Objective To discuss the nursing strategy of dynamic navigation technology in the treatment of edentulous implantation with immediate restoration. Methods Totally 42 patients with edentulous jaws treated in First Clinical Division, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from January 2019 to May 2023 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were treated with implant-supported immediate restoration of edentulous jaws under dynamic navigation. Nursing care experience was analyzed. Results Through preoperative design and dynamic navigation-assisted surgery, all the patients achieved successful immediate restoration with accurate location of implants and no complication. All the implant were placed at the correct position and achieved good initial stability. Immediate fixation and repair were completed, with a complication rate of 1. 59% at 6 months after surgery. Conclusion Dynamic navigation-assisted edentulous implantation requires nursing staff to get a good knowledge of related theories, appliance installment and software operation. Effective nursing plays important role in the treatment of dynamic navigation-assisted edentulous implantation. (回顾性分析基于以即刻修复为目标的动态导航下无牙颌种植手术的护理配合要点。方法 收集2019年1月—2023年5月收治的在动态导航系统引导下完成无牙颌种植手术伴即刻固定修复的42例患者的临床资料, 分析动态导航技术的应用情况及护理配合特点。结果 42例患者经过术前设计、术中导航均实现精确的种植体植入, 种植体就位率达100%, 并获得良好的初期稳定性, 完成即刻固定修复, 术后6个月并发症发生率为1. 59%。结论 动态导航辅助下的无牙颌种植手术需要护理人员熟练掌握动态导航理论知识、导航器械的安装使用及软件操作等相关技能, 做好充足的术前准备以及默契的术中护理配合, 以确保手术顺利完成。)

Although the tandem WOLED have the potential of high efficiency and long lifetime, the high voltage of tandem structure usually limits its application inAR/VR products. To achieve low voltage WOLED, it is necessary to develop single structure. Most of the reported single WOLED with the use of TADF materials show a relatively large CIE coordinates. In this work, we use the combination of blue fluorescence and yellow TADF materials with a 1‐2 nm p‐type interlayer material between them. The energy is transferred from blue fluorescence to TADF. And finally, the single WOLED with tunable color temperature was realized. The CIE coordinates can be tuned from the warm white point of (0.313, 0.323) to the cold white point of (0.285, 0.279). The roll‐off of efficiency from 240 nit to 3000 nit is lower than 10%, and the lifetime (LT95) can reach 1300 h at 1000 nit. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper, a novel CGL structure is designed and studied to improve the lateral leakage in stacked OLED devices. Experiments confirmed that the position of transverse leakage mainly occurred in the CGL layer, and the new CGL structure was realized by optimizing the n‐CGL material. Compared with the reference CGL structure device, the voltage of the new structure device decreased by 0.05v, and the current efficiency increased by 5%. The average value of the color gamuts was improved by 5%, demonstrating the effectiveness and stability of the new CGL structure. The mechanism of the new CGL structure was verified by EOD. The carrier transmission performance of the new CGL structure was worse, but the carrier injection performance was improved, so as to improve the lateral leakage problem under the premise of ensuring the role of CGL. Due to its high quantum yield and unique spectral characteristics, quantum dots (QDs) color conversion materials have attracted great attention in the application of luminescent display products. However, there is a lack of effective optical model for QD color conversion materials, especially for the propagation and distribution of light, when the QD ink contains scattering particles. In this paper, a full‐view optical model of QD conversion and blue backlight device architecture is established. The model can not only output the spectral information in the front view, but also predict the spectral information of the QD color conversion device in other different views. At the same time, the effects of QD concentration, thickness, particle size and refractive index on the luminous efficiency of the device structure are also studied by using this optical model. On the other hand, the influence of conversion efficiency of QD and EL backlight on the power consumption and lifetime of QD products is also studied by using this optical model. The model can realize the output of the optical influence on the future products by the parameters related to QD color conversion materials and backlight without actual device fabrication, which can greatly reduce time and labor cost. Dry eye disease (DED) is the most common disease affecting vision and quality of life. PM2.5 was a potential risk of DED. Herein, we conducted animal exposure and cell-based studies to evaluate the pathogenic effect of PM2.5 exposure on the ocular surface and DED etiological mechanisms. C57 mice were exposed to filtered air and PM2.5 aerosol. We assessed health conditions and inflammation of the ocular surface by corneal fluorescein staining and immunohistochemistry. In parallel, cultured human corneal epithelial cells (HCETs) were treated with PM2.5, followed by characterization of cell viability, intracellular ATP level, mitochondrial activities, and expression level of DED relevant mRNA and proteins. In mice, PM2.5 exposure induced severe superficial punctate keratopathy and inflammation in their cornea. In HCETs, cell proliferation and ROS generation followed dose-response and time-dependent manner; meanwhile, mitochondrial ROS (mtROS) level increased and mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) level decreased. Inflammation cascade was triggered even after short-term exposure. The reduction of ATP production was alleviated with Nrf2 overexpression, NF-κB P65 knockdown, or ROS clearance. Nrf2 overexpression and P65 knockdown reduced inflammatory reaction through decreasing expression of P65 and increasing of Nrf2, respectively. They partly alleviated changes of ROS/mtROS/MMP. This research proved that PM2.5 would cause DED-related inflammation reaction on corneal epithelial cells and further explored its mechanism: ROS from mitochondrial dysfunctions of corneal epithelial cells after PM2.5 exposure partly inhibited the expression of anti-inflammatory protein Nrf2 led the activation of inflammatory protein P65 and its downstream molecules, which finally caused inflammation reaction. This paper presents a novel approach for modeling Boost converters using the Caputo–Fabrizio (C-F) definition-based fractional-order model to address singular characteristics in fractional-order definitions and enhance model accuracy. A small signal modeling method is proposed to improve the accuracy of circuit parameter design and to derive state-averaged models, state-space equations, and transfer functions. The influence of capacitor and inductor orders on steady-state characteristics is analyzed and the influence of fractional-order on ripple characteristics is investigated through simulation. When the fractional-order approaches 1, the output voltage increases and the inductance current decreases, with waveform jitter mitigation. Moreover, boundary conditions for continuous conduction mode operation are established based on ripple characteristics. The numerical and circuit-oriented simulations verify the correctness of the proposed model. Finally, the orders and accurate parameters of capacitors and inductors based on the C-F definition are determined and the experiments are conducted. The comparison between the experimental and simulation results demonstrates that the proposed model can accurately describe the steady-state characteristics of the practical circuit systems, which further validates the accuracy of the proposed method. Proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) is an intractable condition after rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RD), which is the primary cause of failure in retinal reattachment surgery. This study aimed to investigate the effects of chicken ovalbumin upstream promoter transcriptional factor 1 (COUP-TF1) in the development of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) both in vitro and in vivo. Adult retinal pigment epithelium cell line was used for in-vitro experiments. Immunocytochemistry assay, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and Western blot were used to measure the expression of COUP-TF1, alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), and E-cadherin. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) was observed through cell counting kit-8 assay, wound healing tests, and the expression changes of related proteins. PVR rabbit models were established and evaluated by the images of fundus and vitreous cavity, pathological sections, and COUP-TF1 expression. As shown by our results, the proliferation and migration of the COUP-TF1 knockdown cells were reduced compared with the control cells with or without transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) treatment. After TGF-β1 treatment, α-SMA expression was upregulated in ARPE-19 cells but kept the same in COUP-TF1 knockdown cells. E-cadherin expression was down-regulated in all the groups but the extent of the decrease in COUP-TF1 knockdown cells was smaller. EMT was attenuated in ARPE-19 cells after COUP-TF1 was knocked down. In the in-vivo experiment, PVR severity was attenuated and the retinal detachment rate decreased on the 14th and 28th day in COUP-TF1 knockdown group. In conclusion, COUP-TF1 is related to the development of PVR, and COUP-TF1 knockdown attenuates the progression of PVR. This suggests that COUP-TF1 can be a promising candidate for the treatment of PVR.
