Abstract Porcine pasteurellosis is an infectious disease caused by Pasteurella multocida (P. multocida), which seriously endangers the healthy development of pig breeding industry. Early detection of disease transmission in animals is a crucial early warning for humans. Therefore, predicting risk areas for disease is essential for public health authorities to adopt preventive measures and control strategies against diseases. In this study, we developed a predictive model based on multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) and assessed risk areas for porcine pasteurellosis in the Chinese mainland. By using principal component analysis, the weights of seven spatial risk factors were determined. Fuzzy membership function was used to standardize all risk factors, and weight linear combination was used to create a risk map. The sensitivity of the risk map was analyzed by calculating the mean of absolute change rates of risk factors, as well as calculating an uncertainty map. The results showed that risk areas for porcine pasteurellosis were predicted to be locate in the south-central of the Chinese mainland, including Sichuan, Chongqing, Guangdong, and Guangxi. The maximum standard deviation of the uncertain map was less than 0.01and the ROC results showed that the prediction model has moderate predictive performance with the area under the curve (AUC) value of 0.80 (95% CI 0.75–0.84). Based on the above process, MCDA was combined with WebGIS technology to construct a system for predicting risk areas of porcine pasteurellosis. Risk factor data was directly linked to the developed model, providing decision support for disease prevention and control through monthly updates.

Objective·To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and malignant tumors based on the Shanghai community elderly cohort.Methods·The study subjects were selected from the Shanghai community elderly cohort established from February to August 2019, with a total of 17 948 people. The study subjects were divided into 4 groups according to self-reported presence or absence of tumors and/or cardiovascular diseases during the baseline survey: tumor-free and non-cardiovascular disease group, single cardiovascular disease group, single tumor group and tumor cardiovascular disease co-occurrence group. The differences among the four groups of subjects were collected and compared in terms of demographic characteristics and physiological indicators, daily living habits (smoking, drinking tea, drinking coffee, drinking carbonated drink, drinking alcohol, sedentary time, physical activity level and sleep quality), past medical history, psychological status (depression and anxiety) and dietary compliance.Results·Among the study subjects, 60.1% of tumor patients were complicated with cardiovascular diseases. Objective·To explore the correlation between body compositions and cardiovascular fitness (CRF) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods·The CHD patients (CHD group) who underwent elective percutaneous coronary intervention treatment at Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from October 2022 to June 2023 as well as healthy people (control group) were selected. Objective·To analyze the differences and classify hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) patients and healthy controls (HC) using short-axis cine cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) images-derived radiomics features.Methods·One hundred HCM subjects were included, and fifty HC were randomly selected at 2∶1 ratio during January 2018 to December 2021 in the Department of Cardiology, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The CMR examinations were performed by experienced radiologists on these subjects. CVI 42 post-processing software was used to obtain left ventricular morphology and function measurements, including left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV) and left ventricular end-diastolic mass (LVEDM). The 3D radiomic features of the end-diastolic myocardial region were extracted from short-axis images CMR cine. The distribution of the radiomic features in the two groups was analysed and machine learning models were constructed to classify the two groups.Results·One hundred and seven 3D radiomic features were selected and extracted. After exclusion of highly correlated features, least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) was used, and a 5-fold cross-validation was performed. Objective·To compare the physical activities of stroke population and non-stroke population based on the baseline survey of the elderly population cohort in Shanghai communities, and explore the participation in different types of physical activities of stroke population.Methods·The subjects were screened from Shanghai Community Elderly Cohort constructed from February to August, 2019 according to the admission criteria. The subjects were divided into non-stroke group and stroke group according to whether they had reported a history of stroke by themselves, and the two groups were matched 2 to 1 by controlling age and sex with propensity score matching. The baseline characteristics of the two groups were collected, and the physical activities related to sports, transportation and housework in the last week were investigated with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the subjects. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used to evaluate anxiety and depression of the subjects, respectively. The above characteristics were compared between the stroke group and non-stroke group, and the participation of different types of physical activities were compared between the two groups by multivariate Logistic regression model.Results·Among the 17 948 people included, there were 993 (5.5%) in the stroke group and 16 955 (94.5%) in the non-stroke group. Objective·To assess the feasibility of using 3D imaging features extracted from cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) short-axis cine images to predict left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).Methods·A total of 100 left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) patients who visited the Department of Cardiology, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2018 to December 2021, as well as 100 healthy control (HC) subjects during the same period, were included. All subjects completed CMR examinations under the supervision of experienced cardiologists and radiologists. The endocardial and epicardial contours were then manually delineated by cardiologists. Measurements of cardiac function and morphology were completed and data was recorded, including LVEF, left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), and left ventricular end-diastolic mass (LVEDM). Myocardial 3D radiomic features of CMR-cine sequences were extracted by the Pyradiomics package, and selected and sorted by using correlation coefficient and K-best method. Objective·To explore the association of somatizatic symptoms, anxiety and depression with clinical prognosis in the patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods·The patients with CHF who visited the Department of Cardiology, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2018 to December 2021 were included. Demographic data and clinical features of the patients were collected. The Self-reported Somatic Symptom Scale of China (SSS-CN), the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) were used to evaluate the patients′ conditions. Telephone follow-up was conducted at the 12th month after the first visit, and the specific information of the patients′ end-point events (including death, re-hospitalization, causes of death and re-hospitalization) was collected. Abstract Small‐molecule electrooxidation‐boosted water electrolysis (WE) is an energy‐saving method for hydrogen (H2) production. Herein, PdPt bimetallenes (PdPt BMLs) are obtained through the simple galvanic replacement reaction. PdPt BMLs reveal 2.93‐fold enhancement in intrinsic electroactivity and 4.53‐fold enhancement in mass electroactivity for the formate oxidation reaction (FOR) with respect to Pd metallenes (Pd MLs) at 0.50 V potential due to the synergistic effect. Meanwhile, the introduction of Pt atoms also considerably increases the electroactivity of PdPt BMLs for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) with respect to Pd MLs in an alkaline medium, which even exceeds that with the use of commercial Pt nanocrystals. Inspired by the outstanding FOR and HER electroactivity of bifunctional PdPt BMLs, a two‐electrode FOR‐boosted WE system (FOR‐WE) is constructed by using PdPt BMLs as the cathode and the anode. The FOR‐WE system only requires an operational voltage of 0.31 V to achieve H2 production, which is 1.48 V lower than that (ca. 1.79 V) with the use of the traditional WE system.

Objective·To explore the correlation between lipid accumulation product (LAP) and hypertension in Chinese adults.Methods·By searching the English literature databases including PubMed and Web of Science, and the Chinese literature databases including CNKI and WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform database, the earliest literature related to LAP and hypertension in Chinese adults that could be retrieved from databases establishment to August 2022. Two researchers independently screened all the retrieved literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and used the diagnostic research scale developed by Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) to evaluate the literature quality of the selection, comparability, exposure evaluation and results of the study population. The sample size, gender, sensitivity, specificity and other information were extracted from the included literature. Stata 16.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results·A total of 6 articles were included, including five in English and one in Chinese. The JBI bias scores of the included articles ranged from 14 to 17 points, all of which were greater than 70% of the total score, so the biases could be considered small. The total number of samples included was 48 329, including 15 746 patients with hypertension. The results of meta-analysis showed that in the total population, the sensitivity of LAP in predicting hypertension was 0.50 (95%CI 0.35‒0.64), and the specificity was 0.78 (95%CI 0.66‒0.86); In women, the sensitivity was 0.48 (95%CI 0.32‒0.64), and the specificity was 0.77 (95%CI 0.64‒0.86); In males, the sensitivity was 0.56 (95%CI 0.39‒0.72), and the specificity was 0.64 (95%CI 0.49‒0.77). The area under the summary receiver operator characteristic curve (SROC curve) of the total population included was 0.70 (95%CI 0.66‒0.74), indicating that there was a certain correlation between LAP and hypertension.Conclusion·In Chinese adult population, LAP is associated with hypertension to a certain extent.

In view of the fact that there were as many as 10 to 13 layers of limestone in Taiyuan formation in Huainan and Huaibei Coalfield, the target strata of ground regional treatment was not unique, the 18413 working face in the west 4th mining area of Pan'er coal mine was taken as an example, the optimization of the target strata was studied. The requirement of water inrush coefficient was the prerequisite for optimum selection of target strata, which determined the selection range of target strata. With C3 6 limestone as the target strata, the water inrush coefficient is less than the critical value after calculation. Therefore, it is inferred that C3 6-C3 12 limestone is the potential target strata. Influencing factors such as hydrodynamic conditions, aquifer hydraulic connection, water-conducting geological structure, limestone spacing, limestone thickness and stratum injectability were the key indicators for optimum selection of target strata. However, the target strata determined by single factor analysis is incompatible with each other, which makes it difficult to achieve the optimal selection of the target strata. Therefore, the analytic hierarchy process was adopted for the optimal selection of the target strata. The optimum selection of target strata of ground regional treatment was taken as the objective layer, hydrodynamic conditions, hydraulic connection between aquifers, water-conducting geological structure, limestone spacing, limestone thickness and stratum injectability were taken as the criterion layer, and C3 6, C3 7, C3 8, C3 9, C3 10, C3 11, C3 12 limestone of Taiyuan formation were taken as the scheme layer, the analytic hierarchy process model was established. The judgment matrix of the target layer and the criterion layer, the criterion layer and the scheme layer were constructed, and the weight of each index of the criterion layer and the single factor score of each scheme of the scheme layer were calculated. The CR values were all less than 0.10 after inspection, and judgment matrices had satisfactory consistency, meeting the consistency test. The total score of each scheme was 0.177, 0.169, 0.170, 0.214, 0.103, 0.114 and 0.053, respectively, which were calculated by the hierarchy total sort. The total score of C3 9 limestone was the largest, indicating that the optimal target stratum of ground regional treatment was C3 9 limestone. The analytic hierarchy process was applied to the study on the optimum selection of target strata of ground regional treatment, and the qualitative problem was transformed into a quantitative problem, realizing the multi-factor quantitative optimum selection of target strata, and providing a new method for optimum selection of target strata.
