Under the requirement of innovation-driven development, the industrial economy of coastal small towns must implement the strategy of scientific and technological innovation. The industrial economy of coastal small towns has become an important force to promote economic development, promote scientific and technological innovation, slow down the pressure of social employment, improve the social and economic structure, and promote the prosperity of urban and rural markets. This paper analyzes the spatial evolution and layout planning model of the industrial economy of coastal towns with characteristics, improves the spatial planning ability of industrial economy of small towns with coastal characteristics, and promotes the optimization of industrial structure of small towns with coastal characteristics. The effectiveness evaluation model of spatial evolution layout planning method of coastal characteristic small town industrial economy is proposed based on output driven hypothesis model, adopts principal component analysis method to carry on the spatial evolution layout planning and design of coastal characteristic small town industrial economy, establishes the effective target parameter model of spatial planning, and makes an empirical analysis on the spatial evolution layout planning pattern of coastal characteristic small town industrial economy, under the condition of innovation driving. Realize the optimization planning and design of the spatial evolution layout of the industrial economy of small towns with coastal characteristics. The results of empirical analysis show that the model can effectively realize the spatial evolution layout planning and design of the industrial economy of coastal towns with characteristics, and improve the industrial economic benefits and output efficiency of small towns with coastal characteristics. The Northwest Atlantic margin of Morocco belongs to the huge Gulf of Cadiz complex situated within the boundary of the African and Eurasian tectonic plates. This provides an excellent geological context in which complex mechanisms occur, emphasizing the interconnectedness of geological processes across a larger scale. This study uses a coupled methodology of calibrated industrial seismic lines interpretation and boreholes data collected between the latitudes of Larache and Kenitra cities along the Moroccan Atlantic shelf. The main results show that Neogene structural evolution is dominated by Alpine compressive forces, as evidenced by reverse structures associated with the displacement of the PreRifane Nappe. These structures create space that leads to the development of the facing growth normal fault. Seismic stratigraphy analyses illuminate a Sebou paleo-valley succession, comprising 10 third-order Plio-Quaternary seismic sequences in response to glacio-eustatic cycles. These findings underscore the profound influence of regional and local tectonics intertwined with sea-level changes on the sedimentary history of the region. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on DEA model, this paper analyzes the data of the financial input and scientific and technological output of 20 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities divided by coastal and non-coastal regions from 2006 to 2013 in China, measuring technical efficiency, scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of financial support for scientific and technological innovation. The conclusion shows that the efficiency which finance supports the scientific and technological innovation presents the increasing trend but inefficiency; this increasing trend mainly depends on the eastern coastal regions, and the inefficiency of the middle non-coastal region is obvious. From the dynamic changes in the efficiency of financial support for science and technology innovation, the number of optimal efficiency has shown the trend of increasing first and then decreasing, and the integration of financial resources and technological innovation may be redundant.
