Fibrosis is a progressive pathological process participating in the progression of many diseases and can ultimately result in organ malfunction and failure. Around 45% of deaths in the United States are believed to be attributable to fibrotic disorders, and there are no favorable treatment regiments available to meet the need of blocking fibrogenesis, reversing established fibrosis, and curing diseases, especially in the terminal stage. Therefore, early detection and continuous monitoring provide valuable benefits for patients. Among all the advanced techniques developed in recent years for fibrosis evaluation, molecular imaging stands out with its distinct advantage of visualizing biochemical processes and patterns of target localization at the molecular and cellular level. In this review, we summarize the current state of the art in molecular imaging of benign fibrosis diseases. We will first introduce molecular pathways underlying fibrosis processes and potential targets. We will then elaborate on molecular probes that have been developed thus far, expounding on their mechanisms and current states of translational advancement. In this article, nitrogen-doped carbon dots (N-CDs) were prepared by a hydrothermal method using microcrystalline cellulose as the carbon source and polyethylenimine as the nitrogen source. The ratio of microcrystalline cellulose to polyethylenimine added exerted a great influence on the fluorescence quantum yield of N-CDs. The fluorescence intensity of N-CDs 2 was significantly affected by the solvent type and pH value, but not influenced by the time of irradiation with the UV lamp. Intriguingly, N-CDs 2 could be applied to temperature sensing (30~70 °C). With the addition of Fe3+ (20 ppm), the fluorescence of N-CDs 2 was greatly quenched, and the quenching rate reached 82.84%. The fluorescence intensity of N-CDs 2 showed a good linear relationship (R2 = 0.995) with Fe3+ concentrations (0~14 ppm), and they achieved a limit of detection of 0.21 ppm. In addition, N-CDs 2 could also effectively detect Fe3+ in real water samples, showing a good recovery rate (98.25%~102.75%) and low relative standard deviation (less than 3%). The microstructures and mechanical properties of laser penetration welded joints of overlap steel-on-aluminum were investigated. The structure of the intermetallic compound layer without interlayer consists of FeAl and FeAl3 phases. After the Ni-foil was added, the thickness of the intermetallic compound layer and the content of the brittle and hard Al-Fe phase decreased significantly, and some new phases of Al0.9Ni1.1 and FeNi were formed. It was found that the Ni interlayer enhanced the tensile property of the joint by about 40% and decreased the microhardness of the intermetallic compounds, which is attributed to the improvement of the toughness of the welded joint made by the Ni interlayer. Nitride wide-bandgap semiconductors possess a wide tunable energy bandgap and abundant coordination anionic groups. This suggests their potential to display nonlinear optical (NLO) properties in the UV wavelength spectrum. This paper reports recent progress and material discoveries in exploring UV NLO structures using nitrides. The study emphasizes their underlying structure–property correlations in order to provide a summary of the potential performance and application value of important nitride NLO crystals. Additionally, the text underscores the benefits of nitrides in terms of optical transparency, second-harmonic-generation effects, and the birefringent phase matching output wavelength limits, while addressing current issues in terms of theoretical outlook and experimental exploration. Phononic crystals are a kind of artificial acoustic metamaterial whose mass density and elastic modulus are periodically arranged. The precise and efficient design of phononic crystals with specific bandgap characteristics has attracted increasing attention in past decades. In this paper, an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed for the reverse customization of two-dimensional phononic crystals designed to maximize the relative bandwidth at low frequencies. The energy band dispersion relation and transmission loss of the optimal structure are calculated by the finite-element method, and the effective wave-attenuation effect in the bandgap range is verified. With the rapid development of the electronics industry, there is a growing demand for packaging materials that possess both high thermal conductivity (TC) and low electrical conductivity (EC). However, traditional insulating fillers such as boron nitride, aluminum nitride, and alumina (Al2O3) have relatively low intrinsic TC. When graphene, which exhibits both superhigh TC and EC, is used as a filler to fill epoxy resin, the TC of blends can be much higher than that of blends containing more traditional fillers. However, the high EC of graphene limits its application in cases where electrical insulation is required. To address this challenge, a method for coating graphene sheets with an in situ grown Al2O3 layer has been proposed for the fabrication of epoxy-based composites with both high TC and low EC. In the presence of a cationic surfactant, a dense Al2O3 layer with a network structure can be formed on the surface of graphene sheets. When the total content of Al2O3 and graphene mixed filler reached 30 wt%, the TC of the epoxy composite reached 0.97 W m−1 K−1, while the EC remained above 1011 Ω·cm. Finite element simulations accurately predicted TC and EC values in accordance with experimental results. The flammability and gas barrier properties are essential for package material. Herein, a highly-oriented self-assembly nanocoating composed of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and montmorillonite (MMT) was prepared for endowing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films with excellent flame retardancy and gas barrier properties. The specific regular nanosheet structure of the PVA/MMT composite nanocoating was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and the vertical burning test (VBT) suggested that the thermal stability and flame-retardancy of the coated PET films were considerably improved with more pick-up of the resulting nanocoating. When reaching 650 °C, there was still 22.6% char residual left for coated PET film, while only 6% char residual left for pristine PET film. During the vertical burning test, the flame did not spread through the whole PET film with the protection of PVA/MMT nanocoating, and no afterflame was observed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) is consistent with vertical burning test, proving that the thermal stability and flame retardancy of coated PET films were considerably enhanced with the increment of PVA/MMT. Thanks to the multi-layer structure, PVA/MMT nanocoating could effectively improve the gas barrier properties of PET films, and the oxygen vapor transmittance rate and water vapor transmittance rate of PET films were more than four hundred times lower and 30% lower than those of neat PET film. Our work demonstrates that bi-functional flame retardant and gas barrier materials could be gained via constructing inorganic/organic highly-oriented self-assembly nanocoating, which is promising in the area of packaging. Intangible cultural heritage (ICH) is the essence of excellent traditional culture and the treasure of human civilization. At present, major countries pay more and more attention to the study of ICH. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the spatial distribution characteristics of ICH and to understand the factors affecting the development of ICH. Systematically studying the spatial distribution patterns, influencing factors, differentiation characteristics, and formation mechanisms of ICH is essential for effectively promoting its protection and development, guiding the planning of cultural tourism, and implementing cultural power strategies. There are clear differences between municipal and county-level ICH in Xinjiang. The overall distribution trend shows a spatial aggregation structure with more ICH in the north and fewer in the south. ICH resources are concentrated mainly in Kashgar, Yili, Tacheng, Bazhou, and Urumqi, where the Urumqi-Turpan-Korla region is the high-density core area for all types of ICH. Meanwhile, the Yining and Kashgar areas have a large number of non-relics. Ethnic distributions, cultural environments, policy supports, and other social and cultural factors have greater impacts on the spatial distribution of ICH in Xinjiang, while natural geographical environment factors such as runoff water systems and average precipitation have less influence. Interaction studies revealed that the synergistic effects of natural, economic, and social and cultural factors had a more profound influence on the spatial distribution of ICH. The evaluation of pore characteristics in lacustrine shales is of significance for shale oil and gas exploration in terrestrial sedimentary basins. However, due to the complex depositional environments, there have been few reports on the quantitative evaluation of lacustrine pores. In this study, we carry out experiments, e.g., scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and rock pyrolysis, on sixteen lacustrine shale core samples of the Late Cretaceous Nenjiang Formation (K2n1+2) in the Songliao Basin. At the same time, we bring in the fractal dimensions to quantitatively characterize the pores of shale samples in K2n1+2. The kerogen type of shales in the Nenjiang Formation is mainly type Ⅰ. The shales of K2n1+2 develop a large number of mineral intergranular pores and a small number of organic pores and mineral intragranular pores. The primary minerals of the samples are clay minerals and quartz. The total organic carbon (TOC) has a correlation with the pore physical parameters, whereas the content of minerals does not correlate significantly with pore development. The average pore fractal dimensions obtained from the analysis of nitrogen adsorption data are D1 = 2.5308 and D2 = 2.6557. There is a significant negative correlation between the fractal dimensions (D1 and D2) and the TOC content: the lower the fractal dimensions, the higher the TOC, and the more the free oil. In low maturity shales with higher TOC content, due to hydrocarbon generation, larger pores with a regular shape (small fractal parameters) can be produced, which can store more free oil. The shale reservoir evaluation of K2n1+2 in the Songliao Basin should be focused on shales with higher TOC and lower pore fractal parameters. We investigated the texture formation of Sb2Te thin films for phase change memory applications. The Sb2Te thin films with different thicknesses were deposited on Si (100) wafers by the magnetron sputtering method. As-deposited Sb2Te thin films were annealed at various temperatures and times. The texture characterization was performed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). Experimental results show that the annealed Sb2Te thin films exhibit the 11 2 ¯ 0 and 10 1 ¯ 0 prismatic texture. The formation of prismatic texture is induced by the lattice strain, surface energy, and coarse grains, in which the lattice strain is the essential origin of prismatic preference. Electronic transport properties of Sb2Te thin films were monitored by a physical property measurement system (PPMS). It was found that the formation of prismatic texture promotes the increase of carrier mobility. The stability of the film–substrate interface was also assessed by calculating mismatch. The prismatic-preferred Sb2Te thin films exhibit higher mismatch with a silicon wafer, reducing the interface stability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A non-Darcy flow with moving boundary conditions in a low-permeability reservoir was solved using the homotopy analysis method (HAM), which was converted into a fixed-boundary mathematical model via similarity transformation. Approximate analytical solutions based on the HAM are guaranteed to be more accurate than exact analytical solutions, with relative errors between 0.0089% and 2.64%. When λ = 0, the pressure drop of the Darcy seepage model could be instantaneously transmitted to infinity. When λ > 0, the pressure drop curve of the non-Darcy seepage model exhibited the characteristics of tight support, which was clearly different from the Darcy seepage model's formation pressure distribution curve. According to the results of the HAM, a moving boundary is more influenced by threshold pressure gradients with a longer time. When the threshold pressure gradients were smaller, the moving boundaries move more quickly and are more sensitive to external influences. One-dimensional, low-permeability porous media with a non-Darcy flow with moving boundary conditions can be reduced to a Darcy seepage model if the threshold pressure gradient values tend to zero. Taking 736 counties in the Yellow River Basin of China as the research area, the comprehensive urbanization development level and ecosystem service capacity from 2000 to 2020 were measured. Combined with spatial autocorrelation, the spatial pattern evolution characteristics of the two systems in the Yellow River Basin were revealed. The spatio–temporal geographically weighted regression (GTWR) model was used to analyze the spatio–temporal heterogeneity of the impact of various elements of the system on urbanization and ecosystem service capacity. The results showed that (1) the urbanization level and ecosystem service capacity of the Yellow River Basin were on the rise but the urbanization level and ecosystem service capacity were low, while the spatial and temporal heterogeneity was significant. (2) The two systems are positively correlated in space, and the agglomeration characteristics are significant. The evolution trend of urbanization from an L–L agglomeration area to an H–H agglomeration area is occurring gradually. The spatial change in the ecosystem service agglomeration area is small, and the stability is strong. (3) The impact of ecosystem services on comprehensive urbanization is enhanced by time, and the spatial 'center–periphery' diffusion characteristics are significant. (4) The influence of urbanization on the comprehensive ecosystem service capacity is enhanced and shows the law of east–west differentiation in space. Notched beam specimens were loaded by the three-point bending test device, and the effects of different volume contents and combinations of steel fibers on the tensile properties of hybrid steel fiber–reinforced self-compacting concrete (HSFRSCC) were studied. The failure law and strain field distribution of the specimens were studied by digital image correlation (DIC) technology. Moreover, the curves between the load and crack mouth opening displacement (CMOD) of 18 groups of hybrid steel fiber–reinforced concrete specimens were obtained, and the stress–strain curves of 18 groups of specimens were derived from the load–CMOD curves. The results show that both single and hybrid steel fibers can improve the crack deformation resistance and tensile properties of concrete, but hybrid steel fibers have a more significant improvement effect. Only when the content of steel fiber is more than 0.6% can it have a more obvious postpeak descending section, and hybrid steel fiber has higher postpeak deformation capacity and flexural toughness. The fundamental reason why concrete with hybrid steel fibers has better tensile properties is that micro and macro steel fibers cooperate with each other to resist cracks, improving the toughness of concrete after cracking. Finally, the mechanism of different size and volume content of steel fiber was analyzed from the micro level, which can be used as a reference for the engineering design of HSFRSCC in the future. Carbon dots (CDs) can be widely used in the field of sensing because of its good water solubility, low toxicity, high fluorescence stability and excellent biocompatibility. It has become a popular trend to prepare high-value, inexpensive, renewable and environmentally friendly CDs sensors from biomass resources. This article reviewed the research progress of biomass-derived CDs as chemical, physical and biological sensors in recent years and studied their preparation processes and sensing abilities. Furthermore, the prospects and challenges of biomass-CDs sensors were discussed. Aiming at the calculation problem of bearing pressure of typical overlying strata structure, in this paper, mechanical calculation, field monitoring and other methods are used to study the influence range of abutment pressure. Recently, many major rock burst accidents in working surface show that with the increase of mining depth and the change of overlying strata structure, the abutment pressure distribution has become one of the problems of safe mining. The influence range, distribution of high stress area and peak position of working surface support pressure need to be solved urgently; and through theoretical analysis, this paper reveals (whole rock single-layer structure, whole rock layered structure, whole rock single-layer structure—without arch in soil layer, whole rock layered structure—without arch in soil layer, whole rock single-layer structure—with soil arching, whole rock layered structure—with soil arching) the stress transfer mode, transfer size, and arching conditions of overlying strata in different areas. The mechanical system of abutment pressure calculation for typical overburden structure is established, which provides theoretical basis for mine optimization design scheme, mining sequence, and limited personnel distance. Brassica napus inap cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) is a novel sterile line with potential application in rapeseed hybrid breeding. Sterile cytoplasm was obtained from Isatis indigotica through somatic fusion and then recurrent backcrossing with B. napus. Previous studies have shown that inap CMS abortion occurred before the stamen primordia (stage 4–5), but the genetic mechanism of sterility needs to be studied. RNA-seq analyses were performed on the floral buds at two stages (0–5 and 6–8), before and after the formation of stamen primordium. As a result, a total of 1769 and 594 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were detected in the CMS line compared to its maintainer line at the two stages, respectively. In accordance with the CMS phenotype, the up- and downstream regulators of the stamen identity genes AP3 and PI were up- and downregulated in the CMS line, respectively. Furthermore, isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) analysis showed that a total of 760 differentially abundant proteins (DAPs) were identified in flower buds at stages 0–8, and most of the proteins related to the anther development, oxidative phosphorylation, and programmed cell death (PCD) were downregulated in inap CMS. In combined transcriptomic and proteomic analysis, a total of 32 DEGs/DAPs were identified, of which 7 common DEGs/DAPs had the same expression trend at stage 0–8 of flower development. The downregulation of genes related to the energy deficiency, hormone signal transduction, and the maintenance of mitochondrial metabolic homeostasis at stage 0–5 might disturb the normal differentiation of stamen primordium, resulting in carpelloid stamen of inap CMS. In this work, the influence of temperature on the corrosion behavior of AlCoCrFeNi2.1 eutectic high-entropy alloy in a chloride-containing sulfuric acid solution was investigated using electrochemical measurement, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. Results show that the passive film of AlCoCrFeNi2.1 is stable in chloride-containing sulfuric acid solutions at low temperatures, while an unstable film forms on the alloy at high temperatures. Furthermore, temperature changes the proportion of hydroxide and oxide in Fe and Cr, but it has no noticeable effect on Al and Ni, which is a significant factor on the passive behavior. L12 phase exhibits good corrosion resistance at different temperatures. Pitting occurred on B2 phase in the chloride-containing sulfuric acid solution at a low temperature of 5 °C, while pitting and dissolution take place on AlCoCrFeNi2.1 in the acid solution at room temperature and above. Coal seam impact risk assessment is the premise of coal mine safety, which can reduce the occurrence of underground impact pressure accidents and directly affect the safety, coal production, economic and social benefits of coal mining enterprises. In order to evaluate the impact risk of coal seams more reasonably and comprehensively, and consider the weights of different influencing factors on the impact risk of coal seams, the neural network model is proposed to evaluate the impact risk of coal seams. Mining depth, impact tendency, geological structure and mining technology are selected as the influencing factors of coal seam impact risk. Each influencing factor contains different evaluation indices, a total of 18. The 18 evaluation indices and the impact risk level are normalized and quantified. The BP neural network model for evaluating coal seam impact risk level is established, and the impact risk of 2-1 coal seams in a mine in Inner Mongolia is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed in this study. The results show that the BP neural network model can represent coal seam impact risk level well. The application of the BP neural network model to evaluate coal seam impact risk level has the characteristics of high precision, fast calculation speed and less artificial calculation, which provides an efficient and convenient method for the evaluation of coal seam impact risk. Intelligent unmanned mining is a key process in coal mine production, which has direct impact on the production safety, coal output, economic benefits and social benefits of coal mine enterprises. With the rapid development and popularization of 5G+ intelligent mines and coal mine intelligent equipment in China, the intelligentization of intelligent unmanned mining has become an important research topic. Especially with the promulgation of some Chinese policies and regulations, intelligent unmanned mining technology has become one of the key technologies of coal mine production. To understand the connotation, status quo and development trends of intelligent unmanned mining, this paper takes the relationship between key technologies and engineering application of intelligent unmanned mining in China as the perspective. It is proposed that the intelligent unmanned mining technology is in the whole process of working face mining. A research structure of unmanned follow-up operation and safe patrol is changing to the mode of intelligent adaptive mining, followed by the basic concepts and characteristics of intelligent unmanned mining. Relevant researches that maybe beneficial to the proposed research content are reviewed in four layers, which include basic theory, key technology, mining mode, and overall design system theory and technology. Vortex pumps have good non-clogging performance owing to their impellers being retracted into retraction cavities, but they are much less efficient than ordinary centrifugal pumps. In this paper, numerical simulations were performed on a model of the 150WX200-20 vortex pump for four different blade types, and the influence of blade structure on pump performance was determined. The simulations revealed the existence of axial vortices in the flow passage between the blades in the impeller region. The geometric characteristics of these axial vortices were more regular in two-phase solid-liquid flow than single-phase liquid flow. The presence of the solid phase reduced the vortex strength compared with the single-phase flow and suppressed the increase in size of the secondary circulation vortex. It was found, however, that the blade shape had a greater influence on the circulating flow than the presence of the solid phase. The flow state of the medium flowing out of the impeller domain had a direct effect on the circulating flow with this effect being related to the law governing the flow of the medium in the flow channel between the blades. It was found that the performance of a front-bent blade was the best and that of a curved blade the worst. This influence of blade type on the internal flow structure was used to further explain the relationship between the internal flow structure and the external characteristics of the vortex pump, the understanding of which is crucial for blade selection and hydraulic optimization.
