Introduction. Telemedicine has been able to bring healthcare services to all people in far locations such as the sea. Our main objective was to overview the main features, challenges, and requirements of applying telemedicine at sea. Methods. The electronic search includes all types of papers published in English. It was performed in four databases with keywords to Feb 2023. Next, main categories were defined to extract major concepts. By mapping extracted themes, maritime telemedicine concepts were represented in two conceptual models. Results. After screening the papers based on title and abstract, 18 articles remained. They can be divided into 13 categories based on their clinical domains. Out of 18 reviewed articles, six articles were published in 2020. The greatest number of studies with five articles was conducted in France. Evidence showed that maritime telemedicine service can be provided to all kinds of ships. Regarding clinical domains, the greatest demand belonged to primary care problems (5 papers) and general health assessment (4 papers). Challenges were divided into four main categories. Moreover, the required services and equipment in four categories were described too. Finally, a conceptual model is represented for providing telemedicine services at sea using satellite Internet. Conclusion. Despite the existing challenges in providing the required equipment and resources for the implementation of maritime medicine, it has an important role in providing better care for seafarers without time limitations. This paper analyzes the modeling of a computer-aided piano music automatic notation algorithm, combines the influence of music on psychological detachment, and designs the piano music automatic notation algorithm in psychological detachment model construction. This paper investigates the multiresolution time-frequency representation constant Q-transform (CQT), which is common in music signal analysis, and finds that although CQT has higher frequency resolution at low frequencies, it also leads to lower temporal resolution. The variable Q-transform is introduced as a tool for multibasic frequency estimation of the time-frequency representation of music signals, which has better temporal resolution than CQT at the exact frequency resolution and efficient coefficient calculation. The short-time Fourier transform and constant Q-transform time-frequency analysis methods are implemented, respectively, and note onset detection and multibasic tone detection are implemented based on CNN models. The network structure, training method, and postprocessing method of CNN are optimized. This paper proposes a temporal structure model for maintaining music coherence to avoid manual input and ensure interdependence between tracks in music generation. This paper also investigates and implements a method for generating discrete music events based on multiple channels, including a multitrack correlation model and a discretization process. Comprehensive performance evaluation is an important basis for improving the training effect of enterprise employees and the effective allocation of enterprise resources. Based on AHP and BP neural network theory, this paper constructs a comprehensive performance evaluation method for enterprises, AHP is used to calculate the weight of the index, and then the importance index is screened. The model proposes a conceptual model of comprehensive performance of manufacturing enterprises from the support layer, core layer, and promotion layer and constructs a manufacturing system from horizontal and vertical. The influencing factors of comprehensive performance solve the quantification problem of enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation and have obvious guiding value for the research on the integration mode and path of industrialization and industrialization of regional manufacturing enterprises. In the simulation process, the weight of each index in the evaluation system is first determined by the analytic hierarchy process; then the evaluation index membership score table is established, and fuzzy mathematics is used to calculate the expert's score, so as to solve the problem caused by the intermediate value. The uncertainty caused by the jump is finally established by the analytic hierarchy process, and the neural network is used to simulate the sample. The experimental results show that by using AHP to collect training samples for neural network evaluation, the comprehensive performance evaluation system has good fitness and achieves the best comprehensive consideration of accuracy and training time when there are 17 hidden layer neurons. The maximum relative error is 1.64%, which is much lower than the general accuracy requirement of 5%, which effectively improves the performance and calculation accuracy of the network. In the era of prosperous online shopping, product reviews play a decisive role in users' decision to purchase products. At the same time, it can also help businesses understand the corresponding deficiencies, to make targeted improvements. However, users' comments are full of emotional colors, and these comments with strong emotional tendencies have a greater impact on consumers than ordinary comments, especially those with negative emotions. At present, most text sentiment analysis is oriented at the chapter and sentence level, and there are few sentiment analysis refined to product-specific attributes. Based on this, this paper is aimed at exploring the influencing factors of the emotional tendency of product reviews, analyzing a large number of reviews of a certain mobile phone product, and extracting the keywords of the influencing factors. This article summarizes six key influencing factors. Through the constructed conceptual model of emotional tendencies, it is concluded that the impact of negative emotional comments on consumption is much greater than that of positive emotional comments. Then, there is a further conceptual model of negative affective tendencies. This paper explores the causes of the influencing factors of negative affective tendencies. In this paper, the influencing factors of negative emotional tendencies are subdivided into 10 secondary factors. Through the reliability test, all secondary factors are above 87%. Jacques Lacan is a famous French psychoanalyst, but his influence has long gone beyond the scope of psychoanalysis and has affected almost all fields of "human science." Film and psychoanalysis coincided almost simultaneously and influenced each other. But with the development of film, researchers found that film studies in the period of classic film and film semiotics have come to an end. It has certain theoretical value to explore the construction of the subject and the mental model of the erotic film based on Lacan's desire theory. Method. The body in the film and video described in this paper includes both the material body as an aesthetic object and the spiritual body with aesthetic consciousness. The so-called artistic presentation of the body element means that the beauty of the body form displayed by the actor's body in the film video is perceived by the audience, and the desire to stare is captured by the audience, thereby completing the audience's entire body composed of eyes, body, and mind. The body is not only an aesthetic object but also an aesthetic subject, and the human cognitive system is not just a closed brain. Because the nervous system, body, and environment are constantly changing and interacting, true cognition is a unified system of all three. The main part of this paper uses Lacan's psychoanalytic theory to deeply analyze the relationship between the characters shown in the film. From the cognitive impairment of the self to the failure of communication between characters, the language of uncertainty entangled by desire is removed, and the behavior and facial expressions of the movie characters are used as the analysis basis to fully interpret the inner world of the characters. This includes love, hatred, pain, struggle, and many other contradictory emotions. In addition, this paper also analyzes the metaphor of the relationship between the characters from the perspective of semiotics and discusses the description of the relationship between the characters from the lens language from the perspective of cinematography. The special meaning conveyed by the recurring elements in the film is emphasized, and the correlation between the pictures is explained from the less mentioned photographic aspect of the film. Looking at Lacan's theory, the subject, the other, and desire are linked by the subject spirit, which is the core of the connection between the three, and only through the resistance and struggle of the subject spirit can the illusion of the subject be broken. This paper combines the application methods of big data technology, collects the management data related to the psychological quality assessment of college students, saves them into the system database with certain storage logic, and realizes the function of psychological quality assessment through the design of selected psychological quality assessment data, data management and data resource management and other parts based on the data results of extensive data analysis. This study provides some insights into the psychological quality assessment of college students. The strength of association between the variables of psychological quality assessment of college students changes over time, but the overall psychological structure is more stable. Understanding the correct way to determine the financing package for infrastructure projects, identifying proper processes, resources, techniques, and instruments to realize successful financing approaches, and private sector participation in providing development infrastructures are irrefutable. The main purpose of this study is to present a comprehensive model covering these complex issues. To this end, using the library studies, receiving expert opinion, and recognizing international financing processes, information was gathered on this subject; therefore, in this paper, the model of designing financing package for infrastructure projects is processed and identified, and designing the financing structure is closely related to the ownership structure of the project and its guaranteed package. These will change in a repeatable process until the end of the preparation phase and sometimes in project steps. The ownership of the infrastructure projects is determined by this repeatable process, which defines initial sponsors, costs, and benefits for partners, types of financial instruments, and techniques and evaluates risks and capital structure. In this paper, we suggest a model to help practitioners more effectively and systematically finance infrastructures. The development of guidelines and information resources in this field is one of the effective measures to build capacity and eliminate possible ambiguities and misunderstandings about public-private partnership. Increasing global development competition highlights the value of knowledge innovation ability of high-tech enterprises. In order to acquire innovative knowledge, the mediating variables of knowledge field activity and knowledge stock ranking are selected; the moderating variables of knowledge resource pooling and knowledge evolution are adopted to construct the conceptual model and theoretical analysis framework of the influence mechanism of knowledge network arrangement mechanism on knowledge distillation; the moderating mediating effect model is derived; and the influence mechanism of knowledge network allocation mechanism on knowledge distillation of high-tech enterprises is clarified. 531 valid questionnaires were obtained online and offline, and non-percentile bootstrap based on deviation correction was used to empirically investigate the influence mechanism and transmission path of knowledge network allocation mechanism on knowledge distillation of high-tech enterprises. The empirical results show that the main effect of knowledge network pairing on knowledge distillation of high-tech enterprises is significant. The results show that knowledge field activity and knowledge stock ranking play a differential intermediary role in knowledge network allocation and knowledge distillation, knowledge field activity plays a partial intermediary role in knowledge network allocation and knowledge distillation, and knowledge stock ranking plays a partial intermediary role in knowledge network allocation and knowledge distillation. Pooling knowledge resources positively moderates the positive effect of knowledge network allocation mechanism on knowledge distillation and significantly positively moderates the mediating effect of knowledge field activity, and there is a moderated mediating effect derived from it. However, there is no significant moderating effect on knowledge stock ranking between knowledge network allocation mechanism and knowledge distillation. Knowledge evolution positively moderates the positive effect of knowledge network allocation mechanism on knowledge distillation, significantly positively moderates the mediating effect of knowledge field activity, and derives the moderated mediating effect. However, there is no significant moderating effect on knowledge stock ranking between knowledge network allocation mechanism and knowledge distillation. This paper makes an empirical study on the effect of knowledge allocation mechanism on knowledge distillation, enriches the connotation and application scope of knowledge distillation, defines the driving factors and formation mechanism of knowledge distillation, and further promotes the knowledge value and knowledge appreciation of high-tech enterprises. In agriculture supply chain management, traceability is a crucial aspect to ensure food safety for increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction. Lack of quality assurance in centralized data storage makes us move towards a new approach based on a decentralized system in which transparency and quality assurance is guaranteed throughout the supply chain from producer to consumer. The current supply chain model has some disadvantages like a communication gap between the entities of the supply chain and no information about the travel history and origin of the product. The use of technology improves the communication and relation between various farmers and stakeholders. Blockchain technology acquires transparency and traceability in the supply chain, provides transaction records traceability, and enhances security for the whole supply chain. In this paper, we present a blockchain-based, fully decentralized traceability model that ensures the integrity and transparency of the system. This new model eliminated most of the disadvantages of the traditional supply chain. Several parameters affect the bridge's natural frequencies while parameters related to the geometric characteristics of bridge components are more important. Maximum span length (SL) (length of the main or longest span), deck width, number of girders and spans, and girder's height can be regarded as the main influencing parameters. In this paper, the first bending natural frequency (FBNF) of bridge superstructures of typical structural systems is assessed analytically using a simple conceptual model considering the main analytical parameters. The results show that the FBNF of bridges is strongly related to the SL of the longest span. The development of fuzzy sets in geographic information systems (GIS) arose out of the need to handle uncertainty and the ability of soft computing technology to support fuzzy information processing. Fuzzy logic is an alternative logical foundation coming from artificial intelligence (AI) technology with several useful implications for spatial data handling. GIS has been found to have a crucial role in the performance of public sector organizations (PSO). However, the literature shows no universal model to support and shed light on GIS adoption, which lessens the chances for effective GIS adoption and usage. Therefore, a new model is needed for successful adoption and eventual enhanced organization's performance. Thus, there is a need to investigate the factors that can bring about GIS adoption. Models for GIS adoption in literature are few and far between, and the few that exist are not applicable as they do not cover all the significant factors that can contribute to adoption success. Hence, this paper brought a GIS adoption model for PSOs to promote their performance. The model was developed through the extension of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in addition to the DeLone and McLean's Success Model. The study involved interviews with ten experts in ranking the extracted factors, and data was analyzed through thematic analysis. On the basis of the obtained analysis findings, the fundamental factors were found to be significant in their effects, and GIS adoption sufficiently related to the overall performance. People are expected to have more opportunities to spend their free time inside the vehicle with advanced vehicle automation in the near future. This will enable people to turn their attention to desirable activities other than driving and to have varied in-vehicle interactions through multimodal ways of conveying and receiving information. Previous studies on in-vehicle multimodal interactions primarily have focused on making users evaluate the impacts of particular multimodal integrations on them, which do not fully provide an overall understanding of user expectations of the multimodal experience in autonomous vehicles. The research was thus designed to fill the research gap by posing the key question "What are the critical aspects that differentiate and characterise in-vehicle multimodal experiences?" To answer this question, five sessions of design fiction workshops were separately conducted with 17 people to understand the users' expectations of the multimodal experience in autonomous vehicles. Twenty-two subthemes of users' expected tasks of multimodal experience were extracted through thematic analysis. The research found that two dimensions, attention and duration, are critical aspects that impact in-vehicle multimodal interactions. With this knowledge, a conceptual model of the users' in-vehicle multimodal experience was proposed with a two-dimensional spectrum, which populates four different layers: sustained, distinct, concurrent, and coherent. The proposed conceptual model could help designers understand and approach users' expectations more clearly, allowing them to make more informed decisions from the initial stages of the design process. Based on conventional observation data from the China Meteorological Administration (CMA) and reanalysis data from the American National Centers for Environmental Prediction and National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) between 2012 and 2021, combined with the meteorological analysis, composite synthesis, and water vapor trajectory analysis, the weather circulations of typical rainstorms during the 10 years can be divided into 4 categories: Static Front Pattern (SFP), Subtropical High Edge Pattern (SHEP), Northeast Cold Vortex Pattern (NCVP), and Low-Level Vortex and Shear Pattern (LLVSP). The SHEP and SFP rainstorms have the characteristics of long duration and wide range, while the NCVP rainstorms are characterized by mobility and disaster weather accompaniment. The daily precipitation of LLVSP cases has extremity feature. The occurrence and development of rainstorms are well coordinated with the systems on lower levels. The main water vapor channel in lower layers of the SFP cases is from the South China Sea, while it is from Bohai for the NCVP cases and the Bay of Bengal for the SHEP and LLVSP cases. The main water vapor channel in middle layers is from the Bay of Bengal because of the affection of the southwest air flow. The south boundary of the MLYRB is the most important water vapor input boundary, followed by the west boundary, while the East and North boundaries are the outflow boundaries. During the rainstorms, the low-level water vapor is exuberant with low-level water vapor convergence much stronger than the high-level divergence. Among the four types of rainstorms, the NCVP cases provide the most abundant low-level water vapor convergence, resulting in the strongest short-term precipitation among the four types. Combined with water vapor transportation and convergence, the refined spatial conceptual models of the four types of rainstorms can better judge the process intensity and falling area and provide reference for disastrous weather forecast and early warning. The Chazi geothermal field area is located in the large region of Shigatse in southern Tibet. The geothermal resources in this area are abundant, but their exploitation and utilization are low. By studying the water chemistry and isotope characteristics of geochemical fluids in the study area, information on water chemistry, heat storage temperature, recharge source, recharge elevation, and circulation depth was obtained. These results provide a scientific theoretical basis for improving the genetic mechanism of high-temperature geothermal systems in the study area. The type of geothermal fluid hydrochemicals in this area is mainly HCO3–Na. The isotopic geochemical method was used to determine that the recharge source of geothermal fluids was atmospheric precipitation, and the recharge elevation was 5200–6000 m. The geochemical thermometer, Na–K–Mg equilibrium diagram, and silica-enthalpy mixed model indicated the shallow and deep thermal storage temperatures of approximately 150 and 200°C, respectively, and the average circulation depth of 1163.38 m in the study area. Combined with the fracture structure and magmatic activity characteristics of the southwest Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the source, storage, cover, and general situation of the area were preliminarily summarised, and the conceptual model of geothermal origin was established. Police are the default first responders in most mental health crisis intervention models worldwide, resulting in a heavy burden on police, perceived criminalization of individuals with complex mental health needs, and escalation of aggression that resort to violence. Models, such as crisis intervention teams (CIT), and co‐response programmes aim to improve service user experiences and outcomes by providing mental health training to police, or pairing law enforcement officers with mental health clinicians, respectively. Despite these efforts, mental health‐related calls continue to result in negative outcomes, and activists and policymakers are advocating for non‐police models of crisis intervention. Evidence‐based practice in mental health crisis intervention is urgently needed. The present review's main objective was to examine, synthesise and compare outcomes across police, co‐responder and non‐police models of mental health crisis intervention internationally using a rapid review framework. A systematic search of four electronic databases of studies published between 2010–2020 and a grey literature search was conducted, yielding (n = 1008) articles. A total of 62 articles were included in the present review. Studies were largely observational, lacking control groups and were of low‐moderate quality with a high potential for bias. Overall, there is little evidence to suggest that the CIT model impacts crisis outcomes. Co‐responder models evidenced improved outcomes compared to police only models, however, evidence was often mixed. Non‐police models varied significantly, and studies tended to be too low quality to make comparisons or draw conclusions, however, research on youth models and crisis resolution home treatment suggested positive outcomes. Findings highlight the need for high‐quality studies and policies to facilitate the implementation and evaluation of novel approaches not involving police. Cross‐sectorial collaboration and service user input are urgently needed to inform, develop, test and disseminate effective models of crisis intervention acceptable to service users. Based on the conceptual model of the black-box deconstruction of dynamic sustainable development ability driving environmental performance of manufacturing enterprises, the nonparametric percentile bootstrap method based on deviation correction is used to demonstrate the theoretical hypothesis and empirically deconstruct the black-box of dynamic sustainable development driving environmental performance. Empirical results show that (1) dynamic sustainable development ability has a positive influence on environmental performance; (2) green resource integration ability, green duality, low-carbon manufacturing practice, and green intelligence capital play mediating roles in the influence of dynamic sustainable development ability on environmental performance; and (3) environmental regulation positively moderates the mediating mechanism of green resource integration ability, green duality, low-carbon manufacturing practice, and green intelligence capital of the relationships between dynamic sustainable development ability and environmental performance. The empirical results show that the main effect of knowledge innovation network fragmentation fault on high-tech enterprise technology practices is significant. Knowledge field activity and knowledge fermentation play a differential mediating role in knowledge innovation network split fault and Technology Convention. Knowledge field activity and knowledge fermentation play a partial mediating role in knowledge innovation network split fault and Technology Convention. Knowledge mobilization partially moderates the split fault of knowledge innovation network and technological practices. The research was aimed at identifying and empirically investigating the factors influencing the adoption of e-business in SMEs of Saudi Arabia. The Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework was complemented with the individual context elements to develop the conceptual model for the present study. The framework was developed based on the two-pronged strategy: an extant literature review and a focus group interview with panel of experts. Subsequently, a questionnaire-based survey was conducted, and data from 111 SMEs were collected. The researchers tested the model and related hypotheses, employing multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that the firm size, competitive pressure, entrepreneur's innovativeness, and IT savviness significantly influence the e-business adoption in SMEs. Quality assurance in education has been a critical issue in both private and public higher education in all emerging economies since World War II. Available theories on quality education are numerous, but their strategic models are sparsely sustained. The main objective of this study is, therefore, to articulate and to empirically test a conceptual model to assure and sustain quality in tertiary education grounding on a theory base presented by Chohen and Ball (2006). The model has three parts: independent components, i.e., quality inputs such as quality teachers, quality students, and quality staffs; mediating component, i.e., quality process such as quality programs; and target component, i.e., quality product such as quality education. Data (n = 97 private universities) were gathered from a report of the university grant commission (UGC), Bangladesh. The data were analysed following PLS-SEM using SmartPLS3 and SPSS software. Findings indicate that all of the predictors appear to be robust in predicting quality education. The results also indicate that the mediating construct has a significant partial mediating role in enhancing quality education in private universities. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study presents m-banking continuance phenomenon through an integrated model. Study 1 focuses on qualitative interviews of mobile banking users, whereas study 2 empirically tests the conceptual model derived from literature and the results of study 1. Study 1 reveals three additional constructs, perceived ubiquity, perceived autonomy, and perceived security concerns to the existing literature-based constructs. However, the results of study 2—a survey of 390 m-banking users—provide empirical evidence to support the hypotheses drawn in the proposed conceptual model. The results reveal that perceived ubiquity, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, facilitating conditions, perceived security concerns, and trust have emerged as significant direct influencers on m-banking continuance.
