Autism is a neurological disorder, in which affected person might be unable to talk, express, socialize. There could be many more other incapabilities with varying severities, so it is also known as autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). Autism could not be cured in general and procrastination in ASD detection could make the situation deteriorated. But situation could be make better if it is diagnosed and early intervened by appropriate therapies. The detection of autism in toddlers is done by trained medical practitioners but there are lack of trained medical practitioners available for autism detection in many countries specially developing countries. In this paper we presented a comparative study for autism detection in toddlers through various machine learning techniques. In the study we compare precesion-recall curve and accuracies of different machine learning models. ASZMT and whetlerite carbon was prepared by impregnation of active carbon with ammonical salts of Cu (II), Ag (I), Zn (II), Mo (VI), TEDA and Cu (II), Ag (I), Cr (VI), NaOH, C5H5N respectively using incipient wetness technique. Thereafter, impregnated carbon systems were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray, atomic absorption spectroscopy, thermogravimetry and surface characterization techniques. Impregnated carbon systems were evaluated under dynamic conditions against carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) vapour that was used as a simulant for the persistent chemical warfare agents for testing breakthrough times of filter cartridges and canisters of gas masks in the national approval test of respirators. The protective potential of ASZMT carbon was compared with the whetlerite carbon which is presently used in NBC filtration system. The effect of CCl4 concentration, test flow rate, temperature and relative humidity on the breakthrough behaviour of the impregnated carbon systems has also been studied. The study clearly indicated that the whetlerite carbon possessed breakthrough time greater than ASZMT carbon. However, ASZMT carbon provided adequate protection against CCl4 vapours and can be used as an alternative to whetlerite carbon that contain Cr(VI), which is reported to be carcinogenic and having lesser shelf life. The study indicated the breakthrough time of impregnated carbon systems were found to decrease with the increase of the CCl4 concentration and flow rate. The variation in temperature and relative humidity did not significantly affect the breakthrough behaviour of impregnated carbon systems at high vapour concentration of CCl4 whereasbreak through time of impregnated carbon systems reduced by an increase of relative humidity at low CCl4 vapour concentration. In this work, the structure of 32-39P isotopes is described in the framework of stateof-the-art large-scale shell-model calculations, employing the code ANTOINE with three modern effective interactions: SDPF-U, SDPF-NR and the extended pairing plus quadrupole-quadrupoletype forces with inclusion of monopole interaction (EPQQM). Protons are restricted to fill the sd shell, while neutrons are active in the sd - pf valence space. In the present paper, we have presented the analysis of electronic properties of 1-D AlN nanocrystal. The analysis has been made using the density functional theory based ATK-tool. The ground state total energy calculation approach of the system has been used through generalized gradient approximation (GGA) with revised Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof (revPBE) type parameterization as exchange correlation functional. ATK has been applied to analyze the stability of Aluminium Nitride nanocrystal in its zinc blende (B3), rocksalt (B1) and CsCl (B2) type phases followed by electronic band structure and density of state computation and its analysis in comparison to its bulk crystal. Elemental sulfur (S0), man's oldest eco-friendly fungicide for curing fungal infections in plants and animals, is registered in India as a non-systemic and contact fungicide. However due to its high volume requirement, Indian agrochemical industry and farmers could not effectively use this product till date. We hypothesize that intelligent nanoscience applications might increase the visibility of nanosulfur in Indian agriculture as a potent and eco-safe fungicide. Sulfur nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized bottom-up via a liquid synthesis method with average particle size in the range of 50-80 nm and the shapes of the NPs were spherical. A comparative study of elemental and nano-sulfur produced has been tested against facultative fungal food pathogen, Aspergillus niger. We have synthesized Polyaniline nanoparticles and nanofibers using chemical oxidation method and tested them for their Hydrogen sensing properties. PANI nanoparticles and nanofibers have demonstrated sensor response of 1.38 and 1.52, respectively. Reaction kinetics has also enhanced in case of PANI nanofibers with response and recovery times of 170 and 95 s, respectively. The increased conductivity, sensor response and reaction kinetics in case of the nanofibers as compared to nanoparticles is attributed to the 1-D conductive channel provided by the nanofibers for faster and better electron transfer. We investigate the effect of negative materials used as support structures for helix travelling wave tubes (TWTs). Analysis is carried out with materials having negative permittivity or negative permeability and compared with the positive dielectric support materials. We employ first principles calculations to investigate the doping effect of Co atoms on the electronic properties of zigzag graphene nanoribbons (ZGNR). We considered three different sites for Co doping and compared the relative stability. It is revealed that one-edge Co-doping results in the most stable structure followed by the both edges doping and centre Co-doping. Further, Co-doping perturbs the characteristics band structure of ZGNR due to symmetry breaking.
