El presente trabajo se desarrolló con la finalidad de establecer la viabilidad de una propuesta de emprendimiento de la micro-empresa Chasqui Express enfocada al servicio de delivery de comida rápida cuya finalidad es además de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes potenciales de una manera rápida, óptima y oportuna, también ayudar a la comunidad de la Urbanización Villa Club a pasar mayor tiempo de calidad con su familia y al crecimiento económico del sector puesto que se abrirán nuevas plazas de trabajo; para ello se analizaron las bases teóricas, se estableció el objetivo general y cuatro objetivos específicos, así también a través de una fórmula estadística se establece una muestra que de 379 personas a las que se le aplicada la encuesta cuyos resultados permiten conocer los días de mayor demanda de entrega de pedidos, así como los horarios y el valor que estarían dispuestos a pagar por un servicio de calidad, todo esto permitió desarrollar el análisis financiero donde se determinó la viabilidad económica y financiera del proyecto; se determinó el mercado meta con lo cual se armó el plan de marketing con publicidad online y offline, todo esto con la finalidad de que la micro empresa Chasqui Express se convierta en líder del mercado para este tipo de servicio. The present project was developed with the purpose of establishing the feasibility of an entrepreneurship proposal of the Chasqui Express micro-enterprise focused on the fast food delivery service whose purpose is, in addition to satisfying the needs of potential customers in a fast, optimal way. and timely, also help the community of the Villa Club Urbanization to spend more quality time with their family and the economic growth of the sector since new jobs will be opened; For this, the theoretical bases were analyzed, the general objective and four specific objectives were established, as well as through a statistical formula, a sample was established of three hundred seventy nine people to whom the survey was applied, the results of which allow knowing the days of greatest demand for delivery of orders, as well as the schedules and the value that they would be willing to pay for a quality service, all this allowed to develop the financial analysis where the economic and financial viability of the project was determined; The target market was determined, with which the marketing plan was put together with online and offline advertising, all this with the aim that the Chasqui Express micro company becomes the market leader for this type of service.
