Under the background of rapid urbanization, strengthening the research on the response and dynamic mechanism of ecosystem services to land use is conducive to the optimization of land space and ecological restoration and governance in megacities. Using Hefei City as a case study, we examined specific ecosystem services and analyzed how water yield, habitat quality, carbon storage, and soil conservation changed over time from 2000 to 2020. We utilized spatial information technology and the InVEST model to assess these changes. Additionally, we developed a comprehensive ecological service index (CES) and used Geodetector and regression models to investigate how ecosystem services responded to land use. In addition, we utilized the Patch-generating Land Use Simulation Model (PLUS) to simulate the spatial distribution of land use in 2030. This was performed under four different scenarios: natural development (ND), urban development (UD), cultivated land protection (CP), and ecological protection (EP). Furthermore, we assessed the effects of these land-use changes on ecosystem service functions by integrating the PLUS results with InVEST. The findings indicate the following: (1) between 2000 and 2020, farmland consistently remained the dominant land-use type in Hefei City while construction land experienced significant growth. Land-use conversion was prevalent during this period, and each ecological indicator exhibited noticeable geographic variation; (2) during the past 20 years, the comprehensive ecosystem service index (CES) exhibited clear spatial clustering patterns. The different types of land use showed significant quantitative relationships with CES. Specifically, cultivated land, forest land, grassland, and water area had positive correlations, while construction land had a negative correlation. Geodetector analysis revealed that the proportion of ecological land use had the greatest impact on the spatial differentiation of CES, followed by population density; (3) according to the PLUS simulation, the UD scenario results in a significant conversion of cultivated land and grassland into construction land, leading to the greatest decrease in CES. In the ND scenario, the areas with decreasing CES are mostly areas that have been converted from other land types to construction land. In contrast, the EP scenario shows an increase in forest land and grassland, which promotes the enhancement of multiple ecosystem service functions simultaneously. This indicates that the EP scenario is the most favorable for sustainable land-use development. The study investigates the impact of land-use changes on ecosystem services and evaluates the sustainability of regional land use. In a microgrid, load power should be properly shared among multiple distributed generation (DG) units, not only for fundamental power but also for negative sequence and harmonic power. In this paper, the operation of a microgrid under imbalance and nonlinear load conditions is studied, and a consensus algorithm-based distributed control strategy is proposed for the microgrid power allocation, frequency, and voltage restoration. First of all, the output current of DG unit is decomposed by second-order generalized integrator (SOGI) modules to obtain the fundamental power and harmonic power through the power calculation formula. Then, state values of DG units, such as local power, frequency, and voltage, are transmitted on a sparse communication network. Under the action of a consensus algorithm, the real power of DG units is allocated following the equal increment principle; the reactive power, imbalance, and harmonic power are allocated according to the capacities of DG units; and the frequency of the microgrid and the voltage at the point of common coupling (PCC) are rated. In the consensus-based strategy, DG units only communicate with their neighbor units; thus, the "plug and play" function is reserved. Compared with the centralized control strategy, the proposed strategy with a distributed consensus protocol can simplify the maintenance and possible expansions of the system, making the microgrid more flexible. By comparing different settlement forecast methods, eight methods were selected considering the creep of marine soft soils in this case study, including the Hyperbolic Method (HM), Exponential Curve Method (ECM), Pearl Growth Curve Modeling (PGCM), Gompertz Growth Curve Modeling (GGCM), Grey (1, 1) Model (GM), Grey Verhulst Model (GVM), Back Propagation of Artificial Neural Network (BPANN) with Levenberg–Marquardt Algorithm (BPLM), and BPANN with Gradient Descent of Momentum and Adaptive Learning Rate (BPGD). Taking Lingni Seawall soil ground improved with prefabricated vertical drain-assisted staged riprap filling as an example, forecasts of the short-term, medium-term, long-term, and final settlements at different locations of the soft ground were performed with the eight selected methods. The forecasting values were compared with each other and with the monitored data. When relative errors were between 0 and −1%, both the forecasting accuracy and engineering safety were appropriate and reliable. It was concluded that the appropriate forecast methods were different not only due to the time periods during the settlement process, but also the locations of soft ground. Ce–based catalysts exhibit a poor stability and activity in chlorinated volatile organic compound (Cl–VOC) oxidation due to their rapid Cl poisoning. Herein, phosphotungstic acid (HPW) was coated on CeO2 to improve its activity and stability for chlorobenzene (CB) oxidation. The HPW coating not only promoted CB adsorption onto CeO2, but also provided Brønsted acid sites to CeO2 for Cl species removal as HCl, thus avoiding Cl poisoning. Hence, a synergistic effect of CeO2 and HPW on HPW/CeO2 was observed, resulting in superior CB oxidation activity and stability. Additionally, to improve the sulfur resistance of the catalyst, the inhibition mechanism of SO2 on CB oxidation by HPW/CeO2 was explored. HPW/CeO2 was prone to sulfation due to the formation of Ce2(SO4)3 from the reaction of SO2 and CeO2. Thus, the oxidation ability of HPW/CeO2; the amount of adsorption sites for CB adsorption; and the amounts of Ce4+ bonded with O2−, lattice oxygen species, and adsorbed oxygen species were decreased by SO2. Meanwhile, SO2 competed with CB for the adsorption sites on HPW/CeO2. Therefore, CB oxidation by HPW/CeO2 was remarkably restrained by SO2. Vaccinium corymbosum L., commonly known as blueberry, is a valuable small fruit tree in terms of its economic significance and is primarily found in China within the regions of Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces. Additionally, it thrives in the areas spanning the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Beyond their economic value, blueberries play a crucial role within forest ecosystems, serving as a significant energy source and source of nutrients. Their presence contributes significantly to fostering stability, enhancing biodiversity, and acting as an indicator of environmental quality within forest ecosystems. Since August 2022, an unknown leaf disease has been found on a large scale in blueberry fields in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. The disease causes leaf curling, wilting, and even early defoliation, severely reducing the yield and production value of blueberries. The pathogenicity test confirmed the virulence of the isolates (NG5-1, NG5-2, NG5-3, NG5-4, N2-1, and N2-2) against V. corymbosum. The two pathogens were identified as Colletotrichum fructicola and C. aenigma by observing the morphological characteristics of the isolates and combined with multilocus phylogenetic analyses (ITS, CAL, ACT, TUB2, ApMat, and GAPDH). Blueberry anthracnose, caused by C. aenigma, is the first report of this disease in China. The biological characteristics of C. aenigma were investigated under different conditions, including temperature, pH, light conditions, culture medium, and carbon and nitrogen sources. The optimal temperature for growth was determined to be within the range of 25–30 °C; C. aenigma exhibits optimal growth at a pH of 7–8. Mycelial growth is favored under conditions of partial light, whereas complete darkness promotes spore production. It was found that PDA medium was the most favorable medium for C. aenigma mycelial growth, and MM medium was the best medium for spore production; the most suitable carbon sources for colony growth and spore production were sorbitol and glucose, respectively, and the most suitable nitrogen source was peptone. The release of algal toxins in algae-containing water sources poses a serious threat to drinking water safety and human health. The conventional water treatment processes of water plants have a limited ability to remove algae and algal toxins, especially algal toxins with a molecular weight (MW) of less than 1000 Da. To eliminate algal pollution from a water source, a two-stage ultrafiltration (UF) process with a large polysulfone hollow fiber membrane with a MW cut-off of 200 kDa and a small aromatic polyamide roll membrane with a MW cut-off of 1 kDa were applied after a traditional sand filter in a water treatment plant. UF operation conditions, including the operating time, pressure, and membrane flux, were investigated. With an operating pressure of 0.05–0.08 MPa, the polysulfone hollow fiber membrane removed algae effectively, as the influent algal cell concentration ranged from 1–30 cells/mL but exhibited a limited removal of algal toxins. With an operating pressure of 0.3–0.4 MPa, the elimination of microcystins (MCs) reached 96.3% with the aromatic polyamide roll membrane. The operating pressure, membrane flux, and operating time were selected as the experimental factors, and the effects on the UF efficiency to remove algal toxins and biodegradable dissolved organic carbon were investigated by the response surface methodology. The model showed that the order of influence on the membrane operating efficiency was operating pressure > membrane flux > running time. With the recent shift in public aesthetics, tourism agriculture, which combines tourism with modern agriculture, has become a new and popular form of tourism, exhibiting great potential. Internationally, tourism is known as a sunrise industry that will never decline because the benefits and impact introduced by tourism are not only limited to the industry itself but also the development of other fields. It stimulates the labor force by creating job vacancies, consumption, economic benefits, and opportunities for the surrounding areas. Therefore, paying attention to the development of tourism and focusing on the trending frontier issues of the industry are of practical value to the development of social economy and culture. Traditional forms of tourism develop economic value by focusing on people's direct experiences at specific times and places. However, this approach is somewhat limited by time and space constraints, preventing the full exploitation of the economic and cultural value of tourism landscapes. In contrast, modern rural tourism models based on virtual environment modeling and virtual reality technology can address this issue, enhancing the development of rural tourism industries. Virtual environment modeling designs specific spatial environments and simulates internal elements, providing authenticity to environments and a sense of reality using textures. Virtual reality technology goes further in creating highly realistic virtual environments that are generated by computers, encompassing visual, auditory, linguistic, force, tactile, motion, and olfactory elements, and enabling natural interactions between various sensory devices of the operator and the landscape model. The combination of these two approaches offers a broader scope and more nuanced physical and mental experiences for the rural tourism industry. This paper explores the optimization role of virtual environment and environmental landscape modeling based on virtual reality technology in designing rural tourism landscapes. It examines the specific elements of optimization within this type of technology and, using algorithms, demonstrates that these methods provide a 15.73% optimization rate in the sightseeing process compared to traditional tourism models, making them widely applicable in the design of rural tourism landscape environments. Salinity stands as a significant environmental stressor, severely impacting crop productivity. Plants exposed to salt stress undergo physiological alterations that influence their growth and development. Meanwhile, plants have also evolved mechanisms to endure the detrimental effects of salinity-induced salt stress. Within plants, Calcineurin B-like (CBL) proteins act as vital Ca2+ sensors, binding to Ca2+ and subsequently transmitting signals to downstream response pathways. CBLs engage with CBL-interacting protein kinases (CIPKs), forming complexes that regulate a multitude of plant growth and developmental processes, notably ion homeostasis in response to salinity conditions. This review introduces the repercussions of salt stress, including osmotic stress, diminished photosynthesis, and oxidative damage. It also explores how CBLs modulate the response to salt stress in plants, outlining the functions of the CBL-CIPK modules involved. Stable carbon isotopes (δ13C) and elemental stoichiometry characteristics are important ways to research the water and nutrient use strategies of plants. Investigating the variation patterns inof δ13C and the major nutrient elements in different organs of plants and the correlation among them can reveal the ecological strategies of desert plants in extreme arid environments. In this study, two typical desert plants, Alhagi sparsifolia and Karelinia caspia, were studied in the Tarim Basin. By analyzing the changes in δ13C, carbon (C), nitrogen (N), and phosphorus (P) and the ecological stoichiometry of their roots, stems, and leaves, the distribution patterns among different organs and their correlation with soil environmental factors were revealed. The results showed the following: (1) The δ13C of the two plants differed significantly among different organs (p < 0.01). The root and stem of Alhagi sparsifolia had significantly greater δ13C than the leave, while the δ13C of Karelinia caspia showed a root > stem > leaf gradient; (2) the C content in the leaves of the two plants was significantly lower than that of the root (p < 0.01), whereas the N content showed the opposite trend (p < 0.01); (3) the average N:P of Alhagi sparsifolia was >16.00, indicating it was mainly limited by P elements, while the average N:P of Karelinia caspia was <14.00, suggesting it was mainly limited by N elements; (4) in the root, stem and leave of Alhagi sparsifolia and Karelinia caspia, the N content and C:N and the P content and C:P showed a significantly negative correlation (p < 0.01), and δ13C was negatively correlated with C:P; (5) soil total phosphorus (TP) is an important soil environmental factor affecting δ13C and the nutrient elements in Alhagi sparsifolia and Karelinia caspia. This study demonstrates that Alhagi sparsifolia and Karelinia caspia are able to effectively coordinate and regulate their water, N, and P use strategies in response to environmental stress. Continuous cropping can lead to an excessive accumulation of nitrate in facility-cultured soil. Excessive accumulation of nitrate gradually becomes the main reason for crop failure in vegetables and endangers human health. Therefore, the exploration of effective measures to decrease abundant nitrate accumulation in Chinese flowering cabbage is indispensable. In this study, a kind of plant growth regulator, fulvic acid (FA), was used to study its positive effect on alleviating the growth inhibition induced by excessive Ca(NO3)2 in Chinese flowering cabbage. Meanwhile, we conducted hydroponic cultivation and measured the growth indices, photosynthetic and oxidation-reduction characteristics of Chinese flowering cabbage with different treatments. After determining the optimal treatment concentration, we mainly designed four treatment groups, including Con, FA, Ca(NO3)2 and FA + Ca(NO3)2 cotreatment, to explore the regulatory mechanism by which FA alleviates Ca(NO3)2 stress in Chinese flowering cabbage. The results showed that FA can effectively alleviate the inhibitory effect of excessive Ca(NO3)2 on the growth of Chinese flowering cabbage seedlings. FA recovered the photosynthetic capacity of seedlings under Ca(NO3)2 stress. In addition, FA depressed the accumulation of O2·−, H2O2, malondialdehyde (MDA) and relative electrical conductivity, but increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes, including SOD, POD, CAT and APX, which finally enhanced the stress resistance of Chinese flowering cabbage to Ca(NO3)2. The expression of nitrate-related transporters, BcNRT1.1 and BcNRT1.5, was depressed by FA, which inhibited redundant nitrate absorption and restricted more nitrate from being stored in the roots instead of being transferred to the shoot. Ultimately, nitrate accumulation in the edible part was reduced in Chinese flowering cabbage seedlings. In general, exogenous FA may alleviate nitrate stress by improving oxidation resistance, photosynthetic capacity and redundant Ca(NO3)2 accumulation in Chinese flowering cabbage. Prefabricated vertical drains (PVDs) with staged riprap preloading have been widely used in soft soil ground improvement and embankment construction. However, ground treatment effectiveness evaluation is still a difficult problem due to multiple factors. Considering this, in situ monitoring and numerical simulation were conducted to study the deformation and strength characteristics of marine soft soil ground treated by PVD-assisted staged riprap under the Lingni Seawall construction in China. Monitoring and analysis of results showed that use of PVD-assisted staged riprap resulted in a good improvement effect. In particular, in the PVD-treated zone within 10 m in depth, corresponding to a half-length of the PVD, the average radial degree of consolidation reached up to 75–100%, and the soil strength increased significantly by 200–700%. Moreover, numerical simulation showed that the linear 1-dimensional drain element of PVD closely met the engineering accuracy requirements with good consistency with the monitoring data. Compared with a totally solid element model, the numbers of elements and nodes were reduced and the calculating efficiency and model accuracy were increased by using a PVD linear element, which provides a basis for building large complex finite element models. The light weight, electrical conductivity, environmental friendliness, and high mechanical properties of graphene/PEKK composites make them popular in biomedical, electronic component and aerospace fields. However, the compaction density and carbonization of the specimen influence the microstructure and conductivity of the graphene/PEKK composite prepared by in situ polymerization, so electromagnetic-assisted molding was used to manufacture products to avoid carbonization and enhance the compaction density. The effects of different discharge voltages on the microstructure of the formed graphene/PEKK specimens were compared. Increasing the discharge voltage will lead to a closer distribution of flake graphene in the matrix to improve the compaction density, mechanical performance and conductivity. At the same time, the numerical analysis model was validated by comparison with the compaction density of the experimental results. Porcine sapelovirus (PSV) is a ubiquitous virus in farmed pigs that is associated with SMEDI syndrome, polioencephalomyelitis, and diarrhea. However, there are few reports on the prevalence and molecular characterization of PSV in Fujian Province, Southern China. In this study, the prevalence of PSV and a poetical combinative strain PSV2020 were characterized using real-time PCR, sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis. As a result, an overall sample prevalence of 30.8% was detected in 260 fecal samples, and a farm prevalence of 76.7% was observed in 30 Fujian pig farms, from 2020 to 2022. Noteably, a high rate of PSV was found in sucking pigs. Bioinformatics analysis showed that the full-length genome of PSV2020 was 7550 bp, and the genetic evolution of its ORF region was closest to the G1 subgroup, which was isolated from Asia and America; the similarity of nucleotides and amino acids to other PSVs was 59.5~88.7% and 51.7~97.0%, respectively. However, VP1 genetic evolution analysis showed a distinct phylogenetic topology from the ORF region; PSV2020 VP1 was closer to the DIAPD5469-10 strain isolated from Italy than strains isolated from Asia and America, which comprise the G1 subgroup based on the ORF region. Amino acid discrepancy analysis illustrated that the PSV2020 VP1 gene inserted twelve additional nucleotides, corresponding to four additional amino acids (STAE) at positions 898–902 AAs. Moreover, a potential recombination signal was observed in the 2A coding region, near the 3′ end of VP1, owing to recombination analysis. Additionally, 3D genetic evolutionary analysis showed that all reference strains demonstrated, to some degree, regional conservation. These results suggested that PSV was highly prevalent in Fujian pig farms, and PSV2020, a PSV-1 genotype strain, showed gene diversity and recombination in evolutionary progress. In order to clarify the temporal and spatial changes in the internal photothermal environment in an open-field agrivoltaic system (OAVS), this paper took the OAVS in eastern China as the research object and divided the internal area into the southern area, middle area and northern area, according to the spatial structure. Further, a photothermal environment test was conducted in the above three areas in the summer and winter. The results showed that the summer average daylight rate (Rm-avg) in the middle area was 66.6%, while the Rm-avg in the other two areas was about 20%, with no significant difference. In the winter, the light environment in the southern area was slightly better, and the Rm-avg in the above three areas was 26.4%, 24.7% and 19.7%, respectively. On the whole, the relationship between the thermal environmental factors and the solar radiation intensity was consistent. Further, a 3D model of an OAVS was established using Autodesk Ecotect Analysis 2011, and the internal light environment was simulated. Compared with the measured values, the relative error was less than 10%, which verified the reliability of the OAVS model. Then, the model was used to reveal the temporal and spatial changes in the light environment of the OAVS. The simulation results showed that the daylighting rate in the summer from the ground to the height of the fig canopy inside the system was 20.7% to 61.5%. In the winter, the daylighting rate from the ground to the height of the fig canopy inside the system was 17.7% to 36.4%. The effectiveness of the OAVS in reducing the level of solar radiation intensity depended on the time of day and the angle of the sun. At the spatial scale, due to the strong consumption of light by photovoltaic panels, there was a strong horizontal and vertical light environment gradient inside the system. In conclusion, the photothermal environment research of an OAVS based on Autodesk Ecotect Analysis 2011 can not only provide a basis for agricultural production and structural design such as span, height and the laying density of PV panels, but also expand its application to regions with different latitudes and longitudes and specific climates. Simple Summary: Bladder cancer occurs mainly in older people and is expensive to manage. Swedish Herbal Rhodiola-5 (SHR-5), a standardized Rhodiola Rosea extract from the Swedish Herbal Institute (the SHI, Gothenburg, Sweden), has been in clinical studies for managing mild to moderate depression and physical and mental fatigue. Previous studies have shown that SHR-5 extended the life span of the fruit fly through a mechanism that was not associated with dietary restriction. In this study, we examined whether drinking SHR-5 can delay tumor development in a superficial bladder cancer mouse model. Drinking SHR-5 daily markedly improved the survival rate of the bladder tumor-bearing mice, by an absolute 61.7%, and reduced urinary tract obstruction and tumor burden. SHR-5 drinking reshaped the tumor metabolism via the inhibition of the mTOR leading to a decreased tumor cell proliferation. Background: SHR-5 has been used as an "adaptogen" for enhancing physical and mental performance and for fighting stress in the healthy population. The purpose of this study is to determine the chemopreventive efficacy of SHR-5 for superficial bladder cancer and to investigate the underlying mechanisms of action. Methods: UPII-mutant Ha-ras bladder-cancer-transgenic mice, that developed low-grade and noninvasive papillary transitional urothelial cell carcinoma, were fed with 1.25 and 6.25 mg/mL SHR-5 in drinking water for 6 months. The survival of the mice, obstructive uropathy, tumor burden and morphology, and proliferation were evaluated by pathological, molecular, metabolic, and statistical analyses. Results: Approximately 95% or more of the male UPII-mutant Ha-ras mice that drank SHR-5 daily survived over 6 months of age, while only 33.3% of those mice that drank normal water survived over 6 months of age (p < 0.0001); SHR-5 drinking exposure also reduced tumor-bearing bladder weight and urinary tract obstruction and inhibited mTOR signaling in neoplastic tissues. Global metabolic analysis revealed that SHR-5 resulted in increased phenolic metabolites and decreased CoA, a critical metabolic cofactor for lipid metabolism. Conclusions: Our findings highlight the potential of SHR-5 as an anti-aging agent for bladder cancer prevention through reshaping tumor metabolism via the inhibition of the mTOR signaling. Selecting suitable promoters to drive gene overexpression can provide significant insight into the development of engineered bacteria. In this study, we analyzed the transcriptome data of Burkholderia pyrrocinia JK-SH007 and identified 54 highly expressed genes. The promoter sequences were located using genome-wide data and scored using the prokaryotic promoter prediction software BPROM to further screen out 18 promoter sequences. We also developed a promoter trap system based on two reporter proteins adapted for promoter optimization in B. pyrrocinia JK-SH007: firefly luciferase encoded by the luciferase gene set (Luc) and trimethoprim (TP)-resistant dihydrofolate reductase (TPr). Ultimately, eight constitutive promoters were successfully inserted into the probe vector and transformed into B. pyrrocinia JK-SH007. The transformants were successfully grown on Tp antibiotic plates, and firefly luciferase expression was determined by measuring the relative light unit (RLU). Five of the promoters (P4, P9, P10, P14, and P19) showed 1.01–2.51-fold higher activity than the control promoter λ phage transcriptional promoter (PRPL). The promoter activity was further validated via qPCR analysis, indicating that promoters P14 and P19 showed stable high transcription levels at all time points. Then, GFP and RFP proteins were overexpressed in JK-SH007. In addition, promoters P14 and P19 were successfully used to drive gene expression in Burkholderia multivorans WS-FJ9 and Escherichia coli S17-1. In recent years, small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) have been regarded as the next generation of novel delivery systems after lipid nanoparticles because of their advantages and huge prospects in drug delivery. Studies have shown that sEVs are abundant in milk and therefore can be a large and economical source of sEVs. Natural milk-derived small extracellular vesicles (msEVs) have important functions such as immune regulation, anti-bacterial infection, anti-oxidative, etc., and play a beneficial role in human health at multiple levels, including intestinal health, bone/muscle metabolism, and microbiota regulation. In addition, because they can pass the gastrointestinal barrier and have low immunogenicity, good biocompatibility, and stability, msEVs are considered a crucial oral drug delivery vehicle. Moreover, msEVs can be further engineered for targeted delivery to prolong the circulation time or enhance local drug concentrations. However, msEVs separation and purification, complex contents, and quality control hinder their application in drug delivery. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the biogenesis and characteristics, isolation and purification, composition, loading methods, and function of msEVs, based on which their applications in biomedical fields are further explored. Simple Summary: In this study, we found 299 circadian genes that were differentially expressed in pancreatic cancer (PACA). The expression levels of MBOAT2, CDA, LPCAT2 and B4GALT5, which were enriched in metabolic pathways, were not only highly connected with overall survival and other clinical parameters in PACA patients, but were also closely correlated with the level of immune cell infiltration. In conclusion, there was a close link between circadian genes, cancer marker pathways and immune infiltration. These findings could lay the foundation for the use of personalized chronotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer (PACA) is a highly malignant tumor with a poor prognosis. Recent studies have discovered substantial differences in the expression levels of several circadian genes in PACA samples compared to normal samples. The goal of this research was to find differentially expressed rhythm genes (DERGs) in PACA samples and determine their role in the development of PACA. A total of 299 DERGs were identified in PACA, including 134 downregulated genes and 165 upregulated genes. DERGs were significantly abundant in the metabolic pathway and immune response pathways, according to GO and KEGG analyses. Survival analyses showed that PACA patients who had higher expression levels of MBOAT2/CDA/LPCAT2/B4GALT5 had shorter overall survival times. Using cell assay verification, the mRNA levels of MBOAT2/CDA/LPCAT2/B4GALT5 in Patu-8988 and PNAC-1 cells were found to be significantly higher than those in HPDE6-C7 cells, which was in line with previous studies on PACA patient data. Through conducting univariate Cox analysis, it was determined that MBOAT2/CDA/LPCAT2/B4GALT5 expression, age and grade were all high-risk factors. The MBOAT2/CDA/LPCAT2/B4GALT5 genes were independently correlated with overall survival, according to the multivariate Cox analysis. The proportion of immune cells in PACA and normal samples significantly changed, according to the immune infiltration analysis. Furthermore, MBOAT2/CDA/LPCAT2/B4GALT5 expression levels were significantly related to the level of immune cell infiltration. The protein–protein interaction network of the MBOAT2/CDA/LPCAT2/B4GALT5 genes included 54 biological nodes and 368 interacting genes. With the rapid development of the 5G power Internet of Things (IoT), new power systems have higher requirements for data transmission rates, latency, reliability, and energy efficiency. Specifically, the hybrid service of enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) and ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) has brought new challenges to the differentiated service of the 5G power IoT. To solve the above problems, this paper first constructs a power IoT model based on NOMA for the mixed service of URLLC and eMBB. Considering the shortage of resource utilization in eMBB and URLLC hybrid power service scenarios, the problem of maximizing system throughput through joint channel selection and power allocation is proposed. The channel selection algorithm based on matching as well as the power allocation algorithm based on water injection are developed to tackle the problem. Reaction of [Au(tht)2](ClO4) (tht = tetrahydrothiophene), [Cu(CH3CN)4](ClO4), 3,6-di-tert-butyl-1,8-diethynyl-9H-carbazole (H3decz), and bis(2-diphenylphosphinophenyl)ether (POP) in the presence of triethylamine (NEt3) gave the cluster complex Au4Cu2(decz)2(POP)2 as yellow crystals. As revealed by X-ray crystallography, the Au4Cu2 cluster exhibits scissor-like structure sustained by two decz and two POP ligands and stabilized by Au-Cu and Au-Au interactions. The Au4Cu2 cluster shows bright yellow to orange photoluminescence upon irradiation at >300 nm, arising from 3[π (decz)→5d (Au)] 3LMCT (ligand-to-metal charge transfer) and 3[π→π* (decz)] 3IL (intraligand) triplet states as revealed by theoretical and computational studies. When it is mechanically ground, reversible phosphorescence conversion from yellow to red is observed owing to more compact molecular packing and thus stronger intermetallic interaction. Variable-temperature luminescence studies reveal that it displays distinct red-shifts of the emission whether the temperature is elevated or lowered from ambient temperature, suggestive of exceptional thermochromic phosphorescence characteristics. This paper presents a precise analysis of the efficiency characteristic of the synchronous generator under both normal and SAGE conditions. In this work, various losses of the synchronous generator are computed by the qualitative theoretical model and the finite element analysis in detail. Further, the generator efficiency model is proposed according to the relationship between the output power and the loss. The presented model is verified in a 5-kW non-salient synchronous generator. Epidemiological evidence suggests that kava (Piper methysticum Forst) drinks may reduce the risk of cancer in South Pacific Island smokers. However, little is known about the anti-carcinogenic effects of kava on tobacco smoking-related bladder cancer and its underlying mechanisms. Here we show that dietary feeding of kawain (a major active component in kava root extracts) to mice either before or after hydroxy butyl(butyl) nitrosamine (OH-BBN) carcinogen exposure slows down urinary bladder carcinogenesis and prolongs the survival of the OH-BBN-exposed mice. OH-BBN-induced bladder tumors exhibit significantly increased expression of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1), accompanied by decreased levels of H3K4 mono-methylation compared to normal bladder epithelium, whereas dietary kawain reverses the effects of OH-BBN on H3K4 mono-methylation. Human bladder cancer tumor tissues at different pathological grades also show significantly increased expression of LSD1 and decreased levels of H3K4 mono-methylation compared to normal urothelium. In addition, kava root extracts and the kavalactones kawain and methysticin all increase the levels of H3K4 mono- and di-methylation, leading to inhibitory effects on cell migration. Taken together, our results suggest that modification of histone lysine methylation may represent a new approach to bladder cancer prevention and treatment and that kavalactones may be promising agents for bladder cancer interception in both current and former smokers. Objective: The effectiveness and safety of belimumab in Chinese lupus patients with different disease activities were investigated in a real-world setting. Method: Patients who received 10 mg/kg belimumab intravenously on weeks 0, 2, and 4, and then every 4 weeks on a background of standard-of-care (SoC) therapy and had a follow-up of more than 6 months were enrolled from four centers in China. They were stratified according to the Safety of Estrogens in Lupus Erythematosus National Assessment-SLE Disease Activity Index (SELENA-SLEDAI) score at baseline as the moderate/severe (SELENA-SLEDAI > 6) or mild subgroups (SELENA-SLEDAI ≤ 6). Attainment of the Lupus Low Disease Activity State (LLDAS) or remission on treatment was analyzed in all patients. The SLE Responder Index 4 (SRI-4) and SELENA-SLEDAI Flare Index (SFI) were evaluated for patients with moderate/severe disease and mild disease, respectively. Patients in the control arm with SoC alone from previous metformin lupus trials were selected by propensity score matching (PSM) as the reference group. Results: 224 SLE patients with a mean follow-up of 11.7 months receiving belimumab were enrolled in this observational study, of which 126 and 98 were in the moderate/severe and mild subgroup, respectively. At 12 months, 54.76% of the patients attained LLDAS and 28.57% attained remission. Lower daily prednisone at baseline were independently associated with 12-month LLDAS. Further, 87% of the subgroup with moderate/severe disease achieved SRI-4 at 12 months and a high SLEDAI at baseline was its predictive factor. For the mild subgroup, a reduced flare rate was observed compared with PSM reference (17.5%, vs. 38.6%, p = 0.021). Infection events, particularly viral infections and pneumonia were recorded in 7 and 6 patients, respectively. UPII-mutant Ha-ras transgenic mice develop urothelial hyperplasia and low-grade papillary carcinoma, which mimics human non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). We investigated the effects and mechanisms of kawain, a main kavalactone in the kava plant, on oncogenic Ha-ras-driven urothelial carcinoma in these mice. The mice were fed at six weeks of age with vehicle control or kawain (6 g/kg) formulated food for approximately five months. Seventy-eight percent of the mice or more fed with kawain food survived more than six months of age, whereas only 32% control food-fed male mice survived, (p = 0.0082). The mean wet bladder weights (a surrogate for tumor burden) of UPII-mutant Ha-ras transgenic mice with kawain diet was decreased by approximately 56% compared to those fed with the control diet (p = 0.035). The kawain diet also significantly reduced the occurrence of hydronephrosis and hematuria in UPII-mutant Ha-ras transgenic mice. Histological examination and immunohistochemistry analysis revealed that vehicle control-treated mice displayed more urothelial carcinoma and Ki67-positive cells in the bladder compared to kawain treated mice. Global metabolic profiling of bladder tumor samples from mice fed with kawain food showed significantly more enrichment of serotonin and less abundance of xylulose, prostaglandin A2, D2 and E2 compared to those from control diet-fed mice, suggesting decreased shunting of glucose to the pentose phosphate pathway (PPP) and reduced inflammation. In addition, kawain selectively inhibited the growth of human bladder cancer cell lines with a significant suppression of 4E-BP1 expression and rpS6 phosphorylation. Zona incerta (ZI) is an integrative subthalamic region in nociceptive neurotransmission. Previous studies demonstrated that the rostral ZI (ZIR) is an important gamma–aminobutyric acid-ergic (GABAergic) source to the thalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVT), but whether the ZIR–PVT pathway participates in nociceptive modulation is still unclear. Therefore, our investigation utilized anatomical tracing, fiber photometry, chemogenetic, optogenetic and local pharmacological approaches to investigate the roles of the ZIRGABA+–PVT pathway in nociceptive neurotransmission in mice. We found that projections from the GABAergic neurons in ZIR to PVT were involved in nociceptive neurotransmission. Furthermore, chemogenetic and optogenetic activation of the ZIRGABA+–PVT pathway alleviates pain, whereas inhibiting the activities of the ZIRGABA+-PVT circuit induces mechanical hypersensitivity and partial heat hyperalgesia. Importantly, in vivo pharmacology combined with optogenetics revealed that the GABA-A receptor (GABAAR) is crucial for GABAergic inhibition from ZIR to PVT. Barley bran has potential bioactivities due to its high content of polyphenols and dietary fiber, etc. Fermentation has been considered as an effective way to promote the functional activity of food raw materials. In this study, polysaccharides from barley bran extract fermented by Lactiplantibacillus plantarum dy-1 (FBBE-PS) were analyzed, and its effects on lipid accumulation and oxidative stress in high-fat HepG2 cells induced by sodium oleate were evaluated. The results showed that the molecular weight decreased and monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides changed significantly after fermentation. In addition, 50 μg/mL FBBE-PS could reduce the triglyceride (TG) content and reaction oxygen species (ROS) level in high-fat HepG2 cells by 21.62% and 30.01%, respectively, while increasing the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) represented by 64.87% and 22.93%, respectively. RT-qPCR analysis revealed that FBBE-PS could up-regulate the lipid metabolism-related genes such as ppar-α, acox-1 and cpt-1α, and oxidation-related genes such as nrf2, ho-1, nqo-1, sod1, cat, etc. The metabolomics analysis indicated that FBBE-PS could alleviate lipid deposition by inhibiting the biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids, which is consistent with the downregulation of scd-1 expression. It is demonstrated that fermentation can alter the properties and physiological activities of polysaccharides in barley bran, and FBBE-PS exhibited an alleviating effect on lipid deposition and oxidative stress in high-fat cells. Nitrogen enters the soil surface along with the deposition and destroys the element balance of an ecosystem, which has an important impact on underground ecological processes. As active interfaces with the environment, fine roots play a key role in the processes of underground ecosystems and nutrient cycles. Nitrogen in deposition is mainly in two forms, namely organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen, which may have different responses to the ecological balance of fine roots and the soil environment; however, in Picea schrenkiana Fisch. et Mey., as a dominant species in the Tianshan Mountains of Xinjiang, it is not clear how different proportions of nitrogen deposition affect the element balance and interactions between fine roots and soil. In this study, from May 2018 to October 2020, five groups of in situ control experiments with different proportions of exogenous nitrogen addition (different ratios of ON–IN, CK = 0:0, N1 = 10:0, N2 = 7:3, N3 = 5:5, N4 = 3:7, and N5 = 0:10, were mixed and then used with equal total amounts of 10 kg·N·ha−1·a−1) were conducted on Picea schrenkiana. The results showed that inorganic nitrogen had a stronger effect on the carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus contents of fine roots under different proportions of exogenous nitrogen addition, indicating that the fine roots of Picea schrenkiana had a greater response to inorganic nitrogen sources. In a mixed organic–inorganic nitrogen source with the same proportion of organic and inorganic nitrogen, the reaction between fine-root nitrogen (TN = 7.6 g·kg−1−10.8 g·kg −1) and soil phosphorus (TP = 0.99 g·kg−1−1.93 g·kg−1) was stronger, indicating that the Picea schrenkiana ecosystem may be a nitrogen-limited forest ecosystem. In addition, different proportions of nitrogen source inputs have an indirect impact on the fine-root stoichiometry and biomass of different root sequences through the impact on soil environmental factors and stoichiometry. Therefore, our research provides insights into the impact of increases in nitrogen on the nutrient cycling of mountain forests in arid areas and provides small-scale support for a research database of forest ecosystem responses to nitrogen deposition. The modular heat storage wall is a new type of solar greenhouse wall structure, which has the advantages of fast construction and good heat storage ability. This study provides data reference and practical value for producing modular heat storage wall in the construction of a solar greenhouse. In this paper, we used different heat storage materials to construct the modular wall. In the winter thermal environment test, soil module solar greenhouse (SG) and stone module solar greenhouse (PG) were controlled against each other in two greenhouses. The test results for 28 consecutive days (31 January 2021 9:00 to 28 February 2021 9:00) showed that both greenhouses could effectively increase the temperature in greenhouse by 10–12 °C. The average temperature of SG was 0.86 °C lower than that of PG during the daytime (09:00–17:00) and 0.44 °C higher than that of PG during the nighttime (17:00–09:00). Under typical sunny conditions, the average temperature differences between the inlet and outlet of SG in the heat storage and exothermic stage was less than that of PG, and the relative humidity difference was greater than that of PG. This indicated that SG had a better performance of heat preservation than PG and could raise the nighttime temperature rapidly. Under the condition of a typical cloudy day, the average temperature difference between the inlet and outlet was SG < PG and the relative humidity difference was SG > PG in the exothermic stage, which was consistent with the conclusion of sunny days. In the storage and exothermic stages of typical sunny days and cloudy days, the total heat exchange of SG was 464.87, 110.44 and 54.82 MJ and the total heat exchange of PG was 264.16, 61.60 and 46.89 MJ, respectively. Moreover, the heat storage and release of SG were more than that of PG in all stages. In summary, the thermal performance of the modular heat storage wall heliogreenhouse could meet the growth of tomato crop, in which the heat transfer performance of SG was optimum. The gene changes for diagnosis and prognosis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) still remain unclear. RAC1 was reported to be asso;ciated with the B cell receptor signal pathway, but its relations with DLBCL have not yet been systematically explored. In this study, we have conducted molecular, bioinformatics and clinical analyses by using publicly available data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Wilcoxon signed-rank test and logistic regression were performed to evaluate the association between RAC1 and clinical features in patients. Kaplan–Meier and Cox regression methods were used to examine the impacts of RAC1 expression level on overall survival, and a nomogram was performed to illustrate the correlation between RAC1 and the risk of DLBCL. Our results revealed that the expression level of RAC1 in DLBCL was higher than that in normal tissues or lymphadenitis. High-level expression of RAC1 was significantly associated with clinical stage, as well as being an independent factor affecting overall survival. RAC1 was negatively correlated with Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK). The association between RAC1 gene expression and the risk of DLBCL was presented in a nomogram. A novel multi-channel barcode module was developed by using chiral co-crystals which contain field-induced SMM behavior and different emission bands. The chiral co-crystals [Zn(H2L)Dy(DBM)2]4(ClO4)4⋅9CH3OH⋅H2O (1a) and [Zn(H2L)Dy(DBM)2]4(ClO4)4⋅8CH3OH⋅0.5H2O (1b) (H4L = 2,2′-[1,2-ethanediylbis[(hydroxyethylimino)methylene]]bis[6-methoxy-4-methyl-phenol], HDBM = dibenzoylmethane) were obtained through one-pot reaction of ZnII and DyIII with the achiral ligands H4L and HDBM. X-ray single crystal diffraction and CD spectroscopy confirmed that they are enantiomers crystallized in P43 (1a) and P41 (1b), both consisting of two ∆-[Zn(H2L)Dy(DBM)2]+ cations, two Λ-[Zn(H2L)Dy(DBM)2]+ cations and four (ClO4)− anions. The presence of DyIII ions endow them with the property of field-induced slow magnetic relaxation. The relatively low energy barrier of 35.0(9) K for complex 1 may be due to the poor axiality of the ligand field caused by the long Dy-Ophenoxy bond lengths and the small Ophenoxy-Dy-Ophenoxy bond angles. Coordinating regional innovation–economy–ecology (IEE) systems is an important prerequisite for overall continuous regional development. To fully understand the coordination relationship among the three, this study builds a data-driven multimodel decision approach to calculate, assess, diagnose, and improve the regional IEE system. First, the assessment indicator system of the regional IEE system is established. Secondly, the range method, entropy weight method, and weighted summation method are employed to calculate the synthetic developmental level. Thirdly, a multimodel decision approach including the coupling degree model, the coordination degree model, and the obstacle degree model is constructed to assess the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the regional IEE system coupling coordination and diagnose the main obstacles hindering its development. Finally, the approach is tested using Anhui Province as a case study. The results show that the coupling coordination degree of the Anhui IEE system presents a stable growth trend, but the coupling degree is always higher than the coordination degree. The main obstacle affecting its development has changed from the original innovation subsystem to the current ecology subsystem. Based on this, some countermeasures are put forward. Evaluating the degree of coordination among regional carbon emission systems is key to achieving an earlier carbon peak and carbon neutrality. However, quantifying the co-evolution of carbon emissions among regions is challenging. Therefore, we propose a data-driven method for evaluating the synergetic development of the regional carbon emission composite system. First, the proposed method employs relevant data to calculate the carbon emissions and carbon emission intensity of each subsystem within the region to describe the temporal trends. The inverse entropy weight method is then used to assign weight to each order parameter of the subsystem for data processing. Then, we perform synergetic development assessment of the composite system to measure the order degree of each subsystem, the degree of synergy among subsystems, and the overall synergetic degree of the temporal evolution of carbon emissions between regions. Finally, the evaluation results can be used to suggest measures for the regional coordinated reduction of carbon emissions. In this study, we used data from the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region from 2010 to 2019 to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. The results show that there is still a long way to go to reduce carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region. Economic development still relies heavily on fossil energy consumption, and the regional carbon emission reduction synergy is not high. This study provides theoretical and methodological support for regional carbon emission reduction. We built transcriptome data for chemotherapy-resistant breast cancer samples for two cohorts and conducted pathway and subpathway analyses that revealed the activation of several molecular pathways associated with chemoresistance in Cushing's syndrome, human papillomavirus infection, proteoglycans in cancer, fluid shear stress, and focal adhesion that have not been reported in the resistance of breast cancer to chemotherapy. However, analysis of a subset of triple-negative breast cancer samples revealed activation of the identical chemoresistance pathways. Chemoresistance has been a major challenge in the treatment of patients with breast cancer. The diverse omics platforms and small sample sizes reported in the current studies of chemoresistance in breast cancer limit the consensus regarding the underlying molecular mechanisms of chemoresistance and the applicability of these study findings. Therefore, we built two transcriptome datasets for patients with chemotherapy-resistant breast cancers—one comprising paired transcriptome samples from 40 patients before and after chemotherapy and the second including unpaired samples from 690 patients before and 45 patients after chemotherapy. Subsequent conventional pathway analysis and new subpathway analysis using these cohorts uncovered 56 overlapping upregulated genes (false discovery rate [FDR], 0.018) and 36 downregulated genes (FDR, 0.016). Pathway analysis revealed the activation of several pathways in the chemotherapy-resistant tumors, including those of drug metabolism, MAPK, ErbB, calcium, cGMP-PKG, sphingolipid, and PI3K-Akt, as well as those activated by Cushing's syndrome, human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, and proteoglycans in cancers, and subpathway analysis identified the activation of several more, including fluid shear stress, Wnt, FoxO, ECM-receptor interaction, RAS signaling, Rap1, mTOR focal adhesion, and cellular senescence (FDR < 0.20). Among these pathways, those associated with Cushing's syndrome, HPV infection, proteoglycans in cancer, fluid shear stress, and focal adhesion have not yet been reported in breast cancer chemoresistance. An emerging pseudorabies virus (PRV) variant has been reported on Bartha-K61-vaccinated farms since 2011, causing great economic losses to China's swine-feeding industry. In this study, two vaccines, FJ-2012ΔgE/gI-GEL02 and FJ-2012ΔgE/gI-206VG, were administered to piglets for immune efficacy investigation. Humoral immunity response, clinical signs, survival rate, tissue viral load, and pathology were assessed in piglets. The results showed that both vaccines were effective against the PRV FJ-2012 challenge, the piglets all survived while developing a high level of gB-specific antibody and neutralizing antibody, the virus load in tissue was alleviated, and no clinical PR signs or pathological lesions were displayed. In the unimmunized challenged group, typical clinical signs of pseudorabies were observed, and the piglets all died at 7 days post-challenge. Compared with commercial vaccines, the Bartha-K61 vaccine group could not provide full protection, which might be due to a lower vaccine dose; the inactivated vaccine vPRV* group piglets survived, displaying mild clinical signs. The genus Convallaria (Asparagaceae) comprises three herbaceous perennial species that are widely distributed in the understory of temperate deciduous forests in the Northern Hemisphere. Although Convallaria species have high medicinal and horticultural values, studies related to the phylogenetic analysis of this genus are few. In the present study, we assembled and reported five complete chloroplast (cp) sequences of three Convallaria species (two of C. keiskei Miq., two of C. majalis L., and one of C. montana Raf.) using Illumina paired-end sequencing data. The cp genomes were highly similar in overall size (161,365–162,972 bp), and all consisted of a pair of inverted repeats (IR) regions (29,140–29,486 bp) separated by a large single-copy (LSC) (85,183–85,521 bp) and a small single-copy (SSC) region (17,877–18,502 bp). Each cp genome contained the same 113 unique genes, including 78 protein-coding genes, 30 transfer RNA genes, and 4 ribosomal RNA genes. Gene content, gene order, AT content and IR/SC boundary structure were nearly identical among all of the Convallaria cp genomes. However, their lengths varied due to contraction/expansion at the IR/LSC borders. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) analyses indicated that the richest SSRs are A/T mononucleotides. Three highly variable regions (petA-psbJ, psbI-trnS and ccsA-ndhD) were identified as valuable molecular markers. Phylogenetic analysis of the family Asparagaceae using 48 cp genome sequences supported the monophyly of Convallaria, which formed a sister clade to the genus Rohdea. Our study provides a robust phylogeny of the Asparagaceae family. The observed spectral lags of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) have been widely used to explore possible violations of Lorentz invariance. However, these studies were generally performed by concentrating on the rough time lag of a single highest-energy photon and ignoring the intrinsic time lag at the source. A new way to test nonbirefringent Lorentz-violating effects has been proposed by analyzing the multi-photon spectral-lag behavior of a GRB that displays a positive-to-negative transition. This method gives both a plausible description of the intrinsic energy-dependent time lag and comparatively robust constraints on Lorentz-violating effects. In this work, we conduct a systematic search for Lorentz-violating photon dispersion from the spectral-lag transition features of 32 GRBs. By fitting the spectral-lag data of these 32 GRBs, we place constraints on a variety of isotropic and anisotropic Lorentz-violating coefficients with mass dimension d = 6 and 8. Simple Summary: Bladder cancer ranks fourth among the most prevalent cancers in men and is the most expensive cancer to treat on a per-patient basis. The muscle-invasive form of bladder cancer is one of the deadliest cancers, with a 5-year survival rate of only 6% in patients with distant metastasis. Effective therapeutic options remain few and far between. SNHG1 is a long non-coding RNA that is over-expressed in 95% of muscle-invasive bladder cancers. However, very little information is available about the role and mechanisms of SNHG1 in bladder tumor formation and progression. Here, we provide experimental evidence establishing that SNHG1 drives bladder cancer cell invasion and stem-cell-like behaviors through a specific signaling pathway. Our results reveal novel biomarkers predictive of the progression of muscle-invasive bladder cancer and potential new targets for therapeutic intervention. The stem-cell-like behavior of cancer cells plays a central role in tumor heterogeneity and invasion and correlates closely with drug resistance and unfavorable clinical outcomes. However, the molecular underpinnings of cancer cell stemness remain incompletely defined. Here, we show that SNHG1, a long non-coding RNA that is over-expressed in ~95% of human muscle-invasive bladder cancers (MIBCs), induces stem-cell-like sphere formation and the invasion of cultured bladder cancer cells by upregulating Rho GTPase, Rac1. We further show that SNHG1 binds to DNA methylation transferase 3A protein (DNMT3A), and tethers DNMT3A to the promoter of miR-129-2, thus hyper-methylating and repressing miR-129-2-5p transcription. The reduced binding of miR-129-2 to the 3′-UTR of Rac1 mRNA leads to the stabilization of Rac1 mRNA and increased levels of Rac1 protein, which then stimulates MIBC cell sphere formation and invasion. Analysis of the Human Protein Atlas shows that a high expression of Rac1 is strongly associated with poor survival in patients with MIBC. Our data strongly suggest that the SNHG1/DNMT3A/miR-129-2-5p/Rac1 effector pathway drives stem-cell-like and invasive behaviors in MIBC, a deadly form of bladder cancer. The cutting device in the seedling grafting process was studied, which provided a reference for optimizing the structural parameters and working parameters of important shearing components in the seedling grafting line, thereby improving the performance of the cutting device. The dynamic cutting process of the cutting device was numerically simulated. The effects of four factors, the average cutting speed (X1), the sliding angle (X2), the cutting edge angle (X3), and the cutter clearance (X4) on the cutting force, were studied. The optimal combination of structural parameters and working parameters of the cutting device was determined. The simulation results showed that the sliding angle (X2) and the cutting edge angle (X3) affect the ultimate cutting stress. The average cutting speed (X1) and the cutter clearance (X4) affect the ultimate cutting force. When X1, X2, X3, and X4 are 579 mm/s, 39°, 25°, and 1.4 mm, respectively, it is the better combination parameter, and the ultimate cutting equivalent stress of the cutting device is 0.32 Mpa. A high-speed cutting device for grafted seedlings was built, and the cutting experiment was carried out. The experiment results showed that the simulated values fit well with the experimental data. Under the optimal combination of cutting parameters, the cutting stress of the cutting device was smaller. Fine particulate matter (PM2.5) pollution affects the environment and poses threat to human health. The study of the influence of land use and other factors on PM2.5 is crucial for the rational development and utilization of territorial space. To explore the intrinsic mechanism between PM2.5 pollution and related factors, this study used the land use regression (LUR) model, and introduced geographically weighted regression (GWR), and random forest (RF) to optimize the basic LUR model. The basic LUR model was constructed to predict the annual average PM2.5 concentrations using three elements: artificial surfaces, forest land, and wind speed as explanatory variables, with adjusted R2 of 0.645. The improved LUR models based on GWR and RF, with an adjusted R2 of 0.767 and 0.821, respectively, show better fitting effects. The LUR simulation results show that the PM2.5 pollution in the northern Zhejiang is more serious and concentrated. The concentrations are also higher in regions such as the river valley plains in central Zhejiang and the coastal plains in southeastern Zhejiang. Improving the logistics industry's resource efficiency (LIRE) is one of the most significant measures for ensuring sustainable development. We offer a data-driven technique for analyzing and optimizing the LIRE to improve it and achieve sustainable development. A LIRE index system is built based on relevant data gathering and a complete examination of the economy, society, and environment. The Super-EBM-Undesirable model was used to calculate the LIRE; the Global Malmquist–Luenberger index model was used to calculate the LIRE's dynamic change characteristics, and ArcGIS and spatial autocorrelation models were used to analyze the LIRE's spatial evolution pattern. The LIRE in 30 Chinese provinces and cities from 2011 to 2019 is used to illustrate the method implementation process. The results indicate the following: (1) The overall LIRE is low, with an average value of 0.717, and there are regional variances with a decreasing gradient pattern of "East–Northeast–Central–West". (2) Changes in pure technical efficiency have a bigger impact in general; increasing technical efficiency is the LIRE's principal motivator. (3) Improving the LIRE should take spatial spillover and inhibitory effects into account. This study provides theoretical and methodological support for the evaluation and optimization of the LIRE and a theoretical foundation for the logistics industry's sustainable development (LISD). Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a group of diseases affecting the heart and blood vessels and is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Increasingly more evidence has shown that the senescence of vascular endothelial cells is the key to endothelial dysfunction and cardiovascular diseases. Anthocyanin is a type of water-soluble polyphenol pigment and secondary metabolite of plant-based food widely existing in fruits and vegetables. The gut microbiome is involved in the metabolism of anthocyanins and mediates the biological activities of anthocyanins and their metabolites, while anthocyanins also regulate the growth of specific bacteria in the microbiota and promote the proliferation of healthy anaerobic flora. Accumulating studies have shown that anthocyanins have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging effects. Many animal and in vitro experiments have also proven that anthocyanins have protective effects on cardiovascular-disease-related dysfunction. However, the molecular mechanism of anthocyanin in eliminating aging endothelial cells and preventing cardiovascular diseases is very complex and is not fully understood. With a renewed global scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform, the digital economy, with data resources as the key element, has rapidly developed. This study proposes a data-driven measurement and evaluation method to promote the coordinated development of the digital economy and logistics industry. An evaluation index system is constructed, which comprehensively considers the index dimensions that reflect the development level of the digital economy and logistics industry. A Z-score standardisation method is applied to data processing, to carry out dimensionless standardisation processing of the original index data. A collaborative degree model is constructed to evaluate the collaborative development level of the digital economy and logistics industry composite system. We demonstrate the implementation process of these models using data from Anhui province from 2013 to 2020. The results verify the feasibility of the research method and emphasise that the development level of the composite system of the digital economy and logistics industry in Anhui province shows a fluctuating growth trend, with variations between the types and degrees of collaboration policy; suggestions are made accordingly. Excessive aldosterone secretion causes endothelial dysfunction, vascular inflammation, and vascular fibrosis in patients with primary aldosteronism (PA). Endothelial function is closely related to endothelial mitochondria. However, the effects of elevated aldosterone levels on endothelial mitochondria remain unclear. In this study, we used primary cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) to investigate the effects of aldosterone on endothelial mitochondria. Mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) small interfering (si)RNA or glucocorticoid receptor (GR) siRNA were used to confirm the pathway by which aldosterone exerts its effects on the mitochondria of HUVECs. The results showed that excess aldosterone suppressed mitochondrial DNA copy numbers, anti-mitochondrial protein, and SOD2 protein expression in a dose- and time-dependent manner. These effects were attenuated by treatment with MR siRNA, but not with GR siRNA. Furthermore, it was attenuated by treatment with a mitochondria-targeted antioxidant (Mito-TEMPO, associated with mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (ROS) production), but not N-acetyl-L-cysteine (associated with cytosolic ROS production), which suggests that the process was through the mitochondrial ROS pathway, but not the cytosolic ROS pathway. Two heteroctanuclear Au4Ag4 cluster complexes of 4,5-diethynylacridin-9-one (H2L) were prepared through the self-assembly reactions of [Au(tht)2](CF3SO3), Ag(tht)(CF3SO3), H2L and PPh3 or PPh2Py (2-(diphenylphosphino)pyridine). The Au4Ag4 cluster consists of a [Au4L4]4− and four [Ag(PPh3)]+ or [Ag(PPh2Py)]+ units with Au4L4 framework exhibiting a twisted paper clip structure. In CH2Cl2 solutions at ambient temperature, both compounds show ligand fluorescence at ca. 463 nm as well as phosphorescence at 650 nm for 1 and 630 nm for 2 resulting from admixture of 3IL (intraligand) of L ligand, 3LMCT (from L ligand to Au4Ag4) and 3MC (metal-cluster) triplet states. Crystals or crystalline powders manifest bright yellow-green phosphorescence with vibronic-structured emission bands at 530 (568sh) nm for complex 1 and 536 (576sh) nm for complex 2. Upon mechanical grinding, yellow-green emission in the crystalline state is dramatically converted to red luminescence centered at ca. 610 nm with a drastic redshift of the emission after crystal packing is destroyed. A new MOF-74(Ni)/NiOOH heterogeneous composite was synthesized via NiOOH microsphere precursor. The electrocatalytic methanol oxidation reactions' (MOR) performance was assessed. The as-prepared MOF-74(Ni)/NiOOH exhibited excellent activity with high peak current density (27.62 mA·cm−2) and high mass activity (243.8 mA·mg−1). The enhanced activity could be a result of the synergistic effect of the MOF-74(Ni)/NiOOH heterocomposite providing more exposed active sites, a beneficial diffusion path between the catalyst surface and electrolyte, and improved conductivity, favorable for improving MOR performance. In this study, an environmentally friendly ionic soil stabilizer (ISS) was adopted with combination of Portland cement to stabilize a marine muck. The macro and micro tests results demonstrated that the ISS was an effective stabilizer to improve the strength of marine muck when it was used combined with cement after adding the alkalizer NaOH. Except for the reduction in interlayer distance of clay minerals by ISS, Ca 2 + and SO 4 2 − dissolved from ISS promoted the production of ettringite (AFt), pozzolanic and carbonation reactions of Portland cement in the presence of NaOH. Meanwhile, the hydration products of curing reaction notably agglomerated soil particles, which caused an obvious decrease of pores and a high increase of strength for solidified soils. Furthermore, this combination of stabilizers can not only save the dosage of cement, but also accelerate the solidification speed, decrease the cement setting time within 7 days to meet the curing requirements, and enhance the strength of solidified soils. The agroecological economic system is the basic system on which human beings depend for survival. In order to better evaluate the operation status of a regional agroecological economic system and deepen the cognition of the input and output of the regional agroecological economic system from the angle of emergy, the evaluation method of sustainable development of the regional agroecological economic system with comprehensive consideration of resources, economy, and environment was proposed by constructing a unified dimensional measurement model. This paper analyzed and evaluated the data of the agroecological economic system in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019. The results showed that the agroecological economic system in Anhui Province bore less environmental pressure and gradually decreased, and had a good system efficiency and economic benefits. The average emergy sustainability index (ESI) was 3.12, indicating that the agroecological economic system in Anhui Province had certain vitality of sustainable development. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions on sustainable and high-quality agricultural development in Anhui Province, which provides theoretical and methodical support for sustainable development of a regional agricultural economy. In this work, FeCr-based films with different Y2O3 contents were fabricated using radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering. The effects of Y2O3 content on their microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP) and a nanoindenter. It was found that the Y2O3-doped FeCr films exhibited a nanocomposite structure with nanosized Y2O3 particles uniformly distributed into a FeCr matrix. With the increase of Y2O3 content from 0 to 1.97 wt.%, the average grain size of the FeCr films decreased from 12.65 nm to 7.34 nm, demonstrating a grain refining effect of Y2O3. Furthermore, the hardness of the Y2O3-doped FeCr films showed an increasing trend with Y2O3 concentration, owing to the synergetic effect of dispersion strengthening and grain refinement strengthening.
