Rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) was prepared using hydrolyzed keratin‐modified polyol and aluminium hypophosphite as flame retardants. The effects of aluminium hypophosphite on the thermal stability and flame‐retardant properties of hydrolyzed keratin‐modified RPUFs were studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI) method, thermogravimetric analysis, pyrolysis kinetic analysis, cone analysis and smoke density analysis. The results showed that RPUF added with 7.5 wt% aluminium hypophosphite (RPUF‐HK5‐7.5AL) had the highest LOI, which was 26.1%. RPUF‐HK5‐7.5AL had the highest initial decomposition temperature, the highest T5% at a heating rate of 10 °C min−1 and the highest activation energy. In addition, RPUF‐HK5‐7.5AL possessed the lowest heat release rate at 50 kW m−2 of 125.10 kW m−2, and the lowest total heat release rate of 5.30 MJ m−2. Results indicated that RPUF‐HK5‐7.5AL had the best thermal stability and flame‐retardant properties. Scanning electron microscopy showed that hydrolyzed keratin and aluminium hypophosphite had a synergistic effect on the flame retardancy of the RPUFs. Deciphering cellular interactions is essential to both understand the mechanisms underlying a broad range of human diseases, but also to manipulate therapies targeting these diseases. Here, the formation of cell doublets resulting from specific membrane ligand‐receptor interactions is discovered. Based on this phenomenon, the study developed DoubletSeeker, a novel high‐throughput method for the reliable identification of ligand‐receptor interactions. The study shows that DoubletSeeker can accurately identify T cell receptor (TCR)‐antigen interactions with high sensitivity and specificity. Notably, DoubletSeeker effectively captured paired TCR‐peptide major histocompatibility complex (pMHC) information during a highly complex library‐on‐library screening and successfully identified three mutant TCRs that specifically recognize the MART‐1 epitope. In turn, DoubletSeeker can act as an antigen discovery platform that allows for the development of novel immunotherapy targets, making it valuable for investigating fundamental tumor immunology. Aim: Understanding the patterns and drivers of biodiversity across space and time is commonly based on species diversity, which may ignore species' functional role and evolutionary history and result in an incomplete understanding of community assembly. It is suggested that integrating species, functional, and phylogenetic diversity could provide a more holistic assessment of community assembly in natural ecosystems. This study aimed to explore the elevational patterns and environmental drivers of multiple facets of fish diversity and community structure in a subtropical river during the wet and dry seasons. Location: The Chishui River basin, China. Methods: We investigated the responses of fish species richness, functional richness, and phylogenetic diversity to elevation in different seasons. Moreover, we compared functional dispersion and mean pairwise distance with those obtained from null models to infer assembly mechanisms shaping community structure. Additionally, we examined the environmental drivers (e.g. water chemistry, temperature, and river size) of fish diversity and community structure. Results: Fish species richness, functional richness, and phylogenetic diversity showed a negative relationship with elevation in the Chishui River basin. Fish communities tended to be on average functionally random but phylogenetically clustered. Furthermore, phylogenetic structure exhibited a decreasing pattern along the elevational gradient. Despite no significant seasonal changes for fish diversity (except for phylogenetic diversity), fish communities became more phylogenetically overdispersed and clustered at low and high elevations in the dry season. Additionally, the responses of fish diversity and community structure to environmental variables were not synchronous. Conclusions: At the basin scale, environmental filtering was prevalent in shaping fish phylogenetic structure, whereas stochasticity was likely more important for functional structure. Moreover, the ecological mechanisms shaping individual fish communities switched from limiting similarity to environmental filtering as elevation increased, and the underlying forces at two ends of the elevational gradient became more prominent in the dry season. Background: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are widely recognized in the pathogenesis of autoimmune disease. As a key regulatory factor, miRNAs have introduced new biomarkers for the early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and provided a favorable research direction for the development of novel therapeutic targets. This study aimed to explore the hotspots of miRNA research related to RA published from different countries, organizations, and authors. Methods: From 2001 to 2022, publications on miRNA related to RA were identified in the Web of Science database. The total and annual number of publishments, citations, impact factor, H‐index, productive authors, and involved journals were collected for quantitative and qualitative comparisons. Results: A total of 29 countries/regions in the world have participated in the research of miRNAs and RA over the past two decades, and China (760, 53.18%) and the United States (233, 16.31%) account for the majority of the total publications. China dominated in total citation (17881) and H‐index (62). A total of 507 academic journals have published articles in related fields, and Frontiers in Immunology published the most (53, 3.71%). Chih‐hsin Tang of the China Medical University has published the most papers (16, 1.2%). Stanczyk (2008) published the most cited article Altered expression of miRNAs in synovial fibroblasts and synovial tissue in rheumatoid arthritis in Arthritis and Rheumatism, with 660 citations. Inflammation is the high‐frequency keyword outside of RA and miRNAs, and related researches have mainly focused on miR‐146a and miR‐155. Conclusions: In the past two decades, extensive and continuous research has been conducted to investigate the role of miRNAs in RA, and miRNAs are widely recognized in the pathogenesis of RA. Related research has mainly focused on miR‐146a and miR‐155 that have shown promising results as key factors in RA experimental models. Focusing on clinical applications and translational research may be the future research direction and hotspot based on molecular biology basic research and mechanism exploration. Background: This study aimed to investigate the radiological, pathological, and prognostic characteristics of large consolidative‐type pulmonary invasive mucinous adenocarcinomas (IMA). Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 738 patients who confirmed IMA between January 2010 and August 2022, and two radiologists reviewed imaging data to determine subtypes. We included 41 patients with pathologically large consolidative‐type IMA. We analyzed their radiological, pathological, and prognostic characteristics. The recurrence‐free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) were determined using the Kaplan–Meier method. Results: Most lesions were located in the lower lobe, with 46.3% patients showing multiple lesions. Halo, angiogram, vacuole, air bronchogram, and dead branch sign were observed in 97.6%, 73.2%, 63.4%, 61.0%, and 61.0% of the cases, respectively. Unevenly low enhancement was observed in 88.89% of patients. T3 and T4 pathological stages were observed in 50.0% and 30.6% of patients, respectively. Lymph node metastasis was observed in 16.7% patients, with no distant metastasis. Spread‐through air spaces and intrapulmonary dissemination were observed in 27.8% and 19.4% patients, respectively. Moreover, Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene mutations were found in 68.6% of cases, and no epidermal growth factor receptor mutations were seen. Among all mutation sites, G12V mutation is the most common, accounting for 40%. The average RFS and OS were 19.4 and 66.4 months, respectively, with 3‐year RFS and OS rates of 30.0% and 75.0%, respectively. Pleural invasion and lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors for diagnosis. Conclusion: Halo, vacuole, angiogram, and dead branch signs were frequently observed in consolidative‐type IMA. Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene mutations are common in consolidative‐type IMA, especially site G12V, whereas epidermal growth factor receptor mutations were rare; therefore, gene immunotherapy was more difficult. Background: In China, over 50% of lung cancer cases occur in nonsmokers. Thus, identifying high‐risk individuals for targeted lung cancer screening is crucial. Beyond age and smoking, determining other risk factors for lung cancer in the Asian population has become a focal point of research. Using 30,000 participants in the prospectively enrolled cohort at China's National Cancer Center (NCC) over the past 14 years, we categorized participants by risk, with an emphasis on nonsmoking females. Materials and Method s : Between November 2005 and December 2019, 31,431 individuals voluntarily underwent low‐dose computed tomography (LDCT) scans for lung cancer screening at the NCC. We recorded details like smoking history, exposure to hazards, and family history of malignant tumors. Using the 2019 NCCN criteria, participants were categorized into high‐, moderate‐, and low‐risk groups. Additionally, we separated non‐high‐risk groups into female never smokers (aged over 40) exposed to second‐hand smoke (SHS) and others. Any positive results from initial scans were monitored per the I‐ELCAP protocol (2006), and suspected malignancies were addressed through collaborative decisions between patients and physicians. We analyzed and compared the detection rates of positive results, confirmed lung cancers, and cancer stages across risk, age, and gender groups. Results: Out of 31,431 participants (55.9% male, 44.1% female), 3695 (11.8%) showed positive baseline LDCT scans with 197 (0.6%; 106 females, 91 males) confirmed as lung cancer cases pathologically. Malignancy rate by age was 0.1% among those aged under 40 years, 0.4% among those aged 40–49 years, 0.8% among those aged 50–59 years, and 1.2% among those aged 60 years and older. From the 25,763 participants (56.9% male, 43.1% female) who completed questionnaires, 1877 (7.3%) were categorized as high risk, 6500 (25.2%) as moderate risk, and 17,386 (67.5%) as low risk. Of the 23,886 in the non‐high‐risk category, 8041 (33.7%) were females over 40 years old exposed to SHS. The high‐risk group showed the highest lung cancer detection rate at 1.4%. However, females exposed to SHS had a notably higher detection rate than the rest of the non‐high‐risk group (1.1% vs. 0.5%; p < 0.0001). In this cohort, 84.8% of the detected lung cancers were at an early stage. Conclusions: In our study, using LDCT for lung cancer screening proved significant for high‐risk individuals. The mpox outbreak has subdued with fewer reported cases at the present in high‐income countries. It is known that mpox virus (MPXV) infection has been epidemic for more than 50 years in African countries. The ancestral MPXV strain has changed into multiple clades, indicating the ongoing evolution of MPXV, which reflects the historical neglect of mpox in Africa, especially after smallpox eradication, and bestows the danger of more severe mpox epidemics in the future. It is thus imperative to continue the development of mpox diagnostics and treatments so we can be prepared in the event of a new mpox epidemic. In this study, we have developed an MPXV detection tool that leverages the recombinase‐aid amplification assay by integrating lateral flow strips (RAA‐LF) and one‐step sample DNA preparation, with visible readout, no need of laboratory instrument, and ready for field deployment. The detection limit reaches 10 copies per reaction. The performance of our RAA‐FL assay in diagnosing mpox clinical samples is on par with that of the quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. Taken together, we have developed a point‐of‐care RAA‐LF method of high accuracy and sensitivity, readily deployable for field detection of MPXV. This diagnostic tool is expected to improve and accelerate field‐ and self‐diagnosis, allow timely isolation and treatment, reduce the spread of MPXV, thus effectively mitigate MPXV outbreak in the future. BACKGROUND: Compound chenpi tea (CCT) is a popular herbal beverage made from citri reticulatae pericarpium, Ganoderma lucidum, and pu‐erh tea. This study aimed to investigate the anti‐obesity effect of CCT in mice fed a high‐fat diet (HFD) and to explore the potential mediators by 16S ribosomal RNA sequencing and serum metabolomic analysis. RESULTS: The results showed that CCT supplementation can effectively reduce diet‐induced obesity, hepatic steatosis, dyslipidemia, and insulin resistance. Further analyses revealed that CCT could reverse the changes of 28 metabolites induced by HFD, mainly affecting, amino acid metabolism, gut microbiota metabolism, and glycerophospholipid metabolism. CCT could also alleviate the intestinal dysbiosis by decreasing the abundance of Romboutsia, Gemella, [Eubacterium]_fissicatena_group, and Faecalibaculum, and increasing the abundance of Oscillibacter, Blautia, and Acetatifactor. CONCLUSION: Collectively, these findings demonstrated that CCT supplementation modulated gut microbiota and obesity‐related metabolic disorders in mice. © 2023 Society of Chemical Industry. Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is usually accompanied by mucin hypersecretion that can lead to mucus accumulation and impair nasal mucociliary clearance, thus exacerbating airway inflammation. Abnormal mucin hypersecretion is regulated by different T helper (Th) cytokines, which are associated with different endotype‐driven inflammatory responses. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand how these factors regulate mucin hypersecretion to provide precise treatment strategies for different endotypes of CRS. Body: Thus far, the most common endotypes of CRS are classified as type 1, type 2, or type 3 immune responses based on innate and adaptive cell‐mediated effector immunity, and the representative Th cytokines in these immune responses, such as IFN‐γ, TNF‐α, IL‐4, IL‐5, IL‐13, IL‐10, IL‐17, and IL‐22, play an important regulatory role in mucin secretion. We reviewed all the related literature in the PubMed database to determine the expression of these Th cytokines in CRS and the role they play in the regulation of mucin secretion. Conclusion: We believe that the main Th cytokines involved in specific endotypes of CRS play a key role in regulating abnormal mucin secretion, which contributes to better understanding of the pathogenesis of CRS and provides therapeutic targets for airway inflammatory diseases associated with mucin hypersecretion. Disentangling the factors governing community structure across various spatial and temporal scales is a core task in community ecology and biogeography, because it could provide valuable insights into biodiversity conservation and management. The relative role of environmental (a proxy for niche‐based mechanism) and spatial (a proxy for dispersal) effects in shaping ecological communities depends on diversity facets, network positions, seasonality and biological characteristics of the focal organisms. However, such patterns are not well understood for fish communities in large river systems, especially if all of these patterns are examined simultaneously.We investigated fish taxonomic, functional and phylogenetic total β‐diversity (and their turnover and nestedness phenomena) at different spatial scales (basin vs. section scales) and seasons (wet vs. dry seasons) in a subtropical river system (the Chishui River basin, China). We also quantified the relative importance of environmental variables and spatial factors in shaping fish β‐diversity by using generalised dissimilarity modelling.At the basin scale, fish taxonomic and phylogenetic β‐diversity across seasons mainly reflected turnover, yet turnover and nestedness contributed likewise to total functional β‐diversity. Taxonomic and phylogenetic β‐diversity were strongly correlated (r from 0.39 to 0.87), whereas functional and both taxonomic and phylogenetic facets were relatively weakly correlated (r from 0.27 to 0.65). Generalised dissimilarity modelling suggested that phylogenetic β‐diversity phenomena were consistently more influenced by environmental variables (wet 16.1%, dry 22.4%) than by spatial factors (wet 6.7%, dry 4.8%). However, for both taxonomic and functional facets, environmental variables (turnover 13.8%, nestedness 6.4%) and spatial factors (turnover 4.3%, nestedness 9.4%) accounted for a greater proportion of variations in turnover and nestedness, respectively.At the section scale, only phylogenetic total β‐diversity and nestedness, as well as taxonomic nestedness significantly differed between the headwater and downstream sections. Furthermore, headwater communities were primarily explained by spatial (15.7%) and environmental (12.7%) variables in the wet season, while environmental factors (25.9%; spatial 7.7%) dominated in the dry season. By contrast, downstream communities were more influenced by environmental factors (17.9%; spatial 8.3%) in the wet season, whereas environmental (11.0%) and spatial variables (11.5%) contributed likewise to β‐diversity in the dry season.Our results highlight that, compared with taxonomic β‐diversity, accounting for turnover and nestedness of functional and phylogenetic β‐diversity helps to reveal distinct biodiversity patterns, and potential environmental and spatial controls. Given that community–environment relationships and the relative contribution of environmental and spatial factors varied between seasons and between the basin and section scales, our study underlines the importance of long‐term dynamics and spatial scales in metacommunity studies. Our findings also suggest that maintaining environmental heterogeneity and adequate hydrological connectivity would be essential for the conservation of fish diversity. Overall, our study advances current knowledge of fish biodiversity patterns and their maintenance mechanisms by adding insights from multi‐faceted diversity and seasonality, which has rarely been done in large subtropical rivers. The profile of antibodies against antigenic epitopes of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) during neutralizing antibody (NAb) decay has not been clarified. Using a SARS‐CoV‐2 proteome microarray that contained viral antigenic peptides, we analyzed the characteristics of the humoral response in patients with coronavirus disease 19 (COVID‐19) in a longitudinal study. A total of 89 patients were recruited, and 226 plasma samples were serially collected in 2020. In the antigenic peptide microarray, the level of immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies against peptides within the S2 subunit (S‐82) and a conserved gene region in variants of interest, open reading frame protein 10 (ORF10‐3), were closely associated with the presence of SARS‐CoV‐2 NAbs. In an independent evaluation cohort of 232 plasma samples collected from 116 COVID‐19 cases in 2020, S82‐IgG titers were higher in NAbs‐positive samples (p = 0.002) than in NAbs‐negative samples using enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay. We further collected 66 plasma samples from another cohort infected by Omicron BA.1 virus in 2022. Compared with the samples with lower S82‐IgG titers, NAb titers were significantly higher in the samples with higher S82‐IgG titers (p = 0.04). In order to develop an efficient and stable broadband cyan phosphor for full spectrum white lighting emitting diodes (wLEDs), novel Ba9Lu2Si6O24:Eu2+, xCa2+ is designed and synthesized. Ca‐substitution induces Eu2+ ions into Lu3+ crystallographic site, which achieve rare nonequivalent cation substitution of Eu2+. Effects of Ca‐substitution on crystal structure of matrix and phosphor are investigated by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and density functional thoery (DFT). Ba9Lu2Si6O24:Eu2+, xCa2+ can be effectively excited by with near‐ultraviolet (NUV) and exhibit broadband cyan emission with full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 119.7 nm at x = 0.2, due to the multisite luminescence centers. For the sample x = 0.2, the internal quantum efficiency is 92.61%, and the luminous intensity at 423 K remains 89% of that measured at room temperature. The rigid structure of [SiO4]‐[LuO6]‐[SiO4] doped with Eu2+ ion makes Ca‐substituted samples exhibit excellent luminescence efficiency and thermal stability. Overactive inflammatory response and excessive oxidative stress are the main pathophysiological culprits for cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury (IRI) that arouse neuronal damage. The neurotransmitter acetylcholine (ACh) exerts anti‐inflammatory roles by stimulating α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAChR) on microglia to activate the cholinergic anti‐inflammatory pathway. Simultaneously, as a circadian rhythm‐dependent hormone , melatonin (MT) possesses promising neuroprotective effects that eliminate reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the ischemic region. Relying on these, a biocompatible fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)‐labeled SiO2@PAA‐MT/ACh nanospheres are constructed to effectively alleviate oxidative stress and polarize microglial phenotype to suppress inflammatory response in cerebral IRI. Despite of biosafety and curative effects of ACh and MT, the poor aggregation in ischemic penumbra hinders their neuroprotection. To address that, complement component 5a (C5a) is used as a molecular target for delivery of ACh and MT. C5a conspicuously exists at local inflammatory sites of cerebral IRI, recruits immune cells, and mediates further release of inflammatory cytokines. Upon binding of anti‐C5a (aC5a) aptamers onto FITC‐labeled SiO2@PAA‐MT/ACh nanospheres, they can effectively target the ischemic penumbra and promote neurological recovery. Taken together, the current study suggests that the FITC‐labeled SiO2@PAA‐MT/ACh‐aC5a nanospheres after intravenous (i.v.) administration can act as an effective targeted nanotherapy to salvage neurons in cerebral IRI. Functional additives have recently been regarded as emerging candidates to improve the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Herein, nicotinamide (N), 2‐chloronicotinamide (2Cl), and 6‐chloronicotinamide (6Cl) were employed as O‐ligands to facilitate the deposition of MAPbI3 (MA = methylammonium) and MA‐free FA0.88Cs0.12PbI2.64Br0.36 (FA = formamidinium) perovskite films by multifunctional anchoring. By density functional theory (DFT) calculations and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) measurements, it is identified that the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level for additive modified MAPbI3 perovskite could reduce the voltage deficit for hole extraction. Moreover, due to the most favorable charge distribution and significant improvements in charge mobility and defect passivation, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2Cl‐MAPbI3 PSCs was significantly improved from 19.32% to 21.12%. More importantly, the two‐dimensional grazing‐incidence wide‐angle X‐ray scattering (GIWAXS) analysis showed that PbI2 defects were effectively suppressed and femtosecond transient absorption (TA) spectroscopy demonstrated that the trap‐assisted recombination at grain boundaries was effectively inhibited in the 2Cl‐MA‐free film. As a result, the thermally stable 2Cl‐MA‐free PSCs achieved a remarkable PCE of 23.13% with an open‐circuit voltage (Voc) of 1.164 V and an ultrahigh fill factor (FF) of 85.7%. Objective: To analyze the expression characteristics of osteoporosis‐related genes by bioinformatics and elucidate the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. Methods: The differentially expressed genes (DEGs), microRNA (miRNA), and genes with differentially methylated regions (DMRS) in promoters were identified. The protein‐protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed and performed. The Clue Gene Ontology analysis and miRNA‐mRNA (messenger RNA) regulatory network were constructed using Cytoscape. Results: Fifty‐nine DEGs, 10 differential miRNAs, and 2083 genes with DMRs were screened out. The Proteasome‐Modulator (PSMD) family proteins and estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1) are vital for the PPI analysis of DEGs. The interaction network of the Smad3 protein showed that the degree of connection to ESR1, PSMD11, and transcription factor 4 (TCF4) is very high. Homo sapiens (hsa)‐miR‐106b‐5p was differential and regulated TCF4 through building the miRNA‐mRNA regulatory network. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment of DEGs focused on vascular smooth muscle contraction, thyroid hormone signaling pathway, and estrogen signaling pathway. The Gene Ontology (GO) function analysis of genes with DMRs in promoters was primarily concentrated in the cell differentiation, positive regulation of CDP‐diacylglycerol‐serine O‐phosphatidyltransferase activity, and positive regulation of C‐palmitoyltransferase activity. The KEGG enrichment of genes with DMRs in promoters largely focused on glycerol phospholipid metabolism, histidine metabolism, Adenosine 5′‐monophosphate‐activated protein kinase signaling pathway, Hedgehog signaling pathway, and mRNA surveillance pathway. Conclusion: Hsa‐miRNA‐106b‐5p regulates bone formation and the pathogenesis of osteoporosis by controlling TCF4, and methylation modification of TCF4 can also affect the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. Aim: The interspecific relationships between species occupancy and abundance have been broadly studied in terrestrial systems; however, the causes underlying this relationship in freshwater fishes remain poorly addressed. The main aims of this study were (a) to examine the occupancy–abundance relationship in 62 fish species in a monsoon climate river; (b) to determine the relative importance of species niche, functional traits and phylogenetic relatedness in shaping the occupancy–abundance relationship. Location: The Chishui River, the Yunnan‐Guizhou Plateau and the Szechwan Basin, China. Taxon: Freshwater fishes. Methods: A linear model was used to test the relationship between distribution and mean abundance across fish species. The outlying mean index analysis was performed to estimate niche breadth and niche position parameters for each fish species. In addition, using principal coordinates analysis, we created four trait vectors describing the similarity of species' traits. Fish phylogeny was obtained from a global molecular phylogenetic tree of actinopterygian fishes. We used a combination of linear models, commonality analyses and boosted regression trees to evaluate the relative effects of the niche metrics, traits and phylogenetic relatedness on occupancy and abundance. Results: Fish occupancy was strongly (R2 = 0.749) and positively correlated with mean abundance in the Chishui River. Niche parameters, especially niche position, were the main determinants of variation in occupancy (e.g. total contribution of niche position and breadth using commonality analyses: 0.587 and 0.318) and abundance (0.323 and 0.151) across species. Furthermore, traits and phylogeny had little to no effect on fish occupancy (0.034 and 0.037) and abundance (0.021 and 0.003). Main conclusions: Freshwater fishes in the Chishui River fit the common macroecological pattern of positive relationship between occupancy and abundance. Objective: We aimed to investigate the effectiveness of endovascular therapy (EVT) versus intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) in patients with basilar artery occlusion (BAO), based on the information of advanced imaging. Methods: We analyzed data of stroke patients with radiologically confirmed BAO within 24 hours. BAO subjects were categorized into "top‐of‐the‐basilar" syndrome (TOBS) and other types. An initial infarct size of <70ml and a ratio of ischemic tissue to infarct volume of ≥1.8 was defined as "target mismatch." The primary outcome was a good outcome, defined as a modified Rankin Scale score of 0 to 3 at 3 months. Propensity score adjustment and inverse probability of treatment weighting (IPTW) propensity score methods were used. Results: Among 474 BAO patients, 93 (19.6%) were treated with IVT prior to EVT, 91 (19.2%) were treated with IVT alone, 95 (20.0%) were treated with EVT alone, and 195 (41.1%) were treated with antithrombotic therapy. In IPTW analyses, we found no benefit of EVT over IVT for good outcome in either TOBS patients (odds ratio = 1.08, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.88–1.31) or those with other types (odds ratio = 1.13, 95% CI = 0.94–1.36). However, in patients with other types, if there existed a target mismatch, EVT was independently related to good outcome (odds ratio = 1.46, 95% CI = 1.17–1.81). Interpretation: The "target mismatch profile" seems to be a possible candidate selection standard of EVT for those with other types of BAO. Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) typically suffers from compromised anticancer efficacy owing to the low reactive oxygen species (ROS) yield and complicated tumor microenvironment (TME) which can consume ROS and support the occurrence and development of tumors. Herein, ultrathin‐FeOOH‐coated MnO2 nanospheres (denoted as MO@FHO) as sonosensitizers which can not only facilitate ultrasound (US)‐triggered ROS but also tune the TME by hypoxia alleviation, H2O2 consumption as well as glutathione (GSH) depletion are designed. The FeOOH coating will boost the production yield of singlet oxygen (1O2) and hydroxyl radicals (•OH) by inhibiting the recombination of US‐initiated electron–hole pairs and Fenton‐like reaction, respectively. Additionally, the catalase‐like and GSH peroxidase‐like activities of MO@FHO nanospheres enable them to break the TME equilibrium via hypoxia alleviation and GSH depletion. The combination of high ROS yield and fundamental destruction of TME equilibrium results in satisfactory antitumor outcomes, as demonstrated by the high tumor suppression efficacy of MO@FHO on MDA‐MB‐231‐tumor‐bearing mice. No obvious toxicity is detected to normal tissues at therapeutic doses in vivo. The capability to modulate the ROS production and TME simultaneously can afford new probability for the development of advanced sonosensitizers for synergistic comprehensive cancer therapy. Background: Cervical lymphangioma usually occurs in children and is relatively rare in adults. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of cervical lymphangiomas in adults. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and analyzed clinical data obtained from seven adult patients who suffered from cervical lymphangioma from January 2008 to June 2021. Results: Five (71.43%) of seven cases were asymptomatic and four (57.14%) lymphangiomas had a maximum diameter ≥ 10 cm. Each cervical lymphangioma was located adjacent to the carotid sheath. All the cervical lymphangiomas were completely surgically excised and were pathologically diagnosed as cystic lymphangioma. After a median 32 months follow‐up period, no recurrence was observed. Conclusion: Cervical lymphangiomas from adults are often large asymptomatic masses infiltrating or adjacent to surrounding vital structures which brings many difficulties to the surgery, requiring an experienced surgeon to remove the mass. The viscosity of iron alloy liquids is the key for the core dynamo and core‐mantle differentiation of terrestrial bodies. Here we measured the viscosity of Fe‐Ni‐C liquids up to 7 GPa using the floating sphere viscometry method and up to 330 GPa using first‐principles calculations. We found a viscosity increase at ∼3–5 GPa, coincident with a structural transition in the liquids. After the transition, the viscosity reaches ∼14–27 mPa·s, a factor of 2–4 higher than that of Fe and Fe‐S liquids. Our computational results from 5 to 330 GPa also indicate a high viscosity of the Fe‐Ni‐C liquids. For a carbon‐rich core in large terrestrial body, the level of turbulence in the outer core would be lessened approaching the inner core boundary. It is also anticipated that Fe‐Ni‐C liquids would percolate in Earth's deep silicate mantle at a much slower speed than Fe and Fe‐S liquids. Plain Language Summary: Liquid cores of Earth and other terrestrial planets are composed of Fe‐Ni metal with certain amounts of light elements (LE) such as H, C, O, Si, and S. Located at the center of the planets, these cores are under extremely high‐pressure high‐temperature conditions. The viscosity of Fe‐Ni‐LE liquids is the key to understanding the formation and life duration of core dynamo. In the present study, we used experimental and theoretical methods to study the viscosity of Fe‐Ni‐C liquid, a candidate liquid core component, at high pressures and temperatures. Our results show that the viscosity of Fe‐Ni‐C liquids first increase quickly at 3–5 GPa (GPa), and then increases slowly up to Earth's core conditions at 330 GPa and 5530 K. The fast growth of viscosity concurs with a liquid structure transition at around 5 GPa, around the core pressure ranges of the Moon, Mercury, and several Jupiter's satellites, and might result in difference in viscous forces in core dynamos between those cores with pressures above and below transition pressure. The viscosity of Fe‐Ni‐C liquids at Earth's core conditions is higher than Fe and Fe‐S liquids from previous studies, which provides new clues for the operation of geodynamo in a carbon‐rich outer core. The intrinsic phase instability of CsPbI2Br perovskite hinders its development and application in solar cells. Herein, we adopt 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BMIMPF6), a hydrophobic ionic liquid (IL), to improve the phase stability of CsPbI2Br. Density functional theory calculation reveals that the formation energy of CsPbI2Br with BMIMPF6 is reduced, thereby restraining the [PbX6]4− octahedral tilting. The reduced structural distortion and relaxed lattice strain result in improved phase stability of CsPbI2Br. In addition, the interfacial dipole moment increases after introducing BMIMPF6, which facilitates the charge transfer. Consequently, the CsPbI2Br solar cells with BMIMPF6 deliver a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.2% along with excellent stability. The unencapsulated devices with BMIMPF6 maintain 98.9%, 88.6%, and 99.5% of the initial PCEs after 1200 h storage in N2, 1000 h storage in air (30% relative humidity), and 200 thermal cycles (25–100°C), respectively. Histone deacetylases (HDAC) family is vital for tumorigenesis and tumor progression. However, the exact role of the HDAC family in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) remains unclear. Based on The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), and The Human Protein Atlas (HPA) database, we investigated and validated the expression profile, clinical significance and prognostic value of HDAC family members in ccRCC. Moreover, we further explored the correlation between HDACs and tumor microenvironment, tumor stemness, drug activity and immune subtype. The HDAC8, HDAC10, and HDAC11 manifested potential clinical value for prognosis, and the correlation analyses reveals underlying molecular mechanisms, which deserve further investigation for ccRCC. This Integrated bioinformatics analysis, based on transcriptomics and proteomics, implied that HDAC8, HDAC10, and HDAC11 may serve as potential molecular biomarkers and therapeutic targets for ccRCC, but some underlying molecular mechanisms still need to be elucidated. A higher percentage of patients in the AERD group had severe lung dysfunction than in the CRSwNP + asthma group (20.69% vs 4.82%, I p i = 0.028), with no such patients in the CRSwNP-alone group. After 3 days of atomization intervention, all patients in the CRSwNP-alone group (100%), 26 patients in the CRSwNP + asthma group (89.66%), and 17 patients in the AERD group (85.00%) achieved a normal level of lung function. d-Psicose 3-epimerase (DPEase) can catalyze the isomerization of d-fructose to be rare sugar d-psicose, which has wide application prospects in the food and medical fields. In this study, the DPEase gene from Agrobacterium tumefaciens was constructed into plasmid pMA5, and was successfully expressed in the host Bacillus subtilis WB600 (B. subtilis). After optimization of the fermentation conditions, whole recombinant B. subtilis WB600/pMA5-At-DEPase(O) cells produced d-psicose from d-fructose with a conversion rate of 29.01 ± 0.19%, which could be used for the efficient synthesis of d-psicose. To further improve the whole recombinant B. subtilis application, B. subtilis cells were immobilized onto a gel bead biocatalyst by Ca-alginate. After optimization of the biotransformation conditions, the conversion rate of the immobilized biocatalyst reached 20.74 ± 0.39%, which was lower than the free cells. However, the results showed that the immobilized biocatalyst had higher thermal/pH stability and storability, and the gel beads could be recycled for at least six batches. The results showed that the amount of d-psicose generated reached 32.83 ± 2.56 g/L with the immobilized biocatalyst after six times biotransformation, whereas the free cells produced only approximately 10.44 ± 0.07 g/L.
