LEADERSHIP ,CRONBACH'S alpha ,INDUSTRY 4.0 ,FACTOR analysis ,FOREST regeneration - Abstract
The actual corporate environment, reflecting the concept of Industry 4.0, requires managers and leaders with specific leadership qualities. These qualities capture importance in a security environment, especially in the army. Paper deals with the topic of psychophysical condition identification of individual applicants in solving stress situations of the security environment. Research of the psychophysical condition was done in the simulated situation of increased psychophysical stress during courses with X-tream methodology application. X-tream methodology helps to monitor the qualities and potentials of individuals in hard and dangerous contexts. The research sample consists of 286 of course participants, working on managerial and commander positions. The main aim of the paper is to define an indicator of the psychophysical condition by the usage of objective pacification parameters and organism regeneration. Due application of factor analysis two factors with the calming-down trend after physical drain were gained. From both factors, only one reached an acceptable value of Cronbach's alpha ratio. Monitoring and evaluation of the relationship between change trends of the psychophysical condition and human activities in stress situations could serve as a base for choice, preparing and personal development. Firstly you have to figure out, how you can connect and implement innovation in to this field. Therefore you have to clear the question, is leadership important to innovation? The answer is: Yes, it is! Leadership skills are significantly correlated with innovation. The question is: How? In this paper this question will be approached from a leadership perspective, an environmental perspective. as well as from the perspective of the creative process. In this context, we must also bear in mind that today innovation, diversity and networked thinking, are significant. Therefore the leader/organizations serves as a role model for her/his team members/citizens. This model has to be consistent across all levels of management. However, the leadership style needs to be adapted to the teams/citizens needs at every step. Tribal leadership provides a model for such adaptations by focusing on culture, which provides the soil for innovative ideas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

SLEEP deprivation ,COGNITIVE ability ,SOCIAL perception ,SOCIAL skills ,SELF-expression ,AUTISTIC children ,INFLUENCE - Abstract
In this study we examined in how far sleep deprivation leads to autism-like symptoms with regard to social cognition. The negative effects of sleep deprivation on physical and mental functioning are well documented and it is therefore surprising that relatively little research has been done into the effects of sleep deprivation on social behaviour and the ability to judge social interactions and emotional expressions appropriately. Our experiment, conducted amongst 25 male students at the Czech military academy in Brno, Czech Republic, showed no significant differences in performance on a standard autism test between pre- and post- sleep deprivation conditions. The purpose of the paper is describe impacts of sleep deprivation on men with high physical stress, what negatively influence relevant cognitions and emotions. Sleep deprivation strongly influence cognitive abilities, leading to military leadership development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

LEADERSHIP ,PSYCHOLOGICAL feedback - Abstract
Leadership theory has been studied extensively throughout the last century and has been offered as a solution of most of today's organizational problems. Many different leadership theories have been developed and researchers have strived to find the one best and most effective leadership style. But to develop individual leaders and effective leadership processes is not enough to only choose the supposing right leadership theory and then train people to apply those theories. It is also the process of leader and leadership development that separates successful from unsuccessful initiatives. Today many scholars agree that 360-degree feedback is a powerful tool in the process of leadership development. The aim of this paper is to develop a model ("Feedback and reaction-model") that allows the investigation of how differences in the self- and others view are increasing or decreasing the likelihood for participants of leadership development programs to take individual actions to increase their own capabilities following a 360-degree feedback.
