The influence of the Alfven Mach number (MA) on the intensity and length of quasistationary Alfven (AQW) and slow magnetosonic (MQW) waves and plasma jets generated by periodic laser plasma bunches in a of magnetized plasma was studied. It was shown that the intensity and wavelength at low velocities of the plasma expansion are maximum, which correspond to MA ∼ 0.2 − 0.5. In experiments, the momentum and angular momentum of the slow magnetosonic and torsional Alfven waves produced by irradiating train of laser pulses of the target in a magnetic field in a vacuum or in a rarefied plasma with a magnetic field were investigated. At "resonance" of plasma bunches with background, a single Alfven wave and a single slow magnetosonic wave are formed. The fast non-MHD development of large-scale flutes at the boundary of plasma clouds expanding into magnetic field is a very common but still unclear phenomenon in a lot of geophysical (AMPTE Barium releases) and laboratory (laser plasma) experiments. To study its specific physics under conditions of the finite value of ion Larmor radius we had compared the data of AMPTE simulation at KI-1 facility with computer runs by electron Hall/MHD and Hybrid codes with taking into account magnetic field's diffusion relevant to the effect of anomalous electron collision frequency. It was found that the main experimentally observed features of flutes (their increment and non-linear stage) could be correctly described by these models. However, it requires this collision frequency of electrons to be proportional to their gyrofrequency, with values close to estimates derived earlier from KI-1 experiments through the phenomenology analysis of diamagnetic properties of exploding plasmas. The article focuses on the study of the direct energy conversion process for vista laser fusion rocket (LFR) in laser-plasma experiments with dipole-like magnetic field. The first experiment with clouds of Laser Plasma (LP) in dipole field to simulate Laser Fusion Rocket (LFR) had proved that a real value of momentum conversion efficiency could be achieved in a good agreement with MHD[3] and PIC[4] simulations for LFR VISTA.
