The article reports on the lobbying and ethics rules signed into law by U.S. President George W. Bush that require any senator who places a hold to disclose his or her identity within six legislative days. The law is expected to benefit the Senate Campaign Disclosure Parity Act, which has been on hold since April 2007. The said Act would force senators to file their campaign finance reports electronically.
