[Objective] To screen the tomato germplasm resistance to Tomato masaic virus (ToMV), Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) and Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), and lay a foundation for tomato antiviral breeding in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. (Methods] Using six-leaf stage tomato leaves as experimental materials, 59 tomato germplasms were analyzed for their resistance to ToMV, TSWV, and TYLCV, and DNA extraction and molecular marker detection were performed. [Results] Nine varieties demonstrated resistance to TYLCV, including 1 cherry tomato, 1 strawberry tomato, and 7 fresh tomatoes. Five varieties demonstrated resistance to TSWV, including 3 cherry tomatoes and 2 strawberry tomatoes. Fourteen varieties demonstrated resistance to ToMV, including 3 strawberry tomatoes and 11 fresh tomatoes. [Conclusion] In the 59 tomato germplasms, fresh tomatoes resistant to viruses accounted for 30.51%, strawberry tomatoes accounted for 10.17%, and cherry tomatoes accounted for 6.78%; There were 14 ToMV-resistant germplasms, 5 TSWV-resistant germplasms, and 9 TYLCV-resistant germplasms, so 47.46% of the germplasms contained disease resistance genes. Objective: To analyze the pregnancy weight gain and glycolipid levels during pregnancy in normal pregnant women who delivered macrosomia without pregnancy complications, obesity, and advanced age, and explore their influence on the risk of macrosomia. Methods: Normal pregnant women who underwent regular prenatal examination were selected as the research object in the International Peace Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2020 to December 2020, and divided into macrosomia group (104 cases) and normal control group (258 cases) according to neonatal weight. The difference of basic situation and the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism were compared, and Logistic regression models were adopted to explore the risk factors of macrosomia in normal pregnant women. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the macrosomia group had higher levels of fasting blood glucose, triglyceride (TG) and lower levels of high density lipoprotein (HDL) at all stages of pregnancy (P＜0.05), there are lager difference of TG level and smaller difference of HDL level in macrosomia group (both P＜0.05). Compared with those who gained proper weight during pregnancy, those who gained too much weight had 142% increased risk of delivery of macrosomia (OR=2.42, 95%CI: 1.34-4.39) and those who had adequate weight gain had 73% decreased risk of delivery of macrosomia (OR=0.27, 95%CI: 0.10-0.77). For every 1 mmol/L increase in HDL in late pregnancy, the risk of delivery of macrosomia decreased by 79% (OR=0.21, 95%CI: 0.08-0.57). Conclusions: Normal pregnant women should control their weight gain strictly during pregnancy to reduce the risk of macrosomia, and lipid metabolism needs to be paid attention to, in which the level and change of HDL in late pregnancy may assist in the screening of cryptogenic macrosomia. 【Objective】 To identify the pathogen species causing gray mold on facility tomato. 【Methods】 Suspected gray mold disease samples were isolated from tomato cultivation plots in three facilities in Hohhot City and Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia. Morphological and molecular biology methods were used to identify the isolated strains. The pathogenicity of the pathogens was determined and re-isolated on detached stems and fruits according to Koch′s rule. 【Results】 Seven strains of pathogen were isolated from diseased stems and fruits. The ITS rDNA sequences were 99.60%-100% homologous with Botrytis cinerea (GenBank registration number KP151610, KX426964, and ON566787), indicating that all the seven strains were Botrytis cinerea. Two strains, G4 and JW1, were selected and inoculated on the stems and fruits of healthy facility tomato. The incidence rate of gray mold was 100%.【Conclusion】 The gray mold pathogen in facility tomato was Botrytis cinerea. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common reproductive endocrine disorder in women, and serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), as a new indicator for evaluating ovarian reserve, is widely used in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of PCOS. With the development of the research on AMH, the research of AMH of PCOS patients during pregnancy has made some progress. It is found that AMH decreases during pregnancy and fluctuates as pregnancy progresses. There is a certain correlation between AMH and androgens during pregnancy of PCOS patients. AMH can be used as a candidate factor for predicting preterm birth in PCOS patients, and provides new ideas and methods for the management of PCOS patients during pregnancy. In addition, it should be noted that the intrauterine environment with high AMH may be an adverse interfering factor in the early life of the offspring of pregnant women with PCOS. PCOS patients belong to a high-risk pregnancy group after pregnancy and face the challenges of various complications during pregnancy. Furthermore, AMH can better guard the maternal and fetal health of PCOS pregnant women, and has broad application prospects in the field of obstetrics. This article focuses on gestation period of PCOS patients and reviews the changes of AMH during pregnancy, the relationship between AMH and androgen, the correlation between AMH and preterm birth, and the condition of AMH in offspring. A method for quantitative determination of triethylene diamine in activated carbon by ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatography with internal standard was established.The method used methanol as solvent and tetramethylenediamine as internal standard for quantitative detection by gas chromatography.The extraction method was optimized, through experiments, the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction were determined as extraction temperature of 50 ℃,extraction solvent volume of 20 mL and extraction time of 10 min, and the methodology was verified.The results show that the linearity of the method is good under this condition, R²＞0.995 0.The limit of detection was 0.10 g/L and the limit of quantitation was 0.33 g/L.The recoveries were 84.22%～93.08%,the intra-day relative standard deviations were 4.60%～6.29%,and the intra-day relative standard deviations were 5.07%～7.03%.The method is simple and fast to operate, and the quantitative results are accurate and reliable, which can meet the needs of actual sample detection and provide an effective reference for guaranteeing the monitoring efficiency of triethylene diamine in activated carbon.
