The process of roadway surrounding rock deformation and instability is always accompanied by energy changes, and the energy transformation of surrounding rock directly drives its deformation and failure. In order to realize the stability control of mining roadway, the distribution of elastic strain energy and plastic strain energy of surrounding rock was analyzed by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software on the basis of the energy transformation law of sandstone under different confining pressures revealed by indoor triaxial compression test. Based on this, combined with the energy transformation, the principle of roadway surrounding rock stability control technology is proposed. One is to reduce the elastic strain energy of surrounding rock, that is, by increasing the extension of support body, part of the roadway energy is transferred to the support body, so as to improve the energy release of surrounding rock, or by optimizing the layout of roadway to reduce the energy accumulation of surrounding rock. The second is to increase the plastic strain energy of surrounding rock, that is, to increase the energy dissipation of surrounding rock by setting weak structure. The above research results are applied to the surrounding rock control of the right second transport roadway in the 91st coal of Xinjian coal mine. After the optimization of support measures, the roadway surface displacement and its increase rate decreased significantly, roof subsidence decreased from 247 mm to 62 mm, floor heave decreased from 120 mm to 26 mm, and the right rib shrinkage decreased from 292 mm to 94 mm, that is, the floor heave control effect was particularly obvious. The deformation of surrounding rock gradually stabilized after 45 days.

In underground engineering, the deformation and failure process of the surrounding rock of the roadway is always accompanied by the occurrence of energy. The study of the energy distribution law of the surrounding rock of the roadway plays an important role in its stability. This paper first theoretically analyzes the stress and energy distribution law of the surrounding rock of the roadway, then with the help of numerical simulation method, combined with the existing physical and mechanical parameters, based on the existing support parameters of Dongrong No. 2 Mine, gradually compares and analyzes the distribution of vertical stress and energy under the three support methods of no support, original support, and combined support, and the results found that the vertical stress distribution law under the three support methods is basically the same. High-stress areas appear on the two ribs of the roadway, and low-stress areas appear on the roof and floor. The range of high-stress areas from no support to combined support continues to decrease and becomes more evenly distributed. The energy distribution pattern is basically the same. The overall energy of the coal seam is high. There are high-energy areas at 2 m left and right of the roadway, and the roof and floor energy of the roadway is the smallest. The low energy area extends 5 m up and down, respectively. The range of high-energy areas from no support to combined support is shrinking, and the energy distribution is more uniform.

Aiming at the shortcomings of the sparrow search algorithm (SSA), such as falling into local optimum and slow convergence speed, an improved sparrow search algorithm based on multimixed strategy (MISSA) is proposed in this paper. In the initial stage, the iterative chaotic mapping is used to initialize the population in order to improve the diversity of population. In the foraging stage, the golden sine algorithm and nonlinear convergence factor strategy are introduced to optimize the discoverer-follower model, which make search process more comprehensive and extensive for the discoverer. The elite opposition-based learning strategy is used to update the optimal solution and the population obtained in each iteration to improve the self-learning ability of the algorithm. To verify the rationality of the multimixed strategy selection and efficiency of the proposed algorithm, MISSA is compared with three derived single-strategy improved algorithms, other improved SSAs, and five typical swarm intelligence algorithms using ten basic benchmark functions and CEC 2014 function. The optimization results, diversity analysis, and Wilcoxon rank-sum test results certify that the proposed MISSA has better optimization accuracy, convergence speed, and robustness than other compared methods. Moreover, the practicability and feasibility of MISSA are verified by solving the traveling salesman problem (TSP).

With the increase of underground mining depth in coal mines, the distribution of stress fields in deep mining becomes more complex, and the stress localization characteristics are obvious. In order to obtain the local mechanical properties and energy evolution of sandstone, this article is based on the three-point bending experiment and combined with the localized failure theory to explore the evolution law of stress field, deformation field, and energy field of sandstone specimen under tensile stress during the three-point bending experiment. The results show that during the three-point bending test of sandstone, with the increase of the span of the three-point bending test, the peak stress at the characteristic point shows an increasing trend, and the peak stress has obvious regional characteristics. In the vertical direction, the peak stress at the characteristic points in the upper part of the neutral layer is larger, and the peak stress at the characteristic points in the lower part of the neutral layer is smaller. In the horizontal direction, the peak stress at the characteristic points in the near field is higher, and the peak stress at the characteristic points in the middle field and the far field is smaller. The stress field and the deformation field have a good corresponding relationship. The upper far-field peak strain tends to decrease with the increase of the span, and the upper near-field peak strain first decreases and then increases with the increase of the span. The lower near-field peak strain tends to decrease and then increase with increasing span, and the lower far-field peak strain fluctuates with increasing span. The energy field is dependent on the stress field and the deformation field, showing obvious regional characteristics. The energy storage and release capacity of the upper area are higher than those of the lower area. The overall performance of the loading energy storage, rebound energy release, and crack propagation energy release in different areas can be described as far field

In order to investigate the value of multimodal CT for quantitative assessment of collateral circulation, ischemic semidark zone, core infarct volume in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS), and prognosis assessment in intravenous thrombolytic therapy, segmentation model which is based on the self-attention mechanism is prone to generate attention coefficient maps with incorrect regions of interest. Moreover, the stroke lesion is not clearly characterized, and lesion boundary is poorly differentiated from normal brain tissue, thus affecting the segmentation performance. To address this problem, a primary and secondary path attention compensation network structure is proposed, which is based on the improved global attention upsampling U-Net model. The main path network is responsible for performing accurate lesion segmentation and outputting segmentation results. Likewise, the auxiliary path network generates loose auxiliary attention compensation coefficients, which compensate for possible attention coefficient errors in the main path network. Two hybrid loss functions are proposed to realize the respective functions of main and auxiliary path networks. It is experimentally demonstrated that both the improved global attention upsampling U-Net and the proposed primary and secondary path attention compensation networks show significant improvement in segmentation performance. Moreover, patients with good collateral circulation have a small final infarct area volume and a good clinical prognosis after intravenous thrombolysis. Quantitative assessment of collateral circulation and ischemic semidark zone by multimodal CT can better predict the clinical prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis.

Objective. This study is aimed at identifying stemness-related genes in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Methods. The RNA-seq data of PADC patients were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) databases. The mRNA expression-based stemness index (mRNAsi) and epigenetically regulated mRNAsi (EREG-mRNAsi) of PADC patients were evaluated. The mRNAsi-related gene sets in PADC were identified by weighted gene coexpression network analysis (WGCNA). The key genes were further analyzed using functional enrichment analysis. The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and the Cox proportional hazards model were used to evaluate the prognostic value of the key genes. Prognostic hub genes were used to establish nomograms. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, concordance index ( C -index), and calibration curves were used to assess the discrimination and accuracy of the nomogram. Finally, these results were validated in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Results. A total of 36 key genes related to mRNAsi were identified by WGCNA. A prognostic gene signature compromising seven genes (TPX2, ZWINT, UBE2C, CCNB2, CDK1, BUB1, and BIRC5) was established to predict the overall survival (OS) of PADC patients. The Cox regression analysis revealed that the risk score was an independent prognostic factor for PADC. Patients were then divided into the high-risk and low-risk groups. The ROC curves, C -index, and calibration curves indicated good performance of the prognostic signature in the TCGA and GEO datasets. Moreover, the nomogram incorporating clinical parameters showed better sensitivity and specificity for predicting the OS of PADC patients. Conclusion. The stemness-related prognostic model successfully predicted the OS of PADC patients and could be used for the treatment of PADC.
