The complex flow phenomenon of rotating instability (RI) and its induced non-synchronous vibration (NSV) have become a significant challenge as they continuously increase aerodynamic load. This study aims to provide an understanding of the non-synchronous blade vibration phenomenon caused by the rotating instability of a transonic axial compressor rotor. In this case, blade vibrations and non-synchronous excitation are captured by strain gauges and unsteady wall pressure transducer sensors. Unsteady numerical simulations for a full-annulus configuration are used to obtain the non-synchronous flow excitation. The results show that the first-stage rotor blade exhibits an NSV close to the first bending mode; NSV is accompanied by a sharp increase in pressure pulsation; amplitude can reach 20%, and unsteady aerodynamic frequency will lock in a structural mode frequency when the blade vibrates in a large-amplitude motion. The predicted NSV frequency aligns well with the experimental results. The dominant mode of circumferential instability flow structure is approximately 47% of the number blades, and the cell size occupies 2–3 pitches in the circumferential direction. The full-annulus unsteady simulations demonstrate that the streamwise oscillation of the shedding and reattachment vortex structure is the main cause of NSV owing to the strong interaction between the tip leakage and separation vortices near the suction surface. Using angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy measurements and first principle calculations, we report that the possible unconventional 2q antiferromagnetic (AFM) order in NdSb can induce unusual modulation on its electronic structure. The obvious extra bands observed in the AFM phase of NdSb are well reproduced by theoretical calculations, in which the Fermi-arc-like structures and sharp extra bands are originated from the in-gap surface states. However, they are demonstrated to be topological trivial. By tuning the chemical potential, the AFM phase of NdSb would go through a topological phase transition, realizing a magnetic topological insulator phase. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) such as naphthalene (Nap) and phenanthrene (Phe) are organic pollutants that are of concern because of their environmental toxicity. Adsorption is a promising process for the removal of Nap and Phe from water and soil. The riparian zone between a river and a riparian aquifer, which is rich in adsorption medium, may be important for PAH remediation. Nap and Phe may be removed from the surface water through adsorption by the media in the riparian zone. However, there is still a lack of the removal patterns and mechanisms of media in the riparian zone to remediate water contaminated by Nap and Phe simultaneously. In this study, focusing on the typical PAHs (Nap and Phe) as target pollutants, batch static adsorption and desorption experiments of Nap and Phe were carried out to explore the competitive adsorption mechanisms of Nap and Phe in the binary system. Batch dynamic adsorption experiments were conducted to ascertain the adsorption regulation of Nap and Phe in sediments during the recharge of groundwater by river water in a riparian zone. The static adsorption experiment results showed that competitive adsorption of Nap and Phe occurred, and a mutual inhibitory effect of Nap and Phe adsorption was observed in the binary system. Phe had a stronger inhibitory effect on Nap, Phe was preferentially adsorbed on the medium in binary adsorption. The results of batch dynamic experiments showed that, in terms of adsorption, the riparian zone in the study area showed stronger performance for removal of Phe than Nap. The implementation of turn restrictions represents a critical research challenge in chiplet-based systems, with the objective of achieving deadlock-free communication. Nevertheless, existing methodologies encounter difficulties in terms of computational complexity, which impedes the design process. Moreover, as the scale of the problem increases, the cost of addressing it becomes increasingly untenable. In this paper, we introduce the efficient turn restrictions setting (ETRS) method to reduce the computational cost of implementing turn restrictions for boundary routers in chiplet-based systems. In stage 1, we present a symmetry-based preprocessing algorithm (SBPA). SBPA exploits the symmetry inherent in chiplet topologies by generating multiple sets of identical modes, ensuring that scenarios with the same objective function value are calculated only once per iteration. In stage 2, a heuristic selection algorithm (HSA) for turn restrictions based on NSGA-II is proposed as a means of searching for approximately optimal solutions and of solving the problem quickly. In stage 3, different filtering criteria are introduced to evaluate the Pareto fronts of HSA for making decisions on the placement of boundary routers and their turn restrictions. Evaluation results reveal that the proposed ETRS method surpasses existing solutions in terms of computation efficiency. Moreover, it delivers satisfactory optimal objective values. Previous studies demonstrated promising anti-tumour efficacy of ATG-101 in preclinical models. Here, we labelled ATG-101 with 89Zr to confirm its tumour targeting effect and tissue biodistribution in a preclinical model. We also evaluated the use of immuno-PET to study tumour uptake of ATG-101 in vivo.ATG-101, anti-PD-L1, and an isotype control were conjugated with p-SCN-Deferoxamine (Df). The Df-conjugated antibodies were radiolabelled with 89Zr, and their radiochemical purity, immunoreactivity, and serum stability were assessed. We conducted PET/MRI and biodistribution studies on [89Zr]Zr-Df-ATG-101 in BALB/c nude mice bearing PD-L1-expressing MDA-MB-231 breast cancer xenografts for up to 10 days after intravenous administration of [89Zr]Zr-labelled antibodies. The specificity of [89Zr]Zr-Df-ATG-101 was evaluated through a competition study with unlabelled ATG-101 and anti-PD-L1 antibodies.The Df-conjugation and [89Zr]Zr -radiolabelling did not affect the target binding of ATG-101. Acetone cyanohydrin (ACH), an organic cyanide, is mainly used in the production of methyl methacrylate (MMA), and it also exists in cassava roots, the main calorie source in some tropical countries. ACH can decompose spontaneously or enzymatically into acetone and highly toxic hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and be potentially toxic to its contacts. Given that limited forensic studies and case reports on fatal ACH poisoning are available, herein, we present a report of two fatal cases of ACH poisoning in which the two victims, with postmortem cyanide blood concentrations of 4.22 μg/ml and 4.07 μg/ml, suffered from acute poisoning of ACH due to a traffic accident. Furthermore, a literature review of cyanide poisoning case reports from 2000 to 2020 was carried out, and 28 subjects with cyanide poisoning were presented, including the age, sex, cause of poisoning, autopsy findings and the cyanide concentration in the blood. ACH poisoning lacks specific and reliable autopsy findings for diagnosis, and relevant toxicological studies are necessary. Due to the chemical properties of ACH that allow it to easily decompose, the toxicological analysis of acetone and cyanide in biological samples is essential for the diagnosis of ACH poisoning. Forensic diagnosis of anaphylactic shock is a challenging task in forensic practice due to the lack of characteristic morphological changes. Postmortem analysis of serum IgE can provide helpful information for determining anaphylaxis. However, postmortem serum always suffers from hemolysis. To investigate the interference of hemolysis on postmortem analysis of total IgE by electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA) and verify the suitability of the commercially available ECLIA kit for postmortem hemolyzed blood with the dilution-correction method, different levels of hemolyzed serum were prepared to evaluate the interference of hemolysis. A linear regression analysis was then performed on the concentration of total IgE in the completely hemolyzed blood and the corresponding serum. Our results indicated that hemolysis negatively interfered with the total IgE analysis by ECLIA and the interference (|Bias%|) increased with increasing levels of hemolysis. After controlling for |Bias%| by dilution, the test concentration of total IgE in the completely hemolyzed blood was still significantly lower than that in the serum (P < 0.05) and resulted in eight false-negative cases. A strong correlation was observed between the test concentration of total IgE in the completely hemolyzed blood and that in the serum (r = 0.983). After correction by the regression formula, the corrected concentration revealed no significant differences and exhibited the same diagnostic ability, compared with the serum total IgE concentration. These results indicate that the completely hemolyzed blood is not recommended for postmortem analysis of total IgE directly. Biochemical analysis of creatine kinase MB (CK-MB), which is a biomarker of myocardial damage, is used as a potential adjunct test in clinical and forensic medicine. However, there is no previous meta-analysis that summarizes the diagnostic value of postmortem biochemical analysis of CK-MB in cardiac death. The purpose of this study was to perform a systematic literature review and meta-analysis of postmortem CK-MB in cardiac death for forensic work. Six online databases, including PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), the China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), and Wanfang Data, were used to search for related studies. The quality of the included literature was assessed according to the Newcastle-Ottawa Quality Assessment Scale (NOS). The meta-analysis was performed by Review Manager version 5.3 software to investigate the diagnostic role of postmortem CK-MB in cardiac death, especially in myocardial infarction. Sixteen pieces of related literature were identified, all of which were considered high quality. The results of the meta-analysis revealed that the postmortem CK-MB level in the pericardial fluid was significantly higher in the cardiac death group with a standard mean difference (SMD) = 0.63, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.09~1.17, p = 0.02. This was also the result in the myocardial infarction group (SMD = 0.83, 95% CI = 0.10~1.56, p = 0.03). No significant difference in CK-MB was found in serum for cardiac death (SMD = -0.31, 95% CI = −0.85~0.24, p = 0.27) or myocardial infarction (SMD = -0.10, 95% CI = −0.69~0.49, p = 0.74). The postmortem biochemical analysis of CK-MB in the pericardial fluid can be used as an auxiliary method in the postmortem diagnosis of cardiac death, along with autopsy and histological investigation. Berry phase effects have significant influences on the electronic properties of condensed matter. In particular, the anomalous Hall conductivity has been recognized as an intrinsic property of the systems with non-zero Berry curvature. Here, we present the anomalous Hall effect observed in the non-magnetic material ZrTe5, which hosts a large Zeeman splitting with Landé g-factor of 26.49. The quantum oscillation analysis reveals non-linear band dispersion near the top of valence band in bulk band structure, and no Weyl node forms with applied magnetic field. The anomalous Hall conductivity reaches 129 Ω−1 cm−1 at 2 K, and shows weak temperature dependence. All these combined with theoretical analysis suggest that the anomalous Hall effect observed in ZrTe5 originates from the non-vanishing Berry curvature induced by combining large Zeeman splitting and strong spin–orbit coupling. Remarkably, the anomalous Hall resistivity reverses its sign from negative to positive at a hydrostatic pressure P = 1.3 GPa, which confirms that the anomalous Hall effect in ZrTe5 is highly related to the band structure-dependent Berry curvature. Micro-organic contaminants (MOs) in groundwater, which may have adverse effects on human health and ecosystems worldwide, are gaining increased attention in China. A great deal of research has been conducted to investigate their sources, occurrences and behavior in aquifers. This paper reviews the main sources, distribution, concentrations and behavior of a wide range of MOs in groundwater in China. These MOs include well-established persistent organic pollutants—polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), endocrine disrupting chemicals (poly brominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), phthalic acid esters (PAEs), bisphenol A (BPA)—and some contaminants of emerging concern such as pharmaceutical and personal care products (antibiotics, caffeine, shampoos) and perfluorinated compounds (PFCs). The results reveal that the main MOs in groundwater are PAHs, organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), PBDEs, PAEs, and antibiotics. Moreover, some PFCs such as perfluorobutane sulfonic acid (PFBS), perfluorobutanoic acid (PFBA) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) have only recently been observed in groundwater as emerging organic contaminants. Additionally, most MOs are distributed in populated and industrialized areas such as the southeast coast of China. Finally, industrial emissions, wastewater treatment plant effluents and agricultural wastewater are found to be dominant sources of MOs in groundwater. Transmit/receive L/C loop arrays with the induced current elimination (ICE) or magnetic wall decoupling method have shown high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and excellent parallel imaging ability for magnetic resonance imaging at ultrahigh fields, e.g., 7 T. In this study, we aim to numerically analyze the performance of an eight-channel ICE-decoupled loop array at 7 T. Three-dimensional electromagnetic (EM) and radiofrequency circuit co-simulation approach was employed. The values of all capacitors were obtained by optimizing the S-parameters of all coil elements. The EM simulation was used to accurately model the coil structure, the phantom and the excitation fields. All coil elements were well matched to 50 Ω and the isolation between any two coil elements was better −15 dB. The simulated S-parameters were consistent with the experimental results, indicating the simulation results were reliable. Compared with the conventional capacitively decoupled array, the ICE-decoupled array had higher sensitivity at the peripheral areas of the imaging subjects due to the shielding effect of the decoupling loops. Previous studies on insight problem solving using Chinese logogriphs as insight problems only investigated the time- and phase-locked changes of electrocortical responses triggered by Chinese logogriphs, but did not focus on what kind of brain state facilitates individuals to solve insight problems. To investigate this, we focused on participants' alpha activities (8-12 Hz) that closely correlates with insight problem solving and defocused attention while they were solving Chinese logogriphs. Results indicated that in the time window of 800-1400 ms after the presentation of target logogriphs, alpha power over parieto-central electrodes decreased relative to the reference interval in both the successful and unsuccessful logogriphs solving conditions. However, alpha power increased at parieto-occipital electrode sites in successful conditions compared with that in unsuccessful condition. The decrease in alpha activity in both conditions may reflect the cognitive demands in solving the target logogriphs. Furthermore, difference in alpha power between the successful and unsuccessful conditions at parieto-occipital electrode sites is associated with the process of heuristic information. Alpha synchronization observed in the successful condition compared to the unsuccessful condition might reflect a state of defocused attention that facilitates insight problem solving. Loss aversion manifests itself in rejecting a gamble of gaining or losing the same amount of money with equal chance. Although loss aversion is a well-known and intensively studied phenomenon, whether individual differences in behavioural loss aversion can be predicted using scalp potentials (EEG) remains unclear. The current study measured scalp potential when subjects played a series of fair coin-toss games in three situations (high, medium and low loss conditions). We found that most people chose to bet in the low loss condition and avoided to bet in the high loss condition. However, their betting behaviour in the medium loss condition was variable, reflecting their different behavioural tendency of loss aversion. We found that late positive complex (LPC) significantly increased when subjects accepted gambles in the low loss condition (implying potential loss), relative to when they rejected gambles in the high loss condition (implying no gain and no loss), which is consistent with the previous finding that emotional stimuli can induce enhanced LPC. We further found that the difference in the scalp potentials from the above two conditions could predict behavioural tendency of loss aversion in the medium loss condition across subjects. Soluble growth stimulation expressed gene 2 protein (sST2) is a myocardial protein induced by biomechanical stress. sST2 is widely present in the serum of patients with heart failure and is recommended as an important indicator to predict adverse outcomes in these patients. However, no postmortem biochemical analysis of sST2 in forensic practice has been reported. The present pilot study aimed to investigate the expression of sST2 in the pericardial fluid of patients with sudden cardiac death (SCD) caused by ischemic heart disease (IHD). In addition, to explore the relationship of sST2 with CK-MB, cTnT, and NT-proBNP, which have been proven to be auxiliary biomarkers for the diagnosis of SCD, we analyzed CK-MB, cTnT, NT-proBNP, and sST2 levels in twenty-one pericardial fluid samples from the Center of Forensic Investigation, China Medical University, with a Roche cobas e 411 electrochemiluminescence automatic immunoassay system and ST2/IL-33R Valukine™ enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit. The levels of sST2 in the pericardial fluid of patients with SCD caused by IHD were significantly increased (P < 0.01) and positively correlated with CK-MB and NT-proBNP (P < 0.0001). Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis indicated that the combined measurement of sST2 and NT-proBNP has a higher diagnostic value for SCD caused by IHD than the measurement of either indicator alone. This study preliminarily demonstrated that sST2 in the pericardial fluid was significantly increased in patients with SCD caused by IHD and might be used as a novel auxiliary biomarker for postmortem diagnosis of SCD in forensic practice.
