Objective: This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of an online cervical cancer screening program using a website as the public platform and self-collected HPV testing as the primary screening method. Methods: A website (mcareu.com) was developed to facilitate the online cervical cancer screening program by Peking University Shenzhen Hospital (PUSH). Women in Shenzhen could register for participation on the website by providing essential demographic data. Sampling kits and specimens were delivered through regular logistics. Eligible women collected vaginal samples by themselves using the provided kits and in referring of the graphic guidance. The specimens were tested for HPV at PUSH or a reference lab, and the results were accessible on the website through participants' personal accounts. Participants who tested positive for high-risk HPV were scheduled for colposcopy and biopsies. The demographic and social background data of the eligible participants were analyzed to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of the online screening approach. Results: A total of 1712 applicants registered for participation, with 99.9% (1710/1712) completing registration with full data. The analysis included 1560 applicants aged 30–59, with an average age of 41.1 (± 7.6) years. Among them, 83.3% (1299/1560) provided self-collected samples for testing. Age-group analysis revealed an overall sample provision rate (SPR) exceeded 80% in all age groups. A significant difference in SPR was observed only between the 30–34 and 45–49 age groups (p < 0.05), while no significant differences were found among other age groups. 99.7% of the samples were tested qualified, and there was no significant difference in sampling failure rate among age groups. Analysis of demographic and social elements showed no significant impact on the rates of sample provision among groups in most of the social elements but the medical insurance and the monthly family-incomes. Conclusion: The findings demonstrate that online cervical cancer screening is reliable for self-registration, self-sampling, and self-ordering for specimen transportation. It is suitable for women of all ages needing to be screened, irrespective of social elements, and effectively facilitates screening for women with limited access to medical resources. A learning management system (LMS) is a web-based application or software platform computed to facilitate the development, tracking, management, reporting, and delivery of education and training programs. Many valuable and dominant factors are working behind the Learning Management System (LMS), but no one can find which factor is most important and valuable for LMS during COVID-19 among the following five alternatives, called Improved Accessibility, Blended Learning, Collaboration and Communications, Assessment and Evaluation, and Administrative Efficiency. For this, first, we derive the techniques of bipolar complex hesitant fuzzy (BCHF) sets, and then we evaluate some flexible operational laws, called Algebraic operational laws and Aczel-Alsina operational laws. Secondly, using the above techniques, we elaborate the technique of BCHF Aczel-Alsina power averaging (BCHFAAPA), BCHF Aczel-Alsina power weighted averaging (BCHFAAPWA), BCHF Aczel-Alsina power geometric (BCHFAAPG), and BCHF Aczel-Alsina power weighted geometric (BCHFAAPWG) operators. Some basic properties are also investigated for each proposed operator. Further, to evaluate the problem concerning LMS, we compute the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) techniques for invented operators. With the development of Web 2.0, social media dialogue has been increasingly important within the world of open access (OA), striving for more user-generated content and ease of use. In this article, we analysed the impact of OA articles published by both Chinese and the American researchers using PLOS ONE. Papers published in the same year, using citation and social media metrics, were all used to analyse the correlation between the level of social media metrics and citation. Overall, the impact of OA articles published within the United States is higher than OA articles published in China. The results showed that citations and number of Mendeley readers have a significant correlation, which reflect the similar impact in evaluation of OA articles. However, most social media metrics did not have an obvious correlation with impact evaluation, which indicates the social media metrics are useful when paired with citations, but not irreplaceable to citations. Social media metrics appear to be a useful alternative metrics to accurately reflecting the impact of OA articles within the scientific community. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to better serve the construction and development of museum websites in developing countries, and based on the user's online experience perspective, an analytic hierarchy process suitable for the construction of a museum website for developing counties utility index evaluation system was used to measure the official websites of 115 national first-class museums in China, and reflect the level of museum website construction and service levels. The results revealed the following: there were obvious differences in the level of a Chinese museum construction sites, showing an overall Rugby-type distribution situation; content completeness and update speed are the most important factors that affect the measurement of the museum website's utility index, which fully reflects the importance of the comprehensiveness, accuracy and timeliness of the website information in the construction of a museum website; the influence is that museum websites are generally weak, with limited spread and power, and fails to form a large positive social influence; the construction problems are mainly concentrated in the two aspects of technology and operation. The display, safety and security technology of the museum website content is relatively backward, and most of the website backgrounds rarely have professionals for daily visitor interaction and operation, and maintenance. The results of the index measured by this system not only allows museum personnel to clearly understand the gaps in the development of museum websites, but also provides more clear requirements for future personnel to design, build and improve the overall usefulness of the website or a single utility index in a targeted manner, which has important guiding significance and practical value. As the presentation form of the web, web pages contain a lot of important information in web design. As many information carriers, such as sound, graphics, and text, web pages have been integrated and have played a good role in visual transmission. It inherits many features of traditional graphic design, it can be said that it extends graphic design, and web design is richer in visual performance. At present, the research on web design in China is mainly background research. There is little research on the front-end aspects of web pages, especially in the aspect of plane vision. The lack of research in this area limits the development of web design. This paper introduces the relevant situation of web design and then analyzes the relevant elements in web design, such as visual elements, and their innovative applications. In addition, it focuses on the presentation form of visual elements in web design and summarizes the development trend of visual elements in contemporary web interface design. It proposes the strategy of innovation and application of visual elements in web design. The author hopes that, through the research of this paper, it will lay a theoretical foundation for the development of web design in the future. At the same time, this paper uses the NCMF algorithm in artificial intelligence to identify the visual elements of web pages, thereby improving the efficiency of web page design. To improve the real-time and precision of vehicle emission monitoring and estimation for supporting variable and speedy response on vehicle emission control work, a real-time modeling and visualization system for vehicle emissions on an urban road network (RTVEMVS) was designed and built with Web platform by the development of three modules: real-time data collection, real-time modeling and real-time visualization. The real-time mapping of vehicle emission by vehicle types and road links and real-time"precise vehicles emissions impact estimation" technology which can trace key roads and vehicles induced high air pollution were innovated on system to provide the sensitive perception for government decision makers on speedy vehicles emission control. The detailed vehicle information, traffic flow, speed on each road link and weather data were accessed and fused in real-time from multiple urban sensor systems together with road network information. Integrating an emission calculation model with a high spatiotemporal resolution and the AREMOD dispersion model was running on real-time in RTVEMVS. Based on the Web interface and WebGIS technology (ArcGIS API for JavaScript), real-time vehicle emissions and estimation results can be visualized on a map. The RTEMVS was demonstrated by application on Chongqing of China, hourly based-links vehicle emission by vehicle types on road network and the top 10 of key road links and vehicles induced high air pollution per hour were clearly reveal and visually viewed, and indicate that the real-time system with real-time mapping and precise estimation can provide direct support to the variable vehicle emission control. The RTVEMVS is a useful platform for supporting decision-making in the precise control of urban vehicle emissions pollution. • The RTVEMVS is optimal way to improve the timeliness and precision of vehicle emission measurement and estimation. • Vehicle emission and impact on air quality by ten vehicle types and road links per hour were visually cognized by rea-time mapping and modeling of RTVEMVS. • The Top 10 of key road links and vehicles induced high air pollution per hour or minute can provided by RTVEMVS.
