Marine economy has become an important part of China's national economy, but it is facing many constraints and disturbances from within and outside the region. Marine economy resilience can reflect to what extent the region will overcome these problems and achieve sustainable development. Nevertheless, evaluating marine economy resilience is a difficult task requiring considerable effort that is missing in the literature. This paper constructed the evaluation index system from the four dimensions of resistance, recovery, reorganization, and renewal and comprehensively used the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to make a quantitative assessment of marine economy resilience in 11 coastal regions of China. Based on this, the paper then explored the spatial and temporal evolution of regional marine economy resilience. The evaluation results reveal that the overall level of China's marine economy resilience from 2006 to 2016 shows a fluctuating and rising trend. The resistance ability is generally in an upward fluctuating trend, the recovery ability fluctuates little but has no significant improvement, the reorganization ability also shows a fluctuating and rising trend, and the renewal ability has the largest increase in the four dimensions. This paper puts forward three suggestions for the coastal province governments to improve regional marine economy resilience in terms of technological innovation, green development, and coordinated opening up. Marine resource endowment is a significant supporting factor for the sustainable development of the marine economy. It primarily reflects the sustainable development level of the marine economy in a particular area. Based on literature analysis and expert consultation, this paper establishes an index system of potential evaluation of marine resource endowment for the sustainable development of China's marine economy, where the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the weight of each index within the system, thus securing the distribution of each index. This paper also evaluates the development potential with 11 coastal provinces (municipalities) being empirical research objects using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The result is that the support potential of the resource endowments of marine minerals, marine space, marine tourism, and marine life (aquatic products) for the sustainable development of China's marine economy has been declining gradually. In the face of economic globalization and strained resources, the development of green economies is inevitable. The construction of green cities is an important aspect of green economic development and its connotations. Accelerating the construction of green cities is a growing trend. The construction of a green city is a complex integrated project and requires a comprehensive evaluation index system and a scientific evaluation model. In this study that fully implement the plan for promoting political, economic, social, cultural, and ecological progress. The analytic process and evaluation methods, including the frequency statistics method, theoretical analysis, and expert consultation, were used to construct the evaluation system and the green city multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Taking the coastal city of Shanghai in East China as an example, this paper evaluates the degree of low-carbon green development in Shanghai, carries out empirical research, and promotes the low-carbon green development of coastal cities. Charlotte (North Carolina), ISSN 0749-0208. Inbound tourism revenue is an important indicator to measure the level of tourism development of a country or region. Studying the economic differences in inbound tourism in China's coastal areas and their influencing factors can play an important role in balancing the economic disparities in China's coastal areas. The standard deviation (S), coefficient of variation (CV), and Theil index were used to quantitatively analyze the inbound tourism revenues of the three major marine economic circles, including 11 provinces (regions or municipalities) in China's coastal areas from 2010 to 2019. The results showed that the indices of the S and CV were relatively large. This means that disparities in coastal areas were obvious. Using the generalized least squares (GLS) method and the difference-in-differences (DID) method, it is found that the level of economic development, the degree of opening up, the construction of tourism facilities, and major events are the main factors contributing to the differences in inbound tourism in coastal areas of China. Zheng, Y., 2015. The static and dynamic evaluation on ocean environment performance for Chinese coastal cities. It is necessary to control pollution of the marine environment while improving coastal economy for sustainable developing. But it is difficult to evaluate ocean's changing because of its openness. So the ocean environment performance was proposed in this paper. Combined with data envelopment analysis and product efficiency theory, the static and dynamic methods for measuring the performance were first constructed. In order to analyze the actual situation of Chinese coastal cities and verify the effectiveness of the two methods, the static and dynamic ocean environment performance for Chinese 16 coastal cities were evaluated with these methods. By comparing the actual pollution in the sea area near these cities, the calculated results showed the index and the models designed in this paper can better reflect the effect of the economy to the coastal marine environment. The interviewees in this survey include full-time seafarers which are the main objectives. First of all, we found that the longer the voyage lasted, the more the crew had a deeper understanding of environmental pollution. With the improvement of income level, the evaluation standard for water quality of crew shed weight became higher. In this survey, the environmental performance of young seafarers is obviously low. In addition, the frequency of ship pollution in the transfer of pollutants and port docking is particularly prominent, which is rarely paid attention to in the past literature. Based On the findings of this paper, we believe that pollution prevention education, marine legal construction and multilevel supervision and on-site Law enforcement supervision are effective countermeasures to improve marine pollution prevention and control. Therefore, on the basis of the grey theory, this paper makes a grey model first-order one variable (GM [1,1]) model prediction of port and marine engineering economy, which mainly includes three aspects: gross ocean product, port cargo throughput, and container throughput in coastal areas. This paper takes the Chinese coastal listed companies as research objects and studies the effect of research and development (R&D) investment on TFP. Research shows that R&D investment has a significant role in promoting TFP, and there is a U-curve relationship between them. Further research shows that the promotion effect of R&D investment on TFP will vary according to the nature of property rights, the degree of financing constraints, and the level of marketization. The construction methods and principles of the marine economic composite system evaluation index system were discussed, a systematic evaluation index system was established, and an emergy analysis and comprehensive evaluation DEA model for MEAS ocean development were proposed. The research is carried out through the application of examples. This paper finds that China's marine technology investment was valid for DEA in 2014, 2018, and 2019, and that it was non-DEA valid from 2015 to 2018. The DEA effectiveness coefficient values were 0.976489, 0.619141, and 0.808176, which indicates that in 2018 and 2019, science and technology played a significant role in the added value of China's marine industry and the achievement of scientific research results, and the rest of the years were not effective. Nowadays, the polarization trend of consultation rates between big hospitals and primary medical institutions is becoming more and more serious, which indicates that big hospitals are overloaded and have occupied the function of primary medical institutions, and led to the primary medical institutions' insufficient workload, for where there are less and less outpatients to visit. In coastline areas of China, this situation is much worse for the main cause is the residents seeking higher level hospitals even the common ailments or chronic diseases. Thus, this paper proposed a model based on System Dynamics (SD) to balance the two consultation rates by adjusting reimbursement-ratio's d-value (RRD) between Big hospitals and primary medical institutions according to the hospitals' levels, and then, simulate the model with a technical tool named Anylogic to verify the hypothesis. Trial results illustrated that adjusting RRD dynamically can improve the trend of polarization between the MHs and PMIs, guiding patients to PMIs for consulting. This paper studies influencing factors of acquisition premium for shipping industry in China with aspects of inner drive, inducement and success probability. It is based on acquisition theories and achievement theories, departing from earlier studies. Under the guidance of M&A Motivation, 379 acquisitions from 2010 to 2016 are empirically verified. The results indicate that the majority of higher premium in shipping industry in China are paid for promoting better enterprises development, and it is not highly correlated with agency motivation. The relationship between M&A motivation and acquisition premium revealed by the paper could contribute to a reasonable price bargain for the acquirer; meanwhile, the innovative consideration of inducement extends the set of influencing factors for acquisition premium. In this paper, the effective way to study the economic development of the coastal urban entities in the context of the innovation and driving development is studied, and the main difficulties facing the economic and innovation development of the current coastal urban entities are analyzed, and the development bottleneck of the economic development of the current coastal urban entities is found. The quantitative evaluation and analysis model of the economic development model of the coastal urban entity based on the quantitative regression analysis is constructed, and the panel data fusion analysis of the economic development mode of the coastal urban entity is realized by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By adopting the fuzzy correlation constraint control method, the innovation driving planning and design of the economic development mode of the coastal urban entity is carried out, and the correlation analysis of the profit level and the profit quality of the economic enterprise of the coastal urban entity is realized. The validity of the economic development model of the coastal city is realized by combining the statistical analysis and the test method. Crude oil is a major commodity transported through ports. Determining the optimal throughput level of crude oil terminals is crucial for efficient utilization of coastal resources and sustainable development of ports. This paper develops a simulation model for estimating the logistics costs associated with the unloading operations of oil tankers at a terminal using the simulation package Arena. The model parameters are estimated using real data collected from a major crude oil terminal in China. Simulation results unveil the optimal throughput level that minimizes the overall logistics cost per ton of crude oil unloaded for a given terminal. In addition, the simulation is modified to examine various combinations of infrastructure improvements: adding a berth, upgrading handling equipment, and dredging the navigation channel. Based on the measurement and analysis of industrial structure advanced degree and industrial structure rationality degree of each province, this paper analyzes coupling coordination relationship between energy efficiency and spatial characteristics of industrial structure of the 11 provinces in China's coastal areas in 2018 with the coupling coordination degree model, and then relevant suggestions are put forward according to the calculation results. The results show that: (1) in terms of time series, the overall energy efficiency of the provinces and cities in China's coastal areas shows a slow downward trend, but the overall gap is widening. Among them, Shanghai and Guangdong have always been at a higher level of energy efficiency. (2) as for spatial differentiation, the energy efficiency of China's coastal areas is basically north-south symmetrical pattern, which to a certain extent shows that the energy utilization efficiency of each province or city is consistent with regional economic strength. Is it possible for industrial development to co-exist with environmental protection? This paper empirically analyzes the impact of technological innovation and industrial development on environmental pollution in the inland river region in China from 2004 to 2016. The research results show that an inverted U-shaped of a nonlinear relationship occurs between the synergistic effect of industrial development and technological innovation and environmental pollution. Water is an important social and economic resource for the sustainable development of mankind. This paper measures water use efficiency (WUE) of 106 cities in Yangtze River Economic Zone (YREZ) of China during 2006-2017 based on undesirable super-efficiency EBM-DEA model which takes sewage and social output into consideration. The results show that: (1) On average, WUE (technical efficiency, TE) of the YREZ does not reach efficient level, of which the west performs best among the three regions. Furthermore, pure technical efficiency (PTE) in the middle and west as well as scale efficiency (SE) in the east is constraint factor of their WUE respectively. (2) WUE in most cities is found above 0.4, and in a few cities is found efficient. (3) It must be noted that all capital cities' technical efficiency are revealed to be restrained by their SE. (4) Whether on overall level or regional level, WUE has been decreasing over time except for 2017, but the annual decreasing rate is becoming smaller and smaller and even convert to increasing rate in 2017. (5) The change of WUE mainly depends on efficiency change, and the deceasing of it should be attributed to technology regress. (6) More attention should be paid to the east whose total decreasing rate is largest and annual decreasing rate fluctuates greatest over time.
