Charlotte (North Carolina), ISSN 0749-0208. Inbound tourism revenue is an important indicator to measure the level of tourism development of a country or region. Studying the economic differences in inbound tourism in China's coastal areas and their influencing factors can play an important role in balancing the economic disparities in China's coastal areas. The standard deviation (S), coefficient of variation (CV), and Theil index were used to quantitatively analyze the inbound tourism revenues of the three major marine economic circles, including 11 provinces (regions or municipalities) in China's coastal areas from 2010 to 2019. The results showed that the indices of the S and CV were relatively large. This means that disparities in coastal areas were obvious. Using the generalized least squares (GLS) method and the difference-in-differences (DID) method, it is found that the level of economic development, the degree of opening up, the construction of tourism facilities, and major events are the main factors contributing to the differences in inbound tourism in coastal areas of China. Under the mode of export-oriented economy in coastal cities, there is a significant positive correlation between the development of green innovation economy and the development of export-oriented green innovation in coastal cities. In order to analyze the difference between the development and performance of export-oriented green innovation economy in coastal cities, this paper puts forward a correlation analysis model of green innovation economy development and performance under the coastal city export-oriented economic model based on Taylor index analysis and green innovation economy development effectiveness game. The Taier index mapping model is established to analyze the constraint index of the development of green innovation economy, and the financing constraint parameter model which affects the development of export-oriented green innovation in coastal cities is constructed. Taking the development efficiency and financing mode of green innovation economy as the explanatory variables, the development model of green innovation economy is constructed. The principal component game method is used to calculate the export-oriented green innovation development index of small and medium-sized coastal cities, to extract the index variables such as the growth rate of total assets, the operating profit margin and the physical property of enterprise assets for balanced game. By using the financial audit data and asset panel distribution data to analyze the Taylor index, the differences between the development and performance of the export-oriented green innovation economy in coastal cities can be quantitatively evaluated. The empirical analysis shows that the model has a good robustness in the development and performance evaluation of green innovation economy, and the effectiveness of decision-making on the development of export-oriented green innovation economy in coastal cities has been improved at different levels of significance. The objectives of this paper were to develop, evaluate and apply the remote sensing based on models of ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and total phosphorus (TP) for the Yi and Shu River in Linyi Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province, China. The scenes of Landsat-8 OLI satellite data were used to establish the relationship between the planetary reflectance and the measured data for five years (i.e., 2014-2017). The five spectral bands (i.e., Coastal, Blue, Green, Red, NIR) were used to obtain the most suitable modeling factor from the different band combinations. The liner regression analysis showed that red band both had highest correlation with NH3-N and TP in Yi and Shu River. For the Yi River, the co-efficient of determination (R2) of red band was 0.541 for the NH3-N model and 0.498 for the TP model. For the Shu River, the co-efficient of determination (R2) of red band was 0.643 for the NH3-N model and 0.565 for the TP model. The best-fit Models were validated with measured data and found that the errors of the NH3-N and TP models of the Yi River were 34.93% and 29.33%, respectively, and while 33.66% and 32.48% for the Shu River. With the models, the distribution diagrams of NH3-N and TP were generated, which can be assisted analysis of spatial and temporal for Yi and Shu River. The results showed that the established models could indicate the trend of NH3-N and TP in rivers that was validated by field visit. The proposed approach in this paper has satisfactory validity and practicability, thus could be reference for study on NH3-N and TP in water based on remote sensing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Science and technology innovation is the core power of economic development, but the influence mechanism effect of science and technology innovation and economic development is still a theoretical blind spot to be elucidated. The input of science and technology innovation factors leads to the multiplier effect of economic development through three levels of diffusion to realize high external economic benefits under low capital input. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper proves that: In terms of research samples of six coastal provinces and cities from 2000 to 2017, science and technology innovation factors have a strong multiplier effect on regional economic development; the input of new type of practical patent significantly improves the regional economic level in the current period and the lag phase effect is further improved; the input of R and D investment significantly improves the regional economic level in the current period, and the promotion effect is slightly decreased in the lag phase. At present, China's economic development is gradually moving towards marketzation. We should synchronously use "visible hands" to give policy incentives to regions with high capital stock for science and technology innovation and develop the multiplier effect of science and technology innovation in economic development through various paths. The regional particularity of the coastal city determines the direction of its economic development, and the economic development mode of the coastal city mainly focuses on the seafood culture, the coastal tourism and the foreign trade port, processing and so on. In order to quantify and analyze that economic development model of the coastal urban entity, the economic development model of the coastal urban entity based on the point-axis development theory is put forward. In this paper, the effective way to study the economic development of the coastal urban entities in the context of the innovation and driving development is studied, and the main difficulties facing the economic and innovation development of the current coastal urban entities are analyzed, and the development bottleneck of the economic development of the current coastal urban entities is found. The quantitative evaluation and analysis model of the economic development model of the coastal urban entity based on the quantitative regression analysis is constructed, and the panel data fusion analysis of the economic development mode of the coastal urban entity is realized by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By adopting the fuzzy correlation constraint control method, the innovation driving planning and design of the economic development mode of the coastal urban entity is carried out, and the correlation analysis of the profit level and the profit quality of the economic enterprise of the coastal urban entity is realized. The validity of the economic development model of the coastal city is realized by combining the statistical analysis and the test method. Taking the economic example of the 200 coastal cities of China's coastal port cities as an example, the empirical analysis shows that the model can effectively and continuously innovate and drive the quantitative assessment of the economic development model of the coastal urban entities under the sustainable innovation driving strategy. The index system of comparative analysis on the construction of transportation and logistics system in central China constructed in this paper is composed of five indexes, respectively as regional economic development level, logistics system planning, logistics demand scale, logistics supply scale and informatization level, which are endowed with weights through literature review and expert scoring. Then, the index system of logistics system is used to respectively conduct scoring and comparative analysis on each index of six provinces in central China, whose results show that the logistics system of Henan Province has the highest score, ranking first in central China, and its economic development level, logistics system planning, logistics demand scale and informatization level are all higher than the other five provinces. The next is Hunan Province, whose index of logistics supply scale has the highest score in central China. Hubei ranks third, and its logistics system planning is more scientific and reasonable, ranking first side by side with Henan Province. At present, the marine industry still has problems, such as the over-dominance of the primary industry and the slow development of the secondary industry in China. The purpose of this research uses the extended linear expenditure system to analyze the consumption structure and the relationship with marine industries, then find a path for improving innovation capability to promote the development of marine industries. This paper takes Liaoning Province in China as research object. The results show that this consumption structure has entered a stage of development consumption. In this context, the industrial structure coefficient and the industrial influence coefficient are used to explore the impact of the consumption structure changes on the marine industry and conduct industrial structure testing. The study found that the consumption structure has a greater impact on the marine industrial structure, especially in the secondary industry. This paper introduces the mutual relation between port logistics trade and regional economic development, and aims to analyze how the two correlate each other under the industrial cluster effect. This is an exhaustive study of the concept, the development cycle of port logistics industry cluster and what factors play an effect on it. On this basis, the interactive development of it is systematically analyzed from quantitative and qualitative perspectives, that is, the idea of system dynamics is qualitatively traced to reflect the development relationship of the two by a causality map; then quantitatively, the Qingdao port trade and regional economy are instantiated and the location quotient is chosen as the evaluation indicator to conduct the analysis on three fronts: data analysis, Granger causality and prediction variance. Case analysis reveals that the cluster development of port trade plays an obviously positive effect on regional economy. Along with further advancement of the integration of regional resources, industrial layout, and the reform on the industrial supply side, the maritime port cluster effect has played more and more distinct function in the economic development of offshore areas. Based on the grey correlation model, this paper describes the interaction between the maritime port cluster effect and the economic development in offshore areas. Here is an instance for testing the economic development level in the offshore areas. Several concrete conclusions come here: the formation of the maritime port cluster effect attributes to the combination of congenital geographical advantages and acquired conditions, it has a dynamic and multi-feedback relationship with the economic development in the offshore areas; per capita GDP and seaport cargo throughput can respond to the clustering development level at the maritime ports, that is, the higher the clustering development level, the greater the per capita GDP growth rate. In return, the offshore economy can provide a strong support for the development of maritime port clusters. The maritime port cluster effect and the economic development in the offshore areas are two-way interactive. The constraint objective function of foreign trade and economic growth in the field of port planning is established from the perspective of balanced quality, and the parametric model affecting the management of foreign trade and economic growth in the field of port planning is analyzed.
