The innovative development of green technology is the permanent scientific research topic in the field of grain storage, and the controlled atmosphere is one of the green grain storage technologies. This paper carried out the research on the storage technology of high-quality indica rice in the fifth ecological area of grain storage (medium temperature and high humidity) by air-regulating agent. The concentration of oxygen, temperature and relative humidity of the storage environment were monitored, and the quality of high-quality indica rice was also evaluated. The results showed that the technology of air-regulating could effectively delay the quality deterioration of rice. Compared with the controlled group, the experiment group can maintain the concentration of oxygen in the confined space below 0.1% and the relative humidity at 70% during the 5-month storage period. The moisture content of the controlled atmosphere group was 0.98% higher than that of the controlled group. The fatty acid value was 1.34 mg (KOH)/100 g lower than that of the controlled group, while the freshness was 7 points higher than that of the controlled group. The above results showed that the air-regulating agent can adjust and control the oxygen concentration and relative humidity in the confined space according to the demand, which could achieve the purpose of preserving the quality and freshness of grain. It is a green, low-carbon and fresh-reserving new grain storage technology.

Conventional ergonomic observation methods, such as rapid entire body assessment (REBA), are limited in their sensitivity and reliability, particularly in detecting changes in input variables. This study integrates fuzzy logic with the REBA method, utilizing trapezoidal membership functions to fuzzify the input variables. The center of gravity method was employed for defuzzification, and if–then rules were formulated to enhance the REBA method. The findings revealed that the fuzzy REBA method is more sensitive to changes in the risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) than conventional REBA. Furthermore, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of the risk scores obtained with the fuzzy REBA method ranged from 0.76 to 0.89, indicating reliable outcomes. The proposed fuzzy REBA method offers a more reliable approach for on-site ergonomic assessments, thereby reducing observational errors and potentially reducing the incidence of WMSDs in the workplace. Three triphenylamine‐ and s‐triazine‐based conjugated microporous polymers (TTPA, TTDATA, and TTMDATA) were prepared via the Friedel−Crafts arylation reactions under the catalytic action of CH3SO3H. In virtue of containing rich nitrogen atoms in their porous frameworks, the obtained TTPA, TTDATA, and TTMDATA possess good fluorescence sensing property for o‐nitrophenol (o‐NP) with high quenching coefficients of 1.54 × 104, 1.32 × 104, 1.33 × 103 L mol−1 and low limits of detection (LODs) of 2.44 × 10−9, 1.14 × 10−11, and 1.35 × 10−8 mol L−1, respectively. The fluorescent quenching mechanism of TTPA for selective sensing o‐NP is the photo‐induced charge‐transfer mechanism. However, the fluorescent quenching mechanisms of TTDATA and TTMDATA for selective sensing o‐NP have both the photo‐induced charge‐transfer mechanism and the resonant energy transfer mechanism. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is an irreversible neurodegenerative disease with a variety of pathogenic factors and complex pathogenesis, so that the disease has a high prevalence and mortality in the world. Although the current diagnosis and treatment equipment and drug research and development keep pace with the times, the current medical technology still can not completely cure the disease, so it is of great significance to explore the pathogenesis and treatment target of AD. The disorder of energy metabolism is one of the characteristic changes in the pathological process of AD. Aerobic glycolysis (AEG) is a special metabolic pathway in the brain, which can rapidly consume glucose to produce energy and substrate for neurons, improve synaptic plasticity, neuroinflammation and oxidative damage, and contribute to the recovery of memory and cognitive function. In recent years, many literatures have reported the mechanism of AEG in AD and the intervention of Tradit Chin Med on this mechanism. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the role of AEG in AD and the related research on the regulation and control of AEG in the treatment of AD by Tradit Chin Med, in order to provide reference and ideas for the prevention and treatment of AD with Tradit Chin Med in the future. BACKGROUND: Vascular tortuosity is a prevalent morphological change that frequently occurs in arteries across different parts of the body. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the tortuosities of the extracranial internal carotid artery (EICA) and extracranial vertebral artery (EVA) with mild cognitive impairment. METHODS: The tortuosity index (TI), vascular deviation degree, tortuosity degree, and angle number of the EICA and EVA were retrospectively analyzed and calculated in 160 patients who underwent computed tomography angiography (CTA) in this study's department, and the Montreal cognitive assessment was adopted to evaluate the cognitive function of the patients. RESULTS: The differences in age, gender, arterial hypertension (AH), and diabetes mellitus (DM) between the normal group and the mild cognitive impairment group were statistically significant (p < 0.01). The TI was negatively correlated with the score of cognitive function. The tortuosities of the EICA and EVA were correlated with mild cognitive impairment (p < 0.05). The reduction in visual-spatial ability was correlated with the right EICA tortuosity, and the reduction in memory was correlated with the EVA tortuosity. Age, gender, HP, DM, and coronary heart disease (CHD) were potential risk factors for carotid tortuosity (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: There was a significant correlation observed between the TIs of both the EICA and EVA and the presence of mild cognitive impairment. Advanced age, female, HP, DM, and CHD were independent risk factors for EICA and EVA tortuosities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
