BACKGROUND: Perlite is a vitreous rock formed by rapid cooling of volcanic eruptive acidic lava. It is a very important non-metallic mineral, because of its brittleness, light weight, rapid expansion on heating, and other excellent characteristics, and is widely used in construction, water treatment, agriculture and other fields. However, according to the International Database for Certified Reference Materials ( COMAR), there is no reference material for perlite composition analysis at home and abroad. So, in order to meet the research needs of perlite, it is necessary to develop one. OBJECTIVES: To develop a reference material for composition analysis of perlite. The reference material can basically cover the chemical composition needed by the market. METHODS: Perlite samples were collected from Shangcheng County, Henan Province. The collected samples were dried and picked out, the bulk ore was crushed and ground in a ball mill for 40h, then the samples were coarse crushed and discharged, and the debris was removed by 1mm sieve. The samples were dried at 105℃ for 24h, dehydrated and inactivated. After drying, the samples were crushed in a grinder containing high -alumina ceramic balls, and the grinding time was determined by the time required to meet the particle size requirements of the first class standard substance. The processed samples were stored temporarily in polyethylene plastic vats under constant temperature and clean conditions, then sub-packed at 70g per bottle for test. Random samples were taken for homogeneity and stability tests. Through nine collaborative laboratories, more targeted valuation methods such as the gravimetric method, volumetric method, inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometry, and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry were used to ensure the accuracy of the perlite valued components. RESULTS: Fifteen items of 60 components were tested for uniformity and stability, including Ag, As, B, Ba, Be, Bi, Cd, Co, Cr, Cs, Cu, Ga, Hf, Hg, In, Li, Mo, Nb, Ni, Pb, Rb, Sb, Sc, Sn, Sr, Ta, Th, U, V, W, Zn, Zr, SiO2, Al2O3, TFe2O3, FeO, MgO, CaO, Na2O, K2O, MnO, TiO2, P2O5, LOI, TC, and rare earth elements. The RSD of most of the components was less than 3%, and the F value of the variance test was less than the critical value [F0. 05 (29,60) = 1. 65], indicating that the homogeneity of the reference material was good. During the stability inspection period, there was no significant difference in the content of the 60 components, indicating that the reference material was stable. The data were processed in accordance with General and Statistical Principles for Characterization of Reference Materials and outlier tests were performed using the Grubbs and Dixon methods. According to statistics, there were 2500 original data of perlite reference material, and 68 outliers were eliminated, with an elimination rate of 2. 7%. The standard value and uncertainty of the certified reference material for perlite composition analysis were determined by statistical processing of the constant value test data. The normal distribution of the mean data set was tested by the method of Shapiro-wilk, and the test results were all normal distribution. The final values were 63 components, covering major, trace, and all rare earth elements. The contents of three major components MgO, CaO and TFe2O3 were all less than 1%, which formed a gradient with the existing silicate reference material content. CONCLUSIONS: The certified reference material for perlite composition analysis developed in this paper has met the requirements of Technical Norm of Primary Reference Material ( JJF1006—94 ) by processing, crushing, homogeneity and stability test of the candidate. The test for uniformity and stability adopts the same detection technology as the fixed value method, and the selected fixed value technology is suitable and accurate, which ensures the accuracy of the fixed value data. The development of perlite composition analysis standard material has enriched the series of China geological mineral composition analysis standard material, and its chemical composition is numerous, it provides important technical support for instrument calibration, analysis method verification, quality control and quantity traceability of modern analytical technology. China's photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations (PPAPS) properly combine poverty alleviation and renewable power generation while also meeting rural energy demands. The fundamental problem is how to optimize the benefits of PPAPS during its limited lifetime. Using the post-operation of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power plants as a starting point, this paper proposes a model combining real option theory and cooperative game to determine the ideal contract period of service committed by the government to the operation and maintenance (O&M) company, thus providing a reference for both parties. The model's validity and applicability are verified by incorporating a PPAPS from Henan Province in China as an example; ultimately, the factors influencing the O&M contract period are ranked using the Sobol global sensitivity analysis. The results show that when the solar industry's environment is positive, the government is more inclined to sign long-term contracts with O&M companies. In contrast, the more the government invests in the facilities, the more likely both parties will sign short-term contracts. Furthermore, the O&M company's capital investment in the power station has a direct impact on the contract period. Finally, corresponding policy recommendations are proposed for future O&M contracts. Although there is a consensus on religious revival in China, it must be noted that popular religion and institutional religions such as Buddhism and Daoism adopt different strategies to survive the state's regulations. Many temples that used to facilitate the worship of local deities have to establish some form of intangible cultural heritage or emphasize the deity's history and folklore to de-religionize. During this process, a temple may earn its lawful place to survive, but risks its communality in the village. Based on studies of rural and urban temples in Henan and Shandong provinces, in this paper, I attempt to understand people's religiosity and how they conduct the human–deity exchange under social transformation. Popular religion is characterized by the pursuit of efficacy and its embeddedness in rural life. The traditional binary exchange with deities could be used to maintain a relationship with deities as well as offer urgent solutions, while three-party chains of exchange not only constitute a religious gift economy but also offer a religious agent to seek answers. I argue that temples are marginalized and excluded from village life, so people need to find new means by which to continue their religious practices beyond what the state sponsors, and this has led to the flowing of sacred places. In order to solve the picture fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problem with unknown attribute weights, this paper proposed a new picture fuzzy entropy and picture fuzzy weighted symmetric cross entropy for multi-attribute decision making method. Firstly, based on the cosine function, this paper proposed a new picture fuzzy entropy and verified that the entropy va-lue met the axiomatic definition of picture fuzzy entropy. Secondly, according to the picture fuzzy decision matrix after stan-dardization, this paper used the picture fuzzy entropy to determine the weight of each attribute, based on this, determined the positive and negative ideal alternatives at the same time. Thirdly, it calculated the picture fuzzy weighted symmetric cross entropy of each alternative with positive and negative ideal alternatives respectively. According to the decision maker’s subjective evaluation tendency, the ranking results of each alternative could be obtained by fuzzy compromise ratio. Finally, the selection of innovative projects in Zhengzhou area of Henan Pilot Free Trade Zone could illustrate the proposed method, and by using comparative analysis to verify effectiveness and rationality of the decision-making method. Near-zero carbon emission power (NZCEP) plants, consisting of gas-fired units; wind turbines; power-to-gas (P2G); and carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) systems, have recently received a lot of attention due to their enormous benefits in reducing carbon emissions and increasing the consumption of renewable energy. However, a complex environment of interest and a combination of risks makes their development very slow. This paper establishes a risk analysis framework for NZCEP considering multi-stakeholder participation. Firstly, a synthetic risk factor system was constructed based on stakeholders' interests. Subsequently, interval type II trapezoidal fuzzy numbers were used and final weights were calculated from both subjective and objective aspects. Finally, we applied an acronym in Portuguese of the interactive and multi-criteria decision-making (TODIM) method to site selection to achieve a balance of interests of all stakeholders. In addition, a case study was conducted. The case result demonstrates that Zhengzhou in Henan Province is the best choice for a NZCEP power plant. A further finding is that government plays an important role in the development of NZCEP plants, with site selection results being the most sensitive to changes in the government's risk appetite. The evaluation of drinking water source security in the area of large-scale urbanization is conducive to maintaining urban security and human health. A comprehensive quantitative evaluation method has been established based on TOPSIS. Twelve indicators from three aspects, water quantity, water quality, risk warning and emergency response capability, are included in the evaluation index system. The weight of these indicators are calculated by AHP. TOPSIS is used to obtain the security index in different periods, and GIS method is used to draw the spatial distribution map of security grade. The evaluation method is applied to the security evaluation of urban drinking water sources in Henan Province, China. The results show that the overall safety of drinking water sources has improved, but it is still at the "basic safety" level. The security level of each city is closely related to watershed characteristics, water resources allocation and industrial layout. Rural revitalization relies on the increase of rural income, and the development of characteristic agriculture is not only conducive to improving the overall income level of rural areas, but also conducive to promoting the efficient development of rural industries. Taking the Chinese herbal medicine industry in Lushi County, a hilly county in western Henan Province as a specific case, through investigation, it is found that featured agriculture can not be separated from three important factors: policy guidance, resource endowment and characteristic products. At the same time, we find the existing problems in the current development, and find countermeasures against the above problems. Clarifying the influencing factors of energy consumption in underground production processes of coal mine is the premise and foundation for the coal mining industry to control the energy consumption and intensity to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. This paper aims to investigate and compare the differences in energy consumption and carbon emissions between a mining‐separating‐backfilling integrated coal mine (MSBICM) and a traditional coal mine and explore the effects of the main production links underground on carbon emission intensity in coal mines. Hence, taking an MSBICM in Henan province as an example, this study constructed an energy consumption and carbon emission model of the mine using system dynamics (SD) method. Based on this model, the energy consumption of the main production logistics system and auxiliary production system in MSBICM was simulated and analyzed. In addition, this study made a comparative analysis of the energy consumption of the different production links in the two types of coal mines. The results showed that: (1) the comprehensive mechanized coal mining with solid filling system and ventilation system were the subsystems with the highest and lowest energy consumption in MSBICM respectively. (2) The influence rates of raw coal mining, gangue filling, coal‐gangue separating, and material transportation on carbon emission intensity in coal mine were 1.09%, 1.34%, 1.09%, and 5.13%, respectively. (3) Under the same production and filling targets, energy consumption of underground transportation systems in MSBICM was found to be 336.66 tons of standard coal less than that in traditional coal mine. This study has helped clarify the complex relationships among the factors that influence energy consumption in coal mines and provided a reference for implementing dual control of energy consumption to promote low‐carbon mining of coal resources. Ecological environment assessment, which forms the basis for the survival and development of human society, is a crucial measure for the sustainable development of society and economy. However, current quantitative assessment models such as EI, EQI, RSEI et al. are insufficient to meet the requirements of dynamic research in large areas, long time series and dense time intervals. Therefore, in this paper, we constructed the comprehensive ecological environment quality index model SCEQI that can meet these needs by applying the remote sensing big data as the data source. The SCEQI aggregated the ecological indices NDVI, NDBSI, Lst and Wet by full-sequence dynamic dimensionless, automated principal component analysis and multi-temporal average method. In order to verify the spatial and temporal accuracy of the model, we took Henan Province as an example to compare the result of SCEQI with that of EI, EQI, RSEI and proved that SCEQI performed better in both time and space. The mechanical parameter inversion model is an essential part of ensuring dam health; it provides a parametric basis for assessing the safe operational behavior of dams using numerical simulation techniques. Due to the complicated nonlinear mapping relationship between the roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam's mechanical parameters and various environmental quantities, as well as conventional statistical models, machine learning methods, and neural networks fail to consider the inputs of fuzzy uncertainty factors. Therefore, the accuracy, efficiency, and stability of inversion models are usually affected by their modeling methods. In this paper, a novel hybrid model for mechanical parameter inversion of an RCC dam is proposed, which uses a radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) to establish the nonlinear mapping relationship between the dam mechanical parameters and the environmental quantities, and the modified particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to find the optimal parameters of the model. The modified PSO algorithm makes the inertia weight ω dynamically adjust with the number of iterations to improve the randomness and diversity of the particle population, and population crossover and mutation are introduced to improve the global search ability and convergence speed of the algorithm. The proposed hybrid model is verified and comparatively analyzed by four typical mathematical test functions, and the results show that the proposed model exhibits good performance in parameter inversion accuracy, convergence speed, stability and robustness. Finally, the model is applied to the mechanical parameter inversion analysis of an RCC gravity dam in Henan Province in China. The results show that the proposed model is feasible and reasonable for practical engineering applications, and the relative error between the results obtained by inputting the inverted parameters into the numerical model and monitoring data was within 10%. Based on the time series data of Kaifeng City, Henan Province from 2017 to 2021, this paper establishes an index measurement method for human capital-industrial structure upgrading, designs a systematic coupling model of human capital and industrial structure, tests the coupling and coordination degree of the two, and studies the matching relationship between human capital and industrial structure in Kaifeng City in combination with the economic development level in the target time. Furthermore, it provides policy reference and suggestions for non-first-tier and second-tier cities with similar level to Kaifeng city and slightly inferior in economic development. In terms of human capital policy, local cities should take measures such as increasing investment in education, implementing special training programs for multi-level talents and opening channels for social talents to meet the needs of higher-level development of industrial structure and realize rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure. In terms of industrial structure policies, local cities should consider the actual basis of human capital. The industrial structure adjustment plan adopted should be coordinated with the development level of human capital. In this paper, three new species of the tribe Anthocoptini from China are described and illustrated. They are Aculops grewiaesp. nov. infesting Grewia biloba G.Don. (Malvaceae), Aculops koelreuteriaesp. nov. infesting Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm. (Sapindaceae) and Tegolophus pogonatherisp. nov. infesting Pogonatherum crinitum (Thunb.) Kunth (Poaceae). Benchmark land price balance is an important content of urban benchmark land price work. In this paper, by building different levels of factor layers, the balance of urban residential land in 18 cities of Henan Province is studied, and the 18 cities can be divided into five categories. The dislocation between regional innovation and economic development directly influences the economic effect of regional innovation. However, no in-depth researches have been made on how to solve this problem. Using data from Henan Province, China, employing geographical detector technology, this paper focuses on testing whether the industry-university-research cooperation can contribute to coordinating the relation between regional innovation and economic development. It is shown that: 1) the industry-university-research cooperation in Henan Province is increasing gradually, and the network presents a core-edge structure, and the coupling degree between regional innovation and economic development is spatially unbalanced, which is similar to the spatial distribution of the intensity of industry-university-research cooperation; 2) as an important approach to effectively connect scientific researches with market demands, the industry-university-research cooperation can help form an interactive, interconnected, coupled and coordinated virtuous relation between regional innovation and economic development. Compared with the cooperation between organizations of the same type and the separate innovation of organizations, the improvement of the industry-university-research cooperation level can better coordinate the relation between regional innovation and economic development; 3) the cooperative innovation model between enterprises and universities can better promote the coupling between regional innovation and economic development, compared with many industry-university-research cooperation models. For underdeveloped areas lacking local knowledge base, industry-university-research cooperation should be considered as a long-term development strategy, especially using the knowledge sources of external universities and scientific research institutions to enhance innovation capability and achieve economic growth. 【Objective】The present paper aimed to obstain Bacillus mucilaginosus from the rhizosphere soil of Luoyang tobacco plant and improve the content of available free potassium of plants in soil. 【Method】B. mucilaginosus in soil was identified by plate dilution coating, gram staining, physiological and biochemical detection and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis, and the potassium solubility of the strain was compared with that of the standard strain by sodium tetraphenylborate precipitation method. 【Result】Nine single colonies, which were round, white and transparent, with neat edges and smooth protruding, were isolated from the root soil samples of tobacco fields at different growth stages in three counties of Henan province. Which the physiological and biochemical characters of strain 005, 008 and standard strains, were facultative anaerobic bacteria, and hydrogen peroxide enzyme reaction, also can make the starch hydrolysis, sugar alcohol fermentation, nitrate reduction, in the determination of V-P with M. R results have shown positive, in litmus milk test reaction can produce acid reaction, cannot make gelatin liquefaction, which can use citrate. The 16 S rDNA sequences of strain 005（MN227334） and strain 008（MN227337） were 99% homologous to GenBank（EU048557）. It was identified as B. mucilaginosus. The results showed that the precipitation weight of strain 005, 008 and standard strain 23575 was 0. 140, 0. 136 and 0. 166 g, respectively, with a significant difference of 0. 05, which were all 0. 040 g higher than that of the blank group. 【Conclusion】In the rhizosphere soil of Luoyang tobacco plant, there are round, white and transparent facultative anaerobic bacillus coleformis, which can hydrolyze starch, ferment sugar alcohol, reduce nitrate, and have strong ability to release potassium. At present, there is a huge gap between supply and demand of old-age services in rural areas of China. Developing rural mutual old-age services is of great significance to remedy the gap. Based on the survey data of 1200 rural residents in Hubei and Henan provinces, this paper adopts binary logistic regression model to analyze the influence of special trust and general trust on rural residents' willingness to participate in mutual care for the aged. The results show that both special trust and general trust have an impact on rural residents' willingness to participate in mutual support for the elderly, but the effect of special trust on rural residents' willingness to participate in mutual support for the elderly is not significant. General trust has a significant promoting effect on rural residents' willingness to participate in mutual care for the aged. Chinese rural residents' trust in village cadres has a significant promoting effect on their willingness to participate in mutual assistance for the aged. The trust of ordinary friends significantly inhibited their willingness to participate. The educational level, living style, and economic status of Chinese rural residents have a positive impact on their willingness to participate in mutual care for the aged. Annual monitoring of the spatial distribution of cultivated land is important for maintaining the ecological environment, achieving a status quo of land resource management, and guaranteeing agricultural production. With the gradual development of remote sensing technology, it has become a common practice to obtain cultivated land boundary information on a large scale with the help of satellite Earth observation images. Traditional land use classification methods are affected by multiple types of land cover, which leads to a decrease in the accuracy of cultivated land mapping. In contrast, although the current advanced methods (such as deep learning) can obtain more accurate cultivated land mapping results than traditional methods, such methods often require the use of a massive amount of training samples, large computing power, and highly complex model tuning processes, increasing the cost of mapping and requiring the involvement of more professionals. This has hindered the promotion of related methods in mapping institutions. This paper proposes a method based on time series vector features (MTVF), which uses vector thinking to establish the features. The advantage of this method is that the introduction of vector features enlarges the differences between the different land cover types, which overcomes the loss of mapping accuracy caused by the influences of the spectra of different ground objects and ensures the calculation efficiency. Moreover, the MTVF uses a traditional method (random forest) as the classification core, which makes the MTVF less demanding than advanced methods in terms of the number of training samples. Sentinel-2 satellite images were used to carry out cultivated land mapping for 2020 in northern Henan Province, China. The results show that the MTVF has the potential to accurately identify cultivated land. Furthermore, the overall accuracy, producer accuracy, and user accuracy of the overall study area and four sub-study areas were all greater than 90%. In addition, the cultivated land mapping accuracy of the MTVF is significantly better than that of the maximum likelihood, support vector machine, and artificial neural network methods. Numerical weather prediction (NWP) has become an important method of predicting extreme weather events, but orography is one of the key factors affecting the performance of NWPs. In this paper, based on Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) elevation data, a method for constructing a global orographic dataset suitable for NWP spectral models is investigated. The Yin-He global spectrum model (YHGSM) is used to simulate the early and peak periods of the extreme rainfall event on 20 July 2021 in Henan Province, China, and the heavy rain in Beijing in order to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed orographic construction method. It is demonstrated that in a few cases the direct two-dimensional filter can sometimes simulate more intense rainfall, but in general, the bidirectional one-dimensional filter is better than the direct two-dimensional filter in orographic processing, and the bidirectional one-dimensional filter can filter out more of the small-scale orographic information. The effect of the higher orographic resolution before conversion to spectral space is not very obvious, but it is demonstrated that the simulation results are better for the heavy-rainfall level. In conclusion, in most cases, the simulations conducted using the new global orographic dataset based on ASTER data are better than those obtained using the model's original orography, especially for torrential and extreme rainfall. Accurate urban boundary data can directly reflect the expansion of urban space, help us accurately grasp the scale and form of urban space, and play a vital role in urban land development and policy-making. However, the lack of reliable multiscale and high-precision urban boundary data products and relevant training datasets has become one of the major factors hindering their application. The purpose of this study is to combine Sentinel-2 remote-sensing images and supplementary geographic data to generate a reliable high-precision urban boundary dataset for Henan Province (called HNUB2018). First, this study puts forward a clear definition of "urban boundary". Using this concept as its basis, it proposes a set of operable urban boundary delimitation rules and technical processes. Then, based on Sentinel-2 remote-sensing images and supplementary geographic data, the urban boundaries of Henan Province are delimited by a visual interpretation method. Finally, the applicability of the dataset is verified by using a classical semantic segmentation deep learning model. The results show that (1) HNUB2018 has clear and rich detailed features as well as a detailed spatial structure of urban boundaries. The overall accuracy of HNUB2018 is 92.82% and the kappa coefficient reaches 0.8553, which is better than GUB (Henan) in overall accuracy. (2) HNUB2018 is well suited for deep learning, with excellent reliability and scientific validity. The research results of this paper can provide data support for studies of urban sprawl monitoring and territorial spatial planning, and will support the development of reliable datasets for fields such as intelligent mapping of urban boundaries, showing prospects and possibilities for wide application in urban research. Using meteorological data of Anhui Meteorological Bureau, based on the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, this paper preliminarily explores the main types and various influencing factors of regional meteorological disasters related to hotel buildings in the Dabie Mountain Scenic Area, and puts forward suggestions on how to deal with the risk of meteorological disasters in the scenic area, in order to provide a better understanding of the Dabie Mountains. It provides a theoretical basis for better response to meteorological disaster decision-making in the development of the scenic spot, and also hopes to provide reference for other Dabie Mountain scenic spots in Hubei and Henan. The research results show that the main types of meteorological disasters faced by hotel buildings in the Dabie Mountain Scenic Area are; rainstorm, thunder and lightning, heavy fog, and snow disaster. The occurrence frequency of various disasters is higher than that of the plains, and the intensity is higher. Due to the high altitude of the hotel buildings, the soil resistivity has obvious mutation or stratification. The terrain surrounded by mountains on three sides often becomes a good conductor of lightning, and the risk of lightning strikes is high, and the lighting weather is frequent. The Dabie Mountain Scenic Area is prone to heavy fog, frost, snow disaster and other weather due to its high altitude, high air humidity and low temperature. Hotels in the Dabie Mountain Scenic Area should effectively deal with meteorological disasters and reduce losses by formulating disaster prevention plans, strengthening lightning protection engineering measures for hotel buildings, and regularly testing and maintaining the lightning protection devices installed in hotels. Residents' payment is an important supplement to the government's urban haze control costs. In this paper, Zhengzhou City and Jiaozuo City of Henan Province were taken as research objects. Through research methods such as data mining, questionnaire survey and model construction, the residents' cognition on haze control, willingness to pay and its influencing factors were deeply studied. Main research results were as below; residents in Zhengzhou and Jiaozuo have improved their awareness and satisfaction with haze control, but the growth rate was slow. In 2014, 2018 and 2021, the expected values of willingness to pay for haze control in Zhengzhou were 79.94, 85. 52 and 47.20 yuan/month respectively, while they were 62. 17, 57.77 and 46. 96 yuan/month in Jiaozuo City. Residents' haze awareness had the most significant effect on the willingness to pay for haze control, and there was positive correlation (P <0.05). In July 2021, an extreme precipitation event occurred in Henan, China, causing tremendous damage and deaths; so, it is very important to study the observation technology of extreme precipitation. Surface rain gauge precipitation observations have high accuracy but low resolution and coverage. Satellite remote sensing has high spatial resolution and wide coverage, but has large precipitation accuracy and distribution errors. Therefore, how to merge the above two kinds of precipitation observations effectively to obtain heavy precipitation products with more accurate geographic distributions has become an important but difficult scientific problem. In this paper, a new information fusion method for improving the position accuracy of satellite precipitation estimations is used based on the idea of registration and warping in image processing. The key point is constructing a loss function that includes a term for measuring two information field differences and a term for a warping field constraint. By minimizing the loss function, the purpose of position error correction of quantitative precipitation estimation from FY-4A and Integrated Multisatellite Retrievals of GPM are achieved, respectively, using observations from surface rain gauge stations. The errors of different satellite precipitation products relative to ground stations are compared and analyzed before and after position correction, using the '720' extreme precipitation in Henan, China, as an example. The experimental results show that the final run has the best performance and FY-4A has the worse performance. After position corrections, the precipitation products of the three satellites are improved, among which FY-4A has the largest improvement, IMERG final run has the smallest improvement, and IMERG late run has the best performance and the smallest error. Their mean absolute errors are reduced by 23%, 14%, and 16%, respectively, and their correlation coefficients with rain gauge stations are improved by 63%, 9%, and 16%, respectively. The error decomposition model is used to examine the contributions of each error component to the total error. The results show that the new method improves the precipitation products of GPM primarily in terms of hit bias. To address the issues surrounding incomplete coverage of core dictionaries, limited training corpora, and low precision in Chinese geological text segmentation, a knowledge- and data-driven word segmentation method by combining combination probability and machine learning was proposed in this paper. We extracted mathematical feature information from terms in Chinese geological text to construct a Term Combination Probability Model (TCPM) for Chinese word combinations by integrating the combination features of geological terms and the Chinese writing styles under zero-sample conditions. The TCPM was used to extract geological terms with high combination characteristics as a user-defined dictionary, and then a geological corpus was constructed by using a general domain word segmentation method based on this dictionary. After a small amount of manual review and optimization, the geological corpus was trained with a BiLSTM-CRF model to segment Chinese geological text. The proposed method in this paper was tested using a regional geological survey report set in Henan Province, and the precision, recall, and F1-score of the method are 92.65%, 92.53%, and 92.59%, respectively. The experimental results demonstrated that this method, combined with the inherent knowledge features of geological text and the machine learning method, can assist in expanding the core dictionary for Chinese geological text segmentation based on zero-sample, and can improve the segmentation precision of Chinese geological text compared to simple general word segmentation methods or machine learning methods. • TCPM with no sample can reflect the structural features from professional terms in geological field texts. • Chinese word segmentation with custom dictionary from terms extracted by TCPM is better than general segmentation methods. • Combining TCPM with machine learning can improve the accuracy in word segmentation for Chinese geological text. Firstly, this paper defines the entropy and similarity for trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (TrFNs). Based on the entropy and similarity measures, a bi-objective programming model is constructed to distribute the weights for experts. Then, based on the multiplicative consistent trapezoidal fuzzy reference comparisons (TrFRCs), a novel TrFBWM is investigated to yield the TrF criteria weights. This novel TrFBWM highlights two innovations: (i) A crisp goal programming weight-determining model is constructed by using the multiplicative consistent TrFRCs; (ii) A reasonable consistency ratio is defined, in which the consistency index is determined according to the consistent transitivity of TrFRCs. Afterwards, the TrFZSG is developed to achieve the alternatives' ranking order by extending the classical ZSG into TrF environment. Lastly, the availability of the TrF-BWM-ZSG is corroborated through a real EDM case of Henan rainstorm disaster. The advantages of the TrF-BWM-ZSG are manifested by several valuable comparisons. The photovoltaic poverty alleviation (PV-PA) policy is a promising policy innovation to achieve sustainable development in China. Based on first-hand field investigation data of 18 prefecture-level cities and 110 counties in China's Henan Province, this paper first evaluated the efficiency of PV-PA policy and analyzed its spatial correlation characteristics by adopting data envelopment analysis, spatial autocorrelation analysis and social network analysis methods. The results show that: (1) the comprehensive efficiency of the PV-PA policy in Henan Province is good, and that of the prefecture-level is better than the county-level, with great differences; (2) comprehensive efficiency of the PV-PA policy shows a significant spatial agglomeration phenomenon at the county-level, and regional development imbalance exists; and (3) PV-PA policy network linkages at prefecture-level are relatively weak. The accuracy of the drainage radius plays a vital role in the gas drainage effect, and the establishment of the drainage model and numerical calculation of the model has an essential value for the accurate determination of the drainage radius. Based on the elastoplastic constitutive model of mining coal and rock mass, effective stress equation, gas content equation, gas flow continuity, and control equation established by predecessors, the gas-solid coupling model of coal-rock deformation and pressure-relief gas flow in protective layer mining was established in this paper. The numerical simulation prototype was based on the mining engineering practice of a short-distance and underprotective steep seam mining in a mine in western Henan of China. COMSOL Multiphysics coupling software was used to numerically calculate the coupling model, and the influence radius of different mining pressure-relief area and different drainage time was obtained. The results show that under the same geological conditions and mining conditions, the impact range of drilling in the pressure-relief area of the protected layer is larger than that of the nonrelief area. As the working face of the protection layer advances, the pressure-relief area of the protected layer gradually increases, the influence range of the drainage borehole increases, the drainage borehole has undergone a process of initial stress-stress concentration-stress reduction-stress recovery successively, and the strike drainage radius is larger than the inclined. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing previous research works, this study expounded the research status and significance of quantitative analysis of the teaching effect of college English courses, elaborated the development background, current status, and future challenges of multivariate matrix evaluation model, introduced the data source and the subjects, contents, and means of teaching effect quantification in this research, analyzed the feedback and guiding function of the teaching effect quantification result of college English courses, discussed the motivation and diagnosis function of the teaching effect quantification result of college English courses, conducted analyses of factors affecting the teaching effect quantification of college English courses, constructed the quantitative dimension of teaching effect of college English courses based on the multivariate matrix evaluation model, and finally designed the quantification system of teaching effect of college English courses based on the multivariate matrix evaluation model. The research results show that the quantitative analysis process of the teaching effect of college English courses has the characteristics of complex structure and many hierarchies, and there are also mutual influences and functions between its subsystems. In order to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of comprehensive quantification, the index system construction of the multivariate matrix evaluation model follows scientific, systematic, and focused principles. The reciprocating action of the external environment gradually reduces the mechanical properties and water stability of original heritage buildings, resulting in the gradual loss of their cultural value. In this paper, the adobe for the construction of raw soil and cultural relics in western Henan is taken as the research object. The local plain soil is used as the raw material, and the adobe samples are prepared with modified materials such as quicklime and sodium methyl silicate, in order to improve its mechanical properties and water stability. The degree of correlation between the compressive strength, capillary water absorption, pH value, particle size distribution, and the electrical conductivity of modified raw adobe, as well as the modification mechanism of the microstructure, was studied. The results show that the addition of quicklime and sodium methyl silicate can enhance the compressive strength and water resistance of the modified raw adobe, and the optimum dosage is 1.5% sodium methyl silicate; with the increase of the curing age, the compressive strength of the single-mixed quicklime sample, the single mixed sodium methyl silicate samples, and the composite sample were increased by 1.94 times, 12.6 times and 2.61 times, respectively, compared with the plain soil samples, and with the increase of compressive strength, the pH, conductivity and capillary water absorption of the samples decreased continuously. It is evident from the particle gradation test and SEM images that the internal pores of the samples in the modified group become smaller, and the particle structure of the sample doped with sodium methyl silicate is the densest. The Shangfanggou Mo–Fe deposit is a typical and giant porphyry–skarn deposit located in the East Qinling–Dabie molybdenum (Mo) polymetallic metallogenic belt in the southern margin of the North China Block. In this paper, three-dimensional (3D) multi-parameter geological modeling and microanalysis are used to discuss the mineralization and oxidation transformation process of molybdenite during the supergene stage. Meanwhile, from macro to micro, the temporal–spatial–genetic correlation and exploration constraints are also established by 3D geological modeling of industrial Mo orebodies and Mo oxide orebodies. SEM-EDS and EPMA-aided analyses indicate the oxidation products of molybdenite are dominated by tungsten–powellite at the supergene stage. Thus, a series of oxidation processes from molybdenite to tungsten–powellite are obtained after the precipitation of molybdenite; eventually, a special genetic model of the Shangfanggou high oxidation rate Mo deposit is formed. Oxygen fugacity reduction and an acid environment play an important part in the precipitation of molybdenite: (1) During the oxidation process, molybdenite is first oxidized to a MoO2·SO4 complex ion and then reacts with a carbonate solution to precipitate powethite, in which W and Mo elements can be substituted by complete isomorphism, forming a unique secondary oxide orebody dominated by tungsten–powellite. (2) Under hydrothermal action, Mo4+ can be oxidized to jordisite in the strong acid reduction environment at low temperature and room temperature during the hydrothermal mineralization stage. Soil moisture (SM) plays an important role in regulating terrestrial–atmospheric water circulation and energy balance. Most of the existing studies have explored the dynamic patterns of SM based on experimental methods. However, the analysis of large-scale regions and long-term SM sequences was limited. Alternatively, satellite remote sensing data is a potential source for SM analysis for large-scale basins. Therefore, the SM data from the European Space Agency (ESA) Climate Change Initiative (CCI) from 2000 to 2015 is used in this paper to analyze the SM spatial-temporal changes in the Yellow River Basin (YRB). Further, the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and meteorological data are used to explore the relationships between SM and NDVI, precipitation, air temperature, and wind speed, respectively. The results showed that the overall trend of SM in the YRB was decreasing from southeast to northwest during the past 16 years. The upper reaches of the YRB had shown a humid trend, with a value of 0.00047 m3·m−3·year−1, mainly due to the increase in precipitation; there was an obvious drought trend in the middle reaches of the YRB, especially in Shanxi Province and Henan Province, with a value of −0.00030 m3·m−3·year−1, which may be owed to vegetation greening increasing the soil evaporation. Overall, it is determined that the main factors influencing SM changes were NDVI and precipitation, followed by air temperature and wind speed. The quality of cultivated land determines the production capacity of cultivated land and the level of regional development, and also directly affects the food security and ecological safety of the country. This paper starts from the perspective of spatial pattern of cultivated land quality and uses spatial autocorrelation analysis to study the spatial aggregation characteristics and differences of cultivated land quality in Henan Province at the county level scale, and also uses bivariate spatial autocorrelation to analyze the influence of neighboring influences on the quality of cultivated land in the target area. The spatial autoregressive model was used to further analyze the driving factors affecting the quality of cultivated land, and the influence of cultivated land area index was coupled in the process of rating analysis, which was finally used as a basis to propose more precise measures for the protection of cultivated land zoning. The results show that: (1) The quality of cultivated land in Henan Province has a strong spatial correlation (global Moran's I≈0.710) and shows an obvious aggregation pattern in spatial distribution; positive correlation types (high-high and low-low) are concentrated in north-central and western mountainous areas of Henan Province, respectively; negative correlation types are discrete. The negative correlation types are distributed in a discrete manner. (2) The bivariate spatial autocorrelation results show that Slope (Moran's I≈-0.505), Irrigation guarantee rate (IGR, 0.354), Urbanization rate (-0.255), Total agricultural machinery power (TAMP, 0.331) and Pesticide use (0.214) are the main influencing factors. (3) According to the absolute values of the regression coefficients, it can be seen that the magnitude of the influence of different factors on the quality of cultivated land is: Slope (0.089) >IGR (0.025) > Urbanization rate (0.002) > TAMP (0.001) > Pesticide use (1.96e-006). Based on the investigation data of wheat mechanized harvest in eight major wheat producing areas from the south to the north of Henan Province, the main factors affecting wheat mechanized harvest loss were identified and the influence of each factor was decomposed. In this article, the loss rate of wheat mechanical harvest was calculated by using the method of artificial measurement of wheat yield in the field, and the influencing factors of wheat mechanical harvest operation in 8 regions of Henan province were treated and analyzed by using Tobit regression model. In this paper, the loss rate of wheat mechanical harvest was calculated by using the method of wheat field artificial yield measurement and the influencing factors of wheat mechanical harvest operation in eight regions of Henan province were treated and analyzed by using Tobit regression model. The results show that the average harvest loss rate in the field amounts to 2.96%, the average harvest loss rate at the edge of field amounts to 3.06%, whereas the loss rate in the normal operation area amounts 2.86%. The main factors that caused the harvest loss of wheat field machinery were the maturity of wheat, the area of operation field, the diseases and pests, weather conditions and the accumulated working hours of harvester drivers in a single day. Therefore, the main technical measures to reduce the operation loss of wheat combine harvester were put forward to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the deep integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy. This paper represents the first study on the Xinzhai Culture pottery from Huadizui site, China using X‐ray diffraction (XRD), X‐ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF), and petrographic. Huadizui pottery is considered to be produced locally, and the raw materials for making pottery come from the Xiaoqinling‐Xiong'er Mountain and Songshan Mountain chain. There are at least two or three clay sources or workshops in the Huadizui site, which is evidenced by petrographic characteristics and the chemical composition of samples. All of the investigated samples were mainly related to quartz and feldspar pellets. The corresponding relationship between the characteristics of the matrix and pottery categories reflects potters pursuing the function of vessels at that time. As an essential part of the hydrological cycle, precipitation directly contributes to surface runoff and river runoff formation. Simulation on precipitation variables can effectively solve the adverse effects on hydrological assessment in some areas with insufficient or even no runoff observation. With the widespread use of various weather generators, the traditional stochastic hydrological simulation methods tend to be gradually replaced. To compare these two approaches mentioned above, this paper utilizes the precipitation records from 1958 to 2011 at nine meteorological stations within Huaihe River System in Henan Province to evaluate a stochastic hydrological simulation method, SARIMA model, and two types of weather generators, WeaGETS and LARS-WG, through the comparison of statistical characteristics regarding precipitation variables, such as mean, mean square error, extreme value and coefficient of variation. The results show that (1) on the annual scale, SARIMA has a better performance to reproduce the mean and mean square error as well as the extreme precipitation events than weather generators; (2) regarding the monthly-scale precipitation simulation, SARIMA is good at reproducing the statistical properties of monthly precipitation at the average level, while WeaGETS and LARS-WG work better in simulating monthly precipitation extremes; (3) compared with weather generators, SARIMA is highly constrained by the observed records, and among these two weather generators, WeaGETS scores higher on monthly precipitation simulation under the same sample length conditions. In conclusion, the traditional hydrological simulation method, SARIMA, and weather generators, WeaGETS and LARS-WG, have both benefits and drawbacks. • The extent of flooding in China is greater than in any other country. • Nearly 66% of China's landmass is submerged by flooding. • Financial toll of flooding accounts for approximately 1.42% of the annual GDP. • Various forms of climatic change contribute to flooding. The extent of flooding in China is more significant than in any other country. Our research reveals that approximately 66 % of China's landmass is submerged by flooding, affecting about 50 % of the population. Furthermore, the financial toll of flooding now accounts for approximately 1.42 % of the annual gross domestic product (GDP), which is almost 40 times higher than the corresponding figure for the United States. We have observed that Zhengzhou city in Henan province, which faced a devastating flood in 2021, received a significant amount of rainfall, specifically a total of 552.5 mm within a 24-hour period. The floods in Henan province in 2021 caused considerable damage, including impacting nearly 15 million people, resulting in almost 400 deaths, damaging over 10,000 square kilometers of agricultural land, causing almost $19 billion in economic losses, and leading to the collapse of over 35,000 households and damage to various properties. In a similar manner, the significant flooding that occurred in southern China in 2020 impacted approximately 7.1 million individuals across eight provinces and resulted in 54 fatalities, the collapse of 6,700 houses, and incurred a direct economic loss of US$3.33 billion. We found that rainstorms have significantly increased to 10 % in the last 60 years in China. In this paper, we delved into exploring the existing published articles, reports, and government and authoritative legal texts to analyze the causes and impacts of flooding in China's flood-prone regions and potential mitigation strategies to reduce the repercussions of distressing flood events. Theoretically, agricultural insurance influences farmers' use of pesticides by changing the expected income of agricultural production. Full-cost insurance, with high guarantee and high compensation characteristics, may significantly affect farmers' pesticide use. First, this paper constructs a production function to characterize and compare the marginal incomes of insured and uninsured farmers under risk uncertainty and analyses how insured farmers can increase marginal income by increasing or reducing factor inputs. Considering scale differentiation, it discusses pesticide use strategies different types of farmers may adopt to maximize household utility. Second, using survey data of the pilot counties of full-cost insurance for wheat in Henan Province, China, the simultaneous equation model is used for empirical testing. The results reveal the following: (i) Farmers' insurance participation and pesticide application behaviour are not mutually independent. (ii) For the whole sample, full-cost insurance for wheat has a significant pesticide reduction effect. (iii) However, considering scale differentiation, pesticide application decreases significantly among insured ordinary farmers but does not change significantly among insured large-scale farmers. Based on the MEPDG method, the operation process of MEPDG was analyzed and the MEPDG correction method applied to the remaining life prediction of airport pavement was obtained. According to the theory of structural reliability, the performance function of airport pavement was obtained based on the limit state equation represented by flexural stress. Considering the characteristics of airport cement concrete pavement design, the calculation formula of the number of allowable load actions was obtained based on reliability by NCHRP126 fatigue equation without considering the temperature stress when the flexural fatigue strength of pavement plate cement concrete was less than 1.25 times of the design strength. Based on the actual situation of local civil airport runways in Henan Province, the proposed MEPDG correction method was used to analyze the flexural stress of the actual operating airport runway pavement at 95% reliability level based on the mechanical numerical model of airport runway, and the number of allowable load actions of three aircraft models was obtained. Given the impact of pass-to-coverage ratio P/C, the cumulative damage factor CDF of the major aircraft models was calculated; the annual average growth rate of different aircraft models in the airport pavement evaluation stage was obtained based on the trend extension method. According to the predicted average annual cumulative damage, the remaining life of pavement was predicted. Compared with the actual conditions of the airport, the remaining life predicted in this paper was consistent with the actual life, which verifies the effect of the prediction of the remaining life of airport runway considering the impact of reliability and damage accumulation. It has been commonly considered that ecological fiscal transfer has the dual goals of equalizing basic public services and improving the quality of local ecological environment. However, the diversity of the goals could impact the outcome of local financial transfer payment and the successful realization of the goals. Based on the mediating effects of financial expenditure on environmental protection, and moderating effects of financial expenditure on agriculture, forestry and water, this paper made a theoretical analysis of the ecological environmental goals of ecological fiscal transfers, and implemented a research hypothesis, using the panel data of 199 counties in Gansu, Guizhou, Hubei and Henan provinces from 2010 to 2018. The empirical study showed that ecological fiscal transfers promoted the quality of local ecological environment during the sample period. As to the effects of local ecological fiscal transfers, the expenditure on environmental protection played a partial role of mediating effect, while the expenditure on agricultural, forestry and water not only regulated the effects of local environmental protection expenditure, but also improved local environmental quality. Since the local government had the information advantage regarding environmental governance, the goals of the provincial-level system could better reflect the ecological needs of the jurisdiction area. Consequently, the province-to-county ecological fiscal transfer system could effectively promote the quality of local ecological environment, and the incentive effect of environmental protection was obvious. Therefore, local governments at the county level should gradually abandon the practice of ‘pollution first, treatment later’, and take up the model of ‘co-ordinated development with dual goals’ involving both economy and environment. As a major institutional innovation in the practice of the green development concept, the energy‑consuming transaction system is a major measure to promote the reform of the ecological civilization system. The implementation of the energy‑consuming transaction system is important for improving energy utilization efficiency and achieving ‘dual control’ of energy consumption and intensity. Using the energy‑consuming transaction system pilots as an entry point, and based on the panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2019, this paper used the difference‑in‑differences method to examine the impact and mechanism of energy‑consuming transaction system on energy efficiency. The research results showed that the energy‑consuming transaction system could significantly improve energy utilization efficiency. Specifically, it could reduce the energy consumption per unit of GDP in the pilot provinces by 5.78%. The mechanism test showed that the energy‑consuming transaction system mainly improved energy utilization efficiency by promoting green technology innovation. Heterogeneity analysis showed that the energy‑consuming transaction system would have a diminishing effect on energy utilization efficiency along with the energy saving potential. The energy ‑consuming transaction system could play a significant role in promoting the energy utilization efficiency of Henan and Sichuan, while the impact on Zhejiang and Fujian was not significant. In addition, this article also found that the energy‑consuming transaction system had environmental dividends, which could effectively reduce sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide emissions while promoting energy efficiency. After parallel trend test, structural breakpoint test, PSM‑DID, placebo test, and other robustness tests, the conclusion of this article was still valid. Flash floods cause great harm to people's lives and property safety. Rainfall is one of the main causes of flash floods in small watersheds. The uncertainty of rainfall events results in inconsistency between the traditional single rainfall pattern and the actual rainfall process, which poses a great challenge for the early warning and forecasting of flash floods. To carry out the effective flash flood early warning and forecasting, this paper proposes a novel rainfall pattern by coupling total rainfall and peak rainfall intensity based on copula functions, i.e., the rainfall pattern of risk probability combination (RPRPC). On this basis, the Hydrologic Engineering Center-Hydrologic Modeling System (HEC-HMS) hydrological model is used to simulate the rainfall-runoff process, the trial algorithm is used to calculate the critical rainfall (CR), and the optimistic-general-pessimistic (O–G-P) early warning mode considering the decision maker's risk preference is proposed. The small watershed of Xinxian in Henan province, China, is taken as a case study for calculation. The results show that the RPRPC is feasible and closer to the actual rainfall process than the traditional rainfall pattern, Frank copula function is the best for determining the joint distribution function of total rainfall and peak rainfall intensity, and the HEC-HMS model can be applied to small watersheds in hilly areas. Additionally, both RPRPC and antecedent soil moisture condition (ASMC) have influence on CR, and the variation of RPRPC will change the influence of ASMC on CR. A rock burst accident occurred on coalface 13230 of the Gengcun Coal Mine in Henan Province. Through a field investigation, theoretical analysis, and microseismic monitoring, we studied how the rock burst, which was caused by overall seam floor slip and instability, occurring under an ultrathick conglomerate. Because the overlying ultrathick conglomerate in the mined-out zone close to coalface 13230 had been inadequately mined, the leading section of the coalface was under a high level of stress. Combined with the tectonic stresses from the F16 faultage and the soft floor structure, these factors caused the floor of this coalface to trigger the overall slip-type rock burst. In this paper, an estimation model of the ultimate bearing capacity of a seam floor under an ultrathick conglomerate and the advancing abutment pressure on the coalface is presented. This model is used to show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the seam floor on coalface 13230 is 26.3 MPa, and the abutment pressure is far more than the floor bearing capacity. We also present pressure relief and reinforced supporting measures, which can effectively prevent floor slip-type rock bursts from occurring. Atmospheric mercury is a crucial pollutant that must be well‐controlled to avoid damaging public health. It is thus necessary to understand from multiple perspectives the roles played by different industrial sectors, as well as their geographical distribution. Existing studies have overlooked the transmission sectors in the economic supply chains of the embodied atmospheric mercury emission network. In this paper, we offer a betweenness‐based account (BBA) for Chinese regions and industrial sectors in transmitting embodied atmospheric mercury emissions and in doing so have identified the transmitting hubs. Our results show that the Henan province acts as the transmission hub of the embodied atmospheric mercury emission network in China. The metallurgy, chemical, and construction industries generally play important roles in the transmission of embodied atmospheric mercury emissions across China. Henan's metallurgy sector, the third highest of all, is more closely linked with inter‐provincial sectors than the top two transmission sectors (the metallurgy industry of Jiangsu and the chemical industry of Shandong). Skywave refers to the electromagnetic wave reflected or refracted from the ionosphere and propagated in the form of a guided wave between the ionosphere and the Earth's surface. Since the skywave can propagate over large distances, it has been widely used in long-distance communication. This paper explores and demonstrates the feasibility of skywave for deep resource and energy exploration at depths of up to 10 km. Theoretical and technical advancements were accomplished in furthering skywave applications. A new solution method based on Green's function has been developed to study skywave propagation in a fully coupled lithosphere-air-ionosphere full space model. For the first time, the model allows one to study skywave distribution characteristics in the lithosphere containing inhomogeneity such as ore deposits or oil and gas reservoirs. This model also lays a foundation for skywave data processing and interpretation. On a parallel line, we have developed a multi-channel, broadband, low-noise, portable data acquisition system suitable for receiving skywave signals. Using the skywave field excited by a high-power fixed source located in central China, actual field surveys have been carried out in some areas in China including the Biyang depression of Henan Province. The initial results appear encouraging—the interpreted resistivity models prove to be consistent with those of seismic exploration and known geological information, and the exploration cost is only ∼1/4 to 1/10 that of seismic surveys. The degree of damage to heritage structures in arid areas can be particularly serious due to long-term exposure to a harsh arid climate. In this paper, the characteristics of evaporation and cracking of soil taken from heritage structures with different NaCl concentrations are experimentally investigated by subjecting saturated soil samples taken from the Wang-Jing tower in Weihui City, Henan Province. Making soil sample of water content of 110% is used to test the rate of evaporation at a constant temperature and humidity, through which the changes in the evaporation rate, water content, fracture development, and fracture fractal dimension are obtained. The results show that, (1) with higher water content, NaCl can affect the evaporation process by increasing the matrix suction of the soil of the Wang-Jing tower and then affect the cracking process of soil. When 0%, 1%, 2%, and 4% NaCl are added, the residual water content of the samples is 3.15%, 4.23%, 4.82%, and 5.89%, respectively, which show an obvious trend of increasing water content; (2) the period with a stable fracture fractal dimension of the samples is shortened with an increase in NaCl concentration, and its maximum fractal dimension is reduced in turn; and (3) at a lower water content, NaCl crystallizes and precipitates in the pores of the soil, which provide a cementitious effect among the soil particles, thus inhibiting crack development. 【Objective】The present paper aimed to realize the genetic resources and genetic relationship of Henan Big-tail sheep, Small-tail Han sheep and Yuxi Fat-tail sheep.【Method】The genetic diversity of mitochondrion（ mt DNA） D-loop and genetic differentiation of Henan sheep breeds were analyzed in the present study.【Result】50 haplotypes were identified in total,23 in Small-tail Han sheep,25 in Yuxi Fattail sheep, and three in Henan Big-tail sheep. The haplotype diversity were 0. 975,0. 936 and 0. 667,the nucleotide diversity were 0. 0230,0. 0129 and 0. 0270 in Small-tail Han sheep, Yuxi Fat-tail sheep and Henan Big-tail sheep, showing abundant genetic diversity of D-loop sequence in Small-tail Han and Yuxi Fat-tail sheep. The phylogenetic tree gathered these three sheep breeds into three lineages（ A-C）,the three breeds exsisted in all three lineages. The genetic distance of Small-tail Han sheep and Yuxi Fat-tail sheep was the farest（ 0. 0303）. The genetic distance of Henan Big-tail sheep and Small-tail sheep was the nearest（ 0. 0260）. The neutrality test demonstrated that Small-tail Han sheep and Yuxi Fat-tail sheep maintained equilibrium（ P >0. 1）,while Henan Big-tail sheep undergone bottleneck effect（ P <0. 05） in recent decades. The network result showed three maternal origins of Henan sheep breeds. 【Conclusion 】Three Henan sheep breeds showed high genetic diversity. The genetic distances reach the standard of subspecies difference. Small-tail sheep was farthest to Yuxi Fat-tail sheep and nearest to Henan Big-tail sheep. Henan sheep breeds have three maternal origins. For the characteristics of high frequency and strong suddenness of dynamic disasters in deep coal mines, the traditional detection and evaluation techniques applied to shallow coal mine failed to accurately judge the risk degree of disasters. Therefore, it is of great significance to use advanced detection technologies and appropriate evaluation methods to improve the accuracy and efficiency of risk assessment in the process of coal mining. The present paper applies the rapid detection and multi-source dynamic detection technologies used in the field of mining with the purpose of improving the reliability of detection technologies for typical dynamic disaster. In this study, the data fusion technology was used to analyze data obtained from laboratory experiments, engineering survey, detection and historical data, so as to form the final dynamic and static indicators. Then, the new combined evaluation models with time series of coal and gas outburst as well as rock burst were established respectively to carry out the comprehensive risk evaluation using the least-squares method and the time-varying weight method. After the comprehensive analysis on the results of the above two evaluation models, the risk areas of the typical dynamic disasters were judged and classified. Finally, the evaluation models were coded to build an early-warning software platform that could achieve automatic evaluation and the actual 3D visualization of coal mining areas. The early-warning software platform was applied to risk assessment of dynamic disasters in Gengcun Coal Mine in Yima City, Henan Province, China. The results of the 6-month experiment showed that the risk assessment accuracy and reliability of the proposed evaluation models was 100% and 90% respectively, which indicates that the newly developed approach is reliable and can be recommended for applying in more coal mines to improve the process safety risk control. Silo-cave is a unique human habitation form on the Loess Plateau in northern China, which consists of an excavated 6–7 m deep pit as the courtyard and cave dwellings in the surrounding four walls. This architecture has had a history of more than 7000 years, and yet such "living fossils for the history of dwellings" are now facing great crises and challenges during rapid social and economic development. In this paper, remote sensing and GIS techniques are used to comprehensively and systematically investigate the spatial distributions and morphological characteristics of silo-caves at both the macro and micro scales. The research shows that silo-cave villages are mainly distributed in economically underdeveloped areas, such as West Henan (Yuxi), South Shanxi (Jinnan), Central Shaanxi (Guanzhong), and East Gansu (Longdong). The morphological evolution patterns of typical silo-cave villages are identified, including: (1) retaining the periphery and rebuilding the inner parts of the villages, (2) retaining the inner parts and expanding the periphery of the villages, and (3) rebuilding the inner parts and expanding the periphery of the villages. These patterns are demonstrated to be influenced by many factors, including landforms, traffic conditions, economic development, population growth, and administrative division adjustment. Sustainable development of these traditional silo-cave villages relies on administrative policy and planning, people's awareness of cultural heritage protection, culture inheritance, industrial transformation, and public services. Air pollution is the result of comprehensive evolution of a dynamic and complex system composed of emission sources, topography, meteorology and other environmental factors. The establishment of spatiotemporal evolution model is of great significance for the study of air pollution mechanism, trend prediction, identification of pollution sources and pollution control. In this paper, the air pollution system is described based on cellular automata and restricted agents, and a Swarm Intelligence based Air Pollution SpatioTemporal Evolution (SI-APSTE) model is constructed. Then the spatiotemporal evolution analysis method of air pollution is studied. Taking Henan Province before and after COVID-19 pandemic as an example, the NO2 products of TROPOMI and OMI were analysed based on SI-APSTE model. The tropospheric NO2 Vertical Column Densities (VCDs) distribution characteristics of spatiotemporal variation of Henan province before COVID-19 pandemic were studied. Then the tropospheric NO2 VCDs of TROPOMI was used to study the pandemic period, month-on-month and year-on-year in 18 urban areas of Henan Province. The results show that SI-APSTE model can effectively analyse the spatiotemporal evolution of air pollution by using environmental big data and swarm intelligence, and also can establish a theoretical basis for pollution source identification and trend prediction. Uneven green space distribution may lead to environmental injustice. This study includes three Chinese towns to explore quantitative method of uniform distribution of urban green space in combination with Gini Coefficient theory. Three quantitative indices have been used to analyze green space planning distribution pattern. The indices reveal horizontal and vertical distribution patterns of green space in these three towns. Distribution pattern of green space composite structure of Hezhuang town is very uneven, distribution pattern of the green space composite structure of Xuedian town is reasonably even, and distribution pattern of the green space composite structure of Lihe town is absolutely even. Based on a contrastive analysis, four conclusions and one recommendation have been drawn. This paper improves the understanding of factors influencing the distribution patterns of town green spaces by providing a basis for judgment of urban environmental equity and a reference for more equitable green space planning.
