This research aims to analyze how much influence Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance. In this research using primary data obtained from questionnaires to 116 employees as respondents in companies jabbek. This research uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation analysis, test instruments, test the feasibility of the model, and the t test. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which is generated from the results of the regression equation model in the Coefficients Y table = 5.653 + 0.508 + 0.082+ 0.234. In the model feasibility test results obtained significant value of 0,000 which means the model is said to be significant and the model is said to be feasible to use in this study. On the results of the t-test hypotheses obtained sig value on the variable Financial Compensation of 0,000, the sig value on the Work Motivation variable is 0.046, and the sig value in the Work Discipline is 0,000. Then it can be concluded that the partial meaning of the three variables has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable of employee performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office, South Sumatra Province. The population and sample in this research are 50 Non-Officer Employees and Assistant Directors of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office for South Sumatra Province in 2023. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Experience on employee performance. This research technique utilizes a quantitative approach, the selected survey method being the primary data source. The primary data used for this study was in the form of a questionnaire given to 67 employees of PT. Pranaja Trimitra Indonesia. The data analysis technique in this study included multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test) which were processed using the SPSS 23 application. From the results of the study, it can be seen that work experience has a positive effect on employee performance, while the work environment and work motivation do not have a positive effect on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of supervisor support in motivating the work of operational employees and its implications for employee performance and retention in 5-star hotels in Bali. The problem in this research is how important supervisor support is in improving employee performance and retention and what the implications are. The population of this study was all permanent employees of 5-star hotels in Bali. A sampling of 5-star hotels used sampling areas, namely in Badung and Gianyar Regencies. The number of research respondents was 125 people, determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and research questionnaires. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to see the current condition of supervisors based on supervisor support, work motivation, performance, and employee retention so that it is known the importance of supervisor support in improving the performance and retention of 5-star hotel employees in Bali in the future. The results showed that supervisors' support increased employee performance and retention with an average value in the interval 4.21-5.00. The food/beverage business is increasingly popular in cities and suburban areas. This study aims to see the influence of motivation and environmental work on performance employees at the food and beverage company in Cijantung, Jakarta. This study is descriptive quantitative with taking a sample of 75 employees. This study uses primary data, namely data, in a distributed questionnaire to the respondent for filling in. The data obtained were analyzed using test validity, reliability, classic test assumption, analysis regression, coefficient correlation, coefficient analysis determination, and hypothesis testing. Research results show that motivation and environmental work are significant to performance employees.
