In order to cope with severe environmental crises such as pollution and climate, the Chinese government has put forward the strategic goal of "double carbon" and vigorously developed green emerging industries such as cultural industry. Based on the super efficiency model and the input oriented Malmquist index model, this paper comprehensively measures the innovation efficiency of cultural industry, and selects the panel data of the Yangtze River economic belt from 2015 to 2021 for empirical analysis. In addition, the spatial econometric model is introduced to explore the driving factors affecting the innovation efficiency of cultural industry from the perspective of time and space. The results show that: (1) the overall innovation efficiency of the cultural industry in the Yangtze River economic belt is high, but there is significant spatial heterogeneity. (2) The average Malmquist index of the innovation efficiency of the cultural industry in the Yangtze River economic belt is 1.123, which reflects the continuous improvement of the level of industrial innovation. Environmental factors such as sulfur dioxide emissions in waste gas, investment in industrial pollution control, and per capita GDP have a significant impact on the innovation efficiency of cultural industry in the Yangtze River economic belt. Existing studies have shown that environmental tax reform (ETR) in China has a significant effect on green innovation (GI), but there is no in-depth study on the heterogeneous effects of different types of green innovation. Using the data of listed companies in China's high-pollution manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2020, this paper adopts the difference in differences (DID) method to study the differentiation effect of ETR's signal effect and resource crowding-out effect on different green innovation. The empirical results indicate that ETR may significantly improve green product innovation through signaling effect, while reducing green process innovation through resource crowding-out effect. Further moderating effect studies show that enterprises with high institutional corporation social responsibility (ICSR) strengthens the positive effect of ETR on green product innovation. However, enterprises with high technical corporation social responsibility (TCSR) enhances the negative impact of ETR on green process innovation. To promote high-quality economic development, China continues to strengthen its network infrastructure, but it is unclear how this affects the regional ecosystem. To clarify the impact direction, based on the weekly data of river pollution in China from 2004 to 2018, this paper regards the Broadband China (BC) strategy as a quasi-natural experiment and uses a difference-in-difference (DID) model for empirical analysis. The study found that network infrastructure construction significantly exacerbates river pollution. After a series of robustness tests, such as the placebo test and propensity score matching DID (PSM-DID), this research conclusion still holds. The impact of network infrastructure construction on river pollution is more visible in economically developed regions as well as cities with a higher level of digital economy development. The mechanism analysis confirms that during the sample period, network infrastructure construction led to secondary industry agglomeration but did not have a significant impact on innovation ability or environmental regulation, thus leading to the continuous intensification of river pollution. Green technology innovation plays an important role in achieving high-quality economic development in China. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the effect of the Energy-consuming Right Trading Policy (ERTP) on green technology innovation. Based on the panel data of 279 cities in China from 2006 to 2020, this paper analyzes the effect of the ERTR on urban green technology innovation capacity (GTIC) by using the difference-in-differences (DID) model. The study shows that the ERTR can significantly improve urban GTIC and validates the “Weak Porter Hypothesis”. After a series of robustness tests, this conclusion still holds. Furthermore, the mechanism analysis shows that the ERTP can promote urban GTIC through industrial structure upgrading. In addition, the heterogeneity analysis indicates that the ERTR can significantly improve the GTIC of eastern cities and non-resource cities. As the global environmental crisis evolves, China’s traditional industries have serious problems of high energy consumption, high emission and low energy efficiency. Developing green industries has become an important direction of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper selects scientific innovation industry as a typical representative of green industry and studies its financing environment assessment. In order to solve the financing dilemma faced by the science and technology innovation industry, this paper puts forward the evaluation method of the financing environment of science and technology innovation industry based on Bayesian network from the Angle of industry particularity. In this paper, Netica software is used to construct a Bayesian network model of the financing environment of the science and technology innovation industry, and the financing environment of the science and technology innovation industry in 2016-2020 is inferred according to the annual probability distribution. Then, the sensitivity analysis is carried out, and the hierarchical policy simulation is used to simulate the conditional probability of the initial node and the intermediate node respectively, so as to determine the impact of each node on the financing environment, and finally obtain the optimization path. Scientific and technological innovation and the sustainable development of new urbanization are the key factors to promote national economic growth, and have a very important role in promoting regional development and international competitiveness. Based on the panel data of 16 cities in Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle from 2015 to 2022, this paper uses entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index and constructs a coupling coordination model to explore the sustainable development of scientific and technological innovation and new urbanization, the Panel Vector Autoregression (PVAR) model was used to further verify the interaction between the two. The empirical results show that the coupling coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation and new urbanization in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is increasing year by year. There is a balanced relationship between scientific and technological innovation and new urbanization, and the two are two-way Granger causality. Therefore, the conclusion puts forward the practical enlightenment of increasing investment in scientific and technological innovation, guiding enterprises to carry out scientific and technological innovation to feedback new urbanization and accelerate the construction of new urbanization, and actively integrating with urban development. Fragile ecosystems that are affected by erosion from high pollution environmental loads pose a serious threat to human health and well-being. The evaluation of regional environmental loads has become a major issue for eco-environmental conservation and management. As a key region in central China, Hubei Province relies on ecosystems and the environment, which offer an important foundation for sustainable development and continuous improvements in social productivity. For this study, seven influencing factors were selected, and a correlation degree model was applied to assess Hubei Province's environmental loads during the period from 1995-2019. The results show that the overall environmental loads exhibit a fluctuating decreasing trend in response to economic growth and development actions. Moreover, as eco-environmental pollution problems have been addressed and improved over time, the ecosystem operating status has been gradually optimized. Finally, the paper concludes with a proposal of specific measures designed to mitigate Hubei Province's ecological loading from the perspectives of industrial structure, public awareness and technological innovation. By utilizing the center of gravity-standard deviation ellipse, kernel density estimation, and GeoDetector, this paper analyzes the spatial distribution pattern of China's agricultural green TFP and the dynamic evolution law of its distribution in different regions based on the provincial-level related input-output data of China's agriculture from 2001 to 2020. It also investigates the factors that affect its spatial differentiation. We find that (1) China's agricultural green TFP, which has a long-term upward trend and an average annual growth rate of 3.21% between 2001 and 2020, is mostly fueled by technological advancements in the field of agriculture. (2) Agricultural green TFP tends to move eastnorthward, and its spatial distribution is gradually expanding, showing a northeast-southwest pattern. (3) Agricultural green TFP in the country as a whole and the three major food regions has increased over the study period, with absolute differences within the country gradually narrowing, and cities with higher agricultural green TFP within the regions approaching the average, and the polarization phenomenon easing. (4) The main determinants of the spatial divergence of green TFP in agriculture are the replanting index, agricultural output per capita, and the degree of financial support for agriculture. This paper uses the panel data of 245 cities in China from 2005 to 2020 to build an ambient air pollution index to measure ambient air quality. Taking China's national smart city pilot as a quasiexperiment, the impact of smart city construction on urban ambient air quality and its impact path is tested by using the multi-period double difference method. The research results show that the construction of smart cities has significantly improved the urban ambient air quality, and with the improvement of the level of smart city construction, the degree of improvement in urban ambient air quality shows a positive fluctuation trend. The mechanism test results show that the construction of smart cities improves urban ambient air quality by enhancing the level of technological innovation and marketization in the city. Heterogeneity testing shows that the ambient air quality improvement effects of smart city construction vary depending on the size of the city's population and the geographical location of the city. Furthermore, the moderating effect test shows that financial autonomy and industrial structure upgrading have a positive moderating effect on the improvement of ambient air quality in smart cities, while local government environmental regulation intensity has a reverse moderating effect. Ports play an important role in transportation networks, but the ecological efficiency of many ports cannot reach an effective level. To improve the ecological efficiency of ports, we need to analyze the current ecological efficiency of ports and propose policy recommendations based on the results. In this paper, we first employed the super-efficiency SBM model to calculate the ecological efficiency of the four major ports in the Yangtze River Delta port group from 2011 to 2021. The results showed that the average comprehensive ecological efficiency of the four major ports was 0.647, which did not reach the effective level. The overall ecological efficiency curve was U-shaped. Then we used the Tobit model to analyze the key factors affecting the port's ecological efficiency. We found that the economic development of port cities could promote the improvement of port ecological efficiency. The application level of emerging technologies also had a positive impact, but the impact was weak. However, expanding the scale of the port would reduce its ecological efficiency. Although there has been a lot of research on network embeddedness, few scholars have explored its impact on disruptive green technological innovation. Taking manufacturing enterprises as the research object, this paper divides network embeddedness into two dimensions, namely structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness, by using social network theory and resource orchestration theory, discusses the influence of both on disruptive green technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises, and analyzes the mediating role of resource orchestration and the adjustment of environmental insight capacity. The results show that: (1) structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness not only have significant positive effects on disruptive green technological innovation, but also have significant positive effects on resource orchestration; (2) resource orchestration has a significant positive impact on disruptive green technological innovation, and plays a partial mediating role between structural embeddedness, relational embeddedness and disruptive green technological innovation, respectively; (3) Environmental insight capacity positively moderates the relationship between embeddedness and disruptive green technological innovation. The research results are helpful to clarify the mechanism of network embeddedness on disruptive green technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises, and expand the research on resource orchestration and disruptive green technological innovation. China is currently at a critical stage in transitioning from a large petrochemical country to a powerful one. To clarify the relationship between the development of the petrochemical industry and local ecological economy and explore the scientific development path for the industry, this paper analyzes the influence of petrochemical industry agglomeration on local ecological efficiency. By using panel data from 30 provincial units between 2012 and 2021, the study also investigates the mediating effect of green technology innovation on this relationship. Results show that the agglomeration of China's petrochemical industry positively affects local ecological efficiency. However, given some issues such as separation of production and innovation activities within the industry, a negative correlation exists between the agglomeration level of the petrochemical industry in China and the level of green technology innovation. Consequently, the agglomeration of China's petrochemical industry cannot enhance ecological efficiency through the mediating effect of green technology innovation level. The substantial resource consumption by green technology innovation has not translated into effective ecological economic benefits, which has increased the burden on ecological functions and resulted in a negative effect on ecological efficiency. Developing a green economy is the focus of China's industrial restructuring, and the digital music industry contributes to the transformation and upgrading of the green economy. This paper focuses on the core problem of the high quality development efficiency of digital music industry and constructs the super-efficiency DEA model of non-parametric estimation and Malmquist index model of dynamic comparison respectively. The paper empirically analyzes the high quality development efficiency of digital music industry by using 2695 observation data of listed companies from 2011 to 2021. The results show that: (1) The high quality development efficiency of digital music industry is relatively high, but there are great differences within the industry. The overall efficiency interval is 0.363,2.251. (2) The high-quality growth effect of the digital music industry is significant, increasing year by year. Malmquist index is 1.2218, maintaining an average annual positive growth of 22.18%. (3) It is necessary for digital music industry to increase investment in technological innovation and promote high-quality and sustainable growth of the industry. 57.14% of enterprises are inefficient in technological progress. (4) Both internal and external factors have significant influence on the high quality development level of digital music. Both Logit model and OLS regression model pass the robustness test. In order to explore an effective way to evaluate the comprehensive performance of high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry based on low-carbon constraints, this paper, based on the analysis of research background, drew on the latest domestic and international research results and experience, and fully considered the actual situation of high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry based on low-carbon constraints. Among the five criteria-layer evaluation index of economic development, energy consumption, technological innovation, environmental pressure and environmental pollution governance, 30 representative operating-layer evaluation indicators were selected, and a fuzzy matter-element extension evaluation model for the comprehensive performance evaluation of China's provincial high-quality development based on low-carbon constraints was constructed. By using the relevant statistical data in China Statistical Yearbook, China Energy Statistical Yearbook and China Environmental Status Bulletin, this paper conducted an evaluation study on the comprehensive performance of high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry based on low-carbon constraints in 31 provinces, verified the effectiveness of the fuzzy matterelement extension evaluation model, and provided an effective quantitative analysis method for the comprehensive performance evaluation of high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry based on low-carbon constraints. Reasonable environmental regulation is beneficial to promote green innovation and sustainable development, but the current lack of research of environmental regulation and collaborative innovation intention. Based on this, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of green collaborative innovation between enterprises and financial institutions from the perspective of enterprise information disclosure and financing constraints, and explores the specific effects of different types of environmental regulation through case analysis and numerical simulation. Case studies show that the cooperation between enterprises and financial institutions is conducive to the realization of green innovation, but there is still no effective restraint mechanism. The numerical simulation results show that the combination of market-incentive and command-controlled environmental regulation can better stimulate the willingness of collaborative innovation, but the former has more significant incentive effect. Further, for enterprises, the government's cost subsidy or revenue incentive coefficient positively affects the cooperative innovation willingness of both parties. Similarly, the improvement of the cost subsidy or income incentive or even punishment coefficient by the government to financial institutions also has the same effect; increasing the cost subsidy coefficient is more significant, and enterprises are more sensitive to this. Environmental audit is regarded as a kind of voluntary regulation and an important tool for environmental certification. This paper aims to investigate the impact of environmental audit on innovation strategy of enterprise in the short and long term, separately. Samples and dataset are established by 437 listed companies in China and their business and environmental data from 2009 to 2020, respectively. To identify the innovation strategy accurately, the innovation strategy of enterprise is divided into technology introduction, independent innovation, and technology cooperation. Environmental audit is selected as a proxy variable of voluntary environmental regulation. The results show that environmental audit positively affects technology introduction, independent innovation, and technology cooperation. Further, the sample companies are divided into two groups according to pollution intensity, and it finds that high-pollution enterprises are more inclined to technology cooperation and technology introduction in the short term. For these enterprises, they will not continue to upgrade technology in the long term after meeting environmental requirements. For low-pollution enterprises, the positive effect of environmental audit on innovation strategy is sustained, no matter in the long or short term. As an innovative regulation of environmental governance, the role of environmental protection inspection in green innovation has received limited attention. This paper adopted DID (difference-in-difference) model to address the effect of central environmental protection inspection (CEPI) and explored why and how the CEPI affects corporate green innovation. We further investigated the moderating roles of firm size and firm age as organisation-level factors. With a sample of China's listed companies from 2014 to 2019, the empirical results show that the CEPI is significantly and positively associated with green innovation and that both firm size and firm age strengthen the positive effect of the CEPI on green innovation. We conducted PSM (propensity score matching) model to mitigate the endogenous problem and found our results are robust. Low carbon economy emphasizes innovative, green, and high-quality economic growth mode. The deep integration and coordinated development of the industry chain, innovation chain and service chain are an effective measure and inevitable requirement to transform the pattern of economic growth and boost the low-carbon economy. Taking the data of Wuhan, Nanchang and Changsha, the central cities of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city cluster, from 2013 to 2020 as samples, this paper discusses the mechanism of the three-chain coordinated development to promote high-quality economic development, uses the coupling coordination model to measure the three-chain coordination degree, and the grey relational degree model to predict the future development of the three chains in this region. The research results show that: since the establishment of the case city cluster, the three chains of the central cities have experienced a change from disharmony to gradual coordinated development, and the trend is good. However, the coordination degree is still low at present, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of regional economy. This paper addresses the longstanding debate about whether institutional pressures enhance or suppress corporate green innovation. Grounded in institutional and sustainable development theories, this paper empirically tested the impact of institutional pressures on corporate green innovation by applying a fixed effect negative binomial regression model to a research sample of listed Chinese manufacturing companies from 2012 to 2017. It was found that regulatory, normative, and mimetic pressures had significant positive effects on corporate green innovation, and that under external environmental protection pressure, companies became involved in green innovation activities to maintain their legitimacy and competitive advantage. The moderating effect of the pollution intensity and marketization variables, both of which affect the green innovation resource efficiency, were only found to play a role under regulatory and mimetic pressures. PM2.5 pollution seriously affects the environment, human health and socio-economic development, which has garnered wide-spread attention. Technological innovation plays a great role in PM2.5 concentration. Thus, better understanding of the influence of technological innovation on PM2.5 concentration is necessary. The Yangtze River Delta (YRD) was selected as the study area. This paper explored the spatial characteristic of PM2.5 concentration and technological innovation. Then, bivariate Moran's I was applied to analyzed the spatial correlation between technological innovation and PM2.5 concentration. The geographically and temporally weighted regression (GTWR) model was applied to explore the spatial heterogeneity of the influence of technological innovation on PM2.5 concentration, and geographical detector model was applied to reveal the interactive influence between technological innovation and other factors. The main conclusions were as follows. (1) No city's PM2.5 concentration fell below the standard which is considered harmless to human health. Cities in the northwest of the YRD had higher PM2.5 concentration. (2) Cities in the core region of the YRD had relatively higher technological innovation. (3) There existed negative spatial correlation between technological innovation and PM2.5 concentration, and three local spatial correlation types were found. (4) Technological innovation contributed to the decrease in PM2.5 concentration. The interactive influence between technological innovation and natural factors was generally greater than that between technological factors and socio-economic factors. Comparing to other socio-economic factors, technological innovation and foreign investment had greater interactive influence on PM2.5 concentration. Finally, some policy recommendations were drawn. The new energy industry helps to meet the challenges of energy exhaustion and environmental pollution. Based on the panel data from 2015 to 2021, this paper uses the BCC model and Tobit model to construct the empirical measurement of technology innovation efficiency of listed new energy enterprises with three-stage DEA technology and uses the convergence model to test the efficiency difference. The results show that: (1) Using the traditional BCC model, the technical innovation level of new energy enterprises is insufficient, and the overall comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency are 0.220 and 0.302 respectively, which need to be improved. (2) The three-stage DEA model was used to control environmental factors and statistical errors, and the overall efficiency of technological innovation of new energy enterprises increased. The comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency increased to 0.541 and 0.896 respectively. (3) The technological innovation efficiency of new energy enterprises presents temporal and spatial heterogeneity. The coefficient of variation of technological innovation efficiency of new energy enterprises ranged from 0.084 to 1.000 with significant differences. Under the Chinese government's carbon neutral target, digital transformation enabling low-carbon technology innovation has become an innovative starting point to promote the new development concept. We use data from a sample of 270 manufacturing companies in 30 provinces and cities in China, this paper constructs an analysis framework of low-carbon technology innovation in manufacturing driven by digital transformation with knowledge reconstruction as the intermediary variable and knowledge sharing as the regulating variable, and empirically explores the impact of digital transformation on lowcarbon technology innovation. It is found that the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry has a significant positive impact on low-carbon technology innovation, and is an important power source to promote low-carbon technology innovation. Knowledge reconstruction plays a part of intermediary role between digital transformation and low-carbon technology innovation, and plays a key role as a bridge. Knowledge sharing plays a positive role in digital transformation, knowledge reconstruction and low-carbon technology innovation. The research clarified the differences and suitability in the process of low-carbon technology innovation in the digitally enabled manufacturing industry and answered the question of how to effectively use knowledge management to realize digitalization and help the industrial low-carbon innovation and upgrading in the digital economy era, which has important reference significance for guiding the green and high-quality development of the industry. The digital transformation is of great significance to green and high-quality development of logistics industry (L-GHD). This paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of digitalization affecting the L-GHD. In the meantime, taking the urban data of China's Yellow River Basin as an example, a fixed effect model is established to empirically test the impact of digitalization on the L-GHD. The results show that: (1) digitalization can significantly promote the L-GHD. (2) Digitalization indirectly promotes the L-GHD through technological innovation input and output, optimized allocation of labor and capital elements. (3) The heterogeneity test of city types shows that the impact of digitalization on the L-GHD is more significant in non-resource-based cities. Urban location heterogeneity test shows that digitalization has a more significant impact on L-GHD in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin. How to promote enterprises to participate in green innovation is the key to alleviate environmental problems. Although this question has attracted increasing attention, there is a lack of in-depth discussion on the impact of the external environment on green innovation, especially the role of the marketization process. In view of this, taking Chinese listed companies from 2007 to 2019 as samples, this paper analyzes the relationship between the marketization process and enterprise green innovation, and further explores the moderating impact of environmental uncertainty and organizational slack. The results show that the marketization process has a positive impact on green innovation. In addition, environmental uncertainty enhances the positive relationship between the marketization process and green innovation, while organizational slack plays a negative moderating role. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to further improve the degree of marketization, which could create a good business environment for the development of enterprises. Under the policy background of carbon neutralization and carbon peaking, how to promote total factor carbon productivity (TFCP) has become an important part of promoting green and low-carbon development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. This paper uses SBM model to measure the TFCP of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and uses empirical analysis methods such as Dagum Gini coefficient and geographical detector to measure the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and driving factors of the TFCP of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The research finds that: First, the development trend of TFCP in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a downward trend no matter from the overall regional or subregional level. There are differences in the number and spatial agglomeration patterns of different levels of cities. Second, the overall difference of TFCP in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is gradually decreasing, and the regional difference has become the main factor of spatial difference. The dispersion of TFCP has decreased, and the regional gap has gradually narrowed. TFCP is characterized by non -normal distribution, with local agglomeration development trend, and its focus gradually shifted to the southwest. Third, technological innovation, infrastructure construction and economic growth are the key drivers of the Yangtze River Economic Belt TFCP. Based on the natural discontinuity method, kernel density estimation, Dagum Gini coefficient, exploratory spatial data analysis and other methods, this paper explores the temporal-spatial characteristics of China's urban carbon emissions from 2000 to 2017, and investigate the influencing factors of China's urban carbon emissions by using the decomposition model of the spatial Dubin model. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) China's urban carbon emissions are steadily rising, but the growth rate of carbon emissions is slowing down gradually; The two-level differentiation of carbon emission distribution in the eastern and central regions are obvious, while that in the western and northeastern regions are not obvious. (2) There is a significant spatial autocorrelation of China's urban carbon emissions, and the local agglomeration features are obvious, which are mainly "high-high agglomeration" and "low-low agglomeration". (3) In terms of carbon emission factors, technological innovation, foreign investment, and government intervention can reduce carbon emissions in the eastern region; Government intervention has a mitigation effect on carbon emissions in the central region; Infrastructure construction and technological innovation can reduce carbon emissions in the western region; The industrial structure has a mitigation effect on carbon emissions in the northeastern region. Environmental technology is the core power for environmental protection enterprise. Top management team (TMT) has an important impact on developing direction of environmental technology. In this paper, environmental protection enterprises in China are selected as samples to examine that how does cognitive diversity of TMT affect the directions of environmental technology. Environmental technology is divided into acquisition of environmental patent and independent environmental innovation. It finds that cognitive diversity has positive impacts on acquisition of environmental patent and independent environmental innovation. It also shows that environmental protection enterprise develops new environmental technology through acquisition of environmental patent. We further explore the role of ability of information identification on environmental technology. The results demonstrate that there is a promotional effect of cognitive diversity on acquisition of environmental patent and independent environmental innovation by promoting ability of information identification. Finally, the results of heterogeneity analysis show that cognitive diversity in those environmental protection enterprises with high-level technology has a significant effect on independent environmental innovation. However, for those enterprises who has no high-level technology, cognitive diversity of TMT plays a positive role on acquisition of environmental patent through ability of information identification. Technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading have become two strategic initiatives to realize a green economic development in the new development model of China. Exploring the relationship between green economic efficiency and the coupling degree of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading is essential to achieve the visionary goal of green economic development and socialist modernization. This paper measures the coupling degree of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading, classifies the coupling types based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012-2019, and measures the green economic efficiency of 30 provinces in China using the super-efficient model (SBM), based on a spatial econometric model to study the relationship between green economic efficiency and the coupling degree of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading. The research results show that there is a significant positive effect on green economic efficiency among regions; the coupling degree of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading has a significant direct effect and a spatial spillover effect on green economic efficiency, the spatial spillover effect plays a major role. The heterogeneity analysis reveals that in the regions with higher development and coordination degrees of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading, the coupling degree of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading has a significant effect on the green economic efficiency of the region, and in the regions with lower development and coordination degrees of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading, the coupling degree of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading has a significant positive effect on the green economic efficiency of the region and neighboring areas. The oil and gas industry is an important basic energy industry in China, and its development is closely related to the improvement of comprehensive national power and quality of life. However, it is also a high energy consumption and high pollution industry, and the continuous input of various energy sources is often accompanied by damage to the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the energy eco-efficiency of oil and gas enterprises for sustainable economic and social development. Based on both static and dynamic perspectives, this paper measures the energy eco-efficiency of 60 listed oil and gas resource-based companies from 2011-2019 using the SBM model and the Malmquist-Luenberger (ML) index model. The Tobit model is constructed to explore the influencing factors of energy eco-efficiency. The results show that the energy eco-efficiency of oil and gas resource-based enterprises shows a trend of rising and then falling, and there is much room for improvement. Among them, the energy eco-efficiency in the western region is basically consistent with the national average; technological progress has a greater impact on the energy eco-efficiency efficiency of oil and gas resource-based enterprises, while the role of technical efficiency is not significant; economic development, enterprise scale and technological innovation are positively and significantly related to energy eco-efficiency, however, energy consumption is negatively related to energy eco-efficiency. R&D internationalization is an important way for enterprises in emerging economies to achieve technology catch-up and maintain sustainable development. The direct relationship between R&D internationalization and innovation performance has been widely explored, but the research on the influence of the mechanism between these two elements above is relatively less. This paper takes China's knowledge-intensive listed enterprises from 2009 to 2015 as the research object and uses Poisson fixed effect regression, hierarchical regression, and bootstrap methods to study the mechanism of knowledge base between enterprise R&D internationalization and innovation performance and the moderating effects of institutional distance on the mechanism effect. The results show that: (1) Enterprises' innovation performance can be promoted with the increase of R&D internationalization degree and diversity. (2) Knowledge Base (scope and entropy) plays a mechanism function between R&D internationalization and innovation performance. (3) By negatively moderating the relationship between the knowledge base and innovation performance, the institutional distance between home and host country negatively moderates the knowledge base's mechanism function. The environmental information disclosure of tourism-listed enterprises is a channel for stakeholders to understand corporate information. It serves as the driving force for improving corporate ecological innovation capabilities and a guarantee for strengthening the development capabilities of tourism enterprises. Based on the 38 tourism-listed enterprises in China, this paper uses a two-way fixed effect model to empirically examine the effects of environmental information disclosure levels on enterprises' development capabilities. The results show that environmental information disclosure has a significant negative correlation to enterprise development capabilities. This effect between them has a time lag and will decrease yearly. The degree of the effect differs because of firm size, region, and nature of equity. The government should formulate scientific and proper environmental information disclosure systems according to the characteristics of different industries and encourage non-environmentally sensitive firms to disclose environmental information to reduce the negative effects. Tourism enterprises should develop green supply chains, strengthen their ecological innovation capabilities, and reduce the increased costs due to environmental protection inputs. Environmental regulation has obvious externality on technological innovation. How to protect the environment without exerting negative effects on technological innovation activities carried out by enterprises is an important realistic proposition in economic development. Taking the panel data of 21 cities in Guangdong Province from 2005 to 2018 as the research object, the paper empirically studies the impact of environmental regulation on technological innovation, as well as the moderating effect and threshold effect of the industrial structure upgrading on the relationship between them. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped effect of environmental regulation on technological innovation, and a moderate intensity of environmental regulation is conducive to promoting the development of technological innovation. The industrial structure upgrading plays a significant negative moderating effect in the inverted U-shaped relationship on the whole, causing the curve of the inverted U-shaped relationship to move to the left. Furthermore, through the threshold regression model, we find that the moderating effect of industrial structure upgrading has significant nonlinear characteristics. The level of upgrading lower than the first threshold or higher than the second threshold is not conducive to the effect of environmental regulation on technological innovation. In the implementation process of environmental regulation, more attention should be paid to promoting the rationalization of industrial structure in combination with industrial policies. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2017, the Super-SBM model with undesirable output is used to measure the green innovation efficiency (GIE) of Chinese industrial enterprises, and the Moran's I is used to analyze the spatial correlation. Then, spatialtemporal distribution characteristics are analyzed. Finally, the spatial panel model is used to examine the influencing factors of GIE. The results show that the GIE of Chinese industrial enterprises is at a low level, but it shows an upward trend in the time dimension. The changing trends of industrial enterprise's GIE in various regions are different. The GIE of industrial enterprises in eastern China is changing in a wave-like manner. The central and western are on an upward trend, which is consistent with the overall. Spatially, the GIE of industrial enterprises decreases from east to west. Most of the areas where the GIE of industrial enterprises is above the mid-high level are located in the southeast coast. The green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in various provinces has an obvious positive spatial correlation, but it has weakened in recent years. The level of economic development, environmental regulations, opening to the outside world, and technological innovation environment have a positive impact on the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises, while the level of urbanization has a significant negative impact on it. Priority needs to be given to the green technology of saving resources, saving energy and reducing pollution by enterprises in the new era where green development needs promotion because humans and nature are the community of life. In essence, green technology is the innovation-driven development of enterprises under the background of green development. In order to sort out the research trend of Chinese scholars on green technology, 206 articles published during the period of 1994 to 2017 and their citations mainly from the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index database were studied by means of bibliometrics and mapping knowledge domains, which reveals the trend of a number of Chinese green technology research papers published, the evolution path of the hot research topics, the research frontier and the knowledge base, drawing inspiration from them. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) The number of Chinese scholars' research on green technology shows an N-type upward trend and will continue to rise in the future. 2) Green technology, technological innovation and environmental protection have long been research hotspots of China's green technology research. 3) The frontiers of green technology research in China can be divided into three stages for germination (1994 to 2010), rapid growth (2010 to 2014)and depth advancement (2015 to present. 4) The knowledge base of green technology research in China is mainly composed of efficiency, the relationship between the environment and economics, green technological innovation, environmental regulation and intellectual property. Taking small-scale areas as research units, this paper empirically explores the dynamic relationship between economic development and carbon emissions from 1995 to 2013 in China's low-carbon pilot provinces. This subject has been neglected in the literature. We first apply decoupling theory to analyse the decoupling of economic development and carbon emissions. We then apply a STIRPAT model and ridge regression to deconstruct the mechanism whereby economic development influences carbon emissions in China's low-carbon provinces. Empirical results show a positive linear correlation between economic development and carbon emissions in the examined provinces. We find that population size and industrial structure most prominently affect carbon emissions; however, per capita wealth, technological progress, and policy factors do not show the expected significance. Our results allow policymakers to formulate low-carbon policies on the basis of empirically verified situations in the examined regions. Although previous research has suggested that interorganizational cooperation and knowledge sharing may affect technological eco-innovation or proactive environmental strategy, there is little understanding of the interconnectedness of these variables. This paper investigates the links between interorganizational cooperation, knowledge sharing, proactive environmental strategy, and technological eco-innovation. In particular, it examines the influence of interorganizational cooperation and knowledge sharing on technological eco-innovation and explores these relationships through proactive environmental strategy. A research model has been developed and tested on a sample of 292 firms operating in Poland. In order to test the proposed research model and hypotheses, structural equation modeling using partial least squares has been applied. The findings indicate direct effects of interorganizational cooperation and knowledge sharing on proactive environmental strategy. However, the obtained results do not prove that interorganizational cooperation directly affects technological eco-innovation. Nevertheless, the study has shown the significant mediating role of proactive environmental strategy in relationships between interorganizational cooperation, knowledge sharing, and technological eco-innovation. Since proactive environmental strategy powerfully fuels technological eco-innovation and significantly mediates links between interorganizational cooperation, knowledge sharing, and technological eco-innovation, this research proves that it constitutes a unique organizational capability that may improve transformation of knowledge into better environmental and economic performance. This paper describes the selection of the most important technical installations already operating or planned in the Baltic Sea. It highlights maritime regulations related to these installations and describes current practices utilized for the preparation of environmental impact assessments (EIA). It assumes that there is an adequate international legal system for protection of the Baltic natural environment. Different techniques of car washing are presented in this paper, along with issues of water use, water contamination and its purification. Nowadays, technological advancements in the car wash industry fall into specific categories such as, new washing technologies (touch-free and hybrid washing technology), advanced water recycling systems (based on biological water treatment), water desalination and purification (by reverse osmosis) and other ecological and economical innovations (e.g. energy savings).
