Landslide deformation is the most intuitive and effective characterization of the evolution of landslides and reveals the inherent risk of landslides. Considering the inadequacy of existing deformation monitoring data for early warnings regarding landslide hazards, resulting in insufficient disaster response times, this paper proposes a time-domain correlation model. Based on the process of rainfall-induced landslide deformation, the time-domain correlation between regional rainfall and landslide deformation is proposed, which can reflect the temporal characteristics of landslide responses to rainfall, and the calculation method of the impulse response function is designed to quantitatively model and calculate the correlation. Furthermore, rainfall monitoring data are used to optimize the landslide deformation monitoring indicator system for early warnings regarding landslide instability. The feasibility of the method proposed in this paper is verified by analyzing the historical monitoring data of rainfall and landslide deformation at nine typical locations in five landslide hazard areas in Fengjie County, Chongqing city. (1) The correlation models for the XP landslide involve a delayed rainfall response time of 5 for deformation, respectively, as well as the existence of a cycle of 55–56 days, which means that the above area can advance the landslide warning by one lag time based on the cycle; (2) The correlation models for the OT landslide show consistent correlations under a 48–50-day cycle, which means that the deformation in the above areas can be predicted based on rainfall accumulation. To reduce traffic congestion and pollution, urban rail transit in China has been in a stage of rapid development in recent years. As a result, rail transit service interruption events are becoming more common, seriously affecting the resilience of the transportation system and user satisfaction. Therefore, determining the changing mechanism of the passenger waiting tolerance, which helps establish a scientific and effective emergency plan, is urgent. First, the variables and levels of the urban rail service interruption scenarios were screened and determined, and the stated preference questionnaire was designed using the orthogonal design method. Further, the data of the waiting tolerance of passengers during service interruptions were obtained through questionnaires. Second, combined with the questionnaire data, an accelerated failure time model that obeys the exponential distribution was constructed. The results indicate that factors such as the service interruption duration, travel distance, bus bridging, information accuracy, attention to operation information, travel frequency and interruption experience affect the waiting tolerance of passengers during service interruptions. Finally, combined with the sensitivity analysis of the key influencing factors, the policy analysis and suggestions are summarized to provide theoretical support for the urban rail operation and management department to capture the passenger waiting tolerance accurately during service interruptions and formulate an efficient, high-quality emergency organization plan. Abstract: The hazardous chemical accidents remain a matter of major concern. However, there is a dearth of practical measures about the emergency management of hazardous chemicals leakage. Therefore, in order to provide more accurate management plan, quantitative risk assessment has become a critical issue in chemical industry. The main aim of this study is to quantify the risk of hazardous chemicals leakage, and take precautions against the accidents. In this study, a Fire-Explosion-Poisoning Quantitative Probability Model (FEPQPM) has been established. The paper introduced the probability analysis methods to analyze derivative accidents caused by hazardous chemicals leakage, established quantitative risk assessment models, and made acceptable risk level analysis. This model has been applied to quantitatively assess an enterprise’s storage tank at Changshou Chemical Industrial Distripark (CID) in Chongqing, China. Evaluation results are in line with the actual situation of the CID. It is shown that the probability of poisoning is very large, causing more economic loss than the other two types of accidents, and death toll of leakage accident increases over time, resulting in greater economic losses. The risk level of leakage accident involving poisoning is unacceptable. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
