Activating cGAS‐STING pathway has great potential to achieve effective antitumor immunotherapy. However, mutant p53 (mutp53), a commonly observed genetic alteration in over 50% of human cancer, will impede the therapeutic performance of the cGAS‐STING pathway. Herein, multifunctional ZIF‐8@MnO2 nanoparticles are constructed to degrade mutp53 and facilitate the cGAS‐STING pathway. The synthesized ZIF‐8@MnO2 can release Zn2+ and Mn2+ in cancer cells to induce oxidative stress and cytoplasmic leakage of fragmented mitochondrial double‐stranded DNAs (dsDNAs). Importantly, the released Zn2+ induces variable degradation of multifarious p53 mutants through proteasome ubiquitination, which can alleviate the inhibitory effects of mutp53 on the cGAS‐STING pathway. In addition, the released Mn2+ further increases the sensitivity of cGAS to dsDNAs as immunostimulatory signals. Both in vitro and in vivo results demonstrate that ZIF‐8@MnO2 effectively promotes the cGAS‐STING pathway and synergizes with PD‐L1 checkpoint blockades, leading to remarkable regression of local tumors as well as distant metastases of breast cancer. Small metal oligomers have gained significant attention due to their exceptional optoelectronic properties and versatile applications, ranging from sensors to imaging and catalysis. However, the need for matrices (silica, zeolites, or metal‐organic frameworks) to prevent aggregation into larger metallic particles reduces their potential applicability in light‐emitting devices (LEDs) due to their poor electrical properties. To address this issue, a novel semiconductor stabilizer, titanosilicate, is proposed as an innovative solution for Ag‐based luminescent materials. These results show that titanosilicate, characterized by high thermochemical stability and well‐defined semiconducting properties, is an ideal scaffold for Ag‐luminescent species. Optical spectroscopic techniques reveal that Ag‐titanosilicates feature an orange fluorescence with a photoluminescence quantum yield reaching 20%. In contrast, a combination of X‐ray diffraction, TEM, and XEOL‐X‐ray absorption spectroscopic techniques show that, unlike zeolites, the luminescent species consist of single Ag atoms. The electroluminescent properties of the proposed Ag‐titanosilicate are further investigated within a conventional LED architecture by using the new material as an emissive layer. The developed proof‐of‐concept LED exhibits a significant improvement of the ZEOLEDs, where a smaller low turn‐on voltage of 2 V (enabling energy‐efficient operation) and high color rendering index of 80 introduces exciting prospects for developing advanced Ag‐LED phosphors. [Display omitted] • The mace-shaped NH 2 -Uio-66-modified HNTs nanocarrier was fabricated by in-situ synthesis. • The NH 2 -Uio-66-modified HNTs nanocarrier as sustained release nano-system exhibited the higher pyraclostrobin loading. • The pyraclostrobin@NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs formulation had the profound merits against the strawberry gray mold. Owing to the high effective release and uptake merits, the ordered porous nanostructure as the drug-loaded delivery nano-systems is fascinating to the sustained release formulations enabled the multi-functional applications. For this reason, we successfully fabricate a novel hierarchal porous nanostructure incorporated with NH 2 -Uio-66 metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) that both own the innate lower biotoxicity and good antifungal ability. The composition and structure of the NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs nanocarrier are determined by a series of characterizations, of which the exclusive morphology manifests the nanosized octahedral structure NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs grown on the external surface of HNTs nanotubes, thus looking like mace. As the pyraclostrobin(Pyr)-loaded nano-system, the release performance of Pyr onto NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs is intensively investigated, and that the release behavior is discussed by the fitting data of the release models. The mace-shaped NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs nanocarrier has the drug-loaded rate of 11.90% for Pyr by physical adsorption and can release cumulatively by ca.20% at 25 °C for a releasing time of 200 h. Environmentally responsive pesticide nanocarriers can respond to the metabolites of pathogenic fungi as well as the soil microenvironment to achieve intelligent release of pesticides. In this work, a smart pH and cellulase dual environmentally responsive pesticide delivery system (Tebu@ZnMOFs@CMC) was constructed by combining carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and Zn-based metal–organic frameworks (ZnMOFs), which are loaded with tebuconazole (Tebu). Physicochemical characterization indicates the successful preparation of Tebu@ZnMOFs@CMC nanoparticles. The Tebu loading capacity was approximately 18.26%. Release simulations showed a higher cumulative release of Tebu under acidic and cellulase-promoted conditions. The surface coverage of carboxymethyl cellulose could effectively improve its spread on wheat and rice leaves. Compared with tebuconazole suspension concentrate (Tebu@SC) and tebuconazole technical, Tebu@ZnMOFs@CMC nanoparticles showed higher antifungal activity. It also had lower acute toxicity to zebrafish, Daphnia magna and earthworms, and no significant effect on wheat and rice. Thanks to the potential of aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) phenomena, improved stabilities, and the good selectivity and sensitivity of the chemical responses exhibited by the products, coordination‐driven self‐assembly with tetraphenylethylene (TPE) units has recently received much attention and has been widely investigated for application in chemical sensors, cell imaging agents, light‐harvesting systems, and others. Several reviews have emerged on the topics of AIE chemistry and aggregation‐induced emission luminogen (AIEgen)‐based supramolecular assembles, however, there is still a distinct lack of full overviews of emission enhancement from the viewpoint of metal‐coordination effects. Thus, this minireview offers recent advances that have been made in the design and application of TPE‐based metallacycles, metallacages, metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and coordination polymers (CPs). The molar heat capacities of one-three-dimensional metal-organic frameworks Al4(OH)2(OCH3)4(H2N-BDC)3 (CAU-1) were measured by temperature-modulated differential scanning calorimetry (TMDSC) over the temperature range from 213 to 393 K for the first time. No phase transition or thermal anomaly was observed in the experimental temperature range. The fundamental thermodynamic parameters such as entropy and enthalpy relative to 298.15 K were calculated based on the experimentally determined molar heat capacities. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, powder XRD, FT-IR spectrum. Moreover, the thermal stabilities and decomposition mechanisms of hydrated phase and dehydrated phase of CAU-1 were investigated by thermogravimetric spectrometer in the temperature range 298-1023 K. Abstract Co nanoparticles embedded nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon composites with rhombic dodecahedral morphology (Co-NC RDCs) are prepared by the carbonization of cobalt containing metal-organic framework (ZIF-67). A novel nonenzymatic H 2 O 2 electrochemical biosensor is developed based on Co-NC RDCs that drop-casted on rotating-disk electrode. The effects of carbonization temperatures and times to the sensing properties of Co-NC RDCs are systematically investigated. Among the studied composites, Co-NC-600-5 gives the largest surface area and the highest content of residual N-doped carbon, results in the best electrocatalytic activity for H 2 O 2 reduction in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS, pH 7.4). The Co-NC-600-5 based H 2 O 2 biosensor exhibits fast amperometric response within 6 s, low detection limit of 0.143 μM (S/N = 3) and wide linear range of 0.001–30 mM with a high sensitivity of 234.913 μA mM−1 cm−2, which is comparable to the reported high-performance H 2 O 2 biosensors. In addition, this nonenzymatic biosensor displays good selectivity, high reproducibility and long-term stability. Further study proves that the synergetic effect between nitrogen and cobalt in the composite is critical to the attractive performance. The present study proves that cobalt nanoparticles embedded nitrogen-doped porous carbon material could be a class of promising sensing platform for the electrochemical detection of H 2 O 2. Metal sulfides derived from metal-organic framework (MOF) have high porosity and easily changed morphology, so they are widely used in supercapacitors. However, they still have a few shortcomings such as poor cycle performance and low specific capacitance. The experiment shows that the generation of sulfur vacancy can optimize its electrochemical performance. Therefore, this work focuses on preparing porous nickel sulfide derived from Ni-based MOF and introducing sulfur vacancies at room temperature. Pleated nanoparticles of r-Ni 3 S 2 that are composed of petal-like flakes were prepared with rich sulfur vacancies. This morphology has a larger specific surface area and sulfur vacancies also exposes more active sites, increases free charge carriers and reduces Gibbs free energy of surface reaction, which will enhance electrochemical performance. It is demonstrated that the specific capacitance increased significantly after the sodium borohydride reduction treatment, and the capacitance retention rate increased by 32 % after 5000 cycles. In addition, the asymmetric supercapacitor of r-Ni 3 S 2 //AC was assembled, which yielded a specific energy density of 33.7 Wh kg−1 at the power density of 1167.8 W kg−1. Compared to the octahedral metal–organic framework CuBTC (also called HKUST-1), an interesting hexagonal prism shaped CuBTC/carboxyl-functionalized graphene composite was synthesized through a precursor-resolvothermal method. Based on structural characterization results of the composite, the mechanism of crystal morphology-control was proposed that carboxyl-functionalized graphene plays a dual role of structure-directing nucleation sites and framework linkers in the process of CuBTC crystal growth. The precursor-resolvothermal method provides an effective way to transform the morphology of metal–organic frameworks, and the results also demonstrate the possibility of using functionalized graphene to synthesize a wide range of structural motifs in metal–organic frameworks with adjustable metrics. On the basis of maintaining thermal stability, the composite exhibited about a 6% increase in CO 2 capacity (from 6.39 mmol·g −1 of CuBTC to 6.77 mmol·g −1 at 273 K and 1 atm). Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with naphthalene-1,4,5,8-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (H 4 NDISA) chromophoric unit provide an intriguing platform for the design of multiple stimulus responsive materials. Herein, the first NDISA-based 2D MOF [Ca(H 2 NDISA)(DMF) 3 ]∙H 2 O (Ca-NDISA) constructed from alkaline-earth metal ion was successfully synthesized. The structural analysis shown that a binuclear secondary building unit (SBU) [Ca 2 (COO) 2 (DMF) 6 ] is extended to generate a 2D planar network structure with abundant open-activity sites, endowing Ca-NDISA with multiple stimulus responsive chromic behaviors. Ca-NDISA could undergo a color change from yellow to red in hydrochromism, rendering it with the applications in detecting the water content of organic solvents, as a humidity sensor when fabricating a PMMA@ Ca-NDISA film, and a potential hydrochromic imaging material. In amine-/acid-induced chromism, Ca-NDISA respectively changed its color to red and brown when exposed to strong acid and some small size ammonia/organic amines vapors environment, which makes the PMMA@ Ca-NDISA film as a visual and portable recognition detector for acids and amines. In ionochromism, Ca-NDISA is suitable for the naked-eye discrimination and detection of I− with obvious color change to black brown. Due to its large capacity and relatively high conductivity, cobalt sulfide has been considered an excellent electrode material for lithium-ion batteries, but its extreme volume change during charging and discharging and lower conductivity than graphite limits its development. In this work, composite nanosheets of MXene and N-doped carbon-confined cobalt sulfide nanosheets (CoS@NC/MXene) were synthesized by growing the Co metal–organic framework of ZIF-67 onto MXene sheets, followed by sulfidation treatment. Different from normal ZIF-67 generally prepared in methanol, this work fabricates ZIF-67 in aqueous solution, which induces ZIF-67 to undergo some degree of hydrolysis and form more dispersed Co layered hydroxides mounted onto MXene. Also, the MXene incorporation imparts better water stability to ZIF-67(Co) and helps maintain its morphology during the sulfidation. CoS@NC/MXene has a conductive network supported by MXene and enhanced by NC, as well as a 3D hierarchical porous structure offered by the rational combination of its components. These favorable characteristics allow CoS@NC/MXene to deliver a capacity of 691 mA h g−1 at 200 mA g−1 in the 100th cycle and retain the specific capacity of 382 mA h g−1 at a higher current density of 8000 mA g−1. Two metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) of M(HBTC)(4,4′-bipy)·3DMF [M = Ni (for 1) and Co (for 2); HBTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (1,3,5-BTC); 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine; DMF = N, N′-dimethylformamide] were synthesized by a one-pot solution reaction and a solvothermal method, respectively, and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectra. The low-temperature molar heat capacities of M(HBTC)(4,4′-bipy)·3DMF were measured by temperature-modulated differential scanning calorimetry (TMDSC) for the first time. The thermodynamic parameters such as entropy and enthalpy relative to reference temperature 298.15 K were derived based on the above molar heat capacity data. Moreover, the thermal stability and the decomposition mechanism of M(HBTC)(4,4′-bipy)·3DMF were investigated by thermogravimetry analysis (TGA). The nitrogen-rich Ti/Zr bimetallic metal organic framework (MOF) precursors were synthesized by a facile one-step hydrothermal method. By pyrolyzing the MOF precursors at 600 °C, the N self-doped TiO 2 /ZrO 2 composites were obtained, and the morphology of the MOF precursor was well preserved. The powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) indicated the highly crystalline polycrystallization of mix-phase TiO 2 and tetragonal ZrO 2 in the composites. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and elemental mapping image demonstrated the successful uniform doping of N. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) proved that the bimetal oxides retained the thin disk morphology of the MOF precursor. The photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopic analysis proved that the N-doped TiO 2 /ZrO 2 composites have a lower photogenerated electron and hole pair recombination rate than single metal oxides. Mott-Schottky analysis confirmed that the N-doped TiO 2 /ZrO 2 composites belonged to the n-n heterojunction. The N doped TiO 2 /ZrO 2 composites exhibited the outstanding performance of methylene blue (MB) photodegradation under UV light illumination with an efficiency of 93.2% after 80 min. In addition, the degradation rate of N-doped TiO 2 /ZrO 2 for tetracycline and phenol and was 86.3% and 72.4% after 120 min, respectively. The quenching test demonstrated that the •OH was the main active radicals, and the electron spin resonance (ESR) confirmed the existence of •OH radicals. The stability and reusability of the composites were confirmed by cyclic experiments, and the possible photocatalytic mechanism was discussed. Overall, N-doped TiO 2 /ZrO 2 composites have the considerable application prospect for photocatalysis of organic pollutants in the polluted water. The N self-doped TiO 2 /ZrO 2 composite catalysts were derived from N-rich Ti/Zr bimetallic MOF precursors and exhibited excellent photocatalytic activities in degrading methylene blue. This study involves the fabrication of a sandwich-type electrochemical immunosensor for sensitive and simultaneous detection of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and cancer embryo antigen (CEA). Gold nanoparticle (Au NP)–modified ultrathin metal–organic framework nanosheets (UMOFNs) were prepared (denoted as Cu-UMOFNs@Au NPs and Co-UMOFNs@Au NPs). Furthermore, the Cu-UMOFNs@Au NPs and Co-UMOFNs@Au NPs were used as redox probes to label different antibodies. Subsequently, any potential active sites that remained were blocked using glucose oxidase. Dual catalysis amplification was achieved using the prepared MOF-derived materials via in situ catalysis of glucose to produce H2O2 in the presence of glucose oxidase. H2O2 was further catalyzed by Cu-UMOFNs@Au NP- and Co-UMOFNs@Au NP-derived materials to obtain better signal responses. The results revealed that the linear range of the proposed immunosensor for the simultaneous detection of AFP was 0.001–100 ng mL−1 (detection limit, 0.28 pg mL−1; S/N = 3) and that for the simultaneous detection of CEA was 0.001–80 ng mL−1 (detection limit, 0.31 pg mL−1; S/N = 3). Graphical abstract A porous composite containing N,N′-dimethylethylenediamine based on MIL-101 was synthesized through a post-synthesis modification method, which exhibited improved CO 2 capacity at ambient temperature under low pressure. For the case of P(CO 2)/P(N 2) = 0.15:0.75, the CO 2 /N 2 selectivity of dmeda-MIL-101 is 31.7 at 298 K due to the higher Q st , twice the 15.5 for MIL-101. Abstract A composite adsorbent based on a metal–organic framework MIL-101 (Cr 3 F(H 2 O) 2 O(BDC) 3 ; BDC: terephthalic acid) loaded with N,N′-dimethylethylenediamine (dmeda) was synthesized by post-synthesis modification method, and the crystal structure and thermal stability of MIL-101 were maintained. The composite is shown to enhance capacity and selectivity for post-combustion carbon dioxide capture, even if its BET specific surface area decreases by 52% compared to MIL-101. At 273 K and 298 K under 1 bar, dmeda-MIL-101 exhibited 8.7% and 18.7% increase in CO 2 capacity respectively (from 2.30 mmol/g of MIL-101 to 2.50 mmol/g at 273 K, and from 1.35 mmol/g of MIL-101 to 1.59 mmol/g at 298 K). At 273 K and 298 K under a 0.15 bar CO 2 /0.75 bar N 2 mixture, the CO 2 /N 2 selectivities of MIL-101 and dmeda-MIL-101 were calculated by Ideal Adsorbed Solution Theory (IAST), according to single-component gas sorption experiment data. The improved capacity and selectivity are consequences of the higher isosteric heat of CO 2 adsorption (33.9 kJ/mol at zero coverage), which is due to the interaction between amines and CO 2. Nanozyme has been experiencing rapid development in biomedical applications involving biosensors, immunoassays, and antitumor agents in recent years due to its tunable catalytic performance and desirable biocompatibility. Since the first exploration of nanozyme‐based Fenton reaction for nanocatalytic therapy (NCT) against tumor, a variety of Fenton (and Fenton‐like) nanozymes, such as Fe3O4, transition metal ions (Co2+, Cu2+, and Mn2+), and metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), have been proved as desirable candidates for tumor therapy, and the modulation of the tumor microenvironment (TME) is determined to be a feasible approach to improve the catalytic efficiency for in situ tumor suppression. At present, increasing studies have focused on improving the therapeutic efficiency of NCT by formulating multifunctional nanozyme‐based systems to satisfy the demand for versatile and optimized applications. Herein, updated insights into the novel strategies of 1) achieving highly effective nanocatalytic reactions, including the modification of nanocatalysts and TME‐modulating approaches, are provided and 2) the design and formulation of multifunctional nanozyme‐based systems which achieve targeted, synergistic therapy, and theranostic applications are analyzed and concluded. Concise and concentrated comments and outlooks are illuminated at the end to outline the perspectives and the remaining challenges for the next‐step explorations on further biomedical translation of NCT. Metal-organic frameworks [Co(Hbidc)(H2O)2] (1) and [Mn(Hbidc)(H2O)] (2), with multidentate 1H-benzimidazole-5,6-dicarboxylic acid (H3bidc) ligand, have been synthesized under hydro/solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the center Co atom of complex 1 is six-coordinated with three-dimensional supramolecular structure and center Mn of complex 2 is five-coordinated with exhibiting a 2D layered network. The photodegradation of Crystal violet dye and Methylene blue dye were studied firstly by complexes 1 and 2 as photocatalysts. Research result indicates that the degradation rate for complex 1 can reach 89.85% , 90.6% and that for complex 2 can reach 88.28% , 79.48%. The field of post‐synthesis modification has aroused widespread concern from diverse perspectives, including chemistry, biology, and material science. Post‐synthesis modification can introduce rich functionality into metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) without destroying the main structure of MOFs. Based on this research status, a series of lanthanide metal–organic frameworks ([Ln2(NH2‐BDC)2.5(CH3COO)(DMA)(H2O)]•DMA, Ln = Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd and Tb, NH2‐BDC = 2‐aminoterephthalic acid, DMA = N,N‐Dimethylacetamide) with 3D network structures, are synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis. Due to the presence of uncoordinated amino groups in the ligands, a series of post‐synthesis modified compounds are successfully synthesized through aldimine condensation reaction. Based on the good fluorescence properties and stable structure of coordination polymers and post‐synthesis modified compounds in water or organic solvents, they are able to be used as potential fluorescence sensor for the detection of Th4+, UO22+, and Cr2O72−, and the calculation result shows that the post‐synthesis modified compounds are more sensitive to the detection of analytes (Th4+, UO22+ and Cr2O72−) than coordination polymers. In addition, the MOF membrane prepared by self‐assembly of [Eu2(NH2‐BDC)2.5(CH3COO)(DMA)(H2O)]•DMA and ternary soap‐free copolymer (VAc‐AA‐BA) emulsion can be used first for detecting aldehyde vapors. Abstract: A new porous 2D metal–organic framework [Cu(L)DMF]·2H2O (1) has been synthesized by self-assembling copper paddle-wheel units with an asymmetrical dicarboxylate ligand prolonged by alkyne groups, 3,3′-(ethyne-1,2-diyl)dibenzoic acid (H2L) under solvothermal condition. A pillared nickel-based MOFs, Ni 2 (bdc) 2 P (bdc is the 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid and P is dabco(1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]-octane)), and Zn-doped pillared (Zn/Ni) 2 (bdc) 2 P are synthesized and their electrochemical properties as an electrode material are firstly evaluated. The Ni 2 (bdc) 2 P electrode material has a specific capacity of 177.6C g−1 and 48C g−1 at 0.5 A g−1 and 10 A g−1, respectively. Much higher specific capacities of 298.5C g−1 at 0.5 A g−1 and 104 C g−1 at 10 A g−1 are obtained for the (Zn/Ni) 2 (bdc) 2 P, indicating good rate capability. In addition, the pillared (Zn/Ni) 2 (bdc) 2 P also possesses more stable cycling performance than the pillared Ni 2 (bdc) 2 P. The excellent electrochemical performance of both Ni 2 (bdc) 2 P and (Zn/Ni) 2 (bdc) 2 P can be attributed to their 3D framework structure with open channels and large surface area, hierarchical porous structure and high electrical conductivity. An asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) (Zn/Ni) 2 (bdc) 2 P//AC is assembled to evaluate the practical application of (Zn/Ni) 2 (bdc) 2 P electrode. The assembled ASC possesses a high energy density of 12.2 W h kg−1 at a power density of 371.5 W kg−1 and excellent cycling performance. Furthermore, two assembled ASCs in series are used to light up a red and a yellow light-emitting diode (LED). Nickel-based pillared metal-organic frameworks as electrode materials with excellent electrochemical performance and have promising potential applications in energy storage. One-three-dimensional metal-organic frameworks Mg(CHO)(CHNO) (MgNDC) has been synthesized solvothermally and characterized by single crystal XRD, powder XRD, FT-IR spectra. The low-temperature molar heat capacities of MgNDC were measured by temperature modulated differential scanning calorimetry (TMDSC) over the temperature range from 205 to 470 K for the first time. No phase transition or thermal anomaly was observed in the experimental temperature range. The thermodynamic parameters of MgNDC such as entropy and enthalpy relative to reference temperature of 298.15 K were derived based on the above molar heat capacities data. Moreover, the thermal stability and decomposition of MgNDC was further investigated through thermogravimetry (TG)-mass spectrometer (MS). Three stages of mass loss were observed in the TG curve. Abstract: In the present work, in order to enhance hydrogen storage capacity of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) at room temperature, two ways are carried out for MOFs modification. One is a simple doping of metal-supported carbon catalyst with MOFs; the other is doping metal-supported carbon catalyst through a carbon bridge with MOFs. Pressure-composition isotherms of these modified and unmodified samples are investigated using Severts-type apparatus at and the pressure ranging from 0.01 to . Through these modification techniques based on the hydrogen spillover effect, especially the carbon-bridged catalyst doping technique, the modified samples witnessed a great increase in hydrogen uptakes when compared with the pristine samples. The storage capacity of modified MIL-101 and MIL-53 at 5.0MPa and 293K are found to be 1.14 and 0.63wt%, which are greatly increased as compared to the pristine-MOFs. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

A novel MOF Bi-TCBPE ([Bi(TCBPE)(H 2 O)]·(Me 2 NH 2 +)) based on 4′,4‴,4″‴,4‴‴-(ethene-1,1,2,2-tetrayl)tetrakis(([1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carboxylic acid)) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, IR, UV–vis spectroscopy and thermogravimetry analysis, which exhibits strong emission (Φ F = 76.96%) in methanol suspension.The photophysical process was analyzed by TRES. Structural analysis revealed that Bi-TCBPE showed a novel two-fold interpenetrated packing framework. In this work, a series of modified metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been prepared by pre- and post-treatment with transition metal oxodiperoxo complexes (MoO(O2)2, WO(O2)2, and KVO(O2)2). The obtained materials are characterized by XRD, FTIR, SEM, TEM, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), as well as by N2 adsorption/desorption measurement. The characterization results show that transition metal oxodiperoxo complexes are uniformly incorporated into the MOF materials without changing the basic structures. The performance of cyclohexane oxidation on metal oxodiperoxo complex modified MOFs are evaluated. UiO-67-KVO(O2)2 shows the best performance for cyclohexane oxidation, with 78% selectivity to KA oil (KA oil refers to a cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone mixture) at 9.4% conversion. The KA selectivity is found to depend on reaction time, while hot-filtration experiments indicates that the catalytic process is heterogeneous with no leaching of metal species. Abstract: A metal-organic complex, which has the potential property of absorbing gases, [LaCu6(μ-OH)3(Gly)6im6](ClO4)6 was synthesized through the self-assembly of La3+, Cu2+, glycine (Gly) and imidazole (Im) in aqueous solution and characterized by IR, element analysis and powder XRD. The molar heat capacity, C p,m, was measured from T =80 to 390K with an automated adiabatic calorimeter. The thermodynamic functions [H T − H 298.15] and [S T − S 298.15] were derived from the heat capacity data with temperature interval of 5K.
