There is a lack of domestic and foreign research on the evaluation and improvement strategies of business performance of performing arts enterprises, especially in the context of the "restructuring" of cultural groups in China. Most of the existing studies are distributed in bulk, not only lacking in theoretical depth, but also lacking in systematization to a certain extent, which shows that the existing studies have not fully formed a mature and valuable theoretical system. The business performance evaluation of performing arts enterprises is a multiple attributes group decision making (MAGDM). This paper constructs a novel probabilistic hesitant fuzzy Multi-Objective Optimization Simple Ratio Analysis (PHF-MOOSRA) model based on the integrated determination of objective criteria weights (IDOCRIW) under the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFSs) for this issue. The PHFSs provides an evaluation circumstance containing more information which make the final decision-making results more accurately. Additionally, the IDOCRIW method separately and the MOOSRA method based on the MOORA method is proposed in PHFSs circumstance in this model. In the end, this model is then applied in a numerical case study for business performance evaluation of performing arts enterprises and compare this model with other existing methods. The AP2/ERF gene family involves numerous plant processes, including growth, development, metabolism, and various plant stress responses. However, several studies have been conducted on the AP2/ERF gene family in yellow horn, a new type of oil woody crop and an essential oil crop in China. According to sequence alignment and phylogenetic analyses, one hundred and forty-five AP2/ERF genes were detected from the yellow horn genome. They were divided into four relatively conserved subfamilies, including 21 AP2 genes, 119 ERBP genes, 4 RAV genes, and 1 Soloist gene. Gene analysis of XsAP2/ERF TFs showed 87 XsAP2/ERF TFs lacked introns. There were 75 pairs of collinearity relationships between X. sorbifolium and Arabidopsis, indicating a close similarity. In addition, the expression patterns of XsAP2/ERF TFs under cold treatments confirmed that the XsAP2/ERF TFs play essential roles in abiotic stress response. The expression of eight XsAP2/ERF transcription factors was verified in different tissues and under various stress treatments using RT-qPCR. This study establishes a starting point for further research to explore the potential mechanisms of identifying candidate AP2/ERF TFs that could respond to the abiotic stress of yellow horn. The presence of tourists and the absence of scientific evidence exacerbate the silence of alarming destructions at China's minority tourist attractions. The yearly tourist arrival to resident ratio reaches 26.5 at minority attractions—the Miao-Dong Autonomous Prefecture in China, which is higher than 16.3 in Venice, Italy. Overtourism motivates us to develop a low-carbon transition evaluation system at three Dong culture attractions. Based on the Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response framework (DPSIR), we develop a low-carbon transition evaluation system and then, evaluate low-carbon transitions at three minority tourist attractions in 2010, 2012, and 2017. Our three-dimensional visualization reveals the changes (Liping and Tongdao upgrade from fair to average and good ratings over time) or the lack thereof (Sanjiang shows no improvement) in low-carbon transitions. This study provides a foundation and a step-by-step process to design, develop, and apply a tailor-made low-carbon transition evaluation system for minority tourist attractions in China. Our rigorous research methodology verifies the actual situations and demonstrates the first evidence of its validity. Visualization offers profound practical implications to scholars and practitioners in tourism research. Future scientists in socio-economic planning sciences may follow our approach, incorporate local rich characteristics, and replicate our visualization of low-carbon transitions in other locations, globally. Our methodology helps decision-makers identify and mitigate the most vulnerable sectors in the ecological and environmental niche and optimize sustainable tourism. How a developing China can meet the challenges of the post-Kyoto era in the process of rapid industrialization is a hot issue in current academic research. Facing the pressure of the international community to reduce emissions and the energy and resource constraints under the development trend of the heavy chemical industry, China can only turn the pressure into a driving force and seek a low-carbon development path. This paper proposes a prediction model for China's low-carbon economic development based on the combined model of genetic algorithm (GA) and long short-term memory neural network (LSTM). The data are encoded with one-hot, embedding is used to reduce the dimension, and the genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal hyperparameters of the LSTM model to improve the accuracy of the model. This paper constructs a prediction model based on Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) to explore the formation mechanism of brine (seawater evaporation or freezing). Four brine sets are extracted from the published, real-world data, and the simulation test with the same six chemical substance features. After integrated comparative experiments on six evaluation metrics, the results show that this model outperforms the other baseline prediction algorithms, achieving the highest precision 0.9625 and at least 8.45% improvement. Furthermore, for predicting the real-world test set, the results confirm the existence of freezing brine for the first time in Laizhou Bay area, China. This model is also used to analyze the mixed simulation results for brine and fresh groundwater. The experimental results indicate that only two out of twenty-nine samples of various concentrations change formation mechanisms after mixing. Overall, the model can effectively distinguish the evaporation and freezing brine, and discover the seawater concentration pathway. Terrestrial silicon (Si) from biogeochemically weathered rocks and soils into oceans must pass through several water bodies, resulting in some Si immobilized. Hence, the knowledge on Si distribution characteristics in different water bodies at a basin scale is helpful to understand Si immobilization. A total of 65 surface sediments and corresponding overlying water samples were sampled from six water bodies (Dianchi Lake, DL; Dadu River, DR; Tuojiang River, TR; Honghu Lake, HL; Donghu Lake, DhL; Taihu Lake, TL) in the Yangtze River Basin of China, total dissolved Si (TDSi) in overlying water and exchangeable Si (Ex-Si), active non-biogenic Si (NBSi), and total acid dissolved Si (TADSi) in sediments were analyzed. Water chemical parameters (pH, EC, and TDP) and sediment components (LOI, TN, TP, and TADFe) showed that the water environment characteristics of six water bodies differed. TDSi differed among regions and between lakes and rivers, significantly higher in water bodies in the upper reaches and rivers than the middle or lower reaches and lakes (p < 0.05), respectively. Ex-Si in sediments in the upper reaches was significantly higher than in the middle or lower reaches (p < 0.05), except for DhL, whose Ex-Si was the highest. Mean TADSi and active NBSi were significantly higher in lakes than rivers (p < 0.05). Oxidation of sediments significantly increased TDSi in overlying water and active NBSi in sediments (p < 0.01). Si forms in six water bodies significantly depended on components of the sediments (e.g. active Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe, and Al3+) and water chemical parameters (p < 0.05). Our results suggest that immobilization of Si in water bodies in the Yangtze River Basin depends on the types of water bodies and sediments, lakes and Fe–Al dominated sediments have a high potential to immobilize Si, but anthropogenic interference should not be ignored. • TDSi in overlying water in upper reaches was higher than middle or lower reaches. • Exchangeable Si in upper reaches sediments was higher than middle or lower reaches. • TADSi and active non-biogenic Si in sediments in lake were higher than river. • Ca–Mg-dominated sediments had lower capacity to immobilize Si than Fe–Al-dominated. Codonopsis Radix, a popular food homology medicine, is widely used in clinical traditional Chinese medicine and food supplement, raw products and three types of processed products are the main forms of decoction pieces in China. However, there is no scientific basis for comprehensive chemical characterization of raw and three types of processed products. Herein, we investigated qualitatively and quantificationally secondary and primary metabolites in raw Codonopsis Radix and three types of processed products by metabolomics and glycomics employing multiple chromatography‐mass spectrometry technology combined with chemometric analysis further to look for differential compounds and propose the processing‐induced chemical mechanisms. The results indicated that Codonopsis Radix became dark‐colored and the smell of burnt incense odor was observed after processing. The principal component analysis demonstrated that secondary metabolome and glycome were significantly altered between raw and processed products, and 36 differential secondary metabolites and 11 differential primary metabolites were finally screened through orthogonal partial least‐squares‐discriminant analysis. The main types of compounds are alkaloids, terpenoids, glycosides, amino acids, monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, and furfural derivatives. Meanwhile, Chemical mechanisms could be involved, including oxidation, glycosidic hydrolysis, esterification, dehydration, and Maillard reaction. [Display omitted] • In-situ xenotime U-Pb dating implies that mineralization occurred at ~120 Ma. • Both Sr and Nd isotopes are unavoidably influenced by crustal local wall rocks. • The gradual fluid oxidation is due to the carbonatization of Fe-rich Archean rocks. In contrast to most Mesozoic granite-hosted gold deposits in the giant Jiaodong gold province (China), the Majiayao deposit represents a significant example hosted in the Archean high-grade metamorphic terrane. The mineralization is characterized by auriferous quartz-sulfide veins together with notable Fe-bearing carbonates (ankerite and siderite), iron oxides and barite. In this study, the comprehensive in-situ analyses of vein-hosted hydrothermal minerals (such as: xenotime U-Pb dating, ankerite Rb-Sr isotopes and monazite Sm-Nd isotopes) and sulfur isotopic analyses of gold-bearing sulfides are used to constrain the timing of mineralization and to better understand the ore genesis. The syn -ore hydrothermal xenotime yielded a U-Pb age of 120.0 ± 1.2 Ma marking timing of gold mineralization, which is much younger than wallrocks' latest metamorphism at 1950 to 1850 Ma. The relatively higher and variable initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.715809–0.718753) of ore-related ankerite may be leached from ore-hosting Archean metamorphic rocks and/or regional Neoproterozoic Penglai Group low-grade metasedimentary rocks via extensive fluid-rock interactions. This inference is also supported by the newly reported near-zero δ34S values (–1.2 to 1.4‰) of pyrite from altered wallrocks, which are significantly comparable to the surrounding Archean plagioclase amphibolite. The monazite has relatively homogenous ε Nd(t=120Ma) values ranging from –19.3 to –17.6, which are much higher than the Nd isotope compositions of the ore-hosting Archean high-grade metamorphic rocks. Combining the widespread mafic dykes and previous relevant geochemical studies, it is proposed that the ore-forming fluids were probably derived from deeply mantle-related contents, followed by intense interaction with Archean basements at the shallow crustal level. In addition, the progressive decrease of δ34S values of pyrite and more appearances of iron oxides and barite from early to late mineralization stages, are ascribed to gradual fluid oxidation by extensive carbonatization of Fe-rich Archean wallrocks.
