Electronic medical records (EMRs) are extremely private data in the medical industry. Clinicians use the patient data that the EMR stores to quickly assess a patient's status and save diagnostic information. In the conventional medical model, it is easy for duplicate exams, medical resource waste, or the loss of medical records to happen when a patient is transferred between several medical facilities due to problems with data sharing and exchange, inadequate data privacy, security, confidentiality, and difficulties with data traceability. This paper recommends a Hyperledger Fabric-based strategy to promote the exchange of EMR models. With the use of Hyperledger Fabric, EMR stakeholders can be brought into the channel to facilitate data sharing. Attribute-based access control (ABAC) allows users to design the data access control policy, and the data access control may improve security. Any record stored in the blockchain can be viewed using the Hyperledger Fabric feature and it cannot be altered or destroyed, ensuring data traceability. Through proxy re-encryption, which makes sure that the data is not leaked during data exchange, data secrecy can be ensured. A module for medical tokens has now been added. Many foreign medical institutions currently use the medical token system, and the system described in this paper can use the tokens to pay for some medical expenses. The tokens are obtained by the patient's initiative to share their EMR with the medical institution for research, which is how many foreign medical institutions currently use the medical token mechanism. Electronics-Health Care is one of the new ideas in the healthcare industry. For analyzing the patient's records, doctors need a centralized record of the patients, which gives useful and enormous information. There will be a threat of leaking of confidential e-health data, which will seriously endanger by modifying the health care data of medical and its individual entities. Protection of the confidential data of patients will be a primary constraint in the health care industry. There is a lot of progressiveness in the human services area as well as there is a lot of usage of the information gathered from various sensors and this information is stored in the cloud. As per the existing security algorithms, there is still some security breach and also it won't get satisfied with integrity and consistency while transferring the data from one vendor to others in the health care system. It also causes high spoofing of IP and side channel hackers. With the increase in the use of the internet, there is an increase in hacking also, especially in the health-care sector, e-commerce, military, and Education. Dealing with the huge volume of information in the electronics-healthcare area requires the processing of patient's information day by day and its memory allocation. Cloud is the best option to store these health records in a distributed manner rather than on a single server. There are significant data privacy implications associated with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) sharing among various untrusted healthcare entities. Recently, a blockchain-based EHRs sharing system has provided many benefits. Decentralization, anonymity, unforgeability, and verifiability are all unique properties of blockchain technology. In this paper, we propose a secure, blockchain-based EHR sharing system. After receiving the data owner's authorization, the data requester can use the data provider's keyword search to discover relevant EHRs on the EHR consortium blockchain and obtain the re-encryption ciphertext from the proxy server. To attain privacy, access control and data security, the proposed technique uses asymmetric searchable encryption and conditional proxy re-encryption. Likewise, proof of permission serves in consortium blockchains as the consensus method to ensure the system's availability. The proposed protocol can achieve the specified security goals, according to the security analysis. In addition, we simulate basic cryptography and put the developed protocol into practice on the Ethereum platform. The storage of electronic medical records (EMRs) is an area of extensive research, and healthcare systems often delegate this task to cloud service providers (CSP). Typically, CSP transmits the encrypted EMRs to a cloud server with a searchable encryption scheme for easy retrieval. However, the enormous power held by centralized CSP poses a potential threat to patients' personal privacy, as it can lead to unauthorized access and misuse of medical data by both CSP and data users, such as doctors. This paper proposes a blockchain-based multi-keyword searchable encryption (BMSE) electronic medical record solution. The scheme consists of two parts. On the one hand, our solution involves the integration of blockchain technology and the utilization of advanced encryption standard (AES) for symmetric data encryption. Additionally, we employ attribute-based encryption (ABE) to encrypt the search index. This approach aims to address the issue of excessive power held by centralized CSP, which can potentially result in the compromise of patients' privacy. On the other hand, we use the K-means algorithm to cluster the documents, and use the relevance score of keywords and documents as the search index to solve the problem of low efficiency of the existing multi-keyword searchable encryption schemes. The cloud-based sharing of electronic health data (EHDs) has great significance in researching diseases, doctors' diagnoses and various fields. In this paper, we applied the potentiality of both blockchain and public key searchable encryption to build a medical data-sharing platform. In recent years, blockchain has emerged as a promising solution for medical data sharing with security and privacy preservation due to its immutability, decentralization, anonymity and verifiability advantages. Two kinds of blockchains, private blockchain and consortium blockchain, are used in our model. In our model, we have designed a consortium blockchain of preselected users. To achieve data security, access control, privacy preservation and secure search, public key encryption with keyword search (PEKS) technology is used here. According to the security proof, our proposed scheme is indistinguishable under the keyword guessing attack.
