In this study, a tracking and pointing control system with a dual-FSM (fast steering mirror) two-dimensional flexible turntable composite axis is proposed. It is applied to the target-tracking accuracy control in a GI LiDAR (ghost imaging LiDAR) system. Ghost imaging is a multi-measurement imaging method; the dual-FSM GI LiDAR tracking and pointing imaging control system proposed in this study mainly solves the problems of the high-resolution remote sensing imaging of high-speed moving targets and various nonlinear disturbances when this technology is transformed into practical applications. Addressing the detrimental effects of nonlinear disturbances originating from internal flexible mechanisms and assorted external environmental factors on motion control's velocity, stability, and tracking accuracy, a nonlinear active disturbance rejection control (NLADRC) method based on artificial neural networks is advanced. Additionally, to overcome the limitations imposed by receiving aperture constraints in GI LiDAR systems, a novel optical path design for the dual-FSM GI LiDAR tracking and imaging system is put forth. The implementation of the described methodologies culminated in the development of a dual-FSM GI LiDAR tracking and imaging system, which, upon thorough experimental validation, demonstrated significant improvements. Notably, it achieved an improvement in the coarse tracking accuracy from 193.29 μrad (3σ) to 87.21 μrad (3σ) and enhanced the tracking accuracy from 10.1 μrad (σ) to 1.5 μrad (σ) under specified operational parameters. Furthermore, the method notably diminished the overshoot during the target capture process from 28.85% to 12.8%, concurrently facilitating clear recognition of the target contour. Biomedical image segmentation plays a pivotal role in medical imaging, facilitating precise identification and delineation of anatomical structures and abnormalities. This review explores the application of the Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Model (DDPM) in the realm of biomedical image segmentation. DDPM, a probabilistic generative model, has demonstrated promise in capturing complex data distributions and reducing noise in various domains. In this context, the review provides an in-depth examination of the present status, obstacles, and future prospects in the application of biomedical image segmentation techniques. It addresses challenges associated with the uncertainty and variability in imaging data analyzing commonalities based on probabilistic methods. This paper presents a phase retrieval algorithm that incorporates sparsity priors into total variation and framelet regularization. The proposed algorithm exploits the sparsity priors in both the gradient domain and the spatial distribution domain to impose desirable characteristics on the reconstructed image. We utilize structured illuminated patterns in holography, consisting of three light fields. The theoretical and numerical analyses demonstrate that when the illumination pattern parameters are non-integers, the three diffracted data sets are sufficient for image restoration. The proposed model is solved using the alternating direction multiplier method. The numerical experiments confirm the theoretical findings of the lighting mode settings, and the algorithm effectively recovers the object from Gaussian and salt–pepper noise. With the rapid development of space programs in various countries, the number of satellites in space is rising continuously, which makes the space environment increasingly complex. In this context, it is essential to improve space object identification technology. Herein, it is proposed to perform intelligent detection of space objects by means of deep learning. To be specific, 49 authentic 3D satellite models with 16 scenarios involved are applied to generate a dataset comprising 17,942 images, including over 500 actual satellite Palatino images. Then, the five components are labeled for each satellite. Additionally, a substantial amount of annotated data is collected through semi-automatic labeling, which reduces the labor cost significantly. Finally, a total of 39,000 labels are obtained. On this dataset, RepPoint is employed to replace the 3 × 3 convolution of the ElAN backbone in YOLOv7, which leads to YOLOv7-R. According to the experimental results, the accuracy reaches 0.983 at a maximum. Compared to other algorithms, the precision of the proposed method is at least 1.9% higher. In this paper, the finite-time trajectory tracking control problem of a flexible link manipulator (FLM) system with unknown parameters is investigated in joint space. An adaptive nonsingular terminal sliding mode (ANTSM) controller based on an extended state observer (ESO) is proposed to ensure that the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of zero. Firstly, an adaptive ESO is introduced, which is used to estimate unknown system parameters, including the unknown rigid-flexible coupling coefficient and the unknown control gain. Then, an ESO based on the parameters estimated above is proposed to estimate the unmodeled dynamics and external disturbances of the system in real-time. Finally, an ANTSM controller based on ESO is studied to achieve finite-time trajectory tracking control and vibration suppression without any prior knowledge of system uncertainties and external disturbances. The finite-time convergence ability of the closed-loop system is proved by Lyapunov theory. With the development of space laser communication and the planned deployment of satellite Internet constellations, there is a growing demand for microminiature laser communication terminals. To meet the requirements of size, weight and power (SWaP), miniaturized terminals require smaller drive components to complete on-orbit scanning and capture, which must be fast and efficient to enable satellite laser communication networks. These miniaturized laser communication terminals are highly susceptible to the impact of the initial pointing accuracy of the laser beam and microvibrations of the satellite platform. Therefore, this paper proposes a laser scanning-capture model based on a Micro-electromechanical Systems (MEMS) micromirror that can provide a fast, large-scale scanning analysis. A scanning overlap factor is introduced to improve the capture probability under the influence of microvibrations. Finally, experimental analysis was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model, which can establish a theoretical basis for future ultra-long-distance microspace laser communication. Due to the fragility of the habitats in mountain nature reserves, the vegetation is extremely sensitive to climate change, and its phenological changes are more specific. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the effects of topography and climate on the vegetation phenology in mountain nature reserves. Based on the vegetation phenology data retrieved from MODIS EVI2 during 2000 to 2017, combined with temperature data, spatial trend analysis and correlation analysis methods were used to study the effects of topographic and climatic factors on vegetation phenology in the Niubeiliang Nature Reserve of the Qinling Mountains. The results showed that the GSS (growing season start) was advanced with a rate of 4.24 days/10a, and the rates in the northern and southern slopes were almost the same; the GSE (growing season end) was delayed with a rate of 3.29 days/10a, and the rate in the northern slope was faster; and the GSL (growing season length) was prolonged. There were seasonal differences and north–south differences in the effects of topography on the phenophase. The phenophase changed regularly with the increase in altitude. The higher the altitude, the more significant the effect. The steeper the slope, the later the GSS, the earlier the GSE, and the more significant its effect on the GSE. The aspect had little effect on GSS but a more significant effect on GSE, which was the latest on the sunny slope and the earliest on the zero slope. Temperature affected both the GSS advance and the GSE delay, and both had a time-lag effect of approximately 2–3 months. Usually, the order of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is equal to the relative order of the plant. To improve the control performance, a robust reduced-order method for ADRC is investigated in this paper. Firstly, frequency domain analysis shows that the lower-order extended state observer (ESO) has a smaller disturbance estimation error, so disturbance attenuation capability can be improved by reducing the order of ADRC. However, using only reduced-order ADRC will worsen the robustness of closed-loop systems. Therefore, a robust ADRC method based on a modified noise reduction disturbance observer (MNRDOB) is proposed. The main role of the MNRDOB is to improve the control performance of the closed-loop system by modifying the structure of the controlled object. In addition, the robust stability of the closed-loop control system based on the MNRDOB is discussed. Moreover, some simulations are used to demonstrate the robustness and noise suppression effects of the compound control method reduced-order ADRC with MNRDOB, and the parameter tuning method for the MNRDOB to improve the robustness of the system is given. Finally, some experiments on speed control of a one-dimensional gimbal are performed, and the results show that the proposed method is excellent in overshoot, tracking accuracy, and disturbance attenuation. In this paper, a tracking and pointing control system with dual-FSM (fast steering mirror) composite axis is proposed. It is applied to the target-tracking accuracy control in a 3D GISC LiDAR (three-dimensional ghost imaging LiDAR via sparsity constraint) system. The tracking and pointing imaging control system of the dual-FSM 3D GISC LiDAR proposed in this paper is a staring imaging method with multiple measurements, which mainly solves the problem of high-resolution remote-sensing imaging of high-speed moving targets when the technology is transformed into practical applications. In the research of this control system, firstly, we propose a method that combines motion decoupling and sensor decoupling to solve the mechanical coupling problem caused by the noncoaxial sensor installation of the FSM. Secondly, we suppress the inherent mechanical resonance of the FSM in the control system. Thirdly, we propose the optical path design of a dual-FSM 3D GISC LiDAR tracking imaging system to solve the problem of receiving aperture constraint. Finally, after sufficient experimental verification, our method is shown to successfully reduce the coupling from 7% to 0.6%, and the precision tracking bandwidth reaches 300 Hz. Moreover, when the distance between the GISC system and the target is 2.74 km and the target flight speed is 7 m/s, the tracking accuracy of the system is improved from 15.7 μrad (σ) to 2.2 μrad (σ), and at the same time, the system recognizes the target contour clearly. This paper proposes a novel robust control scheme for tip trajectory tracking of a lightweight flexible single-link arm. The developed control scheme deals with the influence of tip payload changes and disturbances during the working process of the flexible arm, thus realizing the accurate tracking for the tip reference trajectory. The robust control scheme is composed of an inner loop and an outer loop. The inner loop adopts the traditional PD control, and an active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) with a sliding mode (SM) compensation is designed in the outer loop. Moreover, the sliding mode compensation is mainly used to cope with the disturbance estimation error from the extended state observer (ESO), by which the insensitivity to tip payload variations and strong disturbance resistance is achieved. Finally, some numerical simulations are performed to support the theoretical analysis. The results show that the system is more robust to the tip mass variations of the arm and more resistant to the external torque after adding the sliding mode robustness term to the ADRC.
