As humanity reaches the 5.0 industrial revolution, education plays a critical role in boosting the quality of human resources. This paper reports bibliometric research on emerging TiP during 1993-2022 in the educational field to analyse its development on any level of education during the last three decades. This study employed a Scopus database. The findings are that the trend of TiP publication in educational fields has tended to increase every year during the past three decades and conference paper became the most published document type, the USA is the country which produces the most publications; "Students" being the most occurrences keyword and total link strength. The publication of the TiP is ranked to the Quartile 1, which implies that a publication with the cited performance is a publication with credibility because the publisher has a good reputation. Researchers can find the topics most relevant to other metadata sources such as Web of Science, Publish, and Perish.

Qualitative content analysis is used in this study to review related online education since the outbreak of COVID-19. The aim of this study was to summarize the impact of online teaching on the education industry during the pandemic, sum up the viewpoints of all kinds of people to draw conclusions, and conclude the practical countermeasures. Based on the result of the analysis, firstly, we think that students and teachers are satisfied with online education, but parents have expressed dissatisfaction with this kind of education. Secondly, this paper lists the advantages and common problems of online teaching during study at home from different aspects. According to deficits, we summarize the solutions from three aspects: network equipment, teaching, and self-adjustment. This research is of great significance. It is not only beneficial to the development of educational platforms and personalized teaching but also helps formulate education policy to reduce the burden of education.

This paper examines digital inclusion and equity in international higher education with particular focus on Global South-North Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL). Practice examples, bringing together students and academics in Brazil, South Africa, and the UK, are used to consider how COIL is being integrated into higher education curricula to interrupt western hegemony and open up spaces in which "otherwise" ways of knowing, being, relating and expressing can thrive. We consider COIL as a Third Space within which academics can help facilitate the different intellectual, emotional, and socio-cultural positionings of Global South-North students and reflect on how meaning-making and engagement can be transformed as a result of this dialogue. We also recognize how the digital environment as a Third Space can be experienced as inaccessible and troublesome and make suggestions on how South-North digitalization practices can be designed to address access and inclusion needs of students and academics.

This literature review aims to examine the approach given to open science policy in the different studies. The main findings are that the approach given to open science has different aspects: policy framing and its geopolitical aspects are described as an asymmetries replication and epistemic governance tool. The main geopolitical aspects of open science policies described in the literature are the relations between international, regional, and national policies. There are also different components of open science covered in the literature: open data seems much discussed in the works in the English language, while open access is the main component discussed in the Portuguese and Spanish speaking papers. Finally, the relationship between open science policies and the science policy is framed by highlighting the innovation and transparency that open science can bring into it.

The purpose of this paper is to centralize and amplify LGBTQ international educators' voices on how to expand school inclusivity to consider their complex realities. Seventeen LGBTQ international educators were interviewed as to what recommendations they would make to school leaders that could improve work situations for LGBTQ international staff and to future LGBTQ international educators who seek a global career. An analysis of the recommendations revealed four themes in the data: pre-departure preparation, finding community, cultural navigation, and school leadership. A core finding is that sexuality and gender are not neutral in international schools and that LGBTQ international educators require different kinds of support than their cisgender, heterosexual counterparts.

Background: Herb–drug interactions are nowadays an important decision factor in many healthcare interventions. Patients with cardiovascular risk factors such as hyperlipidemia and hypertension are usually prescribed long-term treatments. We need more informed decision tools to direct future clinical research and decision making to avoid HDI occurrences in this group. Methods: A scoping review was conducted using data from online databases such as PUBMED, the National Library of Medicine, and the electronic Medicines Compendium. Included studies consisted of the reported effects on Phase 1/2 and P-glycoprotein of herbal medicines listed in the medicines agencies of Latin America and Europe and drugs used for cardiovascular conditions (statins, diuretics, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, and ACE inhibitors). The cross tabulation of the results allowed for finding potential HDI. Results and conclusions: as per the preclinical data reviewed here, we encourage more clinical research on whether drugs with apparently very low interaction risk, such as pravastatin, nadolol, and nimodipine/nitrendipine, may help prevent HDI when statins, beta blockers, and calcium channel blockers, respectively, are prescribed for long-term treatments. The Taxonomic Catalog of the Brazilian Fauna (CTFB) is an initiative involving the effort of hundreds of researchers in several institutions, including international partners. Its main objective is to make public and give free access to a checklist of valid species occurring in Brazil. This catalog includes information on Cladocera, a group of microcrustaceans that occupy inland water and marine ecosystems. In this study, we evaluated the Cladocera part of the Brazilian Fauna Catalog. Among the taxa described or reported, we observed 155 valid species (37 endemic) and 61 genera (2 endemic) distributed in 11 families. European researchers represented 50% of all the authors involved in descriptions of species, and European collections keep most primary types, although many species have types that have been lost or not designed. Brazilian researchers were involved with a large number of descriptions, especially in the last 15 years. Our findings indicated that Cladocera taxa were observed in all hydrographic regions (Paraná with 119 species), biomes (Atlantic Forest with 126 species) and states, except state of Rondônia. The catalogue of Brazilian cladoceran fauna should be improved, as there are still large geographic ranges to be sampled in Brazil. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
