Satellite data assimilation pre-processing plays a crucial role in bridging satellite data pre-processing and numerical weather prediction model assimilation. It involves integrating pre-processed satellite measurements, orbital splicing and sparsification of satellite data, the fusion of boundary condition parameters under satellite pixels, and the assimilation pre-processing quality control of satellite data by using a unified file format and in accordance with the requirements of the data assimilation system. In the variational assimilation of numerical forecasts, assimilation pre-processing filters effective information from satellite pre-processed measurements, supports the positive contribution of satellite data assimilation to numerical forecast operations, and is an important link in determining the efficiency, quality and effectiveness of assimilation of large quantities of satellite data. In response to the complex format of satellite data from multiple channels, CMA has developed a standard format of high time-sensitive satellite data splicing technology in the pre-processing of satellite data assimilation, which effectively reduces the negative impact of the time lag of whole-orbit satellite data on operational numerical prediction. In the assimilation pre-processing of Fengyun satellite data, the assimilation prequality control of multi-spectral data fusion is achieved by front-loading cloud and precipitation detection, data analysis, analysis and other processing into the assimilation pre-processing, which ensures the positive assimilation contribution of Fengyun microwave temperature sounding data and infrared hyperspectral data. In the development of satellite data assimilation pre-processing technology, reprocessing of pre-processed satellite data by using a unified data format, expanding the processing for satellite imagery and active detection data, and front-loading a part of satellite data assimilation quality control function into data assimilation pre-processing are important trends in the development of future assimilation pre-processing technology for Fengyun satellite data.

Zinc-doped CuAl2O4 (Zn-CuAl2O4) nanofiber membranes with a high specific surface area, multi-pore structure, and a partial inverse spinel structure were successfully fabricated by controlling the electrospinning process and calcination atmospheres. The excessive doping of Zn2+ ions results in the formation of ZnAl2O4/CuAl2O4 fiber membrane, which has a poor UV-Vis absorption ability. The diameter of Zn-CuAl2O4 nanofibers is about 80 nm, and the specific surface area of the Zn-CuAl2O4 nanofiber membrane is 45.2 m2/g. XRD and XPS results indicate that Zn-CuAl2O4 nanofiber membranes contain spinel and inverse spinel phases. Compared with pure spinel CuAl2O4 nanofiber membranes, the UV-Vis absorption ability of the Zn-CuAl2O4 nanofiber membrane is enhanced, and transient photocurrent intensity was increased from 0.14 mA/cm2 to 0.16 mA/cm2. The free radical capture experiments and EPR spectra indicate that huge ·O2− are generated on the surface of the Zn-CuAl2O4 nanofiber membrane, and the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of MB is increased by 14%. The Zn-CuAl2O4 nanofiber membranes exhibit excellent cycling stability and have great potential for photocatalytic degradation of dye wastewater. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Researching and developing a new type of diaphragm wall foundation can solve the probl em that the traditional diaphragm wall structure may not meet the high standards of safety and stability of underground structures in some specific engineering environments. This paper focuses on the horizontal bearing characteristic of a new form of foundation, a strip-walled underground diaphragm wall, through a series of model tests. In the tests, nine plexiglass models with different section sizes, wall spacings and wall heights, as well as loading strategies (horizontal loads along and against the wall in the model), were conducted. The influence of the above factors on the horizontal bearing performance of the foundation and the soil resistance distribution around the wall was studied. The results show that when the horizontal load applied along the wall is greater than 50 N, the growth rate of total displacement at the top of the wall gradually decreases; when a horizontal load is applied against the wall, with a uniform change in wall height, the optimal wall spacing is 11 cm. When the same displacement occurs, the bearing performance of the model under the former loading strategy is generally 10% higher than that under the later loading strategy. In addition, the depth where the maximum bending moment along the wall occurred gradually moves downward with the increase in horizontal load, and the increase in wall spacing and wall height has a positive effect on the horizontal bearing characteristic. With the application of load, the maximum bending moment of the wall will gradually decrease along the depth. The increase in wall spacing and wall height can improve the overall flexural stiffness and horizontal bearing performance of the foundation. Lastly, the group wall effect coefficient, β, is put forward, and a simplified formula for calculating the horizontal bearing capacity of a strip wall foundation is proposed. In the formula, β is negatively correlated with the buried depth of the wall and positively correlated with the distance between the walls, and its coefficient is greater than 1. To improve the accessibility of polyimide aerogels (PAs) in diverse application scenarios, the major objective is to create PAs in dimension/geometry on demand. However, their ability to deliver excellent performance and expanded applications remains challenging. Herein, the three-dimensional (3D) printing of Pas, which simultaneously addresses the above concerns, is proposed using a combination of a one-step chemical-imidization sol–gel strategy and direct ink writing. The resultant 3D-printed PAs exhibit many desirable properties, such as high specific surface area (561.7 m2 g−1), low density (66.1 ± 1.4 kg m−3), low thermal conductivity (39.89 ± 0.16 mW m−1 K−1), low shrinkage (<7%), exceptional thermal stability (up to 450 °C) and good mechanical properties. They also possess excellent heat/cold preservation, heat/cold/moisture insulation, air/light permeability, and ammonia/moisture adsorption. All of these are highly desirable for addressing severe environmental concerns. Moreover, the application scalability of 3D-printed PAs is confirmed by the successful incorporation of carbon nanotubes, and the subsequent expanded functionality and application potential. The flexibility of inks/materials and the manipulability of the structures and functions, demonstrates great prospect for synergy management of thermal insulation, gas permeability and light absorption, thus expanding the application of PAs. Rechargeable aqueous Zn‐MnO2 batteries are potential candidates for electrochemical energy storage systems due to their easy fabrication, nontoxicity, and low‐cost features. However, the practical application of the MnO2‐based cathode is impeded by its low electrical conductivity and poor stability during cycling. Herein, the Ti3C2/MnO2 composite cathode is elaborately designed and fabricated via a simple mechanical grinding method. Benefiting from the high conductivity of Ti3C2 MXene along with the abundant active sites of nano‐MnO2, the obtained Ti3C2/MnO2 electrode shows fast ion transfer and enhanced structural stability. Therefore, Ti3C2/MnO2 composite as the cathode of zinc ion battery exhibits superior charge storage performance (354 mAh g−1 at 0.2 A g−1, which is 30% higher than that of pure MnO2 cathode), high cycling stability (85% capacitance retention along with about 100% columbic efficiency after 850 cycles at l A g−1), excellent energy density (467.33 Wh kg−l at 260 W kg−1), and impressive long‐term lifespan (65.1 mAh g−1 over 900 h at 0.1 A g−1). Furthermore, the mechanism related is elucidated via comprehensive characterizations. Livestock and poultry breeding modes, feed compositions and manure collection systems have regional characteristics, which can directly affect the composition of livestock and poultry breeding manure, energy production by anaerobic digestion and resource utilization of products. The chemical, heavy metal contents and microbiological characteristics of pig manures and digestates were characterized in five pig farms and biogas plants in Quzhou (Zhejiang Province) in this study. The results showed that hemicellulose and cellulose of pig manures could be partly degraded in anaerobic digestion, but lignin was difficultly degraded and accumulated in digestates. The content of Zn was highest in the pig manure and digestate samples, followed by Cu, Cr, As, Ni, Pb, Cd, T1 and Hg. The As content was 16.09–31.22 mg kg−1 in the pig manure and digestate samples, which exceeded the standard limitation requirements in fertilizers in China (≤15 mg kg−1). Bacteroidota, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria and Spirochaetota dominated in the pig manure and digestate samples, with a relative abundance of 73.6%−99.4%. The microbial community structure in the pig manure samples was quite different among the five farms. The pH, contents of lignin, T1 and As had a significant effect on the microbial community structure in the pig manure samples, while the contents of total phosphorus, NO3−–N, cellulose and Pb could significantly influence the microbial community structure in the digestate samples. Introducing magnetic property into aerogels will greatly expand their application opportunities. Herein, instead of triethylamine solution, a low-cost and little-toxicity aqueous ammonia is used as the basic solution of polyamide acid (PAA), and tert-butanol is used as the regulator to regulate the pore size of aerogel. Finally, an intelligent polyimide/Fe3O4 (PI/Fe3O4) aerogel is proposed via a unique combination of in-situ deposition and freeze–drying–thermal imidization. As-obtained PI/Fe3O4 aerogel has a low density (0.041 − 0.087 g cm− 3, depending on the doping amount of Fe3O4 nanoparticles), a high thermal decomposition temperature (up to 550 °C, N2 atmosphere), good mechanical properties (even under a compression ratio of 60%), certain recovery performance, and good bending flexibility. Additionally, the PI/Fe3O4 aerogel also shows a saturation magnetization of 84.76 emu g− 3, enabling it to generate magneto-induced shape memory under the action of small magnetic sheets. This work provides a new idea for the preparation of magnetic polyimide aerogel, and may inspire many application opportunities for polyimide aerogel, such as self-sensing flexible actuators, micro-nano switches, and micro-sensing. A mechanistically interesting and practical method for the synthesis of functionalized spiro[4.5]decanes is developed, featuring oxidative dearomatization-induced ring expansion of cyclobutanes as the key element. The new method enables facile access to a variety of spiro[4.5]cyclohexadienones with good efficiency and generality. Further elaboration of the resulting products into other valuable scaffolds is also explored, leading to the discovery of an interesting compound that displays a promising biological profile. Nature has been recognized for her super capability of constructing complex molecules with remarkable efficiency and elegancy. Among nature's versatile synthetic toolkits, Diels–Alder reaction is particularly attractive since it allows for rapid generation of molecular complexity from simple precursors. For natural products biosynthetically formed through Diels–Alder reactions, the most straightforward way to access them should build on biomimetic Diels–Alder reactions. However, the implementation of biomimetic Diels–Alder reactions in a laboratory setting may encounter considerable challenges, particularly for those suffering from complicated reactivity and selectivity issues. Indeed, the translation of a biosynthetic hypothesis into a real biomimetic synthesis entails the orchestrated combination of nature's inspiration and chemist's rational design. In this Account, we will briefly summarize our recent progress on the application of biomimetic Diels–Alder reactions in natural product synthesis. The emerging wide-bandgap CsPbCl3 perovskite shows great potential for applications in ultraviolet (UV) detection due to its excellent UV response property and UV irradiation durability. However, the abundant Cl vacancies existing in CsPbCl3 would cause severe charge recombination losses, significantly decreasing the detection performance of the photodetectors, especially for the self-powered ones. Herein, a Cl-containing ionic liquid (IL) of 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium chloride ([BMMIm]Cl) is introduced to passivate the surface defects of the evaporated CsPbCl3 polycrystalline films. Experimental characterizations and density functional theory calculations demonstrate that the electron-rich nitrogen and chlorine atoms in the [BMMIm]Cl layer can bond with the uncoordinated positively charged Pb2+ ions, effectively suppressing the Cl vacancy defects of the CsPbCl3 films. The IL layer can also help to increase the structural stability of CsPbCl3 and ameliorate the energy level alignment of the devices. These all contribute to a faster charge transport process with a lower non-radiative recombination rate, yielding a pronounced augmentation in the device performance. The best-performing [BMMIm]Cl-modified photodetector delivers an ultrafast response time of 1.74 μs, an excellent on/off ratio of 2.70 × 105, and a high specific detectivity of 6.19 × 1012 Jones at 0 V bias. Moreover, the as-fabricated CsPbCl3 photodetectors exhibit salient stabilities under continuous UV illumination and thermal attacks at 85 °C in air. Since no charge transport layer is applied and carbon electrode is chosen to replace the noble metal electrode, the whole production costs of our devices are quietly low. Statement of Problem: Accurate placement of tilted implants is essential as they are typically close to important anatomic structures. Inaccurate implant position may damage those structures and affect outcomes., Purpose: The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare the accuracy and efficiency of an autonomous dental implant robotic (ADIR) system and a static computer-assisted implant surgery (sCAIS) system in placing tilted implants in edentulous patients., Material and Methods: Ten 3-dimensionally (3D) printed edentulous mandibular casts were assigned to 1 of 2 groups (ADIR and sCAIS). The coronal, apical, and angular deviations of the placement of tilted implants, preoperative preparation time, and surgical time were compared between the 2 groups. The paired samples t test and the independent samples t test were used to compare the groups (α=.05)., Results: The mean ±standard deviation of coronal, apical, and angular deviation in the ADIR group and sCAIS group were 0.47 ±0.06 mm versus 1.09 ±0.11 mm, 0.47 ±0.05 mm versus 1.53 ±0.14 mm, and 0.91 ±0.82 degrees versus 2.83 ±0.55 degrees, respectively. The deviations of the tilted implant positions in the ADIR were relatively small and significantly different from those of sCAIS (P<.05). The preoperative preparation time of the ADIR group was significantly longer than that of the sCAIS group (P<.001), and the surgical time for the 2 groups was statistically similar (P=.259)., Conclusions: Compared with the sCAIS system, the deviation of tilted implants in the ADIR group was smaller, but the preoperative preparation time was longer. The results indicated that using the ADIR for tilted implantation can lead to more accurate implantation positions and reduce the occurrence of complications. BACKGROUND This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing evidence-based preoperative nursing interventions in reducing postoperative infections and intensive care unit (ICU) length of stay among liver transplant recipients. MATERIAL AND METHODS A controlled study was conducted, comparing postoperative outcomes between an intervention group receiving standardized, evidence-based preoperative care and a control group receiving routine preoperative care. Patients undergoing elective liver transplantation from September 2020 to March 2021 were included and assigned to either the intervention or control group. The intervention group received preoperative interventions based on best available evidence, while the control group received standard preoperative care. The primary outcomes measured were postoperative infection rates and length of ICU stay. RESULTS In the control group the overall Intensive Care Unit (ICU) length of stay was 3 days and the infection rate was 33.30%, while in the intervention group it was 3 days and 13.80% (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the length of ICU stay between the control and the intervention groups (P>0.05). There was a significant improvement in the awareness, acceptance, and compliance of doctors and nurses. CONCLUSIONS Using the best evidence-based intervention for preoperative nursing of liver transplantation patients can standardize preoperative nursing behavior. Although we did not find significant differences in outcomes before and after the intervention, it is necessary to prevent postoperative infection and improve nursing compliance.

This study explored the curative effect of Jingfang Mixture on urticaria mice induced by aluminum hydroxide/ovalbumin, and discussed its mechanism. Sixty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into a normal group, a model group, three Jingfang Mixture(low-dose, medium-dose, and high-dose) groups, and a positive drug(cetirizine hydrochloride) group. The urticarial model in mice was induced by the intraperitoneal injection of the mixed solution of ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide. The degrees of pruritus were observed after the second immunization. Pathological changes were detected by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining. Levels of interleukin 1β(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) in the serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Expressions of NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3) and IL-1β were detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC). Expressions of nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB p65), NLRP3, apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD(ASC), cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteases 1(caspase-1), and IL-1β proteins were detected by Western blot. The results showed that, except for the normal group, the mice in all groups had different degrees of pruritus. Compared with the model group, the Jingfang Mixture groups and the positive drug group prolonged the scratching latency of mice(P&lt;0.05), and significantly reduced the number of scratching(P&lt;0.05). In addition, the Jingfang Mixture groups and the positive drug group improved the pathological morphology of skin tissue. The expression levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in serum were significantly reduced(P&lt;0.05), and the number of NLRP3 and IL-1β positive cells was decreased(P&lt;0.01). The expressions of p-NF-κB p65, NLRP3, ASC, cleaved caspase-1, and IL-1β protein were significantly down-regulated(P&lt;0.05). The results of the above study indicate that Jingfang Mixture inhibit the inflammatory response in urticaria mice, and the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of activating NF-κB/NLRP3/IL-1β signaling pathway.

Urticaria is an immune-mediated allergic disease. This study explored the effect of Jingfang Mixture on spleen T lymphocyte subsets of urticaria mice. A total of 50 Kunming mice were randomized into normal group(C), model group(V), and low-(JF-L, 0.5 g·kg~(-1)), medium-(JF-M, 1 g·kg~(-1)) and high-dose(JF-H, 2 g·kg~(-1)) Jingfang Mixture groups, with 10 mice in each group. The mixture of ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide(0.1 mg + 0.1 mL) was used(intraperitoneal injection) to induce urticaria in mice. The administration began 6 days after the first immunization, and the second immunization was carried out 10 days after the first immunization. The pruritus index was detected within 30 min after the second immunization. The administration lasted 21 days. After 21 days, the serum was taken to detect the total IgE level. Based on hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining, the pathological changes of skin tissue were observed, and Western blot was used to detect the levels of p-Janus kinase 2(JAK2)/JAK2 and p-signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)/STAT3 in skin tissue. The spleen was taken to detect the spleen index, and flow cytometry was employed to determine the expression of lymphocyte subsets. The results showed that group V had obvious pathological changes in skin tissue compared with group C. Moreover, group V showed more scratches, higher spleen index, and higher level of total serum IgE than group C. In addition, higher levels of p-JAK2 and p-STAT3, lower proportions of CD4~+T, Th1, and Treg, higher proportions of CD8~+T, Th2, and Th17, and lower ratios of CD4~+/CD8~+, Th1/Th2, and Terg/Th17 were observed in group V than in group C. Compared with group V, each administration group showed alleviation of the pathological morphology of skin tissue, obvious epidermal thickening, relatively intact collagen fiber structure of dermal reticular layer, alleviated edema, and relief of vasodilation and peripheral inflammatory cell infiltration. Moreover, less scratching, lower spleen index, lower p-JAK2/JAK2 and p-STAT3/STAT3 were observed in the administration groups than in group V. JF-M group and JF-H group demonstrated lower levels of total IgE, larger proportions of CD4~+T, Th1, and Treg, smaller proportions of CD8~+ T, Th2, and Th17, and higher ratios of CD4~+/CD8~+, Th1/Th2, and Terg/Th17. In conclusion, Jingfang Mixture may improve the symptoms of urticaria mice by regulating the balance of spleen T lymphocyte subsets through JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway.

Herein, we develop a novel strategy for preparing all-inorganic cesium lead halide (CsPbX 3 , X = Cl, Br, I) perovskite nanocrystals (NCs)@Zn-based metal-organic framework (MOF) composites through interfacial synthesis. The successful embedding of fluorescent perovskite NCs in Zn-MOFs is due to the in situ confined growth, which is attributed to the re-nucleation of water-triggered phase transformation from Cs 4 PbBr 6 to CsPbBr 3 . The controllable synthesis of mixed-halide based composites with various emission wavelength can be achieved by adding the desired amount of halide (Cl or I) salts in the re-nucleation process. More importantly, the anion exchange reaction is inhibited among various composites with different halogen atoms by being trapped in MOFs. Besides, a white light-emitting diode (WLED) is produced using a blue LED chip with the green-emitting and red-emitting composites, which has a color coordinate of (0.3291, 0.3272) and a wide color gamut.
