A series of K2Ca1-xP2O7:xEu3+ phosphors were prepared by a high-temperature solid-state reaction method. The crystal structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Fluorescence spectra, decay curves, and color coordinates were investigated. Under excitation at 393 nm, the strongest emission peak was located at 590 nm, corresponding to the 5D0→7F1 transition of Eu3+, and the sub-strongest one was located at 612 nm which belongs to the 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+. XRD results show that the patterns doped with a small amount of Eu3+ were fitted well with the standard card of K2CaP2O7, while the pattern with the doping of high concentration Eu3+ (heavy-doping) indicated the co-existence of K2CaP2O7 and EuPO4 phase which leads to luminescent intensity of phosphors enhance remarkablely. The concentration quenching mechanism was explained through dipole-dipole interaction. Different doping amounts of Eu3+ and charge compensators will affect the symmetry of the host lattice, thereby affecting the emission intensity ratio of orange and red light. The color coordinates of K2Ca0.49P2O7:0.51Eu3+ and K2Ca0.33P2O7:0.67Eu3+, 0.1Na+ phosphor were near the red region, which was close to commercial red-emitting phosphors Y2O3:Eu3+ and standard red light, respectively. A series of K2CaP2O7 phosphors emitting orange-red light with different concentrations of Eu3+ doping and alkali metal ions co-doping were synthesized via a high-temperature solid-state method, and their structure and luminescent properties were characterized. Lateral movement of soil organic carbon (SOC) induced by soil erosion and runoff changes spatial distributions of SOC, and further changes the land‐atmosphere CO2 exchange and terrestrial carbon budget. However, current ecosystem models do not or only poorly integrate the process of SOC lateral movement and cannot simulate the impacts of soil erosion on the carbon cycle. This study integrated SOC erosion and deposition processes into a process‐based ecosystem model (i.e., Integrated BIosphere Simulator (IBIS)), and separately simulated the lateral movements of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and particulate organic carbon (POC). The model was evaluated in three river basins in Northeast China that are dominated by cropland, forest, and grassland. The results showed that the model reproduced well the production, erosion, and deposition of DOC and POC. The annual SOC lateral movement (1.34–7.22 g C m−2 yr−1) induced by erosion in the three tested basins was 0.27%–1.45% of the annual net primary production. The model developed in this study has great implications for simulating the lateral movements of SOC in terrestrial ecosystems, which can improve model performance in projecting the terrestrial carbon budget. The intestine is the central organ of early weaning stress in piglets; however, the response of intestinal stem cells (ISCs) that drive epithelial renewal between the different breeds of piglets is not yet known. Therefore, this investigation was to explore the sensitivity of ISCs to early weaning stress. Taoyuan Black and Duroc piglets were slaughtered at 21 days of age (on the day of weaning) and 24 days of age (3 days after weaning) with 10 pigs, respectively. And the results showed that Taoyuan Black pigs are more tolerant to early weaning stress, while the mucosal mass of jejunum was significantly decreased in 24-day-old Duroc piglets compared with the 21-day-old Duroc piglets (P < 0.05). The weaning stress damaged the jejunal structure, decreased the expression of tight junction related proteins ZO-1, Occludin, and Claudin-1, and increased intestinal permeability in Duroc piglets (P < 0.05). The ex vivo intestinal organoids (IOs) derived from the jejunal crypt of Duroc piglets after weaning exhibited lower expansion efficiency (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the levels of proliferating cell marker PCNA, terminally differentiated cell marker KRT20, absorptive cell marker Villin, goblet cell marker MUC2, and Paneth cell marker lysozyme were significantly reduced in the jejunum, crypt, and jejunal organoids of 24-day-old Duroc (P < 0.05). ROS levels in the jejunum of Duroc piglets were increased along with the inhibition of the Nrf2 pathway compared with 21-day-old Duroc piglets (P < 0.05). Collectively, the Taoyuan Black pigs had stronger tolerance to weaning stress; however early weaning suppressed the Nrf2 pathway, decreased proliferation and differentiation activity of ISCs, and disrupted intestinal homeostasis in Duroc piglets. Objectives: To explore the key genes involved in the occurrence and development of glioblastoma (GBM) by analyzing whole-transcriptome sequencing and biologic data from GBM and normal cerebral cortex tissues and to search for important noncoding RNA (ncRNA) molecular markers based on the competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network., Methods: Ten GBM and normal cerebral cortex tissues were collected for full transcriptome sequencing, screened for differentially expressed (DE) mRNAs, miRNAs, lncRNAs, and circRNAs, and subjected to bioinformatic analysis. We constructed a Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) network and a circRNA/lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network and identified them using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). Finally, The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas (CGGA) databases were used to validate and conduct a survival analysis of the target genes., Results: A total of 5341 DEmRNAs, 259 DEmiRNAs, 3122 DElncRNAs, and 2135 DEcircRNAs were identified. Enrichment analysis showed that target genes regulated by DEmiRNA, DElncRNA, and DEcircRNA were closely related to chemical synaptic transmission and ion transmembrane transport. A PPI network analysis screened 10 hub genes that directly participate in tumor cell mitosis regulation. In addition, the ceRNA composite network showed that hsa-miR-296-5p and hsa-miR-874-5p were the central nodes of the network, and the reliability of relevant key molecules was successfully verified through RT-qPCR identification and the TCGA database. The CGGA database survival analysis produced 8 DEmRNAs closely related to GBM patient survival prognosis., Conclusions: This study revealed the important regulatory functions and molecular mechanisms of ncRNA molecules and identified hsa-miR-296-5p and hsa-miR-874-5p as key molecules in the ceRNA network.
