This article analyzes counter-hegemonic struggles in the face of the 21st century extractivism offensive in Latin America. First, it examines the emergence of a new generation of social movements against neoliberalism and subsequently against extractivism, shaped by the affected communities in alliance with a variety of subaltern groups that express the displacement of struggles towards the place for the reproduction and existence of life: the territory. In this context, the current Colombian scenario is presented, where one of the main banners of the new progressive government is the gradual de-escalation of the extractivist model within the framework of environmental justice, as an expression of an alternative hegemony. Finally, the paper highlights some of the main challenges of the struggle between capital and life in the face of the resurgence of extractivism in times of war, a socially and ecologically unsustainable model and one of the main obstacles in the construction of peace. This paper aims to make a philosophical approach to the theory of language in legal expressions, which increasingly establish measures that seek to differentiate the keys of the codes that have been budgeted from the theories of language in the construction of legal discourse, For this purpose, a theoretical analysis has been carried out, which from the philosophical theory can be appropriated by reviewing the sentence T 626 of 2022, where the Colombian constitutional court has detached itself from the forms and legal technicalities to be understandable to a child who acts as a receiver of the message. In such a way that this introduces a reflection that appropriates the interpretation of the law from the intellectual authors and not from the message, generating a significant transformation that must be considered within the legal hermeneutics. The aim of the paper is to discuss the persistence of the armed conflict in Colombia. This work starts from the premise that despite the alleged demobilizations of armed groups, terrorist actions remain, with the same weapons and practices typically implemented for those groups. This phenomenon has being identified by the authorities as Criminal Gangs (Bandas Criminales). The paper claim, that Crimes perpetraded by members of these gangs has been missinterpretated, because the criminal offence are conducted for cause, on occasion or in direct connection with the armed conflict. Terrorist acts and crimes against humanity continue occuring alongside of Colombian territory. In conclusion, Criminal Gangs (Bandas Criminales) must be repressed and sanctioned by the Colombian State and eventually by the International Criminal Court. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Child exploitation is one of the great concerns of international organizations and regional governments in the contemporary world. This situation responds to colonial patterns that have been imposed on American lands, as a result of the expansion of the globalization phenomenon. Consequently, to address this problem, it is considered appropriate to analyze a series of philosophical categories, such as: coloniality, exploitation, social welfare, from interdisciplinary approaches and perspectives, dimensioning them to the Colombian reality, particularly the Wayuu population of Riohacha, in the department of the Guajira. In this locality, exclusion, marginalization and oppression persist, where children and adolescents are forced to, to shovel the social difficulties they are going through. This is evidenced through theoretical references provided in the research and in the application of empirical observation, which has allowed reinforcing the philosophical and decolonial guidelines indicated. This paper does not pretend to establish a definitive position; on the contrary, it tries to promote critical debate and a different social praxis, which leads to the appreciation of childhood and social changes relevant to human progress. This paper is inspired by the conviction that education required by the new society goes beyond the cognitive paradigm and requires progressing towards a more comprehensive education in which emotional education is an imperative. As a result of research, and based on a comprehensive interest of teacher training in Colombia and under the methodological logic of the hermeneutic circle, this article contributes to open spaces for reflection on teacher in training colleges. The research allowed to understand critical aspects of the process of developing emotional competencies; based on a multiple case study in 75 teacher training colleges, complemented with the approach of one of them assumed as an instrumental case. The present paper explores the district's public policy of three Latin American capital cities, known for their intercultural population: Buenos Aires, Ciudad de México and Rio de Janeiro. Then it examines those policies in Bogotá, the capital city of Colombia, in order to compare and determine its preparedness or not for hosting the growing immigrating communities in the city. Main purpose is to contribute in defining a migrant integration path, through policy making that promotes intercultural cities in Latin America. It is expected to answer the following questions: Why is an intercultural approach important in the citys planning and which aspects are to be considered? The paper presents theoretical considerations arising from an investigative process carried out in Bogotá, 2011, addressed to a population of young Afro-Colombian women on the issue of human rights and affirmative action policies. Its objectives questioned the many faces of sexism in current capitalist societies, stating that, despite the explicit intentions to empowerwomen included in public policies, advances are not being made toward inclusion and the visibility of all women; on the contrary, more subtle and stratified forms of exclusion are being adopted from the consumerist capitalist machinery that penetrates deeply into the modes of existence in Latin American countries. The objective of this paper is to study the relationships between youth and politics in the current context of social processes in order to understand the meaning of political practices among university youth, focusing the investigation on students at the Los Libertadores University Foundation. Political configurations are identified in order to decipher the complex connections between youth, the specific exercise of power and youthful expressions such as resistance practices and authentic creative relations on the political horizon.
