Abstract
The article presents a response to an article that has been published in the presents issue of the "Journal of Neurology Neurosurgery and Psychiatry," on neurology postgraduate training. In the paper by A J Wills were introduced in the Great Britain in 1997 and the current evaluation is useful from both a Great Britain and a European perspective. These reforms could be generalised within the European Union leading to several recommendations.
