Background: Uterine Fibroids (UFs) are common benign tumors in the female reproductive tract, but their progression to intravascular leiomyomatosis (IVL) is rare. Presently, there are few reports on single-stage resection of UFs and IVL. Case presentation: A 47-year-old woman, G2P2, had been diagnosed multiple UFs four years ago and now developed heart failure. Imaging examinations revealed that UFs had invaded the right iliac vein and extended into the right atrium through the inferior vena cava. Through multidisciplinary collaboration and a single-stage resection, the patient has survived for over 24 months post-surgery, and her heart function has significantly improved compared to preoperative levels, with no recurrence of UFs observed. Conclusions: Single-stage resection of IVL and UF is feasible and advantageous for this case, and selecting the appropriate surgical approach is crucial. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The task of generating sequence images from paragraphs by generating confrontation networks can already generate higher quality images.However,when the input text involves multiple objects and relationships,the context information of the text sequence is difficult to extract,the object layout of the generated image is prone to confusion,and the generated object details are insufficient.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a method of generating sequence images based on scene graphs based on StoryGAN.First,the paragraph is converted into multiple scene graphs through graph convolution,each scene graph contains the object and relationship information of the corresponding text.Then,the bounding box and segmentation mask of the object are predicted to calculate the scene layout.Finally,according to the scene layout and the context information,a sequence of images more in line with the object and its relationship is generated.Tests on CLEVR-SV and CoDraw-SV data sets show that the me-thod in this paper can generate 64×64-pixel sequence images containing multiple objects and their relationships.Experimental results show that on the CLEVR-SV data set,the SSIM and FID of this method are improved by 1.34% and 9.49% respectively than StoryGAN.On the CoDraw-SV data set,the ACC of this method is 7.40% higher than that of StoryGAN.The proposed method improves the rationality of the layout of the generated scene,not only can generate an image sequence containing multiple objects and relationships,but also the generated image has higher quality and clearer details.

The recycling of subcontinental lithospheric mantle back into the asthenosphere during continental breakup is potentially a major but underappreciated process in plate tectonics. Here, we report major and trace elements for detrital peridotite minerals in carbonate breccias dredged from the Marion Rise, Southwest Indian Ridge. With an emphasis on the trace elements of the relatively abundant orthopyroxene detrital grains, the results show that a portion of pyroxene grains was likely derived from a mantle source that experienced hydrous melting and slab‐derived melt metasomatism above a subduction zone. This finding provides a novel view into the mantle geochemistry at midocean ridges, as well as evidence that Marion Rise is at least partially supported by chemically buoyant recycled refractory mantle wedge material. Regeneration is the regrowth of damaged tissues or organs, a vital process in response to damages from primitive organisms to higher mammals. Planarian possesses active whole‐body regenerative capability owing to its vast reservoir of adult stem cells, neoblasts, providing an ideal model to delineate the underlying mechanisms for regeneration. RNA N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modification participates in many biological processes, including stem cell self‐renewal and differentiation, in particular the regeneration of haematopoietic stem cells and axons. However, how m6A controls regeneration at the whole‐organism level remains largely unknown. Here, we demonstrate that the depletion of m6A methyltransferase regulatory subunit wtap abolishes planarian regeneration, potentially through regulating genes related to cell–cell communication and cell cycle. Single‐cell RNA‐seq (scRNA‐seq) analysis unveils that the wtap knockdown induces a unique type of neural progenitor‐like cells (NP‐like cells), characterized by specific expression of the cell–cell communication ligand grn. Intriguingly, the depletion of m6A‐modified transcripts grn, cdk9 or cdk7 partially rescues the defective regeneration of planarian caused by wtap knockdown. Aptamer-based probes are pivotal components in various sensing strategies, owing to their exceptional specificity and versatile programmable structure. Nevertheless, numerous aptamer-based probes usually offer only a single function, limiting their capacity to meet the diverse requirements of multi-faceted sensing systems. Here, we introduced supersandwich DNA probes (SSW-DNA), designed and modified on the outer surface of nanochannels with hydrophobic inner walls, enabling dual functionality: qualitative detection for on-site analysis and quantitative detection for precise analysis. The fragmented DNAs resulting from the target recognition, are subsequently identified through lateral flow assays, enabling robust on-site qualitative detection of microcystin-LR with an impressively low limit of detection (LOD) at 0.01 μg/L. Meanwhile, the nanochannels enable highly sensitive quantification of microcystin-LR through the current analysis, achieving an exceptionally low LOD at 2.5×10 -7  μg/L, with a broad dynamic range spanning from 1×10 -6 to 1×10 2  μg/L. Furthermore, the process of target recognition introduces just a single potential error propagation, which reduces the overall risk of errors during the entire qualitative and quantitative detection process. How Tibetan red deer ( Cervus elaphus wallichii ) acclimates to high altitude environment during the withered grass period is one of the challenges in maintaining their nutrient intake. It is an important basis to study the nutritional ecology of wild large ungulates in alpine ecosystems by investigating the changes in plant communities with altitude during the withered grass period and how these changes affect the food composition of Tibetan red deer. In this study, we selected the Tibetan red deer in Sangri County, Shannan region of Tibet as the research subject. We carried out field surveys on the altitude, plant communities, and feeding traces of the Tibetan red deer in March of 2021 and 2022 during the withered grass period on the Tibetan Plateau. Detrended correspondence analysis and canonical correspondence analysis were used to study altitudinal variations in plant communities and the regularity of food composition. The results showed that during the period of withered grass, Tibetan red deer ate primarily Salix daltoniana , Rosa macrophylla var. glandulifera and Dasiphora parvifolia . S . daltoniana accounted for more than 50% of the food composition, as the main food resources for red deer in withered grass period. In the low altitude area (4100-4300 m), plant community included Caragana versicolor , R . macrophylla and Berberis temolaica , and Tibetan red deer mainly ate R . macrophylla , C . versicolor and Artemisia wellbyi . In higher altitude area (4300-4600 m), plant community consisted of Rhododendron nivale , Rhododendron fragariiflorum , and Sibiraea angustata , and Tibetan red deer mainly fed on S . daltoniana , Salix obscura , and Carex littledalei . At different altitudes, the dominant plant species were the main food of Tibetan red deer. It is suggested that the changes of plant community composition with altitude directly affected food composition of Tibetan red deer, indicating different food composition patterns with altitude gradients.
