Este trabalho resulta de uma pesquisa que buscou analisar as implicações do Componente Curricular Eletivo (CCE) Educação Empreendedora no processo formativo das juventudes do Novo Ensino Médio de uma escola pública de Santa Catarina. Utilizou-se como metodologia o materialismo histórico e dialético, a partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, do tipo estudo de caso, com o desenvolvimento de análises bibliográficas e documentais. Buscou-se caracterizar como ocorreu a implementação desse CCE na escola selecionada, bem como analisar a compreensão de professores e jovens com relação às implicações da educação empreendedora em sua formação. Para tanto, entrevistaram-se a professora que lecionou o CCE Educação Empreendedora e 28 estudantes que cursaram tal componente, criando um espaço de escuta para esses sujeitos. Como resultados, demonstra-se que a contrarreforma do Ensino Médio apresenta fragmentação e o esvaziamento dos conhecimentos científicos e a fragilidade na formação para as juventudes da classe trabalhadora. Nesse contexto, o empreendedorismo se alastra no âmbito educacional, configurando-se como uma proposta do capital para formação das juventudes da classe trabalhadora, em um discurso que aproxima e legitima a integração do trabalhador com o trabalho precário, induzindo a formação de novas subjetividades, as quais atendam às demandas do capital. Por fim, compreende-se que, por trás do discurso do “novo” Ensino Médio, emergem interesses antigos de favorecimento em prol do empresariado, por meio de parcerias público-privadas que buscam conduzir as juventudes da classe trabalhadora à conformação, precarizando a sua formação, atingindo também outro objetivo, o de fazer a contenção do acesso ao Ensino Superior.

Objetivo: o debate em torno do tema do desenvolvimento sustentável tem pautado a agenda de governos, universidades, mercado e organizações não estatais, entre outros, há bastante tempo. Contudo, seus efeitos ainda não alcançaram os resultados esperados na promoção da qualidade de vida, com inclusão social, garantia de condições dignas de trabalho e redução das desigualdades, em especial de grupos historicamente marginalizados e vulneráveis, como as mulheres. Este estudo tem como objetivo geral identificar se o MMIB tem relevância e alinhamento com o desenvolvimento sustentável por seus membros participantes. Marco teórico: para a consecução dos objetivos, fez-se uso dos conceitos de desenvolvimento sustentável e bioeconomia. Método: com uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva e uma abordagem qualitativa, apoiada na técnica de entrevista e aplicação de questionário. Resultado: os resultados apontam que o movimento é constituído majoritariamente por mulheres e empreendedoras, fazendo uso dos recursos naturais e das capacidades dinâmicas em suas atividades de renda. No MMIB, tem-se em estágio inicial uma pequena cadeia de bioeconomia. Conclusões: a contribuição deste trabalho é que se identificou um movimento na Amazônia que, de forma simples, aplica os conceitos de desenvolvimento sustentável e bioeconomia, sendo reconhecido por seus pares. Purpose: The aim of this work is to approach the concept of sustainable entrepreneurship from a theoretical and a practical point of view, paying attention to new business models that are emerging around the world for social innovation. In this context, we focus the attention on the business model called one-for-one and we wonder whether the Colombian market should be a good option for developing this business model. Design/methodology/approach: To test the viability of the business model one-for-one we conducted a market research in March 2019, with a sample of students from two higher education institutions in the city of Medellin (Colombia). Findings: The results of the empirical research show the positive moral attitude of Colombian to solve social problems, but also the market immaturity because of the relative low purchase intentions found in Colombian potential consumers. Research limitations/implications: Not exempt from criticism, this work defends innovative business models standing for a business driven concept of sustainability which focusses on increasing both economic as well as social value. Practical implications - The model of donating one item to someone in need, for each item purchased, could be considered in the future a viable option for developing business models in Colombia. Social implications - Nowadays and more than never before, society requires that the actions of companies are aimed at contributing to social development and environmental sustainability, as well as economic viability. Companies oriented towards present and future sustainability in the decision making of purchase or investment will be an important source of competitive advantages in the near future. Originality/value: Although the study of sustainable entrepreneurship is still in very early stages in Latin American countries, this work shed light on the topic analyzing the business model one-for-one as a potential mean to foster a transition towards more sustainable societies. The aim of this study was to investigate and characterize the autonomous and remote executive secretary as a potential field of work for graduates of the Executive Secretariat course and its prospects for expansion. The methodology employed was qualitative, using a life narrative aprouch through personal accounts, involving interviews with three professionals in the studied niche. Identified disadvantages of autonomous work included: task overload, stress stemming from occupying a leadership role, and a lack of support network among professionals with similar work experiences. Advantages included: improvement in daily routines, establishment of a healthy work environment, and better control over workload volume. Regarding remote work, advantages were linked to geographical freedom, the ability to hire individuals from anywhere in the world to form a team, and better balance between personal and professional life, optimizing day-to-day routines. Disadvantages included the challenges of structuring a company, reliance on technology for task completion, and social isolation resulting from remote work. The interviewed professionals do not foresee a return to CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) as a possibility in the near future. The aim of this essay was to create a theoretical-methodological apparatus that supplements the analysis of the symbolisms present in the landscape and how they affect – in a topophilic or topophobic way – the relations of entrepreneurs with place. The proposal is to understand a little more how the socio-spatial context of entrepreneurship can direct the profile of local entrepreneurial cultures using the symbolisms (culturally loaded) printed on the landscape and the way these meanings are apprehended by the entrepreneurial community. For that, we have resort to the theoretical debates developed in Anthropology and Social Sciences about culture, and in the discussions about landscape and subjective relations with place, current in Cultural Geography. The approximation of the concepts of topophilia (and topophobia) is inspired by the recent use (2020) of the term, in a more practical and less theoretical context, as one of the key factors for the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem. It is, therefore, a matter of establishing the potential and validity of using this concept to understand the phenomenon of entrepreneurship; thus, it is useful to outline a theoretical-methodological framework to understand in greater depth such implications. O empreendedorismo na área da enfermagem é abordado como uma habilidade que envolve a concretização criativa de ideias, visando alcançar objetivos pessoais ou empresariais por meio de sinergia e inovação. Este estudo teve o objetivo de identificar desafios e tendências do empreendedorismo digital na área da enfermagem e se justificou ao pretender dar visibilidade à inovações na área da enfermagem, compreendendo como os profissionais se inserem e rentabilizam nas mídias sociais, e expressar a viabilidade e rentabilidade do mercado de mídias digitais para a enfermagem. Os participantes foram empreendedores da enfermagem atuantes em plataformas como Facebook, Instagram e YouTube e Tik Tok. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de um questionário online e para a análise de dados, foi utilizada a metodologia da Análise de Conteúdo. A coleta de dados desenvolveu-se mediante aprovação do estudo, pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões, campus Santo Ângelo. Participaram do estudo 16 profissionais. A maioria dos participantes são formados entre cinco e dez anos e trabalham com mídias digitais de um a três anos. A plataforma mais usada é o Instagram e, cursos e treinamentos são os serviços mais divulgados no seu cotidiano. Grande parte dos respondentes acredita ser possível crescer nesta área. Diante dos resultados pode-se concluir que o empreendedorismo digital surge como uma alternativa viável e promissora para a enfermagem.

Resumo O Poder de Escolha (PdE) é um projeto universitário criado e gerido pelo Grupo GENERAS na Faculdade de Economia, Administração, Contabilidade e Atuária (FEAUSP) da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). O projeto busca, com base nas pedagogias dialógicas de Paulo Freire e bell hooks, promover a criação de uma práxis decolonial tecida por estudantes, docentes e empreendedoras da periferia de São Paulo, por meio do empreendedorismo feminino periférico. Nossa proposta, neste artigo, é articular as escrevivências de pessoas que coconstroem o PdE, buscando entender como um projeto decolonial leva a tensões e ressignificações de suas concepções sobre si mesmas, sobre a universidade, a faculdade, o acesso de quem é considerado “de fora” a esses espaços, e sobre os papéis usualmente atribuídos a pessoas educadoras e educandas. Para tanto, foram conduzidas entrevistas com cinco pessoas envolvidas em duas edições do projeto, permitindo um processo autorreflexivo e, por conseguinte, a escrevivência. A análise das escrevivências indicou que o projeto proporcionou ressignificações acerca do pertencimento à universidade, do reconhecimento como empreendedora e por parte das empreendedoras, do que é esperado e possível de mulheres empreendedoras nas periferias da cidade, e do poder coletivo no e do processo ensino-aprendizagem. A relação dialógica com empreendedoras abre ainda, com essa experiência, possibilidades de discussão e de reconstrução da práxis acadêmica e da sua relação com a sociedade. Nossa contribuição consiste na articulação de saberes, da academia e da comunidade, visando construir uma identidade compartilhada, calcada na reflexão sobre a práxis e sobre teorias decoloniais, protagonizada por essas empreendedoras.

This article presents PBL (Project-Based Learning) integrated with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) and its contributions to academic training, identifying points of consonance regarding creative development, innovation and stimulation of entrepreneurial behavior in vocational technical education. The article will point out the technological trends for the beginning of the 21st century and their relationship with education, and how PBL with a STEAM approach integrates into this scenario, in order to stimulate creativity, innovation and the promotion of entrepreneurship in education. To this end, the research question is how to stimulate creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial behavior through the PBL method integrated with STEAM, in vocational technical education. The methodology adopted was based on the bibliographic review on the PBL method, STEAM and its relationship with technological trends, pedagogical practices in education and entrepreneurship. Background: The interview was conducted with Professor Paulo Wilton da Luz Câmara, who serves as an associate professor at the University of Vassouras, general coordinator of postgraduate lato sensu programs, and deputy coordinator of the Master's in Environmental Sciences. The professor has extensive academic and corporate experience. Objectives: The main objectives were to understand the importance of corporate experience in the role of a professor and researcher, discuss the evolution of public entrepreneurship policies in Brazil, understand the role of incubators, explore research on renewable energies in the defense sector, and learn about planned innovations for postgraduate programs. Methods: The interview was conducted in a semistructured format, with open-ended questions. The audio was transcribed for subsequent analysis and content structuring. Results: Corporate experience significantly influences academic performance. There has been relative improvement in public entrepreneurship policies, but the involved bodies lack specific knowledge. The article "Match & Matters: Challenges of (Intra)Entrepreneurship and Open Innovation" presents Larissa's journey in creating the Match & Matters platform, which connects business agents with positive socio-environmental impact. Larissa faced challenges regarding the profitability of the platform at Deloitte, where she decided to engage in intrapreneurship. The dilemma was to maximize the opportunities of the platform and overcome the challenges to keep it viable, reconciling positive impact and open innovation in a traditional corporate environment. The platform became a hub for promoting meetings between companies of different sizes and natures, contributing to innovation and positive socio-environmental impact. Entrepreneurial ecosystems have received increased attention both in academia and from policymakers. Higher education institutions are considered among the most impactful organizations in entrepreneurial ecosstems and active stakeholders in the regional provision of support activities towards the creation of new ventures, becoming entrepreneurial universities. There is still room for learning from case studies, especially when focused on leading universities closely connected to regional entrepreneurial ecosystems. Objetivo: Este ensaio teórico explica como as crises ocorrem e são enfrentadas por empreendedores, inclusive com o uso da efetuação (effectuation). Problema: As crises são variadas em natureza, intensidade e duração, exercem pressão sobre as organizações e os empreendedores. Exigem respostas rápidas, engenhosas e adaptadas ao contexto de incertezas e de falta de recursos. Contudo, falta o esclarecimento de como ocorrem para os empreendedores e como estes enfrentam-nas. Originalidade: A partir de uma caracterização das crises e de sua diversidade, o estudo aprofunda a explicação do enfrentamento das crises no empreendedorismo e de como a efetuação é (ou não consegue ser) útil em tal enfrentamento, destacando-se os níveis micro e macro das crises e variações de respostas a elas. Contribuições sociais/para gestão: Além de novos resultados de pesquisa, o ensaio oferece uma agenda para futuras publicações promissoras em busca de soluções para grandes desafios da humanidade.

O artigo resulta da pesquisa O neoliberalismo e o sujeito de si mesmo: Um estudo sobre a racionalidade neoliberal e o pathos da melancolização, conduzida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. A partir da conexão entre a perspectiva da filosofia política e da psicanálise, investigamos a constituição do sujeito neoliberal e a especificidade de seu pathos. Os acontecimentos políticos que atravessaram o cenário político e psicossocial brasileiro são nosso ponto de partida para interrogar sobre os processos psíquicos que estão na base da constituição da racionalidade neoliberal. Defendemos a hipótese de que a formação da racionalidade neoliberal se nutre da mobilização de um sentimento muito preciso — por nós denominados de melancolização. E é uma parte do desenvolvimento da hipótese, que objetivamos apresentar ao longo deste artigo.

Neste artigo, exploramos o empreendedorismo no funk paulista diante de mudanças sociotécnicas e socioeconômicas recentes. Investigamos como o trabalho de artistas se relaciona com o contexto econômico e as transformações na indústria da música. Propomos que os discursos dos empresários e produtores do funk são sintomas particulares de uma intensificação neoliberal em um mundo do trabalho dominado por plataformas. Metodologicamente, realizamos pesquisa bibliográfica pertinente a questões do trabalho no mercado musical e analisamos relatos de MCs e produtores disponíveis em mídias digitais, destacamente: Konrad Dantas (KondZilla) e Rodrigo GR6.

A nova Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) para a educação básica brasileira traz como questão central, principalmente para o Ensino Médio, a importância da escola se aproximar das questões da juventude. Ao anunciar esse objetivo, a BNCC produz um determinado discurso e embasa políticas públicas para a juventude, como a Reforma do Ensino Médio. Na medida em que a noção de juventude é mobilizada, outros termos também despontam como categorias centrais no documento: projeto de vida e empreendedorismo. O artigo analisa e problematiza essas referências na BNCC, indaga sobre quais noções de juventude e futuro são mobilizadas nesse documento e aborda os sentidos de uma ação educativa centrada em uma política pública e pedagogia do projeto de vida cuja finalidade é preparar os estudantes para o empreendedorismo. A pesquisa trabalha fundamentalmente com a análise de discurso da proposta curricular brasileira. A sua principal conclusão é que o discurso sobre a noção de futuro para a juventude construído pela reforma curricular do Ensino Médio não dialoga com a realidade e com as aspirações de futuro dos jovens brasileiros.

Com a crescente expansão do empreendedorismo no Brasil, e a sua importância no mercado de trabalho atual, este artigo tem como tema a carreira do profissional de secretariado e suas possibilidades empreendedoras e, para tanto, estabeleceu-se o objetivo de analisar se o empreendedorismo seria uma possibilidade de carreira para o profissional de secretariado, levando em consideração o seu perfil, seus aprendizados, as habilidades desenvolvidas durante a formação acadêmica e o crescimento da profissão no país. Para ser possível atingir o propósito da pesquisa, levantou-se a história do profissional de secretariado, que ainda é recente, e apesar de se ter informações datadas de 500 a.C., no Brasil, seu passado tem apenas 100 anos. Além disso, discutiu-se sobre o que seria considerado uma carreira, suas âncoras e seus tipos, e o empreendedorismo, e como seria o perfil do empreendedor nas terras brasileiras. Posteriormente, aplicou-se uma pesquisa de campo quantitativa com os profissionais da área e, como resultados, identificou-se que esses trabalhadores consideram o empreendedorismo como uma possibilidade para suas carreiras e, ademais, conheceu-se as principais habilidades e competências que são necessárias para ser considerado um empreendedor. Independentemente desses resultados, vale ressaltar que, ficou evidente durante o desenvolvimento do estudo, as dificuldades dos profissionais em se tornarem empreendedores no mercado atual, pois há uma escassez de estudos e dados sobre esse tema. Portanto, recomenda-se que haja mais espaço para que o assunto seja discutido no meio secretarial, tendo em vista que ainda se depara com os velhos conceitos de um(a) secretário(a) na sociedade e no espaço laboral.
