In classical severity–duration–frequency (SDF) analysis, the dependence between drought characteristics is not effectively considered. The present study aims to propose the SDF relationships of streamflow drought in the source area of the Yellow River (SAYR) using a copula-based approach. Comparison of multiple time-varying threshold levels and the integration and elimination of drought events were considered. Selection of marginal probability distribution and copula-based joint probability distribution was properly conducted with multiple means. Copula-based joint and conditional probabilities were computed. The findings support carrying out integration and elimination processing on the preliminarily identified streamflow droughts through a run analysis with a time-varying threshold level of the 80% quantile of daily streamflow. The Gaussian copula was selected as the optimal model for constructing bivariate joint probability distribution, with generalized extreme value and log-normal as the suitable marginal probability distributions of streamflow drought duration and severity. The proposed copula-based SDF relationships of streamflow drought events can provide more critical information in addition to univariate frequency analysis, benefitting from the joint and conditional probabilities. The multivariate probabilistic analyses can effectively consider the connection and interaction between drought characteristics, while conditional probability distribution allows analyzing the impact of one drought characteristic on another. The results also indicate a relatively high risk of streamflow drought with short duration and low severity in the region, requiring effective drought-mitigation strategies and measures. Climate change is a significant force influencing catchment hydrological processes, such as baseflow, i.e., the contribution of delayed pathways to streamflow in drought periods and is associated with catchment drought propagation. The Weihe River Basin is a typical arid and semi-arid catchment on the Loess Plateau in northwest China. Baseflow plays a fundamental role in the provision of water and environmental functions at the catchment scale. However, the baseflow variability in the projected climate change is not well understood. In this study, forcing meteorological data were derived from two climate scenarios (RCP4.5 and RCP8.5) of three representative general circulation models (CSIRO-Mk3-6-0, MIROC5, and FGOALSg2) in CMIP5 and then were used as inputs in the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) hydrological model to simulate future streamflow. Finally, a well-revised baseflow separation method was implemented to estimate the baseflow to investigate long-term (historical (1960–2012) and future (2010–2054) periods) baseflow variability patterns. We found (1) that baseflow showed a decreasing trend in some simulations of future climatic conditions but not in all scenarios (p < 0.05), (2) that the contribution of baseflow to streamflow (i.e., baseflow index) amounted to approximately 45%, with a slightly increasing trend (p ≤ 0.001), and (3) an increased frequency of severe hydrological drought events in the future (2041–2053) due to baseflows much lower than current annual averages. In recent years, the incidence of prostate cancer in China has shown a trend of continuous growth. Prostate cancer has become a urinary malignant tumor that seriously affects the health of men in China. Radical surgery and precision radiotherapy are the main methods of radical treatment for prostate cancer. Standardized diagnosis and treatment via a multidisciplinary team should be the standard practice to improve cure rate. Rapid development in imaging, pathology and molecular gene diagnosis has significantly changed the management of prostate cancer. In radiation oncology, image‐guided intensity modulated radiotherapy has been widely adopted in the treatment of prostate cancer.
