In this paper, a neural network algorithm is used to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the sales dynamics prediction of virtual community knowledge sharing in cross-border e-commerce. Both the expected returns and the social network structure are analyzed, and both have positive effects on knowledge sharing in the actual development process, but the degree of them also possesses certain variability. A model of the factors influencing the quality of knowledge shared by users is constructed to explore the relationship between the dimensions in social capital and how they affect the community users' perceptions of knowledge quality. Exploring the strong influencing factors of product repurchase rate has key implications for promoting product sales and sales forecasting. The scale of this paper has undergone several minor revisions, and the content validity is very good. Criterion validity is generally reflected by Person correlation coefficient, and construct validity includes exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. First, the values were clustered, and the optimal variables were selected using stepwise regression and fitted with Poisson regression models to explore the relationship between the repurchase rate of different products and the factors that strongly influence the repurchase rate in the case. To predict the sales of goods, the advantages of the BP neural network, LSTM neural network, and Verhulst gray model are combined: BP neural network can predict sales by combining the current data corresponding to independent variables, LSTM neural network can explore the influence of historical data on sales, and Verhulst model can predict sales based on the growth trend of variables. A BP-LSTM-Verhulst nested neural network based on the AP algorithm is constructed to predict sales volume, and the accuracy of this method is proved by example. Finally, it is found that the proposed sales prediction method has higher accuracy than exponential regression and shallow neural networks. The deep learning prediction method combining unstructured data such as images proposed in the paper not only provides a more accurate sales prediction method for short life cycle products in e-commerce but also provides an effective deep learning method for management practices. The KMO value obtained after the test is less than 0.5, which is not suitable for factor analysis. Using SPSS22.0 to expand the KMO value and Bartlett's sphericity test, the KMO value is significantly greater than the minimum requirement of 0.5, the KMO value of self-efficacy is 0.826, and the KMO value of expected return is 0.870. In a convention project, the relationship between the host and professional conference organizers has an important impact on the convention project promotion. However, as an important stakeholder of the convention, the role of hosts in the project is less concerned and studied. Therefore, based on theories of project governance, this paper combines the role of the convention project hosts from the perspective of the project sponsors and formulates the convention hosts' role measuring scale with the project sponsor measuring scale. Then, through content validity analysis and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the scale was optimized and nine items were finally determined. The study found that the hosts of the convention project play three roles in the convention project, the customer role, the controller role, and the supporter role, and verified through the SEM that all three roles have a positive effect on the convention project performance. The tourism festival and special event innovation are the important factors influencing the creation of superior value, the achievement of customer loyalty, and profitable growth. Based on the perspective of product supply and consumer demand integration analysis, this paper constructed an integrated model of tourism festival and special event innovation and its impacts on tourists' behavioral intentions. The basic data was obtained through the tourist survey on Zhangjiajie International Country Music Festival, and the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were used to empirically test the relationship between various dimensions of tourism festival and special event innovation and their impacts on tourists' behavioral intentions. The results show the following: (1) tourism festival and special event innovation includes six dimensions of performance, accessibility, self-service technology, aesthetic environment, tourist community, and loyalty program; (2) performance, self-service technology, and aesthetic environment have a significant positive impact on overall innovation, while accessibility, tourist community, and loyalty program have no significant impact on overall innovation; and (3) overall innovation has a significant positive impact on tourists' satisfaction, brand equity, and tourists' behavioral intentions. Moreover, tourists' satisfaction and brand equity play a partial intermediary role in the impacts of overall innovation on the tourists' behavioral intentions. With the development of information technology, high-speed transmission of electronic information resources, and explosive growth of information data, traditional data processing cannot meet the development of the times. With the arrival of the digital age, massive virtual numbers are deeply analyzed to turn the data into understandable information. As a product of the information age, sports app is widely used. With the increase of sports apps, the development of sports apps also has a bottleneck. In this paper, the survey data of sports app users are analyzed and processed by Excel 2016 and SPSS 23.0: (1) descriptive statistics of the research objects through technical statistical analysis; (2) testing the validity and credibility of the data through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis; (3) analysis of variance performed by independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan's test; (4) analyzing the correlation between factors through correlation analysis; (5) analyzing the influence among factors through multiple regression analysis. The results show that, through variance analysis, sports app users have significant differences in demographic characteristics (P < 0.05). Through correlation analysis, the participation motivation, satisfaction, and loyalty of sports app users are highly correlated (P < 0.01). Through multiple regression analyses, the participation motivation, satisfaction, and loyalty of sports app users have a significant positive impact (P < 0.001). This research aims to create and evaluate an assessment tool termed Older Adults' First Aid Knowledge Scale, which measures the knowledge and attitude of Iranian grandparents about first aid. In accordance with COSIM guidelines, 485 individuals in southern Iran completed the instrument as part of a psychometric investigation. Rasch partial credit model (PCM), exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis were used to analyze the results. The final version of OFAKS consisted of 18 items that were validated through EFA, CFA, and item response theory (IRT) analysis. All items showed measurement invariance and consecutive response groupings in the predictable order, and the instrument had strong internal consistency. Although Rasch's analysis demonstrated the significance of OFAKS, further investigations and testing in different settings are required to confirm the validity of the tool. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Many scholars have carried out a large number of studies on the factors influencing the intention of returning overseas talents based on different theories. This study integrates two theoretical perspectives at macro and individual levels, puts forward a new theoretical framework for analyzing the intention of returning overseas talents, and constructs a theoretical model including the intention of returning overseas talents, talent ecological environment of the host country, prospect expectation of home country, talent growth expectation, and perceived opportunity. Based on 302 survey samples, we used correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation, and other methods, and the results show that four variables, including talent ecological environment of the host country, prospect expectation of home country, talent growth expectation, and perceived opportunity, have a significant impact on the intention of returning overseas talents. The research also found that talent growth expectation and perceived opportunity had mediating effects, and the prospect expectation and perceived opportunity of origin had moderating effects, which provides a new research idea for the research on the factors influencing the return intention of overseas talents. Shaping the healthy psychology of college students and promoting the healthy growth of talents are the goals that colleges and universities should strive for in moral education. The mobile Internet era has brought opportunities and challenges to the psychological quality education of college students. In order to effectively cope with the existing challenges, it is imperative to explore a psychological quality education model that conforms to the new environment. Therefore, this article has carried out the analysis and management of the physical and mental quality of college students based on multidimensional data mining. By adopting exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis methods, this paper establishes a structural equation model of students' psychological quality. Through the theoretical discussion of psychological quality, the connotation and characteristics of the psychological quality of college students are further defined. We should discuss the relationship between psychological quality and other psychological phenomena and provide suggestions for college students' psychological quality. There is a need for an empirical research program for the quality structure and actual psychological quality structure. Competitive advantage significantly matters for modern construction organizations as it promotes the sustainable development and safety management of projects. UK construction organizations have greatly suffered from a lack of safety and sustainability of project management in infrastructure development projects because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Post-COVID-19 UK infrastructure development projects are uncertain in the context of organizational competitive advantage as they cannot maintain sustainable project management. This study was conducted to identify, rank, and present a framework of factors influencing the competitive advantage of UK organizations. The study design involved identifying factors from the current literature, after which the most relevant factors were filtered with the help of semi-structured interviews with 15 experts. A pilot survey was conducted then, involving 192 respondents, after which a reliability test and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) were conducted on the results. A primary questionnaire survey involving 250 respondents was conducted, after which RII and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were conducted on the final data. A total of five subgroups were found to be significant in the CFA, such as Resources and Policies, Quality and Delays, Motivation and Expectation, Management and Environment, and Government and Business. It is recommended based on findings that the construction organizations of the UK have to consider working on identified factors to maintain a competitive advantage in establishing sustainable project management solutions for post-COVID-19 UK infrastructure development projects. Background. Poverty-related stress plays a pivotal role in mediating the impact of poverty on behavioral health outcomes. However, existing research on adult poverty-related stress suffers from limited scope and inadequate measurement approaches. To address these shortcomings, our study undertakes a comprehensive investigation to develop and validate a multidimensional Poverty-Related Stress Scale (PRSS). Methods. A multistudy research design was employed to develop and validate the PRSS. Study 1 (N = 206) established a multidimensional framework for poverty-related stress by exploring the factor structure and internal consistency of our measure. Study 2 (N = 400) evaluated nuanced psychometric properties, including factorial validity, internal consistency, and temporal invariance, using confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) and modern exploratory structural equation models (ESEM). Lastly, Study 3 (N = 470 / 219) examined the criterion validity of our scale by investigating its concurrent and predictive relationships with depression, anxiety, and flourishing. Results. The findings consistently supported a hierarchal ESEM model for overall poverty-related stress, reflecting the dynamic interaction among three stressors: noise disturbance, housing dysfunction, and financial distress. This model exhibited temporal invariance, with different studies reliably measuring distinct components of poverty-related stress. Concurrent validity was demonstrated by significant associations between overall poverty-related stress and theoretically relevant constructs, such as depression, anxiety, and flourishing, at different time points. Additionally, predictive validity was established, showing poverty-related stress measured at time 1 accounted for variations in depression, anxiety, and flourishing at time 2. The results provide robust evidence for the validity and reliability of the PRSS as a tool for measuring poverty-related stress and its underlying factors. Conclusions. Our findings offer compelling preliminary support for the utility of our measure. This study is aimed at developing and accessing the validity and reliability of an Amharic version of the self-efficacy and outcome expectancy measures on noncommunicable disease prevention strategies. The intentions to take protective measures on NCDs' self-efficacy and outcome expectancy scales were created in Amharic using a sequential nine-step process that included translation and contextualization of the items, content validity, pretesting of the questions, sampling, and survey administration. Principal component analysis was conducted on 829 university students which showed a one-factor solution for self-efficacy and a three-factor solution for outcome expectancy scales using split-half measures. Confirmatory factor analyses supported the factor structure, which also demonstrated good internal consistency (.828 self-efficacy,.766 outcome expectancy). The scales had a moderate level of correlation (r =.35 , p. 001) between them. People are known to adjust their behavior based on social information. Starting from 2004, social media rapidly became a new social arena for human interaction, and scholars widely studied the effect of likes on people's psyche and behavior. However, likes are just one of the possible social feedbacks among many others on social media. Moreover, social feedback influence should be analyzed recognizing individual differences in people's needs and desires for them. This work was aimed at developing and validating (internally and externally) a scale able to capture people's perceived need for online social feedback (NfOSF) applicable to most social media platforms. Data coming from 1403 Italian participants were used for this purpose. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses appeared to support a two-factor structure for the NfOSF scale, while Pearson's correlation confirmed the expected positive relations of NfOSF factors with Narcissism, Need to Belong, FOMO, and Social media reputation perception. Oil and gas (O&G) projects have a high social and economic impact in many countries. This study aims to identify the success factors in the O&G industry and to present a framework for evaluating the projects in an uncertain environment. In this study, 197 indicators are identified from a literature review and summarized to 34 indicators. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was performed, and seven main factors have been identified as success factors of O&G projects. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) confirmed the validity of the measurement model. A two-step fuzzy inference system is proposed to present an evaluation framework for assessing the performance of O&G projects. This study aimed to develop and validate the psychometric properties of a novel instrument that measures Indoor Air Pollution Health Literacy (IAPHL). The qualitative phase was conducted to design questions based on the conceptual model of the European Health Literacy Survey Questionnaire. We developed a 38‐item instrument covering 12 constructs, that is, four information competencies within three health domains to assess IAPHL. A cross‐sectional online video survey of 647 adults aged 20 years and above in Taiwan was conducted. Various measures of validity and reliability coefficients were assessed to indicate the psychometric properties of the IAPHL instrument. The content validity indices for relevance, importance, and clarity of the 38 questions were 0.97, 0.96, and 0.89, respectively. The model fit indices obtained from the confirmatory factor analysis supported the acceptable structures of the theoretically hypothetical 12‐factor model (standardized root mean square residual = 0.055; root mean square error of approximation = 0.065). Internal consistency for the instrument showed a Cronbach's alpha of 0.96. Smartphones are highly useful in contemporary society. However, their use can lead to problems, such as dependency and addiction. Nomophobia is a pathological fear of losing connectedness or not being able to access information or communicate with other people. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the four dimensions of the original version of the NMP-Q questionnaire by Yildirim and Correia using the Spanish version of the questionnaire developed by Gutiérrez-Puertas et al. Similarly, this research aims at assessing whether the questionnaire retains its four-dimensional structure when applied to a population of university students in the area of social sciences at a Mexican university. Using confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis techniques, we determined that nomophobia among the study population can be addressed through the first three dimensions of the original questionnaire, namely, not being able to communicate, losing connectedness, and not being able to access information. A fourth dimension, entitled "giving up convenience", is mentioned in the literature. However, in this study, this dimension could not be clearly identified with the indicators included in the original questionnaire and was, therefore, omitted from the resulting questionnaire. Nomophobia is a modern phenomenon that is becoming increasingly prevalent in our society. Therefore, it must be studied and addressed. The nomophobia questionnaire presented in this article is a reliable way of taking measurements, as indicated by the research results. Further research should deepen the study of measuring nomophobia and improve the questionnaire through other indicators and conceptual dimensions that help explain this phenomenon in a precise and reliable way. Ride-hailing services provide an efficient way to travel, but they also cause some safety incidents, which make female passengers uneasy. Analyzing the safety perceptions of female passengers, particularly their psychological and emotional responses, can assist operators in developing effective solutions and safe travel environments for them. This study explores factors that are likely to affect the safety perception of female ride-hailing passengers using a subjective method (data was obtained from 596 Chinese female passengers). The methodologies adopted mainly include confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and a maximum-likelihood structural equation model (ML-SEM). A passenger safety perception model is developed by considering various elements such as safety expectation, platform trust, perceived environment, and safety awareness. The results revealed that safety perception is positively influenced by perceived environment and safety expectation (containing three subdimensions, namely, driver behavior, traveling together, and mobile phone dependence). The effects of safety awareness and platform trust on safety perception are mediated by perceived environment and safety expectation, respectively. Regarding overall effects, safety expectation is the most powerful predictor for safety perception of female ride-hailing passengers, followed by platform trust, perceived environment, and safety awareness. Finally, countermeasures are offered from the perspectives of operators, drivers, and passengers to enhance the safety perception of female ride-hailing passengers. Civic engagement participation in solving the social problems gained momentum among social media users. It is probed via literature survey that many research studies conducted in understanding the civic behaviour and personality development; therefore, research documents were found still limited in the area of factors and their constructive factors (hypotheses) identification towards intensifying the online civic engagement for solving and reforming the society. Therefore, the purpose of the research is directed to build a qualitative research model of crucial factors by using the social capital theory, developing constructive factors (hypotheses) based on the research model, and testing constructive factors, which could intensify the civic engagement of online social media user's (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) towards solving the social problems. To fulfil aforesaid agendas, the authors employed the qualitative survey method, which consisted of a simulation of an online survey against H1–H8 hypotheses of the research model. The survey data was collected by exploring the Google Form under the five-point Likert scale as a data collection tool. Participated students were prioritized from a metro city of India on a purposive mode. Collected usable samples of 341 students were considered for descriptive analysis such as reliability, validity, content, and construct of factors of the research model. Next, confirmatory factor analysis was performed to measure of fitness of factors of the research model. Finally, structural equation modelling (path analysis) carried out to assess the constructive factors (hypotheses) of research model. The summary of the results stated that usage of social media, trust, civic skills, and social responsibility are found as global significant factors, which affected an individual's civic engagement in solving the social problems. This study aids the practitioners and academicians to audit and evaluate the advanced factors and their constructive factors in future, which affect the young social media users' civic engagement in solving the social problems. This study aims to develop a modified version of the existing driving behaviour questionnaire (DBQ) by including items related to driving behaviour under rainy conditions to evaluate driving behaviour changes and their implications. A survey of 680 drivers in Iran was conducted with the modified DBQ considering rainy conditions. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis concluded a four-factor solution (high velocity with a law violation, slips, positive and cautious behaviours, and aggressive driving behaviours) with a 52% explanation of variance. One of the most affected driving behaviours during rainfall is the tendency of high velocity with law violation behaviours. Compared to male drivers, female drivers showed lower high-velocity behaviours with law violation when driving in dry weather and in rainy weather. Married drivers have not only less tendency to drive fast or violate the law compared to single drivers but are also less susceptible to these actions during rain. It was observed that young drivers under 25 did not change their aggressive driving behaviours in rainy conditions. The results from this study are valuable resources to help transportation agencies to understand drivers' likely behaviour in rainy conditions and develop appropriate countermeasures to minimize the risky behaviours. Also, since aggressive driving, high acceleration, and speed variance have been reported to result in high fuel consumption and emissions, the findings from this study are valuable resources to understand the relationship between weather, driver behaviour, and emissions in future studies. In order to study the cardiorespiratory endurance test and training method under the structural equation model, a structural equation model built in conjunction with ANOS7.0 is proposed. This method uses confirmatory factor analysis and analyzes the influencing factors of motor skills. Studies indicate that df = 173 > 0 of the structural equation model, to over-identify the model, the absolute value of the standardized coefficient value is 0.257 to 0.758, less than 0.95, and there is no value with a large estimated standard deviation. The model did not violate the estimation phenomenon. Among the factors affecting motor skills, cardiopulmonary function, and muscle endurance, the weight of the back muscles is less than 0.4, the power of coordination and explosive power of lower limbs is greater than 0.6, and limb muscle strength, body mass, and the stretch and flexibility of the muscles have a greater weight on basketball skills than 0.5. The structural equation model is an over-recognition model. The absolute value of the standardized coefficient value does not have a value with an excessively large standard deviation estimate, and the model does not violate the estimate. This study analyzes the psychometric properties of the engagement to academic tasks (Comp-TA) questionnaire. Rigorous criteria were considered in its design and validation, such as theoretical review, expert judgment, pilot test, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The instrument was administered face-to-face and in remote modality to a convenience sample of 563 high-school students from schools in Concepción, Chile. The analyses showed a latent structure with a good fit to the data, consisting of 15 items that underlie the factors of academic engagement: behavioral, cognitive, and affective. The reliability analysis yielded an internal consistency of.92 according to the ordinal alpha. Guidelines for its use to deepen the educational process of high-school students are argued. Purpose: To develop and validate a short version of the Beirut Distress Scale (BDS‐22), the BDS‐10, in the Lebanese population, and evaluate the association between psychological distress and other mental disorders. Methods: A total of 2260 participants was enrolled in this cross‐sectional study (January–July 2019). Results: Items converged over a solution of two factors (Factor 1 = Mood, affect and cognitive symptoms; Factor 2 = Physical symptoms; total variance explained = 64.51%). A significantly high correlation was found between BDS‐10 and BDS‐22 (r = 0.963, p < 0.001). Higher depression, anxiety, and insomnia were significantly associated with higher stress (higher BDS‐10 and BDS‐22 scores). This study aimed to assess the measurement properties of a simplified Chinese version of the Nonrestorative Sleep Scale (NRSS) among adolescents. We obtained a simplified Chinese NRSS by the standard forward‐backward translation procedures and administered it to 486 students who were attending Grade 7–11 in Nanjing, China. Furthermore, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Athens Insomnia Scale, Centre for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale, and Toronto Hospital Alertness Test were also self‐completed for measuring sleep quality, insomnia, depression and alertness respectively. The sample was randomly split into two halves, with the first half used to explore the scale structure by exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and the second half used to confirm the identified structure by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). A total of 481 adolescents (49% male) with a mean age of 16 years (range: 13–18) completed this study. In the other half of 250 adolescents, the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA), standardised root mean square residual, and comparative fit index (CFI) in CFA, which tested the four‐factor structure obtained from EFA, were 0.062, 0.051 and 0.975, respectively. Convergent validity was demonstrated from a significant correlation of the simplified Chinese NRSS with sleep quality (r = −0.62), insomnia (r = −0.71), depression (r = −0.60) and alertness (r = 0.54). The internal consistency and test‐retest reliability for the global scale were 0.83 and 0.86 respectively. Measurement invariance was established between males and females with the changes of both CFI and RMSEA < 0.01.
