Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has brought new reconstruction opportunities for the intelligence of the advertisement industry through the help of AI technologies such as machine learning and deep learning. First, the relationship between AI and the attractiveness of green advertisements is investigated, and the influence of different AI technologies in green advertisements on consumers' perception of the attractiveness of green advertisements is summarized. Second, based on the green advertisement dissemination rate data set, the data visualization exploration is carried out, and the data deletion and coding processing are carried out aiming at different characteristic variables. Finally, according to the problems existing in the current green advertisement communication and the high‐dimensional and sparse characteristics of the communication rate data set. In this paper, based on Deep FM (Factorization Machine), Gradient Boost Decision Tree (GBDT) is added to assist the experiment, and the prediction performance of green advertising communication is tested. The results are as follows. (1) Different AI expressions in green advertisements will affect consumers' perception of the attractiveness of green advertisements. (2) The prediction ability of Deep FM model after feature engineering is better than that of data cleaning only. The prediction effect of the model is obviously improved. The purpose of this paper is to integrate green advertising media communication into the ecological concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, strengthen the political belief of ecological civilization construction, and conform to the communication trend of today's severe ecological situation. Actuator plays a significant role in soft robotics. This paper proposed an ultralong stretchable soft actuator (US2A) with a variable and sizeable maximum elongation. The US2A is composed of a silicone rubber tube and a bellows woven sleeve. The maximal extension can be conveniently regulated by just adjusting the wrinkles' initial angle of the bellows woven sleeve. The kinematics of US2A could be obtained by geometrically analyzing the structure of the bellows woven sleeve when the silicone rubber tube is inflated. Based on the principle of virtual work, the actuating models have been established: the pressure-elongation model and the pressure-force model. These models reflect the influence of the silicone tube's shell thickness and material properties on the pneumatic muscle's performance, which facilitates the optimal design of US2A for various working conditions. The experimental results showed that the maximum elongation of the US2A prototype is 257%, and the effective elongation could be variably regulated in the range of 0 and 257%. The proposed models were also verified by pressure-elongation and pressure-force experiments, with an average error of 5% and 2.5%, respectively. Finally, based on the US2A, we designed a pneumatic rehabilitation glove, soft arm robot, and rigid-soft coupling continuous robot, which further verified the feasibility of US2A as a soft driving component. Elevator is an important equipment in special equipment, its operation reliability is related to the life safety of elevator passengers; when the elevator fails, how to timely accurate identification of fault types and judgment of fault causes are the key to engineering application and theoretical research. This paper mainly introduces the application of support vector machine in fault diagnosis of elevator key structures.

Ilamycins E1/E2 are novel cyclic heptapeptides from Streptomyces atratus SCSIO ZH16, which have the MIC value of 9.8 nM against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv. However, the lower fermentative titer of ilamycins E1/E2 cut off further development for novel anti-TB lead drugs. In order to break the obstacle, the combinatorial strategy of medium optimization, fermentative parameters optimization, exogenous addition of metal ions, precursors, and surfactants was developed to promoted the production of ilamycins E1/E2. Addition of 1 mM ZnCl2 at 0 h, 1 g/L tyrosine at 96 h, and 2 g/L shikimic acid at 48 h increased the production of ilamycins E1/E2 from 13.51 to 762.50 ± 23.15, 721.39 ± 19.13, and 693.83 ± 16.86 mg/L, respectively. qRT-PCR results showed that the transcription levels of key genes in Embden–Meyerhof–Parnas pathway, hexose phosphate shunt pathway, and shikimic acid pathway were upregulated. In addition, the production of ilamycins E1/E2 reached 790.34 mg/L in a 5-L bioreactor by combinatorial strategy. Combinatorial strategies were used for improving ilamycins E1/E2 production in S. atratus ΔilaR and provided a sufficient basis on further clinic development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: Little is known about the measurement invariance (MI) of resilience instruments in cancer care. This study was designed to examine MI of 10-Item Resilience Scale (RS-SC-10) in Americans and Chinese with cancer using propensity score-based multidimensional item response theory (MIRT) analysis., Methods: A sample of 924 patients were enrolled in the Be Resilient to Cancer trial involving 1 hospital in America and 3 hospitals in China. Data were collected from the RS-SC-10 and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale. Propensity score matching and MIRT were performed to evaluate Differential Item Function. Integrated Discrimination Improvement and Net Reclassification Improvement were used to indirectly estimate the MI through incremental prediction ability of MIRT-based score over total score., Results: RS-SC-10 retained 10 items with monotonous thresholds and its original two-factor structure. Nonuniform Differential Item Function was recognized in Item 4 ( P  ​= ​0.0011, Δ%β1 ​= ​4.15%) and Item 8 ( P  ​= ​0.0017, Δ%β1 ​= ​5.99%). Net Reclassification Improvement ranged from 9.04% to 35.01%, and Integrated Discrimination Improvement ranged from 8.82% to 20.60%., Conclusions: Although partial MI has been identified between Americans and Chinese, RS-SC-10 remains a critical indicator to emotional distress in cancer care., (© 2022 The Author(s).)

Background: Infertility affects approximately 15% of couples worldwide with male infertility being responsible for approximately 50% of cases. Although accumulating evidence demonstrates the critical role of the X chromosome in spermatogenesis during the last few decades, the expression patterns and potential impact of the X chromosome, together with X linked genes, on male infertility are less well understood., Methods: We performed X chromosome exome sequencing followed by a two-stage independent population validation in 1333 non-obstructive azoospermia cases and 1141 healthy controls to identify variant classes with high likelihood of pathogenicity. To explore the functions of these candidate genes in spermatogenesis, we first knocked down these candidate genes individually in mouse spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) using short interfering RNA oligonucleotides and then generated candidate genes knockout mice by CRISPR-Cas9 system., Results: Four low-frequency variants were identified in four genes ( BCORL1 , MAP7D3 , ARMCX4 and H2BFWT ) associated with male infertility. Functional studies of the mouse SSCs revealed that knocking down Bcorl1 or Mtap7d3 could inhibit SSCs self-renewal and knocking down Armcx4 could repress SSCs differentiation in vitro. Using CRISPR-Cas9 system, Bcorl1 and Mtap7d3 knockout mice were generated. Excitingly, Bcorl1 knockout mice were infertile with impaired spermatogenesis. Moreover, Bcorl1 knockout mice exhibited impaired sperm motility and sperm cells displayed abnormal mitochondrial structure., Conclusion: Our data indicate that the X-linked genes are associated with male infertility and involved in regulating SSCs, which provides a new insight into the role of X-linked genes in spermatogenesis., Competing Interests: Competing interests: None declared., (© Author(s) (or their employer(s)) 2021.
