The aspect of learning and memory is developed on the basis of the development of learning abilities and its cognitive elements. Within this paper we will reflect the factors, but also the techniques that directly affect the learning process. In the framework of this paper I will analyze, justify, the factors but also the strategies that influence the process of learning. As is well known, human intelligence facilitates the process of learning and memory, while learning enables the development of intelligence, which in many definitions and scientific arguments determines the ability of learning. Within this paper is also analyzed the relationship and the relationship between intelligence and memory, as well as the other theme of this work is the interconnection between what is taught and clearly understood during the reading and learning process. Also within this paper we have analyzed the cognitive style and other aspects related to memory. As is known, the cognitive style mainly has no conscious dimension, and the learning and memory strategy has to do with deciding how to learn and remember more. This paper offers a comprehensive survey of translation ethics within the theoretical frame of Lady Welby's meaning triad concerning the relationship between ethics and translation in the meaning process of sign activities. The paper mainly discusses such aspects as: (1) the relationship between meaning triad and translation ethics, (2) upward translation as a method to maximize ethical value and (3) enhancement of translation ethics as a goal of upward translation. The results of the paper can be found as the following: 1. the evolutionary process of meaning from sense to meaning and then to significance is the path for the improvement of translators' cognitive ability and the sublimation of translator or interpreter's ethics and morality. 2. Neurocognitive functions play a decisive role in neurodevelopmental disorders affecting the quality of life of individuals with corresponding diagnoses or clinical indications. In addition, the parameter of executives and their subcategories, such as cognitive flexibility, working memory, and inhibition, as well as the possibility of their optimization through special treatment and training, have been extensively studied in the literature over the past several decades. The purpose of this paper is to present the findings of a decade's worth of review studies on executive functions and quality of life in developmental spectrum disorders. Given the genetic heterogeneity and polymorphism of the neurodevelopmental disorder profile and the overlap of outcome parameters, the findings of review studies must be more consistent in explaining causal factors and the efficacy of interventions. Nonetheless, innovative therapeutic approaches and their individualization hold promise for bridging this gap, with the aim of enhancing the quality of life for individuals in this diagnostic category and their close relatives. Down syndrome is considered to be one of the most prevalent genetic causes of intellectual disability, derived from chromosomal disorder, which accounts for dysfunctions in many organs and has a characteristic phenotype, which consists of physical and behavioral features. Many studies have shown that language is one of the most impaired areas of function in Down syndrome and perhaps, the highest barrier for their substantial inclusion into formal education and community. The aim of this paper is to investigate the specific features of this linguistic phenotype, presenting the strengths and weaknesses of their language, as well as the factors that contribute to their formation, compared to normally developing children. In addition, it scopes to highlight the role of educational mobile apps, as innovative and interactive tools for the developmental learning of Down syndrome children. The results of the research indicate that their language goes through the same, with typical development sequences, but progressively erases a slowing trajectory and results in lower performance. However, the use of mobile apps can significantly improve their cognitive functioning, in order to acquire academic and social skills that will ensure them an independent and quality life. Frame Coaching is an efficacious brief life coaching method. Drawing upon Erving Goffman's Frame Analysis, Frame Coaching adapts its application through the utilization of a literal framing process. Through framing, individuals visualize an orientation that facilitates the articulation of a goal and then undertake goal action steps toward goal achievement. Goal articulation is for an autonomously generated and self-articulated life issue. Frame Coaching also draws upon the psychological orientations of humanistic, cognitive, and solution-focused psychology, allowing for a life-coach strengths-based approach within the existential nature of life coaching. Academic motivation in teaching and learning processes, both in general and in particular in higher education, has been of great interest in educational research, since it is the basis of academic success. In this work, the model "Expectations-Value of achievement motivation" has been considered, which uses a socio-cognitive perspective to design an inventory that allows measuring the motivation for academic achievement in higher education. With this objective, the Motivational Inventory of Academic Achievement (IMLA) is created, supported by a rigorous methodological process in order to make this instrument reliable and valid. The psychometric properties of the IMLA were determined from the analysis of content validity, reliability and construct in a sample of 464 higher education students from a Chilean and a Spanish university. The results indicate that the IMLA has 9 factors that explain 64.11% of the total variance and a Cronbach's alpha of .913, a rating considered high according to the requirements of a measurement instrument. In this way, this study contributes with the creation of a tool that integrates important motivational aspects focused on internal cognitive beliefs, based on expectations and the value of the task, as well as incorporating the assessment of the environment, for which reason it is estimated. that the IMLA is an instrument with a high potential for the educational and scientific field. Leaders are born and then made. However, leaders always look forward to their organization, they seek new experiences and being constant to self-introspection made. The objective of this study was to undermine the level of self-efficacy, well-being, and work engagement, probe the relationship between the respondents' level of self-efficacy and wellbeing, the level of self-efficacy and level of work engagement, and the well-being and level of work engagement, and discover the predictive ability of the level of self-efficacy, and well-being, taken singly or in combination, of level of work engagement of City Marshalls at Binan City, Laguna. The findings revealed that there was a multiple correlation between the respondents 'level of self-efficacy, well-being, and level of work engagement. Further, the ANOVA showed that the independent variable intellectual well -being statistically significantly predicted the dependent variable level of work engagement with an F-value of 33.775 and a probability value of 0.000 which was less than the 0.05 significance level. This implied that the independent variables emotional and intellectual well-being were the drivers of work engagement, which further suggested that the city Marshall's genuine desire to learn and seek to be challenged in order to improve and grow as an individual determine their commitment to help the organization achieve its goals, which were demonstrated by how they think, feel, and act, as well as the emotional connection they feel towards the organization, work, and team. The new cognitive field of neuromusical education and research combines neuroscience and music. This article reviews recent research literature and discusses the application of neuroscience to music education, highlighting the positive effects of music education on the cognitive functions of the brain and the enhancement of an individual's quality of life.
