The pulp and paper industry is critical to global industrial and economic development. Recently, India's pulp and paper industries have been facing severe competitive challenges. The challenges have impaired the environmental performance and resulted in the closure of several operations. Assessment and prediction of the performance of the Indian pulp and paper industry using various parameters is a critical task for researchers. This study proposes a framework for performance assessment and prediction based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Artificial Neural Networks, and Deep Learning (DL) to assist industry administration and decision-making. We presented a case study based on eight industries to demonstrate the methodology's applicability. This study analyses and predicts industry performance based on sample data observations over 30 years. The result suggests the DEA-DL-based efficiency prediction has an overall MSE of 0.08 compared with the actual efficiency. Furthermore, the efficiency rankings are compared between the three techniques. The results suggest that the integrated DEA-DL method is primarily accurate in most scenarios with the actual values. The color gamut of imaging media is significant for the reproduction of color images because its magnitude directly affects the degree to which colors change during the printing process. Over the last few years, digital impression technology has started to play a substantial role in the printing industry due to the quest for short runs and variable information printing. The color gamut of electrophotographic digital printing depends on various parameters including the printer and toner, but especially the properties (whiteness, roughness, and gloss) of the paper, which influence the final printed color gamut and replication quality. Artificial intelligence approaches are applied herein for the first time to choose and predict the performance of a paper with appropriate properties to achieve the maximum color gamut. A genetic algorithm-based computer code is developed to optimize the architecture of an artificial neural network, thereby yielding an accurate model to predict the color gamut achievable in electrophotographic color printing. The gamut volume was generated using an Eye-One spectrophotometer, ProfileMaker, and ColorThink software. The properties of 11 dissimilar types of paper were assessed by atomic force microscopy, spectrophotometer, and goniophotometer. The results indicate that the reproducibility depended considerably on the features of the paper. Although high whiteness and gloss increased the color gamut volume, and high roughness decreased the reproducibility of the printing machine, the artificial intelligence approach provided the opportunity to achieve a high gamut volume with low gloss and high roughness. One key frontier of artificial intelligence (AI) is the ability to comprehend research articles and validate their findings, posing a magnanimous problem for AI systems to compete with human intelligence and intuition. As a benchmark of research validation, the existing peer-review system still stands strong despite being criticized at times by many. However, the paper vetting system has been severely strained due to an influx of research paper submissions and increased conferences/journals. As a result, problems, including having insufficient reviewers, finding the right experts, and maintaining review quality, are steadily and strongly surfacing. To ease the workload of the stakeholders associated with the peer-review process, we probed into what an AI-powered review system would look like. In this work, we leverage the interaction between the paper's full text and the corresponding peer-review text to predict the overall recommendation score and final decision. We do not envisage AI reviewing papers in the near future. Still, we intend to explore the possibility of a human–AI collaboration in the decision-making process to make the current system FAIR. The idea is to have an assistive decision-making tool for the chairs/editors to help them with an additional layer of confidence, especially with borderline and contrastive reviews. We use a deep attention network between the review text and paper to learn the interactions and predict the overall recommendation score and final decision. We also use sentiment information encoded within peer-review texts to guide the outcome further. Our proposed model outperforms the recent state-of-the-art competitive baselines. Cancer is characterized as a heterogeneous disease of various types. The early detection and prognosis of a cancer type have turned into a major requirement, as it facilitates successive medical treatment of patients. The research team has classified the cancer patients into high or low-risk groups. This makes it a significant task for the medical teams to study the application of deep learning and machine learning models. As a result, such techniques have been employed for modeling the development and treatment of cancer conditions. Additionally, the machine learning tools can have the ability the significant detection features from complex datasets. Numerous techniques like Support Vector Machines (SVM), Bayesian Networks (BN), Decision Trees (DT), Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), and Deep Neural Network (DNN) has been broadly utilized in cancer research. As per the current survey, the detection rate is about 99.89%, which shows the prediction models' efficiency and precise decision making. However, it is proven that deep learning and machine learning approaches can enhance cancer progression. An adequate level of estimation is required for such approaches for considering the daily medical practice. This survey analyzes and learns the diverse contributions of cancer prediction models using intelligent approaches. Further, the paper tries to categorize the different algorithms, the utilized datasets, and utilized environments. Along with this, various performance measures evaluated in each contribution is sorted out. An extensive search is conducted relevant to machine learning and deep learning methods in cancer susceptibility, recurrence, and survivability prediction, and the existing challenges in this area are clearly described. Due to the large intra-class differences between the same categories and the scale imbalance between different categories in the remote sensing image dataset, the semantic segmentation task presents the problem of small-scale object information loss, the imbalance between foreground and background, and simultaneously the background dominates, which seriously affects the performance of the network model. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an efficient bilateral branch depth neural network model based on the U-Net depth neural network, named BBU-Net. Firstly, one branch of the network learns the distribution characteristics of the original data, and the other focuses on difficult samples. Then the two branches improve the representation and classification ability of the neural network by accumulating learning strategies. Finally, considering the geometric diversity of remote sensing images, this paper adopts test time augmentation and reflection padding strategies and proposes a balanced weighted loss function named CombineLoss to alleviate the imbalance in the training process. The depth neural network proposed in this paper was first tested on the Inria Aerial Image Labeling Dataset, and 87.53% of mean intersection over union and 97.4% of mean pixel accuracy were obtained, respectively. At the same time, to verify the model's complexity, the model proposed in this paper is compared with the neural network based on integrated learning. The comparison results show that the spatial complexity of the network proposed in this paper is much lower than the neural network obtained by integrated learning, and the parameters are also much smaller than the neural network based on integrated learning. Then use the satellite building dataset I in the WHU Building Dataset and mainstream semantic segmentation methods for multiple groups of comparative experiments. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively extract the semantic information of remote sensing images, significantly improve the imbalance of remote sensing image data, improve the performance of the network model, and achieve a good semantic segmentation effect, which fully proves the effectiveness of this method. With the establishment of the "double carbon" goal, various industries are actively exploring ways to reduce carbon emissions. Cloud data centers, represented by cloud computing, often have the problem of mismatch between load requests and resource supply, resulting in excessive carbon emissions. Based on this, this paper proposes a complete method for cloud computing carbon emission prediction. Firstly, the convolutional neural network and bidirectional long-term and short-term memory neural network (CNN-BiLSTM) combined model are used to predict the cloud computing load. The real-time prediction power is obtained by real-time prediction load of cloud computing, and then the carbon emission prediction is obtained by power calculation. Develop a dynamic server carbon emission prediction model, so that the server carbon emission can change with the change of CPU utilization, so as to achieve the purpose of low carbon emission reduction. In this paper, Google cluster data is used to predict the load. The experimental results show that the CNN-BiLSTM combined model has good prediction effect. Diclofenac sodium is an emerging contaminant that can be harmful for ecology and human health. This substance can be degraded by a heterogeneous Photo-Fenton process, CoFe2O4 as catalyst, H2O2 as oxidant and UV radiation. The aims of the work are the comparison of different artificial neural networks to characterize the relationship between diclofenac degradation and H2O2 consumption, with the Total Organic Carbon achieved in the mineralization of the drug and the testing of the selected model capacity to predict the Total Organic Carbon concentration, by employing the reused catalyst. The best performing backpropagation neural network was constituted with a ten neurons hidden layer with sigmoid transfer function and one linear neuron, as output. It was determined that the model can approximate the trend between the input data (Absorbance and H2O2 concentration) and output ones (Total Organic Carbon concentration) when it was validated with data from reactions employing CoFe2O4 for second and third time. The development of these models is of interest due to the consequent reduction of time and costs in experimental work. This paper presents an indoor positioning strategy based on Visible Light Communication that relies on LED luminaires as transmitters, whose luminous flux is modulated at different frequencies, and a light sensor as a receiver. Then, a previously trained Artificial Neural Network (ANN) uses the illuminance signal gathered by the receiver as input to estimate the sensor's position. The main contribution of the technique is that the ANN is trained by using an illuminance estimator based on the lighting distribution of the luminaires, which is obtained through the IES file provided by the luminaire's manufacturer, without the need to collect data from the environment. In this work, the designed illuminance estimator is validated by comparing it to the well-known commercial software DIALux and Relux. The algorithm's setting and the performance evaluation of the ANN are explained. Then, the impact of the lighting uniformity and the environment's number of divisions on the accuracy of the results is analyzed. Purpose: In the winding process of chemical fiber production, the winding machine was responsible for winding the post-treated primary fiber. The winding machine clamp head was used as the direct winding part, and its running state would directly affect the quality and production efficiency of the chemical fiber cake. With the increasing complexity and precision of chemical fiber equipment, the traditional method of fault diagnosis relying on manual experience has been unable to meet the needs of intelligent production. The winding equipment also has some problems, such as few fault samples, strong background noise interference and large speed fluctuation. Therefore, the study of a better intelligent fault diagnosis method is of great significance to improve the winding reliability of the clamp head and ensure the quality and production efficiency of the chemical fiber cake. Methods: In this paper, a fault diagnosis method based on Empirical Mode Decomposition Order Spectrum of vibration signal and Dual-Channel Convolutional Neural Network (EMDOS-DCCNN) was proposed and the corresponding fault diagnosis model was designed. The trigger interval sampling scheme was designed according to the characteristics of the changing working conditions of the winder. The vibration data at the base of the winder's clamp head was collected by data acquisition equipment from Zhongli Winder in a chemical fiber production plant in Zhejiang Province as the real measured data for rolling bearing diagnosis. The strong background noise and the influence of the variable speed of the winder were removed by Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) reconstruction of the original signal and order spectrum analysis. The dual-channel convolutional neural network model was used for fault diagnosis, and the dual-channel data was fused to further improve the fault diagnosis accuracy. Order analysis and validation set confusion matrix were used to evaluate the diagnostic model proposed in this paper. Results and Conclusion: The model was trained with vibration data collected at three rotational speeds and verified on data sets collected at other rotational speeds. The results showed that the fault diagnosis model of rolling bearings based on EMDOS-DCCNN could effectively remove noise, and a single diagnosis model could be used to diagnose rolling bearings at different rotational speeds. In the model evaluation experiment, the accuracy of the dual-channel CNN model was stable at 98.6%, which was 3.1% higher than that of the single-channel model. Overpressure is always considered as a severe problem in the oil industry. Besides creating life risks through serious accidents while drilling, failure to correctly identify high-pressure intervals causes a significant increase in costs and prolongs the drilling process. Kazhdumi Formation in the Abadan Plain is considered as a high-pressure formation in several wells. Various reasons can cause overpressure problem. Hydrocarbon generation is one cause of abnormal pressure in source rocks. Understanding hydrocarbon generation potential can be a helpful approach since the Kazhdumi Formation is considered as a probable source rock in this area. In this paper, in order to better understand the problem of abnormal pressure in Kazhdumi Formation, geochemical concepts and tools have been applied. To that way, 1D petroleum system modeling of five wells was done, and the thermal maturity level of Kazhdumi Formation was determined and then, compared with drilling records. The results indicate that in wells where this formation has sufficient organic matter and has reached an early mature level, there is an abnormal pressure problem. Otherwise, this formation does not show abnormal pressure. Also, geochemical data are not available in all drilled wells, which makes impossible the assessing of hydrocarbon generation role. Therefore, petrophysical well logs (sonic (DT), neutron (NPHI), density (RHOB), spectral gamma ray (SGR), and resistivity (RES)) as well as 137 sets of geochemical data belonging to 13 wells from 7 oilfields in the Abadan Plain were used to predict geochemical indicators. Using artificial neural networks, geochemical data of a well in Abadan Plain were predicted. This selected well has a high-pressure problem in Kazhdumi Formation, but no geochemical data are available in this well. The results of predicted geochemical data show that the high-pressure phenomenon in this well may also be due to hydrocarbon generation. The precise understanding of the abnormal pressure, resulting from hydrocarbons generation, requires comprehensive studies and a full investigation of the studied area. However, the results of this paper help to predict approximately the behavior of the source rocks before drilling. Acquiring this overview will aid in reducing drilling hazards and costs. De-mining operations are of critical importance for humanitarian efforts and safety in conflict-affected regions. In this paper, we address the challenge of enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of mine detection systems. We present an innovative Deep Learning architecture tailored for pulse induction-based Metallic Mine Detectors (MMD), so called DL-MMD. Our methodology leverages deep neural networks to distinguish amongst nine distinct materials with an exceptional validation accuracy of 93.5%. This high level of precision enables us not only to differentiate between anti-personnel mines, without metal plates but also to detect minuscule 0.2-g vertical paper pins in both mineralized soil and non-mineralized environments. Moreover, through comparative analysis, we demonstrate a substantial 3% and 7% improvement (approx.) in accuracy performance compared to the traditional K-Nearest Neighbors and Support Vector Machine classifiers, respectively. The fusion of deep neural networks with the pulse induction-based MMD not only presents a cost-effective solution but also significantly expedites decision-making processes in de-mining operations, ultimately contributing to improved safety and effectiveness in these critical endeavors. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the design of neural network models for solving math word problems (MWPs). These neural solvers have been designed with various architectures and evaluated on diverse datasets, posing challenges in fair and effective performance evaluation. This paper presents a comparative study of representative neural solvers, aiming to elucidate their technical features and performance variations in solving different types of MWPs. Firstly, an in-depth technical analysis is conducted from the initial deep neural solver DNS to the state-of-the-art GPT-4. To enhance the technical analysis, a unified framework is introduced, which comprises highly reusable modules decoupled from existing MWP solvers. Subsequently, a testbed is established to conveniently reproduce existing solvers and develop new solvers by combing these reusable modules, and finely regrouped datasets are provided to facilitate the comparative evaluation of the designed solvers. Then, comprehensive testing is conducted and detailed results for eight representative MWP solvers on five finely regrouped datasets are reported. The comparative analysis yields several key findings: (1) Pre-trained language model-based solvers demonstrate significant accuracy advantages across nearly all datasets, although they suffer from limitations in math equation calculation. (2) Models integrated with tree decoders exhibit strong performance in generating complex math equations. (3) Identifying and appropriately representing implicit knowledge hidden in problem texts is crucial for improving the accuracy of math equation generation. Finally, the paper also discusses the major technical challenges and potential research directions in this field. In this work, we propose a novel single-end morphing capacitive sensing method for shape tracking, FxC, by combining Folding origami structures and Capacitive sensing to detect the morphing structural motions using state-of-the-art sensing circuits and deep learning. It was observed through embedding areas of origami structures with conductive materials as single-end capacitive sensing patches, that the sensor signals change coherently with the motion of the structure. Different from other origami capacitors where the origami structures are used in adjusting the thickness of the dielectric layer of double-plate capacitors, FxC uses only a single conductive plate per channel, and the origami structure directly changes the geometry of the conductive plate. We examined the operation principle of morphing single-end capacitors through 3D geometry simulation combined with physics theoretical deduction, which deduced similar behavior as observed in experimentation. Then a software pipeline was developed to use the sensor signals to reconstruct the dynamic structural geometry through data-driven deep neural network regression of geometric primitives extracted from vision tracking. We created multiple folding patterns to validate our approach, based on folding patterns including Accordion, Chevron, Sunray and V-Fold patterns with different layouts of capacitive sensors using paper-based and textile-based materials. Experimentation results show that the geometry primitives predicted from the capacitive signals have a strong correlation with the visual ground truth with R-squared value of up to 95% and tracking error of 6.5 mm for patches. The simulation and machine learning constitute two-way information exchange between the sensing signals and structural geometry. By embedding part of the origami surface with morphing single-end capacitive sensors, FxC presents a unique solution that leverages both the mechanical properties of origami and sensing properties of capacitive sensing. Accurate prediction of regional terrestrial water storage change (TWSA) is of great significance for water resources planning and management, and early warning of extreme climate disasters. Aiming at the problem that the conventional methods on prediction of TWSA time series are difficult to be accurate, the six typical regions are selected in China as examples, including the upper reaches of the Yangtze River (UYR), the southwest region (SWR), the Liaohe River Basin (LRB), the North China Plain (NCP), the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (QTP), and the Pearl River Basin (PRB). The mascon product from GRACE/GRACE-FO provided by CSR is used to extract TWSA time series in six typical areas. The improved Back Propagation (BP) neural network, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network and the latest Bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM-attention) neural network model based on attention mechanism are proposed to predict and analyze the regional TWSA. In the experiment, the selection of the optimal model parameters such as the number of hidden layer nodes and the number of hidden units of the neural network model is tested and analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, the model prediction results are compared with the traditional least squares method and random forest (RF) prediction method. The root mean square error (RMSE), determination coefficient (R2), Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient (NSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) were used to evaluate the accuracy of the predicted results. The results show that the improved BP, LSTM and Bi-LSTM-attention neural network models all achieve higher prediction accuracy in UYR and SWR areas. RMSE is less than 2.641 cm, R2 is as high as 0.8 or more, NSE is above 0.6, and MAPE is within 0.1. Compared with the least square method, the RMSE of the predicted results from three neural network decreased by 0.998 cm, 0.700 cm and 0.7563 on average, and the R2 increased by 81.75%, 69.89% and 72% on average. Compared with RFML method, the RMSE from three neural network is reduced by 0.601 cm, 0.316 cm and 0.360, and R2 is increased by 38.20%, 24.60% and 27.06% on average. Automatic modulation classification (AMC) is an important process for future communication systems with prominent applications from spectrum management, and secure communication, to cognitive radio. The requirement for an efficient AMC classifier is due to its capability in blind modulation recognition, which is a difficult task in real scenarios where the limitations of traditional hardware and the complexity of channel impairments are involved. Therefore, this paper proposes a complete real-time AMC system based on software-defined radio and deep learning architecture. The system demodulation performance is verified through simulations and real channel impairment conditions to ensure reliability. With at most 6 times reduced number of parameters, two proposed models convolutional long short-term memory deep neural network and residual long short-term memory neural network also show a general improvement in classification accuracy compared with reference studies. Curve reconstruction is a fundamental task in many visual computing applications. In this paper, a data-driven approach for curve reconstruction is proposed. We present an inception layered deep neural network structure, capable of learning simultaneously the number of control points and their positions in order to reconstruct the curve. To train the network, a large set of general synthetic data is generated. The reconstructed uniform B-spline closely approximates any arbitrary input curve, with or without intersections. Because the network predicts the number of control points required for the B-spline reconstruction, redundancy is reduced in the curve representation. We demonstrate our approach on various examples. The prevalence of cardiovascular disease (CVD) has surged in recent years, making it the foremost cause of mortality among humans. The Electrocardiogram (ECG), being one of the pivotal diagnostic tools for cardiovascular diseases, is increasingly gaining prominence in the field of machine learning. However, prevailing neural network models frequently disregard the spatial dimension features inherent in ECG signals. In this paper, we propose an ECG autoencoder network architecture incorporating low-rank attention (LRA-autoencoder). It is designed to capture potential spatial features of ECG signals by interpreting the signals from a spatial perspective and extracting correlations between different signal points. Additionally, the low-rank attention block (LRA-block) obtains spatial features of electrocardiogram signals through singular value decomposition, and then assigns these spatial features as weights to the electrocardiogram signals, thereby enhancing the differentiation of features among different categories. Finally, we utilize the ResNet-18 network classifier to assess the performance of the LRA-autoencoder on both the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia and PhysioNet Challenge 2017 datasets. The experimental results reveal that the proposed method demonstrates superior classification performance. The retinal impulse signal is the basic carrier of visual information. It records the distribution of light on the retina. However, its direct conversion to a scene image is difficult due to the nonlinear characteristics of its distribution. Therefore, the use of artificial neural network to reconstruct the scene from retinal spikes has become an important research area. This paper proposes the architecture of a neural network based on vector quantization, where the feature vectors of spike trains are extracted, compressed, and stored using a feature extraction and compression network. During the decoding process, the nearest neighbour search method is used to find the nearest feature vector corresponding to each feature vector in the feature map. Finally, a reconstruction network is used to decode a new feature map composed of matching feature vectors to obtain a visual scene. This paper also verifies the impact of vector quantization on the characteristics of pulse signals by comparing experiments and visualizing the characteristics before and after vector quantization. The network delivers promising performance when evaluated on different datasets, demonstrating that this research is of great significance for improving relevant applications in the fields of retinal image processing and artificial intelligence. However, with the energy consumption of construction enterprises, it still brings a series of serious environmental problems. Construction enterprises should take active green development behavior to respond. Based on enterprises' green development behavior, this paper explores the influencing factors of green development behavior adopted by construction enterprises in China. Through literature analysis, this paper identifies that construction enterprises' adoption of green development behaviors is influenced by technological, organizational and environmental factors. Then this paper constructs an index system of the influencing factors of green development behaviors adopted by enterprises. According to the data of construction enterprises from 2000 to 2020 of National Bureau of Statistics, an artificial neural network is used to construct the prediction model of influencing factors of green development behavior adopted by construction enterprises. The conclusions are as follows. (1) Construction enterprises' adoption of green development behavior shows an upward trend over time. (2) Market share of construction enterprises is the most important factor to promote construction enterprises' adoption of green development behavior. Accurate prediction of sea level height is critically important for the government in assessing sea level risk in coastal areas. However, due to the nonlinear, time-varying and highly uncertain characteristics of sea level change data, sea level prediction is challenging. To improve the accuracy of sea level prediction, this paper uses a new swarm intelligence algorithm named the sparrow search algorithm (SSA), which can imitate the foraging behavior and antipredation behavior of sparrows, to determine optimal solutions. To avoid the algorithm falling into a local optimal situation, this paper integrates the sine–cosine algorithm and the Cauchy variation strategy into the SSA to obtain an algorithm named the SCSSA. The SCSSA is used to optimize the parameter values of the CNN-BiLSTM (convolutional neural network combined with bidirectional long short-term memory neural network) model; finally, a combined neural network model (named SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM) is proposed. In this paper, the time series data of seven tidal stations located in coastal China are used for experimental analysis. First, the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model is compared with the CNN-BiLSTM model to predict the time series data of SHANWEI Station. With respect to the training and test sets of data, the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model outperforms the other models on all the evaluation metrics. In addition, the remaining six tide station datasets and five neural network models, including the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model, are used to further study the performance of the proposed prediction model. Four evaluation indices including the root mean squared error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) and coefficient of determination (R2) are adopted. For six stations, the RMSE, MAE, MAPE and R2 of SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model are ranged from 20.9217 ~ 27.8427 mm, 9.4770 ~ 17.8603 mm, 0.1322% ~ 0.2482% and 0.9119 ~ 0.9759, respectively. The experimental analysis results show that the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model makes effective predictions at all stations, and the prediction performance is better than that of the other models. Knowledge graph embedding converts knowledge graphs based on symbolic representations into low-dimensional vectors. Effective knowledge graph embedding methods are key to ensuring downstream tasks. Some studies have shown significant performance differences among various knowledge graph embedding models on different datasets. They attribute this issue to the insufficient representation ability of the models. However, what representation ability knowledge graph embedding models possess is still unknown. Therefore, this paper first selects three representative models for analysis: translation and rotation models in distance models, and the Bert model in neural network models. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that the translation model focuses on clustering features, the rotation model focuses on hierarchy features, and the Bert model focuses on word co-occurrence features. This paper categorize clustering and hierarchy as structure features, and word co-occurrence as semantic features. Furthermore, a model that solely focuses on a single feature will lead to a lack of accuracy and generality, making it challenging for the model to be applicable to modern large-scale knowledge graphs. Therefore, this paper proposes an ensemble model with structure and semantic features for knowledge graph embedding. Specifically, the ensemble model includes a structure part and a semantic part. The structure part consists of three models: translation, rotation and cross. Translation and rotation models serve as basic feature extraction, while the cross model enhances the interaction between them. The semantic part is built based on Bert and integrated with the structure part after fine-tuning. In addition, this paper also introduces a frequency model to mitigate the training imbalance caused by differences in entity frequencies. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of the model through link prediction. With the advent of deep neural networks (DNNs) in the last two decades, tremendous developments have been made in many fields, such as image classification/recognition, voice recognition, and action recognition. These advanced DNNs require large amounts of labeled data, whose collection is costly and requires great effort. In this paper, we provide a convergence method for DNNs to solve some of these difficulties. First, we consider how to create labeled data using a generative adversarial network (GAN), one DNN method, and add additional networks to improve the quality of generated data. Then, we propose a convergence method for the DNNs and use a three-step evaluation to confirm this approach and show how to use the automatically generated data for training. Entity-relationship extraction is a fine-grained task for constructing a knowledge graph of food public opinion in the field of food public opinion, and it is also an important research topic in the field of current information extraction. This paper aims at the multi-entity-to-relationship problem that often occurs in food public opinion, the entity-relationship types are extracted from the BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers) network model; In the bidirectional long short-term memory network (BLSTM), the entity-relationship types extracted by BERT model are integrated, and the semantic role attention mechanism based on position awareness is introduced to construct a model BERT-BLSTM-based entity-relationship extraction model for food public opinion at the same time. Rapid and accurate detection of a C-shaped root canal on mandibular second molars can assist dentists in diagnosis and treatment. Oral panoramic radiography is one of the most effective methods of determining the root canal of teeth. There are already some traditional methods based on deep learning to learn the characteristics of C-shaped root canal tooth images. However, previous studies have shown that the accuracy of detecting the C-shaped root canal still needs to be improved. And it is not suitable for implementing these network structures with limited hardware resources. In this paper, a new lightweight convolutional neural network is designed, which combined with receptive field block (RFB) for optimizing feature extraction. In order to optimize the hardware resource requirements of the model, a lightweight, multi-branch, convolutional neural network model was developed in this study. To improve the feature extraction ability of the model for C-shaped root canal tooth images, RFB has been merged with this model. RFB has achieved excellent results in target detection and classification. In the multiscale receptive field block, some small convolution kernels are used to replace the large convolution kernels, which allows the model to extract detailed features and reduce the computational complexity. Finally, the accuracy and area under receiver operating characteristics curve (AUC) values of C-shaped root canals on the image data of our mandibular second molars were 0.9838 and 0.996, respectively. The results show that the deep learning model proposed in this paper is more accurate and has lower computational complexity than many other similar studies. A neural network model needs to be manually designed for ancient mural dynasty recognition, and this paper proposes an ancient mural dynasty recognition algorithm that is based on a neural architecture search (NAS). First, the structural edge information of mural images is extracted for use by the neural network model in recognizing mural missions. Second, an NAS algorithm that is based on contrast selection (CS) simplifies the architecture search to an incremental CS and then searches for the optimal network architecture on the mural dataset. Finally, the identified optimal network architecture is used for training and testing to complete the mural dynasty recognition task. The results show that the top accuracy of the proposed method on the mural dataset is 88.10%, the recall rate is 87.52%, and the precision rate is 87.69%. Each evaluation index used by the neural network model is superior to that of classical network models such as AlexNet and ResNet-50. Compared with NAS methods such as ASNG and MIGO, the accuracy of mural dynasty recognition is higher by an average of 4.27% when using the proposed method. The proposed method is verified on CIFAR-10, CIFAR-100, ImageNet16-120 and other datasets and achieves a good recognition accuracy in the NAS-bench-201 search space, which averages 93.26%, 70.73% and 45.34%, respectively, on the abovementioned datasets. In this paper, we consider a model called CHARME (Conditional Heteroscedastic Autoregressive Mixture of Experts), a class of generalized mixture of nonlinear (non)parametric AR-ARCH time series. The main objective of this paper is to learn the autoregressive and volatility functions of this model with neural networks (NN). This approach is justified thanks to the universal approximation capacity of neural networks. On the other hand, in order to build the learning theory, it is necessary first to prove the ergodicity of the CHARME model. We therefore show in a general nonparametric framework that under certain Lipschitz-type conditions on the autoregressive and volatility functions, this model is stationary, ergodic and τ -weakly dependent. These conditions are much weaker than those in the existing literature. Moreover, this result forms the theoretical basis for deriving an asymptotic theory of the underlying parametric estimation, which we present for this model in a general parametric framework. Altogether, this allows to develop a learning theory for the NN-based autoregressive and volatility functions of the CHARME model, where strong consistency and asymptotic normality of the considered estimator of the NN weights and biases are guaranteed under weak conditions. Accurately identifying changes in carbon trading prices can provide reasonable reference indicators for a government's macrocontrol and can also help companies more effectively avoid risks brought by carbon emissions and increase the income of carbon assets. Based on the Prophet model, LSTM neural network model, and backpropagation (BP), this paper proposes a method to predict carbon trading prices using the ensemble learning model and uses the Hubei carbon trading market data to predict carbon trading prices. Results show that in terms of accuracy, the Prophet-LSTM-BP ensemble learning model achieves better predictive ability than existing models; its RMSE, MAE, and MAPE are 1.479, 0.951, and 2.135, respectively, which are markedly smaller than the Prophet model's 5.631, 4.471, and 9.661, and the LSTM model's 3.352, 3.105, and 6.880, respectively. Compared with the traditional time series ARIMA model, the MAPE of ARIMA reaches 12.933, which is nearly 1.5 times that of the Prophet model, nearly 2 times that of the LSTM model, and nearly 7 times that of the ensemble learning model. In terms of applicability, when the model is applied to the national carbon trading market, the difference in MAPE compared with the Hubei carbon trading market is only 0.6%, and the other parameters are not more than 16%. The model improves the relevant research on carbon trading price predicting, and concurrently, this method provides ideas for carbon trading price predicting in other carbon trading markets and promotes the sustainable development of the national carbon trading market. Phase-to-height mapping is one of the important processes in three dimensional phase measurement profilometry. But, in traditional phase-to-height mapping method, the measurement accuracy is affected by device attitude, so it needs saving a large amount of mapping equations to achieve high-quality phase-to-height mapping. In order to improve that, this paper proposes an improved phase-to-height mapping method combine with device attitude. Firstly, we get the unwrapped phase of the target. Then, using generalized regression neural network is used to reduce the offset of phase information at the same height due to the randomness of device attitude. Last, the phase-to-height mapping is completed by substituting the unwrapped phase (the difference between having detected object and no detected object) of eliminate the offset into improved phase-to-height mapping method. Experimental results show that the proposed method could achieve high-quality phase-to-height mapping with less mapping equation and less memory space. Compared with the nonlinear phase-to-height mapping method (probabilistic neural network to eliminate phase offset), its accuracy is improved by 44.30%. One of the main challenges regarding the prediction of groundwater resource changes is the climate change phenomenon and its impacts on quantitative variations of such resources. Groundwater resources are treated as one of the main strategic resources of any region. Given the climate change phenomenon and its impacts on hydrological parameters, it is necessary to evaluate and predict future changes to achieve an appropriate plan to maintain and preserve water resources. In this regard, the present study is put forward by utilizing the Statistical Down-Scaling Model (SDSM) to forecast the main climate variables (i.e., temperature and precipitation) based on new Rcp scenarios for greenhouse gas emissions within a period from 2020 to 2060. The results obtained from the prediction of climate parameters indicate different values in each emission scenario, so the limit, minimum and maximum values occur in the Rcp8.5, Rcp2.6 and Rcp4.5 scenarios, respectively. Also, a model is developed by utilizing the GMDH artificial neural network technique. The developed model predicts the average groundwater level based on the climate variables in such a way that by implementing the climate parameters forecasted by the SDSM model, the groundwater level within a time period from 2020 to 2060 is predicted. The results obtained from the verification and validation of the model imply its proper performance and reasonable accuracy in predicating groundwater level based on the climate variables. The findings derived from the present paper indicate that compared to the years prior to the prediction period, the groundwater level of the Sahneh Plain has dramatically dropped so that based on the Rcp scenarios, the groundwater level values are in their lowest state within the period from 2046 to 2056. The issue of traffic mismanagement is getting bad to worse as the trend of urbanization is increasing and posing significant threats to the urban areas. This paper addresses this issue of traffic mismanagement by proposing a Fog-Cloud centric Internet of Things (IoT)-based collaborative framework that enables machine learning-based situation-aware traffic management. This framework monitors the traffic dynamics at the fog layer for providing real-time analytics to the cloud and enabling the traffic situation-aware routing of the vehicles. Whereas the framework at the cloud layer determines the situation-aware analytics by predicting Waiting Time (WaT), Waiting Queue Length (WQueL) and next green phase duration (G) for each Traffic Movement Signal Point (TMSP) based on the real-time data and analytics provided by the fog layer. The road-infrastructure hosted fog layer classifies the In-schedule Reachability Status (IRS) that determines the ability of the vehicle to reach the respective TMSP down the lane before the start of the next green phase. After classifying all such vehicles on a lane by the fog layer, the cloud layer predicts the optimal duration of the next green phase at that respective TMSP to reduce the traffic congestion on the respective junction point and subsequently provides these area-wide analytics to the vehicle hosted fog nodes and traffic controllers on the respective junction points. The vehicles use these analytics for enabling situation-aware vehicle routing functionality by selecting a time optimized path and enabling balanced traffic load on all possible paths. The framework employs Logistic Regression (LR) for IRS classification at the fog layer and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) for traffic prediction at the respective TMSP at the cloud layer. The result depiction acknowledges LR's efficiency compared to other employed classifiers in terms of various statistical parameters. The optimal performance of ANN at the learning rate (LeR) of 0.1, momentum rate (MoR) of 0.95, and 500 epochs depict the prediction efficiency of ANN as compared to other used prediction approach. This paper propose a cutting-edge neural network and AdaHessian optimization technique for cryptojacking prediction and defense. We provide a cutting-edge deep neural network (DNN) cryptojacking attack prediction approach employing pruning, post-training quantization, and AdaHessian optimization. A new framework for quick DNN training utilizing AdaHessian optimization can detect cryptojacking attempts with reduced computational cost. But vast databases of digital music prevent educators from making specific-purpose choices. Music recommendation will be a potential development direction for online music education. In this paper, we propose a deep learning model based on multi-source information fusion for music recommendation under the scenario of edge-cloud computing. First, we use the music latent factor vector obtained by the Weighted Matrix Factorization (WMF) algorithm as the ground truth. Second, we build a neural network model to fuse multiple sources of music information, including music spectrum extracted from extra music information to predict the latent spatial features of music. Finally, we predict the user's preference for music through the inner product of the user vector and the music vector for recommendation. By introducing the philosophical concept of judgement, it becomes clear that the property of judgement to provide meaning and purposiveness is based on the temporality of human life and the ambiguity of language, which quantitative processes lack. A juxtaposition shows that calculations and clustering can be used and referred to in more or less prejudiced and reflecting as well as opaque and transparent ways, but thereby always depend on human judgement. The paper clearly asserts that the transparency of AI is necessary for their autonomous use. This transparency requires the explicitness of the judgements that constitute these computational structures, thereby creating an awareness of the conditionality of such epistemic entities. Computer assisted theorem proving is an increasingly important part of mathematical methodology, as well as a long-standing topic in artificial intelligence (AI) research. However, the current generation of theorem proving software have limited functioning in terms of providing new proofs. Importantly, they are not able to discriminate interesting theorems and proofs from trivial ones. In order for computers to develop further in theorem proving, there would need to be a radical change in how the software functions. Recently, machine learning results in solving mathematical tasks have shown early promise that deep artificial neural networks could learn symbolic mathematical processing. In this paper, I analyze the theoretical prospects of such neural networks in proving mathematical theorems. In particular, I focus on the question how such AI systems could be incorporated in practice to theorem proving and what consequences that could have. In the most optimistic scenario, this includes the possibility of autonomous automated theorem provers (AATP). Traditional tool condition monitoring methods developed in an ideal environment are not universal in multiple working conditions considering different signal sources and recognition methods. This paper presents a novel tool condition monitoring approach that packages deep learning networks for accurate condition recognition with a cocktail solver library. First, the multisource signals from the machining process are collected and sequenced as the input of the cocktail solver library. The machining signals are transformed into a series of two-dimensional images by a continuous wavelet transform. In addition, ten pretrained networks with transfer learning are rapidly transferred with a finetuning operation, which contributes to a set of monitor networks. Three major processes are integrated by the cocktail solver library, which is the choosing dataset process for multi-signals, the training option process for network training parameters, and the network package process for the basic monitoring model. A Bayesian optimization method is employed to handle a tradeoff for these three processes to improve the prediction accuracy and reduce the recognition time. In the testing experiment, the milling datasets are used to train the model, and the results show that the accuracy of the model proposed in this paper can exceed 90%.
