This paper is centered on applying 3D omnidirectional scanning technology to design natural textured fabrics to explore its functionality in psychological healing. The therapeutic potential of fabric art has been widely recognized due to the prevalence of psychological stress in modern society. This study uses 3D omnidirectional scanning technology to scan knitted textures, optimize fabric texture models, and conduct experimental research and material development using elevation and lighting angles. The size, Angle, color, and other factors that affect the experiment of knitted materials were tested, and eight convenient materials were selected for psychological experiments. Pemphigus is a severe autoimmune disease causing damage of epidermis and mucosa. Patients can produce autoantibodies against structures like intercellular adhesion, which leads to disease. Main pathogenic antibodies include anti-Gsg1 and anti-Gsg3 which cause disease primarily through steric hindrance and signal transduction after antigen-antibody binding. Other antibodies such as anti-Dsc, anti-plakin family, anti-acetylcholine receptor etc. also play an important synergistic effect in the pathogenic process. With the popularization of immunofluorescence, ELISA and other technologies, antibody detection has become an important method for clinical diagnosis and monitoring of pemphigus. Couples of clinical studies have shown that the titers of anti-Dsg1 and Dsg3 antibodies are related to the activity of pemphigus disease, which can also indicate the recurrence of the disease and guide clinical medication. More mechanism research and clinical exploration of pemphigus autoantibodies will help us to cognize the disease further.

Aqueous zinc bromine batteries (ZBBs) attract extensive research interest owing to their high theoretical energy density, high operating voltage, and low cost. However, they suffer from severe self-discharge and poor cycle life caused by the uncontrolled shuttle of polybromides. Herein, we design a hybrid-aqueous biphasic electrolyte to prevent the shuttle effects of ZBBs, where the hybrid phase consists of polybromides and bromine ions (Br−) dissolved in a co-solvent of tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether and water (TEGDME/H2O), and the aqueous phase mainly contains zinc ions (Zn2+) and sulfate ions (SO42−) in H2O. The polybromides can be confined successfully in the hybrid phase, which is attributed to the stronger interactions of polybromides with TEGDME than H2O and the unique molecular structure of the biphasic electrolyte. The superiority of the biphasic electrolyte is also confirmed by its high ionic conductivity, low volatility and non-flammability. The ZBBs using the biphasic electrolyte show significantly suppressed self-discharge, and a long 400-cycles life at 5 mA h capacity with 99.6% coulombic efficiency, which considerably exceed those of conventional ZBBs (270-cycles life, and 47.4% coulombic efficiency). Yeast culture (YC) plays a significant role in enhancing the performance and health of poultry breeding. This study investigated the impact of different YC supplementation concentrations (basal diet with 1.0 g/kg and 2.0 g/kg of YC, YC1.0, and YC2.0) on egg production performance, egg quality, antioxidant properties, intestinal mucosal structure, and intestinal flora of laying hens. Both YC1.0 and YC2.0 groups significantly enhanced the egg protein height, Haugh unit, and crude protein content of egg yolks compared to the control group (p < 0.05). The supplementation with YC2.0 notably increased the egg production rate, reduced feed-to-egg ratio, and decreased the broken egg rate compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Additionally, YC supplementation enhanced serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity while reducing malondialdehyde (MDA) content (p < 0.05). Moreover, YC supplementation promoted duodenal villus height and villus ratio in the duodenum and jejunum (p < 0.05). Analysis of cecal microorganisms indicated a decrease in Simpson and Shannon indices with YC supplementation (p < 0.05). YC1.0 reduced the abundance of Proteobacteria, while YC2.0 increased the abundance of Bacteroidales (p < 0.05). Overall, supplementation with YC improved egg production, quality, antioxidant capacity, intestinal morphology, and cecal microbial composition in laying hens, with significant benefits observed at the 2.0 g/kg supplementation level. Direct hydrogen production from inexhaustible seawater using abundant offshore wind power offers a promising pathway for achieving a sustainable energy industry and fuel economy. Various direct seawater electrolysis methods have been demonstrated to be effective at the laboratory scale. However, larger-scale in situ demonstrations that are completely free of corrosion and side reactions in fluctuating oceans are lacking. Here, fluctuating conditions of the ocean were considered for the first time, and seawater electrolysis in wave motion environment was achieved. We present the successful scaling of a floating seawater electrolysis system that employed wind power in Xinghua Bay and the integration of a 1.2 Nm3 h−1-scale pilot system. Stable electrolysis operation was achieved for over 240 h with an electrolytic energy consumption of 5 kWh Nm−3 H2 and a high purity (>99.9%) of hydrogen under fluctuating ocean conditions (0~0.9 m wave height, 0~15 m s−1 wind speed), which is comparable to that during onshore water electrolysis. The concentration of impurity ions in the electrolyte was low and stable over a long period of time under complex and changing scenarios. We identified the technological challenges and performances of the key system components and examined the future outlook for this emerging technology. Seawater electrolysis shows promising potential toward sustainable energy generation, but large-scale in-situ demonstrations are still lacking. Peripheral CD8+ T cell number is tightly controlled but the precise molecular mechanism regulating this process is still not fully understood. In this study, we found that epilepsy patients with loss of function mutation of DEPDC5 had reduced peripheral CD8+ T cells, and DEPDC5 expression positively correlated with tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells as well as overall cancer patient survival, indicating that DEPDC5 may control peripheral CD8+ T cell homeostasis. Significantly, mice with T cell-specific Depdc5 deletion also had reduced peripheral CD8+ T cells and impaired anti-tumor immunity. Mechanistically, Depdc5-deficient CD8+ T cells produced high levels of xanthine oxidase and lipid ROS due to hyper-mTORC1-induced expression of ATF4, leading to spontaneous ferroptosis. Together, our study links DEPDC5-mediated mTORC1 signaling with CD8+ T cell protection from ferroptosis, thereby revealing a novel strategy for enhancing anti-tumor immunity via suppression of ferroptosis. With the development of augmented reality (AR) technology, AR navigation tools have gradually received increasing attention. Few previous studies have comprehensively discussed the advantages and disadvantages of AR and 2D maps from a spatial cognition perspective. Through three experiments, this article investigated the effects of different AR navigation display methods on wayfinding performance and spatial knowledge acquisition. First, we compared participants' performances in using AR and 2D map navigation aids for wayfinding and spatial knowledge tasks. Second, we developed a combined map and compared the usability of this map with that of an AR map. Then, we applied the focus + context technique to improve the combined map's minimap and verified the improved map's effectiveness by laboratory simulation. The AR map is superior to the 2D map in acquiring spatial knowledge. AR displays are crucial for helping individuals acquire landmark and route knowledge. The improved map expands the range of exocentric spatial information and highlights the landmark locations to provide comprehensive information about the environment; thus, the improved map can further assist in acquiring spatial knowledge.
