of the forecast model is incomparable to additional grey models compared on four measure criteria, which means it is a practical approach for long-term prediction with small samples. Generally, in medical colleges and universities, discipline is assumed as one the challenging and predominant research domain both for staff and students. Therefore, in this paper, we have aimed to explore the discipline construction and development of medical colleges and universities in a complex environment. First, the contribution model of advantageous discipline construction to improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities is implemented. Second, the staff involved in discipline construction in medical colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province are investigated. Finally, the structural equation model (SEM) is used to test the hypotheses and verify the basic elements of the construction of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. The results show that discipline construction in colleges and universities includes the construction of advantageous characteristics, the construction of the academic echelon, the construction of scientific research, the construction of resource conditions, and the construction of talent training. The five elements interact and jointly affect the construction of advantageous disciplines in colleges and universities. And they have different effects on the university's core competitiveness. Among them, the advantage trait construction has an implicit effect on the improvement of efficient management ability, and the influence of resource condition construction is indirect. The fierce competition in tourism has brought a string of problems, such as the homogeneous development of regional tourism resources and the escalation of regional competition. One key issue in urban tourism today is how to identify competitors, recognize own advantageous resources, and clarify the direction of development. This paper evaluates the competitiveness of regional tourism in three steps: setting up an evaluation system, calculating niche and niche overlap, and conducting synthesis and cluster analysis. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation system of urban tourism niche was established, which includes such four dimensions as tourism resources, tourism market, social economy, and eco-environment, and the weight of each index was calculated by entropy method. Next, regional niche and niche overlap were computed by niche theory. Taking the mean of niche overlap and that of composite niche as the references, the authors drew an overall distribution map of regional tourism niche. After that, a cluster analysis was carried out with the four-dimensional niche and composite niche of regional tourism. Finally, an empirical analysis was performed on the tourism competitiveness in ten prefectures of Shaanxi Province, using the data in 2010–2018. Fast road emergency response can minimize the losses caused by traffic accidents. However, emergency rescue on urban arterial roads is faced with the high probability of congestion caused by accidents, which makes the planning of rescue path complicated. This paper proposes a refined path planning method for emergency rescue vehicles on congested urban arterial roads during traffic accidents. Firstly, a rescue path planning environment for emergency vehicles on congested urban arterial roads based on the Markov decision process is established, which focuses on the architecture of arterial roads, taking the traffic efficiency and vehicle queue length into consideration of path planning; then, the prioritized experience replay deep Q-network (PERDQN) reinforcement learning algorithm is used for path planning under different traffic control schemes. The proposed method is tested on the section of East Youyi Road in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China. The results show that compared with the traditional shortest path method, the rescue route planned by PERDQN reduces the arrival time to the accident site by 67.1%, and the queue length at upstream of the accident point is shortened by 16.3%, which shows that the proposed method is capable to plan the rescue path for emergency vehicles in urban arterial roads with congestion, shorten the arrival time, and reduce the vehicle queue length caused by accidents. Beef is an important high-nutrition livestock product, and several byproducts, such as bovine cartilage, are produced during slaughter. To effectively utilize these agricultural and pastoral byproducts, combined (trypsin-papain) enzymolysis and cetylpyridine chloride purification methods were used to obtain chondroitin sulfate (CS) from the nasal cartilage of Shaanxi Yellow cattle. The effects of pH, temperature, and time on the CS yield during enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated, and the CS extraction process was optimized using response surface methodology. The best yield of CS was 21.62% under the optimum conditions of pH 6.51, temperature of 64.53°C, and enzymolysis time of 19.86 h. The molecular weight of CS from Shaanxi cattle nasal cartilage was 89.21 kDa, glucuronic acid content was 31.76 ± 0.72 %, protein content was 1.12 ± 0.03 %, and sulfate group content was 23.34 ± 0.08 %. The nasal cartilage CS of the Yellow cattle showed strong DPPH•, •OH, and ABTS+• radical scavenging abilities and ferrous reduction ability in the experimental concentration range. Weibei area is the largest limestone resource area in Shaanxi Province, which is an important boundary to distinguish the climate difference between the south and the north of China, and also a significant ecological safety protection barrier in the northwest of China. The complex geological environment and harsh environment make the mining area have serious geological disaster hidden danger. Based on the site engineering geological data of typical limestone quarry slope in Weibei, this paper constructs a three-dimensional geological model, uses FLAC3D software to simulate excavation, and analyzes the stress and strain law of the quarry slope. SlopeLE software was used to analyze the safety factor of slope stability and the potential slip surface before and after taking reinforcement measures. The results show the following: (1) Limestone is the main rock component of the mine, followed by mudstone. The joint and fissure are developed, the rock mass is broken, and the hidden danger of engineering geological disaster is high. (2) There is a sliding trend in both sides during excavation, and the maximum vertical displacement is 2.1 cm. (3) If the slope is reinforced according to the design scheme, the slope stability safety factor will be increased from 1.062 to 1.203 in a stable state, which greatly improves the stability of the slope and provides a guarantee for human and financial resources. Taking northwestern China's Shaanxi Province as the object, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system (CES) for new urbanization and a CES for eco-environment. On this basis, the coordination coupling between new urbanization and eco-environment in Shaanxi and its key factors were evaluated and analyzed, using composite index method, relative development level model, coupling degree model, and coordination coupling degree (CCD) model. The results show that the development level of new urbanization in the province increased linearly, while that of eco-environment rose slowly; the relative development between the two systems gradually changed from the development lag of eco-environment to the development lag of new urbanization; the CCD between the two shifted from medium incoordination to high coordination; the coordinated development between the two systems is greatly driven by per-capita gross domestic product (GDP) in the new urbanization system, and the park area in the eco-environment system. To study the mechanisms of strong and weak combined water on the mechanical properties of in situ loess deformation and strength, triaxial compression tests with different combined water contents were carried out to in situ loess in a region of Shaanxi Province, China. The influence on the mechanical properties and structural variation of in situ loess was discussed from the perspective of combined water. The endogenous factors of deformation and strength properties of in situ loess in triaxial tests were investigated from a fine-scale perspective by combining numerical simulations of discrete elements. The results show that the failure specimen under the condition of strong combined water has an obvious shear band and shows brittle failure. The failure mode of soil samples under weak combined water is characterized by no obvious cracks and bulging, which is plastic failure. The water content at the boundary of strong and weak combined water is the boundary to distinguish weak and strong strain hardening. With the increase of combined water, the ultimate strength, the structural strength, and structural parameters decrease, and the initial structural parameters decrease nonlinearly, resulting in the decrease of soil structure and deformation resistance. Weak combined water is the main factor affecting soil structure. The particle flow numerical simulation explains the whole process of triaxial test of in situ loess from macro to meso and explains from the meso perspective that the structural strength change of intact loess under different combined water contents is mainly caused by the change of contact force and pore between particles. Micropile reinforcement technology is widely used in landslide management, especially in landslide emergency rescue projects, due to easy construction, small soil disturbance, and strong site adaptability. Soil arch effect is an important prerequisite for safe and economic performance of the support function of micropile. For the swelling soil landslide of the accumulation layer in southern Shaanxi, firstly, a numerical model is established by means of thermal-mechanical coupling of FLAC3D to explore the variation of the soil arch form with different swelling forces. Then, two theoretical models are proposed under normal working condition and rainfall working condition. The evolution and failure mode of soil arch are analyzed. The results show that the soil expansion after rainfall causes the change of the soil arch mode, the range of pile-soil interaction is obviously reduced, and the soil arch effect is weakened. Objective. To investigate the clinical application of preoperative adductor canal block combined with general anaesthesia in elderly patients with total knee arthroplasty. Methods. Seventy-four patients scheduled for elective TKA in Shaanxi Nuclear Industry Hospital No. 215 were selected and were assigned into group A (continuous ACB prior to the induction of anaesthesia) and group B (continuous ACB after extraction of the tracheal catheter post-operatively) according to the random number table method. Pre and postoperative plasma adrenaline and noradrenaline levels were measured; mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were recorded at the admission and the surgical skin incision; intraoperative sufentanil dosage, number of analgesic pump presses at 48 h postoperatively; postoperative adverse effects and length of stay were recorded; resting and active VAS pain scores were assessed at 4, 8, 12, 24, and 48 h postoperatively. Results. Group B experienced a substantial increase in MAP and HR at the time of surgical skin incision, while group A registered a smaller change and a stable haemodynamic profile (P < 0.05). The plasma adrenaline and norepinephrine concentrations in group B were elevated compared to the preoperative period, differentially with group A. Group A received less intraoperative sufentanil than Group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion. Collectively, postoperative resting VAS scores and active VAS scores remained lower in TKA patients who were subjected to preoperative and postoperative ACB, while preoperative ACB in conjunction with general anaesthesia decreased intraoperative sufentanil dosage, contained the surgical stress response, and maintained a stable intraoperative haemodynamic state, in what is probably a preferable option for elderly patients undergoing TKA. The attractiveness of traditional exhibition halls to young people is gradually decreasing. Combining modern digital technology to improve the display effect of the exhibition hall can effectively enhance the effect of cultural publicity. This article introduces the technology of image interaction and mixed reality (MR) to improve the historical and cultural propaganda level of the Shaanxi exhibition hall. The advantages of MR technology in applying digital exhibition halls are theoretically expounded. A theoretical plan for Shaanxi history and culture-related display areas is designed using artificial intelligence combined with MR technology. In addition, the survey respondent's evaluation of the effect of the new exhibition hall is obtained using a questionnaire survey. The survey results show that 97% of people like the history and culture of Shaanxi but only 13% of the people say they know or know very well about the history and culture of Shaanxi. In addition, 60% of the tourists say they are satisfied with the cultural experience of Shaanxi, and only 27% of the tourists are very satisfied. Also, 96% of tourists are willing to experience Shaanxi's history and culture through digital exhibition halls, and 93% are willing to participate in cultural experience activities based on MR technology. The survey results prove that tourists are satisfied with the effect of the new exhibition hall. Tourists want to add a distinctive form of cultural experience to the exhibition hall. They are willing to accept digital exhibition halls incorporating MR technology and are very happy to participate in the exhibition method of image interaction. This shows that the use of image interactive display based on MR technology in the layout of the exhibition hall is recognized by people and has strong feasibility. With the strong development of industrial transformation, the digital economy, as the most dynamic, innovative, and widely radiated economic form at present, has become an important force driving the development of the global economy. Shaanxi Province has accelerated the development of the digital economy, and the development of the province's digital economy has shown a good trend. However, the current digital economy development measurement is still unable to accurately observe the development law of the digital economy industry, which makes it difficult to measure the control standards for the digital economy industry. Therefore, this study has evaluated the development of digital economy in Shaanxi Province based on machine learning algorithms. This study first puts forward the dimensions of digital economy monitoring and evaluation and then combines the characteristics of digital economy development in Shaanxi Province to determine the quality evaluation indicators of digital economy development. Finally, according to the machine learning algorithm, a quality evaluation model of digital economy development was established, and through the evaluation results, suggestions were put forward for the development plan of digital economy in Shaanxi Province. The experimental results showed that, after re-planning the digital economy in Shaanxi Province according to the evaluation results, the development of the digital economy in Shaanxi Province has increased by 9.82%, indicating that the evaluation model plays a good reference role in the formulation of the digital economy development plan. The main purpose of this research is to apply the logistic regression (LR) model, the support vector machine (SVM) model based on radial basis function, the random forest (RF) model, and the coupled model of the whale optimization algorithm (WOA) and genetic algorithm (GA) with RF, to make landslide susceptibility mapping for the Ankang City of Shaanxi Province, China. To this end, a landslide inventory map consisting of 4278 identified landslides is randomly divided into training and test landslides in a ratio of 7 : 3. The 15 landslide influencing factors are selected as follows: slope aspect, slope degree, elevation, terrain curvature, plane curvature, profile curvature, surface roughness, distance to faults, distance to roads, landform, lithology, distance to rivers, rainfall, stream power index (SPI), and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), and the potential multicollinearity problem among these factors is detected by Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC), variance inflation factor (VIF), and tolerance (TOL). We evaluate the performance of the model separately by statistical training and test dataset metrics, including sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, kappa, mean absolute error (MSE), root mean square error (RMSE), and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve. The training success rates of LR, SVM, RF, WOA-RF, and GA-RF models are 0.7546, 0.8317, 0.8561, 0.8804, and 0.8957; the testing success rates are 0.7551, 0.8375, 0.8395, 0.8348, and 0.85007. The results show that the GA significantly improves the predictive power of the RF model. Kiwifruit is an important economic crop in the world today with a high nutritional value. It can cause huge damage by causing kiwifruit rot disease; however, at present, the control methods for this disease are limited. In this study, the rotten fruits of kiwifruit (Cultivar "Jinyan") were collected from Pujiang city (Sichuan province), Xixia city, (Henan province), Zhouzhi (Shaanxi province), Meixian city (Shaanxi province), and Bijie (Guizhou province), China, and the pathogenic fungi were identified by isolation and purification, pathogenicity test, morphological characteristics, and analysis of ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer (rDNA-ITS) sequences. The results showed that the pathogenic fungi of kiwifruit rot disease were Botryosphaeria dothidea and Dothiorella gregaria. Meanwhile, the in vitro antifungal activity of 11 kinds of fungicides and 5 kinds of plant essential oils against B. dothidea and D. gregaria were determined and the results showed that all the tested fungicides and plant essential oils had a certain inhibitory effect on B. dothidea and D. gregaria. Among them, propiconazole had the best inhibitory effect on B. dothidea with an EC50 value of 4.10 mg/L, and quinolinone had the best inhibitory effect on D. gregaria with the EC50 value of 10.05 mg/L. Roof-breaking characteristics and ground pressure behavior of the coalface are instrumental in guiding deep Jurassic coal seam mining, in particular in the Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia regions of China. A thick-plate mechanical model (TPMM) of the main roof was developed and applied to the case study of 21102 first-mined coalface (FMC) of the Hulusu Coal Mine (HCM) in the Hujirt Mining Area (HMA), China. A theoretical analysis performed via the developed model revealed that the first and periodic breaking intervals of the main roof were 40.6 and 25.0 m, respectively. The roof failure occurred in the tensile mode, was controlled by the internal stress σ x in the rock strata, and started from the center of the long side with the fixed support in the goaf. The field measurement of roof weighting was also performed for the coalface advance from zero to 400 m. The measurement results showed that the first weighting average interval was 41.4 m, and the average interval of periodic weighting was 22.0 m, which agreed with the theoretical calculation and proved the proposed model's feasibility. Finally, the frequency distribution features of the hydraulic support working resistance in the FMC were analyzed statistically. The results showed that the ZY10000-16/32D supports could adapt to the mining geological conditions of the FMC. However, the margin of the rated working resistance of supports was still small. Thus, roof management enhancement during the mining process was strongly recommended. This exploration aims to explore the relationship between craftsman's spirit and the economic growth of the construction industry and discuss the heterogeneity of different regions to provide a reference for the development of the construction industry in each region. The annual data from 2011 to 2018 of China's 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) (except Tibet) is used as the research object. Based on defining the craftsman's spirit of the construction industry and constructing its comprehensive evaluation index system, a panel data model is established to analyze the relationship between the craftsman's spirit and the economic growth of the construction industry and regional differences. The empirical results show that the level of craftsman's spirit in China's construction industry is increasing year by year, showing a "gradient decreasing" trend in the east, the middle, and the west. Specific data show that, from 2011 to 2018, the craftsman's spirit of the construction industry in 30 provinces increased from 0.154 to 0.256. Among them, the craftsman's spirit index in Beijing in 2018 was 2.19 times higher than that in 2011, an increase of 119.38%, with the fastest growth rate. The growth rate of Shaanxi Province in recent 8 years is only 11.4%, which is relatively low. The craftsman's spirit has a positive impact on the economic growth of the construction industry, and there are regional differences. The promotion effect is more obvious in the central region, followed by the eastern region, and weaker in the western region. The research content has important reference value for improving the construction industry' attention to cultivating the craftsman's spirit of employees and promoting the coordinated development of regions. The Xiong'er Group is mainly distributed in western Henan, southern Shanxi, and southeastern Shaanxi. As a set of low-grade metamorphic and low-deformation volcanic rocks formed in the transition period during the tectonic evolution of the North China Craton in the Precambrian, the tectonic and magmatic evolution information of this period are well recorded. The accurate isotopic dating of the Xiong'er Group has great significance to the study of the stratigraphic division and formation of volcanic rocks in the Xiong'er Group and the improved cognition of regional tectonic magmatism. In this study, through the SHRIMP (sensitive high-resolution ion microprobe) zircon uranium-lead (U-Pb) isotope dating of the volcanic rocks of the Xiong'er Group in the Xiong'er Mountain, the research results showed that the age data were separated into two intervals, the magmatic zircon ages from 1836 to 1711 Ma and the inherited zircon ages from 2415 ± 19 to 2193 ± 34 Ma. The isotopic age of magmatic zircon was considered to represent the formation age of the Jidanping Formation in the Xiong'er Mountain, and the isotopic ages of the inherited zircons were consistent with the formation ages of the Taihua Group supracrustal rocks in the lower Xiong'er Group. Combined with previous studies on isotope and rock geochemistry of volcanic rocks in the Xiong'er Group, it was believed that the formation ages of the volcanic rocks of the Xiong'er Group are between 1874 and 1618 Ma, among the ages of the Xushan Formation, Jidanping Formation, and Majiahe Formation, which were concentrated between 1874 and 1800 Ma, 1836 and 1711 Ma, and 1780 and 1618 Ma, respectively. The age of inherited zircon in the volcanic rocks of the Xiong'er Group indicated that the formation of the volcanic rocks of the Xiong'er Group had the addition of stratigraphic materials from the Taihua Group. A small-pillar gob-side roadway showed rockburst appearance during the mining of a gob-side working face located in the Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia mining area. This study examines the 2202 gob-side working face of a coal mine in Inner Mongolia as a case study. A stress evolution model was built for the static-stress spatial islands formed by drainage regions and goafs based on the spatial relationships between drainage regions and goafs. The average microseismic frequency and energy of the high-stress zone of spatial islands were at least 1.37 times of those of other zones, validating the presence of spatial islands. The dynamic and static load effects of working face squaring were obtained based on the evolution of the stope roof as well as changes in microseismic data. Microseismically active zones were advanced to 200 m–300 m on working faces. The rockbursts induced by high static loads and dynamic and static loads formed by spatial islands and squaring were calculated. According to calculation results, the critical stress concentration value under high static loads was 3.27; the critical static stress concentration value under dynamic and static loads was 1.81. The superposition of drainage boundary stress, goaf lateral stress, and lead stress might reach the critical stress concentration under dynamic load disturbances, causing rockbursts. A stress adjustment scheme was established, including overall hydraulic fracturing of the external roof of the drainage region, reduction of stoping speed, and pressure relief of large-diameter boreholes. In order to understand detection of carotid atherosclerosis in the screening of high-risk stroke populations in a certain area of China, we have analyzed related risk factors of CAS. In accordance with the requirements of the "2015 Technical Plan for the Screening and Intervention Projects for High-Risk Stroke Populations," a cluster sampling method was used to select 4532 (number of screened persons from 2015 to 2021) permanent residents over 41 years old (一) in Shaheying Town, Liulin Town, Chenggu County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, and Da'an Town, Ningqiang County, and nearby communities are selected as the screening targets. We screened out high-risk groups of stroke based on big data technology and understood the detection of CAS. According to the screening results of big data technology, it was divided into two groups: CAS group and non-CAS group. The basic information, medical history, personal lifestyle, physical examination, and laboratory examination results of the two groups were classified and counted. The measurement data such as age and waist circumference of the two groups were tested by two independent samples, and the count data of gender, stroke history, hypertension, and other data were tested by the χ 2 test of the four-table data, and the logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors for CAS of population at high risk of stroke. The results proved the following: (1) Among the 4532 screeners, 865 cases were screened out of the high-risk population of stroke, with an average age of (58.5 ± 8.3) years, mainly 59 to 68 years old, accounting for 43.8%, and the male-to-female ratio was 1.6 : 1. (2) The detection rates of CAS, intimal thickening, plaque formation, and stenosis among high-risk groups of stroke were 55.5%, 10.2%, 52.2%, and 32.6%, respectively. (3) Among the high-risk groups of stroke, CAS patients have a history of stroke, the proportion of hypertension, age, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels that are higher than those in the non-CAS group, and the difference is statistically significant. (4) Logistic regression analysis shows that age, diabetes, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol are independent risk factors for CAS in the high-risk population of stroke in this area. In U-shaped ventilation working face, different tunnel section shapes are one of the important factors affecting the propagation of gas explosion shock wave. In order to study the propagation law of gas explosion shock wave in working face, the numerical simulation study was carried out by using Fluent simulation software combined with the actual situation of gas explosion in #415 working face of Chenjiashan Coal Mine in Shaanxi Province. By constructing a three-dimensional mathematical and physical model, a simulation study of the upper-corner gas explosion was carried out. The results are described as follows. (1) After the gas explosion shock wave propagates 40 m, the overpressure peak equidistant difference tends to be stable and attenuates and propagates in the form of a single shock wave. The study determines that the effective length of the U-shaped ventilation inlet/return tunnel is 40 m. (2) When the tunnel section is trapezoidal, the initial overpressure of the gas explosion shock wave propagating to the inlet/return airway is the highest, followed by rectangular and semicircular arches, but the internal overpressure attenuation trend of different cross-sectional shapes is the same. (3) The gas explosion shock wave propagates radially along the working face section during the working face propagation. The farther away the location is from the upper corner of the tunnel during a gas explosion with different cross-sectional shapes, the closer the cutoff overpressure peak is. The attenuation trend of overpressure with the propagation distance conforms to the power function law. As the aging continues, China has become the country with the largest older population. In order to ensure the well-being of older adults in their later years, the whole society is increasingly concerned about the mental health of older adults. In 2019, we conduct a questionnaire survey in Shaanxi Province. Stratified random sampling is used to select three representative cities, and 677 samples are selected from the survey results for research. By using the structural equation model, we aim to reveal the mechanism of leisure activities' influence on mental health of the older adults and verify whether social support and perceived stress play a mediating role. The study finds that the older adults' leisure activities have no significant direct impact on mental health. Social support has a significant mediating effect between leisure activities and mental health of the older adults. Leisure activities indirectly affect the mental health of the older adults through social support, and participation in leisure activities can improve the social support of the older adults, thus improving the mental health level of the older adults. Perceived stress plays a significant mediating role between leisure activities and mental health of the older adults. By participating in leisure activities, the perceived stress of the older adults will be reduced, thus improving their mental health. With the reduction and depletion of shallow energy, the mining depth of coal around the world is increasing year by year, and the mining depth of some coal mines in China has reached kilometers. The main roadway near the goaf with the deep high static stress is very easy to be damaged after being disturbed by the mine earthquake. Taking the main roadway in the no. 1 mining area of Gaojiapu coal mine in Binchang mining area, Shaanxi Province, China, as the engineering background, the high-energy mine earthquake monitored by the on-site microseism is equivalently simulated through the dynamic module of FLAC3D, and the spatial-temporal rotation characteristics of the principal stress of roadway surrounding rock under the disturbance of mine earthquake are studied and analyzed and put forward corresponding prevention and control measures. Research shows early stage of mine earthquake disturbance, roadway roof is first affected, and the principal stress of the roof has the trend of deflection to the side of the goaf. In the middle stage of mine earthquake disturbance, the main body of roof principal stress deflects to the side of goaf, and the deflection range is large. In the later stage of mine earthquake disturbance, the principal stress directions in the surrounding rock reverse rotation, and the reverse rotation angle of the principal stress direction in the roof is the largest. Finally, the asymmetric distribution characteristics of principal stress rotation are verified by using the asymmetric deformation phenomenon on both sides of roadway surrounding rock. Based on the rotation characteristics of principal stress under the dual influence of mine earthquake disturbance and goaf, optimize the layout scheme and blasting parameters of blasting pressure relief holes. The transmission direction of principal stress can be changed by blasting pressure relief method; meanwhile, the transmission of principal stress can be blocked; through the comparison of microseismic activity law before and after pressure relief, pressure relief effect is good.
