Electronic fibers/textiles have great potential for applications in smart wearables due to their excellent flexibility, air permeability, and wearing comfort. However, it is still challenging to produce reliable electronic textiles at low cost and in a large scale. Herein, we report a spraying‐spinning process for fabricating electronic yarns with excellent stability and durability. Cotton sliver, which is the raw material for spinning conventional cotton yarns, was spray coated with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and spun on an Ag@nylon yarn, forming a sheath‐core structured CNT@cotton‐Ag@nylon yarn (CCAY). The process is continuous, large‐scalable, applicable to other raw fiber materials and compatible with traditional textile processes. The as‐prepared CCAY showed superior mechanical durability, washability, and conductivity to typical surface coated yarns. It can be easily processed or integrated into textiles through weaving, knitting, sewing, and embroidering. We systematically studied the electromechanical, electro‐thermal, and photothermal performance of CCAY based yarns/fabrics, demonstrating its versatile applications in smart textiles. In addition, CCAY can be further equipped with other features, such as electro‐thermochromic functions, pH sensing and flame resistant abilities. Considering the large‐scalability, versatility, and low‐cost, we foresee that this spraying‐spinning process for electronic yarns may play important roles in the development of practical smart fibers/textiles. The development of cooling textiles has a significant impact on energy saving and cost‐effectiveness in the context of global warming. Engineering textiles with cooling performance while maintaining their intrinsic traits, for example, lightweight, washable, comfort, and durability, is a great challenge in developing personal cooling garments. Here, the synthesis of nanodiamond/polydopamine/wool (ND‐PDA‐wool) nanocomposites through a facile dip‐coating approach is demonstrated. Different types of ND including detonation ND (DND), carboxylated ND (ND‐COOH) and hydroxylated ND (ND‐OH), are used, and dopamine templating is applied to achieve strong adhesion and bonding between fiber and ND. The morphology, structure, and properties of the as‐coated fabrics are characterized, and the cooling performance together with comfort are measured. Due to the excellent thermal conductivity of ND, the temperature difference between the coated fabrics and uncoated ones is around 2.4–3.9 °C within a short time span of 30 min. The coated ND‐PDA‐Wool fabrics demonstrated enhanced thermal stability and improved mechanical properties with excellent durability, and the water absorbency is greatly enhanced with well‐maintained air permeability. ND‐PDA‐wool composite fabrics offer a strategy to develop durable, lightweight, washable, and comfortable cooling textiles with immense potential in energy saving and reducing space cooling costs. The treatment or upgrading of waste trifluoromethane (CHF3, R23), which has a significant greenhouse effect, is of great importance in industry. Herein, series of SO42−/ZrO2‐SiO2 catalysts with different Brønsted and Lewis acid site densities and ratios were prepared for pyrolysis of R23 to tetrafluoroethylene (C2F4, TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (C3F6, HFP). The effects of impregnation concentration of (NH4)2SO4 on specific surface area, crystal phase, and Brønsted and Lewis acid site densities and ratios were respectively demonstrated. The Brønsted and Lewis acid sites were observed to have cooperative effects on R23 transformation and up to 94.6% selectivity of (TFE + HFP) could be achieved at 750°C. The kinetic studies revealed the decomposition of R23 into CF2 carbene and HF was the rate‐determining step, and a deactivation behavior was found due to the site coverage and pore blockage by the oligomers of TFE and HFP. Fiber‐based multimodal sensors with electrical/optical signals are highly desired for next‐generation wearable electronics. Despite the remarkable progress in this area, achieving large‐scale knittable, washable, and self‐healing performance in fiber‐based multimodal sensors simultaneously remains a great challenge. Here, a smart fiber capable of exhibiting piezoresistive/luminescent properties based on an H‐bonding connected multilayered core–shell nanostructure is developed. The core principle of this design involves constructing strong interfacial interactions between the fiber layers, which results in a sensor with high sensitivity (gauge factor = 12383500), exceptional water resistance, and robust self‐healing properties (tensile strength 30.9 MPa, healing efficiency 72.9%). Unlike traditional fiber‐based sensors where elaborate nanostructures are prone to shedding during knitting, this strategy enables the fiber sensors with excellent knittability to be patterned in the fabric, improving both optical and electrical sensitivities.
