TELECOMMUNICATION ,DIGITAL communications ,VIRTUAL conferences ,MORAL norms ,DIGITAL technology ,DEONTOLOGICAL ethics - Abstract
This research is dedicated to analyzing the impact of judiciary digitalization on the development of deontological principles of professional activities of judicial process participants. In modern conditions, digital technologies become an integral part of the legal system, changing the traditional methods of work of judges, lawyers, investigators, and other specialists. The implementation of electronic case management systems, online conferences, and digital communication tools enhances the efficiency and accessibility of judicial services, reduces the time for case review, and decreases the risks of corruption. However, this process is accompanied by challenges such as ensuring cybersecurity, protecting personal data, and providing equal access to digital resources for all participants. Digitalization also affects the ethical norms and professional responsibility of judicial process participants. Enhancing the transparency of judicial processes requires professionals to adhere to principles of honesty and openness, as well as ensuring the confidentiality of information. The use of electronic communication tools imposes the need to maintain high ethical standards in the virtual space, including avoiding conflicts of interest and ensuring fairness in interactions between parties. One of the key aspects of the study is the necessity for ongoing professional training and adaptation to rapid technological changes. Participants in the judicial process must master new digital tools, understand their capabilities and risks, which promotes the development of ethical awareness and professional competence. This ensures high quality of judicial decisions and increases public trust in the judicial system. The conclusions of the study emphasize that the digitalization of the judiciary is a catalyst for the development of deontological principles of professional activity, contributing to the creation of a more transparent, fair, and reliable judicial system. The integration of digital technologies not only enhances the efficiency of judicial processes but also forms new ethical standards, which are the foundation for modern legal practice. CRIME ,LEGAL norms ,LEGAL documents ,MALPRACTICE ,MEDICAL personnel ,PATIENTS' rights - Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study and analyze the criminal liability of healthcare professionals based on national and foreign experience. The author analyzes the national legislation of the States in the field of regulation of criminal liability of medical professionals, and identifies the existing achievements and problems. The author analyzes the case law of the European Court of Human Rights on positive obligations of the State in cases involving the proper provision of services by healthcare professionals. Using the comparative legal method of research, the author compares the legal norms regulating the issue of liability for failure to provide or improper provision of medical care, namely, the legislation of Ukraine, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, Romania, Croatia, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, France, Estonia, Germany, Spain, Canada, Japan and others. A legal analysis of possible options for the process of transferring and implementing the relevant legal provisions from foreign legislation to national legislation through legal mechanisms and methods of bringing a medical professional to criminal liability for improper performance of his/her professional duties is crucial for determining approaches to improving the legal framework of Ukraine regarding the criteria of liability of a medical professional for improper performance of his/her professional duties. It is established that due to the different structure of health care systems in each State and different concepts of legal regulation, approaches to addressing the issue of criminal liability of medical professionals for professional crimes differ primarily in that in most States, such entities are liable for causing harm to life and health of a person, while in the legislation of other States such acts are provided for in a separate chapter or section dealing directly with criminal offenses in the medical field It is determined that foreign countries widely use medical insurance against improper treatment as a guarantee mechanism for compensating patients for harm caused by medical error, which helps to protect violated rights. CRIME ,CRIMINAL procedure ,MALPRACTICE ,RECIDIVISTS ,JOB descriptions ,SELF-neglect - Abstract
The purpose of this article is to identify the ways to minimize such a socially dangerous act as improper performance of professional duties by a medical professional, and also to study the legitimacy of bringing doctors to liability for failure to perform or improper performance of professional duties, to find out the reasons which cause this type of criminal offenses to be committed, and also to address the issue of the investigation process of bringing a medical professional to criminal liability, which is quite time-consuming given that it takes a long time taking into account the tasks assigned to the pretrial investigation bodies, accompanied by a set of measures defined by the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, such as assessing the correctness of the manipulations of a medical specialist with the involvement of experts of appropriate qualifications and the seizure of medical records, comparing the protocol tactics of medical treatment and preventive measures by a medical professional with the actions that should have been taken in a given situation). At the same time, the pre-trial investigation authorities are deprived of the opportunity to summon a doctor to testify regarding information constituting medical secrecy, which complicates the conduct of investigative (detective) actions. However, in each case, in order to prove the guilt of a healthcare professional, it is necessary to establish which professional duties were assigned to the person and were not fulfilled at all, which is an absolute inaction of a healthcare professional in a real opportunity to act, and which of such duties were improperly performed, with significant violations of direct duties regulated by job descriptions, qualification requirements and treatment protocols with a clear algorithm of actions, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Health and SES of Ukraine, and WHO recommendations. Clarification of the specifics of the subject matter of proving improper performance of professional duties by a medical or pharmaceutical worker (Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is necessary both in theory and practice. Given the inestimable importance of human health and life as the highest social value, harm caused to them as a result of improperly performed medical intervention is extremely dangerous to society, and therefore requires specific criminal law means of regulation. In this study, an analysis of the effectiveness of design technologies in teaching the construction and maintenance of cars was carried out, which allowed assessing their impact on the development of theoretical and practical skills of students. It was found that the use of project technologies in teaching significantly improves the quality of students’ assimilation of theoretical knowledge and contributes to the development of practical skills. It was found that students who completed tasks in the form of projects better understood the principles of operation of automotive systems and were able to apply their knowledge in real situations. Practical work in the project format contributed to the development of critical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions, as participants were forced to analyse problems and find optimal ways to solve them. It was also found that the project method increased students' motivation to learn and encouraged them to independently search for information, collaborate in a team, and use modern diagnostic tools. Work in groups contributed to the development of communication and time management skills, which are important in professional activities. In general, the results of the study indicate a significant increase in the effectiveness of the educational process through the integration of the project method, which contributes not only to a deeper assimilation of theoretical knowledge, but also to the development of practical skills that directly affect the professional readiness of students of technical specialities. The results of this study can be used in educational institutions that train car maintenance specialists to improve training programmes and teaching methods

rehabilitation ,professional activity ,return to work ,myocardial infarction ,sick leave ,cardiac rehabilitation ,Public aspects of medicine ,RA1-1270 - Abstract
Background Cardiovascular diseases, with myocardial infarction (MI) on the leading position, remain a serious health care issue and socio-economic burden. Nevertheless, factors influencing the return of patients to the professional activity are not fully understood. Cardiac rehabilitation may have a positive impact on the return to professional activity after MI. However, no study among participants in the comprehensive care after myocardial infarction (CCMI) model (in Polish: “KOS-zawał”) evaluated this issue so far. The aim of the study was to evaluate factors influencing the return to work and duration of the sick leave after MI among patients who participated in the CCMI in a single reference cardiology centre in Poland. Material and Methods In total, 144 patients were screened retrospectively. Out of them, 105 were included in the analysis. All patients were treated with direct percutaneous coronary intervention according to current European Society of Cardiology guidelines and participated in cardiac rehabilitation within the CCMI program, therefore had been provided optimal and modern therapeutic approach. Data was collected based on patients’ medical records and information furnished by the insurer. Results Out of 105 patients analysed, 93 (88,6%) returned to work. A positive predictor of returning to work was male sex. Predictors of a prolonged return to work were older age and female sex. Completing rehabilitation, anthropometric factors, biochemical factors or results of post-MI echocardiographic examination did not influence the return to professional activity. Conclusions A relatively large percentage of patients after MI and in the CCMI program returns to professional activity. Main factors of prolonged sick leave are older age and female sex. The aim of the article is to identify the determinants of professional inactivity of retirees living in rural areas of the Eastern Poland macro-region. The method used was a literature review, document analysis and a survey using the survey technique conducted among 403 retirees receiving retirement benefits aged 60-69 (women) and 65-69 (men). About 60% of retirees living in the countryside only received retirement benefits and were not interested in working. In the case of retirees living in rural areas, compared to retirees living in cities, relatively greater barriers to taking up work were: lack of appropriate job offers, too high employer requirements, too low offered remuneration, health problems and a lower level of education. The study revealed the existence of statistically significant differences regarding the determinants of professional inactivity in the case of retirees living in rural areas and cities. The analysis of barriers to retirees staying on the labor market indicates the need for systemic support in the area of promoting employment, e.g. through financial support for recruiting companies, and on the other hand, activities activating seniors themselves. The high percentage of respondents who had unspecified plans after cessation of professional activity may indicate that these people could be more optimally “managed” on the labor market. Properly addressing activities supporting the use of the potential of older people requires a systematic diagnosis of resources and needs and monitoring the situation in the context of assessing the objective and subjective quality of life.

Background. The disclosure of patterns of formation and development of basic competencies of specialists is an essential condition for optimizing the process of professional training and improving the effectiveness of information-related activity in general. Objective. The aim is to identify and explain the features and patterns of the genesis of two basic categories of specialists’ competencies: hard-skills and soft-skills in the process of professionalization. Methods. A set of techniques aimed at expert assessment of the degree of formation of the main professional competencies in specialists was applied. The research was based on the synthesis of the judgments concentration method, the method of focus groups and the method of “frequency-significant selection”, as well as on a specially developed methodology for exporting two categories of competencies: hard-skills and soft-skills. In addition, the method of correlation analysis was used, including in the variant of determining the coefficients of the correlation ratio (η). Study Participants. The study involved three experienced groups of specialists from one of the most representative types of this activity — programmers. The first group included persons with up to 1.5 years of experience; the second — with 3 to 4 years of experience; the third — with 7 or more years of experience. Quantitatively, the first group included 72 respondents, the second group consisted of 64 participants, and the third group involved 43 people. 74% of the total number of the entire sample were male, 26% were female. The age range of the surveyed respondents is from 21 to 42 years. Results. It is revealed that the formation and development of a common set of professional competencies, differentiating into two main categories: hard-skills and soft-skills, is based on the principles that are characteristic of system-genesis as a special type of genesis. They are the principles of unevenness and heterochrony. Consequently, the process of professionalization of specialists is also a process of system-genesis. It is proved that in relation to information activity and its genesis, this process acquires fundamentally new characteristics. It unfolds not only in accordance with classical system-genetic patterns, but also appears as a more complex process of metasystem-genesis. This means that it includes the formation and development not only of those determinants that have internal localization in relation to it as a system, but also of those that have extrasystemic localization. They, being functionally included, “embedded” in it, constitute one of the levels of its subjective determinants: the level of meta-competencies, which is formed by the soft-skills category. Due to them, it is possible to minimize those deficits that are inherent in the case of an insufficient level of hard-skills formation, and thereby optimize the activity as a whole. Conclusions. The study established a fundamentally new result, consisting in substantiating the belonging of the process of formation of professional competencies of specialists to the system-genetic type, and the entire process of professionalization should be understood and explained as a process of system-genesis. In addition, in relation to information activity, it is presented in its specific form — as metasystem-genesis, since it also includes the formation of such competencies that are localized outside the activity itself and have the character of meta-competence formations — soft-skills.

The article presents psychological aspects of aggression in the context of professional activity of police personnel. The nature and manifestations of aggression in the working environment of police officers are investigated, the factors that cause aggressive behaviour are considered, and its impact on the efficiency and safety of performance of official duties is analysed. The theoretical analysis has shown that everyday stress and dangerous situations in wartime create a favourable environment for the development of aggressive tendencies, which can negatively affect the quality of official duties performance. It has been found that aggression among police personnel can take various forms such as verbal conflict and physical force, which calls into question the credibility of law enforcement agencies and can have serious legal and ethical consequences. The purpose of the study is to examine and analyse various manifestations of aggression among police personnel in order to identify possible differences in their characteristics and ability to display such behaviour. The sample consisted of 200 police officers, divided into two groups by gender, 100 in each group. The first group was represented by men, the second by women. The study used the “Aggression Level Questionnaire” by A. Bass and A. Darky. Mathematical and statistical processing of the results was carried out using Student’s t-test for independent samples and Fisher's angular transformation criterion (φ). An empirical study of aggression among police officers of different gender groups has revealed significant differences in the manifestation of aggressive behaviour. Male police officers are more likely to use physical force and verbal aggression compared to female police officers. At the same time, both groups have a similar tendency to indirect aggression and negativism, which indicates a general tendency towards indirect forms of aggression and oppositional behaviour among police personnel. Female police officers show a higher level of irritability, suspicion and resentment, which may affect their interaction with others and their overall psychological state.

EQUAL rights ,LAW enforcement agencies ,POLICE ,CRIMINAL law ,JUSTICE - Abstract
The article analyzes the links between the basic principles of criminal law of Ukraine and the principles governing criminal law protection of professional activities of law enforcement agencies. Special attention is paid to the study of interaction and impact of these principles on law enforcement. The author refers to the contributions of national scholars who have studied the nature of certain principles of criminal law and offers a systematic analysis for further improvement of the regulatory framework. The author emphasizes that modern changes in criminal law should reflect not only historical experience, but also modern challenges that require a deeper understanding and application of the principles of justice, legality, humanism and democracy. The author also emphasizes the need to enshrine the principles in the new edition of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in order to comply with international standards and ensure legal certainty and objectivity of law enforcement. According to the author, there is a need for greater clarity and systematization of the principles of criminal law, and their inclusion in the Criminal Code will help ensure greater transparency and effic iency in their application. The author of the article emphasizes the importance of the principles of criminal law proposed by P.L. Fries, which form the basis for criminal law protection of professional activities of law enforcement agencies, but also emphasizes the possibility of their expansion. In particular, the author proposes new articles for the Criminal Code of Ukraine which include the principles of legality, equality before the law, guilt, justice, individualization of punishment, personal nature of responsibility, humanism, and inevitability of responsibility. The author comes to the conclusion that the principles of criminal law protection of the professional activities of law enforcement agencies are based on constitutional and criminal law principles. The basic principles such as the rule of law, justice, equality before the law, individualization of punishment, and inevitability of liability form the structure of protection of law enforcement officers' rights. An analysis of the principles which are repeated in constitutional and special criminal provisions shows that it is inappropriate to allocate separate principles for law enforcement officers. The author proposes a two-tier system of principles for effective criminal law protection which avoids duplication of categories and ensures systematic and rational law application. The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need to update data on the specifics of the activities of cadet sailors due to rapid changes in the organisational structure of modern society and understanding the role of this profession in it. The purpose of the study was to reveal the psychophysiological and individual psychological determinants of adaptation and their interdependence in the context of professional activity of novice seafarers. The paper uses methods of theoretic and methodological analysis, psychodiagnostic survey, and Pearson’s correlation analysis methods. As a result of the theoretical analysis, four groups of factors of professional adaptation were identified: psychophysiological, individual and psychological, socio-psychological, organisational and structural. Based on these factors, an empirical study was organised, which revealed the relationship between indicators of psychological stability, self-confidence, adaptability, and tolerance to ambiguity. It was determined that psychological resilience is associated with the parameters of passion, resourcefulness, optimism, and the level of expression of motivational components of professional activity of cadets, determined by the motives of life support and self-realisation. Disturbances in health, in particular in terms of exhaustion, emotional and vegetative instability, anxiety and fears, and maladjustment, affect the effectiveness and quality of value, emotional, volitional, social and informational regulation. The most common symptoms of health disorders among cadets on a voyage are vegetative and emotional instability, sleep disturbances, less pronounced symptoms of maladjustment such as addictions, anxiety, and fears, and the least pronounced symptoms are psychophysical exhaustion and willpower disorders. The paper contributes to the psychological science of professional and personal adaptability of the individual in extreme conditions. The study is of practical value for sociologists, teachers, psychologists, psychotherapists and doctors, who can contribute to solving problems of maladaptation in the labour sphere

The hidden or overlooked nature of many of educators' professional activities complicates the already difficult task of supporting educators' labour—in both K‐12 and higher education settings. These efforts can be understood as types of invisible labour. Following PRISMA standards, we conducted a systematic literature review to answer a single research question: How have scholars framed educators' professional activities in terms of invisible labour? This systematic review searched 10 educational databases and identified 16 peer‐reviewed journal articles spanning 2011–2021. From thematic analysis of these studies, we developed a model of five types of invisibility that intersect and mask educators' professional efforts: background, care, precarious, identity and remote labour. The review also showed several overall themes related to educators' invisible labour, which we discuss in connection to the literature: effort is often semivisible, invisibility is subjective, effort by marginalised educators is often overlooked, labour in unexpected places often means effort is overlooked, and there are layers of factors masking effort. We then discuss implications for practice, starting with five invisible labour questions to prompt reflection, then how to apply invisible labour as an improvement lens for identifying needs, allocating resources, analysing jobs and tasks, and evaluating performance. The article is devoted to analysing the level of satisfaction of the head of a school in Kyiv with the conditions of his professional activity. The authors conducted a survey of respondents (school principals and their deputies) from three districts of Kyiv; the questions were grouped into 4 main groups: the direct personality of the head, his or her satisfaction with the relationship with participants in the educational process, certain aspects of the functioning of the educational institution and the material support itself. The survey involved 119 heads of general secondary schools, of whom 75.6% have more than 20 years of teaching experience). Our analysis showed that the manager is quite satisfied with the choice of the profession of an educator and the place of work, relatively satisfied with the work as a manager and the results of management activities. He believes that he has a high level of professional training. The head is most satisfied with the relations with the students of the school, the relations with the education administration, the teaching staff, and the least with the relations with the parents. The manager is satisfied with the level of psychological comfort in the educational institution and the educational program created by the institution for grades 5--7. Considers the level of executive discipline of pedagogical workers to be acceptable. Furthermore, he has an average level of satisfaction with the material base in the educational institution. The only thing the manager is not satisfied with is his salary level. Despite this, he remains committed to his professional activity, which corresponds to his professional identification, and remains in his profession. We emphasise the importance of continuing research on establishing relations between teachers and parents of students and ways to improve the material base of general secondary education institutions. The article indicates the difficulties resulting from autism spectrum disorders and the path of diagnosing a child. An analysis was made of defining neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism, in the classification systems of disorders and health problems. Actions taken in educational institutions for students with ASD are shown. An analysis of the educational system for children on the spectrum and reflections on educating them to achieve optimal independence is presented. The aim was to analyse the needs and capabilities of autistic students, determining the need for changes in the educational system aimed at creating a model that would comprehensively develop all socially desirable competences, considering the multidimensionality and varying intensity of specific behaviours of people with ASD that make it difficult to achieve autonomy in adult life. There is a need to develop social competences, conduct therapy to eliminate undesirable behaviours, and introduce social training in real conditions. An opportunity may be to introduce a new perspective on the individual teaching path, i.e. the possibility of choosing subjects and expanding those in which the student can acquire competences for work. The benefits of new technologies in education and the opportunity to learn from each other are indicated. The need to prepare students with spectrum disorders to take up challenges and adapt to change is emphasised. Autistic students can become skilled workers and achieve independence. In the article, issues related to the effective training of students/pediatricians and assessment of their competencies are discussed, taking into account the specifics of pediatric care in modern conditions. Nowadays, pediatricians are using a number of innovative technologies and provide daily assistance to a larger number of patients than before, with much less time spent on professional communication. To a certain extent, this reduces the desire of pediatricians to take care of children, because under such conditions, the art of communicating with a patient and his family members is lost. The article provides recommendations on the experience of American educational institutions regarding the effective elimination of communication problems between students/ pediatric residents and a patient, members of his family, and colleagues. It describes methods that help learn the principles of cultural and effective professional communication in order to improve understanding of the psychology of a child and his family members in the context of the family medicine. Further, information is provided regarding the key approaches to the formation of the main components of professionalism in pediatric practice at the undergraduate and postgraduate stages of the training of pediatricians, collegiality, resolving issues of conflict of interests in the context of cooperation with representatives of the pharmaceutical industry.

The purpose of our research is to show theoretical basis of the formation of the image of world of future translator; to describe scientific approaches to the study of the image of the world of the person of future translator; to show psychological understanding of the Image of the world of the personality of future translator related to the concepts of development, activity and personal growth; to assess the formation of students’ motivational sphere in the paradigm of the image of the world of the person of future translator. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling, generalization. The ascertaining research was used as an empirical method. The results of the research. We proved, that as for “the desire to work with foreigners or abroad without an interpreter”, “to improve one’s material situation thanks to the knowledge of a foreign language”, these motives were dictated, first of all, by social changes in our life, increasing the authority of a foreign language among other disciplines due to the expansion of international relations. Students with good language training rate utilitarian motives more highly. A higher level of knowledge of a foreign language gives them greater confidence in these goals. All these motives are formed by the Image of the World of the personality of future translator. Conclusions. The analysis of the motivational sphere of students of the experimental and control groups made it possible to conclude that the motives for learning a foreign language are quite diverse, but all of them are highly valued by students. Students with developed Image of the World of the personality of future translator have aspirations and hopes to acquire new and necessary knowledge for their professional activities. However, they still cannot fully assess their capabilities, without having a sufficient level of knowledge and skills to carry out translation activities at a professional level.

Background. Currently, in connection with the reform in the system of higher education, studying characteristics of the university teacher that are the basis of ability to be a subject of work is a relevant task. Professional activity is one of these characteristics, which is a predictor of professional and personal development. Based on this, the need to study the structure, factors and dynamics of professional activity of university teachers is obvious. The study of this psychological phenomenon will give us the opportunity to create an effective system of methods for the development of professional activity. Objective. The goal is to study and describe objective and psychological predictors of professional activity in university teachers, compiling a professional activity equation. Studi Participants. 445 teachers from different universities in Russia, 150 men and 295 women aged 24 to 83 years were involved in the study. Methods. We used the following methods: research questionnaire of professional activity and a form on professional activity, a questionnaire of formal-dynamic properties of temperament by V.M. Rusalov and a questionnaire “Differential type of reflection” by D.A. Leontyev. Results. It has been shown that the predictors of professional activity include gender (β = 0,10; F = 28,25; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,34 for research questionnaire of professional activity; β = 0,16; F = 9,06; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,14 for a question form on professional activity), experience of pedagogical activity (β = 0,21; F = 9,06; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,14 for a question form on professional activity), formal-dynamic properties of individuality: total level of activity (β = 0,20; F = 28,25; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,34 for research questionnaire of professional activity; β = 0,18; F = 9,06; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,14 for a question form on professional activity) and reflection: systemic reflection (β = 0,31; F = 28,25; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,34 for research questionnaire of professional activity; β = 0,15; F = 9,06; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,14 for a question form of professional activity) and introspection (β = –0,34; F = 28,25; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,34 for research questionnaire of professional activity; β = –0,15; F = 9,06; p = 0,00; R2 = 0,14 for a question form of professional activity). Conclusions. The development of professional activity is determined by natural qualities, namely the general level of activity on the one hand. While, on the other hand, qualities that indicate the maturity of the personality as systemic reflection also determine professional activity. The data can be used in the development of professional activity training. Of course, the objective parameters and properties of temperament cannot be corrected. However, we can take them into account in our work, providing an individual approach, and focusing on the development of systemic professional reflection.

In contemporary society, social work faces a serious problem of a shortage of qualified professionals. This shortage caused by the low prestige of the profession and significant professional burnout among practicing social workers. Professional burnout, a result of chronic stress and emotional exhaustion, negatively impacts the quality of services provided, deteriorating the overall quality of life for both the specialists themselves and society as a whole. The article examines this issue in detail, focusing on the role of coping strategies in managing stress and preventing burnout. The authors of the article pay special attention to adaptive coping strategies, such as seeking social support, positive reevaluation, and the development of professional skills, which help to cope with professional challenges and reduce the risk of developing professional burnout. The study utilizes diagnostic methods for assessing the level of professional burnout and coping strategies among social workers in the city of Karaganda. The results show that effective coping mechanisms can play a crucial role in preventing or mitigating the symptoms of professional burnout, improving the psychological state and professional well-being of social workers. The article offers a number of recommendations aimed at developing educational programs and organizational policies to support social workers, including art therapy and training in the use of effective coping strategies. The quality of education, including the training of professionals, guarantees the competitiveness of the state. That is, we can say that the leading factors in creating a collaborative environment in higher education are globalization, technological advances and a change in the social order in the higher education system of a new type of economy. The purpose of the proposed article is to study the role of the collaborative environment in the formation of the future teacher's training and to determine the results. The article also attempts a comprehensive analysis of the essence of the collaborative learning environment as an innovative educational technology in foreign and domestic scientific literature. Thus, summarizing the views of foreign and domestic scientists on the advantages of collaborative learning in universities, including with regard to the professional training of a future teacher, the essence of the concepts "collaboration", "collaborative environment", "collaborative learning", "collaborative technology" is revealed, the author's reference is given. The advantages, efficiency, steps and the main format of the organization of the collaborative learning environment at the university – the principles of teamwork - are described. It is shown that the most important conditions for the activity of higher education organizations as part of a collaborative environment are readiness for openness, selfgovernment, improvement and realization of scientific potential. Professional collaboration has the same algorithm of interaction between the pedagogical community and the transition of one type of knowledge to another in the process of creative activity of each participant. The process of unified cooperation consists in the transition to the exchange of experience; the construction of similarities, hypotheses, models; assimilation. Thus, it can be concluded that the professional collaboration of the pedagogical community, represented by a specific algorithm of activity, is designed to motivate the achievements of participants, teach them the necessary competencies, and include them in the group process based on effective communication to achieve one goal. Background. The work of the commanders of units of the National Guard Troops, aimed at protecting the health of their subordinates, acts as one of the most important components of the management activities of the commanders of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation. The results of the effectiveness of the work of the commanders of units for the protection of the health of subordinates of the Faculty of Special Forces of the Novosibirsk Military Institute of the VNG of the Russian Federation were studied and summarized. The focus on the health protection of subordinates lies in the fact that this is primarily associated with the performance of labor-intensive and specific functions by subordinates, and their performance in daily life of a wide range of tasks, as well as an increase in the service and combat load. The list of tasks assigned to the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation is determined by its diversity, and requires adequate management of subordinates at all its levels. The variety of tasks performed by servicemen (employees) implies possible deviations in professional behavior, as well as a weakening of physical abilities that they cannot always cope with on their own, which is why a serviceman, as a subject of health conservation, requires a special approach and study. Materials and methods. The questionnaire method was used as a method of collecting empirical data. In total, 90 commanders of units of different levels of the Faculty of Special Forces of the Novosibirsk Military Institute named after General of the Army I.K. Yakovlev of the National Guard Troops. Results. The study showed the leading role of unit commanders in the work of saving and maintaining the health of subordinates in the framework of managerial activities. It is assumed that the formed managerial competencies of commanders directly affect the level of safety and health promotion of subordinate military personnel. Conclusion. The existing system of health saving in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation has specifics and determines the features of the formation of health-saving behavior of military personnel, reflecting the requirements of the military organization and characterized by a system of values, norms and attitudes. The conclusion is made about the presence of objective problems in the knowledge of the theoretical aspects by the commanders of subdivisions (mainly junior command level) of the legal framework of labor protection.

Background. New times, with its instability, uncertainty and ambiguity, determine the need for constant professional growth as a fundamental condition for ensuring the personal psychological vitality of teachers. In this regard, the study of psychological regulation of their professional growth is of particular relevance. Objective. The study had its purpose to find and reveal the nature of the relationship between subjective well-being of teachers and their attitude to professional activity, orientation to overcoming professional deficits. Methods. Ranking of the subjective complexity of professional development programs for teachers, the author's self-assessment questionnaire for professional deficits and the author's questionnaire for assessing subjective well-being (SWB). Sample. 655 teachers (145 men, 510 women) of three age groups: young, middle and older age. Results. The study considered subjective well-being at work as a regulator of activities to reduce professional deficits. An analysis was carried out by gender and age subgroups. It has been shown that the highest level of SWB is characteristic of male and older teachers. A high level of SWB is associated with a low importance of professional success, lower susceptibility to stress and restraint in the desire for professional growth. The choice of advanced training courses is mainly determined by professional deficiencies associated with teaching and educational methods. The desire for professional growth is most pronounced among the young teachers with a relatively low level of SWB. They put a great value to their professional success, the key to which is their professional competence and support of the teaching staff. Focus on professional success makes the factors like overtime, fatigue and health lose their significance. Exposure to stress is mitigated by team support. Such teachers choose challenging courses in information technology and tutoring. Conclusions. Subjective well-being at work serves as a regulator of teachers’ professional growth depending on the age and gender. The average level of SWB at work is optimal in terms of incenting for professional growth.

The aim of our research is to show the professional activity of the head of the educational institution as a sphere of formation of his/her professional creativity. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling and generalization. The results of the research. We believe that the professional creativity of a manager is a process of carrying out creative activity, because it is professional creativity aimed at solving tasks that are characterized by the absence of a solution method in a given subject area, or the absence of such a method in a given management subject. The latter can be explained by the lack of subjectspecific knowledge necessary for a specialist to solve this problem. In the process of implementing professional creativity, the manager becomes aware of new knowledge for him/her as a kind of indicative basis for further development of a method of solving managerial and professional problems and tasks. In professional creativity, at first, the manager is in some uncertainty: there is no clearly formed opportunity to develop new subjects of professional activity and, on their basis, to invent a way to solve the task; this kind of uncertainty is due to the absence of any other knowledge that will clearly determine the development in asking questions. Conclusions. The practice of the manager’s creative professional activity, its reflection in theoretical studies, allows us to conclude that professional creativity is a specific activity, which is characterized by a professional direction with the aim of finding new, non-standard, original and unique rational solutions, which facilitate a new solution to use creative problem tasks by individual tasks in the professional activity and their implementation into practice.

The present paper is dedicated to describing the conceptual framework of contemporary English-language media linguistics, using materials from the informational educational news website, The PIE News. The PIE News serves as a vital conduit for disseminating information about professional activities, playing an increasingly pivotal role in the global educational landscape. In the current geopolitical context, there is a heightened focus on enhancing educational systems and reshaping the priority positions of professions within disciplinary policies. Consequently, the integration of new technologies into the educational process becomes paramount for the successful development of competencies required to train specialists in popular fields. The aim of this research is to analyze the linguistic characteristics of English-language mass media texts concerning international professional educational activities. The scientific novelty of this study lies in its examination of the functional potential of linguistic markers within the texts. The authors have identified that educational discourse is manifest not only in the body of the publications but also in their headlines, affirming the axiological orientation of the contemporary professional landscape. The analysis of linguistic markers reveals that the metaconcept ‘Education’ encompasses concepts such as “updated educational programs,” “methods of financial support,” “expanding the global network of educational centers,” “collaborative initiatives,” and “enhanced competitiveness.” The linguistic features of these markers are characterized by various abbreviations, providing evidence of the universal principle of language economy in modern virtual mass media discourse. However, these abbreviations, while efficient, can occasionally complicate information comprehension. As a result of this study, the authors draw conclusions about an emerging trend in education characterized by the development of short-term educational projects, primarily in a distance format, combined with professional activities, thereby fostering greater workforce training mobility within the modern labor market.
