Proyek Pembangunan Gedung BKS-LPD Kabupaten Karangasem mengalami keterlambatan akibat force majeure yang mengharuskan terjadinya perubahan kontrak (addendum) guna memberikan kesempatan kepada Penyedia Barang atau Jasa untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Penelitian sebelumnya menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan kontrak kerja (addendum) memiliki pengaruh terhadap biaya dan waktu pekerjaan. Tujuan pelaksanaan riset yaitu mengetahui hasil analisis pengaruh perubahan kontrak akibat force majeure menggunakan program SPSS dan SmartPLS. Metode riset yang digunakan ialah dengan menguji kembali hasil kuisioner yang telah disebarkan pada penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS dan SmartPLS. Pengujian kembali dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui gap hasil analisis penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan SPSS dengan hasil analisis dari program SmartPLS serta mengecek ketelitian dari masing-masing program statistik tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS, addendum memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap biaya sebesar 12,6%. Sedangkan terhadap mutu dan waktu, pengaruh addendum tidak signifikan hanya sebesar 4,9% dan 0,4%. Pada program SmartPLS, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa addendum memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap biaya dan mutu masing-masing sebesar 11,9% dan 12,6%. Terhadap waktu, pengaruh addendum tidak signifikan karena hanya sebesar 0,4%. Perbedaan hasil analisis antara program SPSS dan SmartPLS terutama pada hubungan addendum dengan mutu timbul akibat perbedaan margin atau batasan syarat uji validitas yang cukup jauh dalam keperluan untuk memenuhi syarat dari masing-masing program statistik tersebut. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyak indikator variabel yang dihilangkan pada saat analisis menggunakan program SmartPLS.

Construction industry activities are increasing. Construction industry players need to be prepared to face the possibility of changes of design planed that are not in accordance with field conditions. The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze the causes and impacts of Contract Change Orders (CCO) at the pre-construction, construction implementation, and post-construction stages with case study is Proyek Simpang Susun Balaraja Timur at Tol Jakarta – Merak, Kabupaten Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative methods by conducting Earned Value Analysis and Fishbone Analysis to identify the causal factors and impacts of CCO so that efforts can be made to mitigate the performance of the construction contract from the aspect of quality, cost, and time. The results of the analysis show 3 factors causing CCO namely consultant factors, such as lack of planning preparation and non-compliance with field conditions, project owner factors, and contractor factors. The results of Earned Value Analysis with Estimate at Completion (EAC) calculations can be used to identify the need for additional contract value and additional execution time. On initial contract identification: Cost Performance Index (CPI) is 0.77 (insufficient costs with cost overrun – Rp. 52.502,111,631.83) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) 1.21, means that Addendum 1 needs to be done with the results: CPI is 1.17 (the costs used are sufficient from the available fees), EAC is Rp. 189,848,751,106.02 with changes in the contract value is Rp. 222,017,999,900.65, SPI is 1.21 from the initial contract value Rp. 174,437,684,167.96

In our paper Diercks et al. (2021) we presented geomorphological data and field observations from W Slovenia and NE Italy to develop a model for the formation of the Pradolino (slov. Pradol) dry valley. After publication we were kindly pointed to existing studies on the area that we were unaware of. To fill that gap and to properly credit previous work, in this addendum we summarise the research history on the study area and briefly compare earlier views with our model.

Since the publication of ISCN 2020, the ISCN Standing Committee have noted some clarification of the text and additional examples were needed. These addenda have already been published online (https://iscn.karger.com/) and this short report summarises the ISCN 2020 addenda for the benefit of participants. Background: The literature on scientific publication errors in medical research is limited, and no studies on emergency medicine publications have been conducted yet. This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of the publication errors in emergency medicine literature.Methods: This bibliometric study reviewed intervened publication errors in the manuscripts of seven high-impact emergency medicine journals from 2000 to 2020, covering twenty years, and evaluated the corrections in the forms of an erratum, corrigendum, addendum, and retracted papers. The detected publication error rate and the trend, error severity, and error types were calculated.Results: We detected 257 intervened scientific papers consisting of 251 corrections due to one or more publication errors and six retractions. Authors were the primary source of the errors (93.2%). Most of the errors were in the author attribution section (40.5%). The published errors of 7.2% had an impact on the paper's conclusion. Simple typographic errors were the most common error type (62.5%). The corrected publication error rate was 1.3%, with a steady trend over the twenty years.Conclusions: Publications errors are inevitable, but it is possible to minimize them. Surgical pathology reports may undergo revisions broadly categorized as addenda (supplementary information) or amendments (changes to finalized reports). Amendments indicate potential flaws in the diagnostic process and serve as important indicators of vulnerabilities in the histopathology workflow. This study analyzed the frequency and distribution of amendments in surgical pathology reports over 8 years to identify patterns highlighting opportunities for improvement. Surgical biopsies, excisions, and resections were included; cytology and molecular tests were excluded. Amended reports were categorized using previously used taxonomy documented in literature. Defects were classified as misinterpretations, misidentifications, defective specimens, or defective reports. Of 101,355 reports, 155 (0.15 %) were signed out with amendments. The amendment rate was approximately 1–2 cases per 1000 reports annually. Misinterpretations accounted for the majority (52 %) of amended reports, with undercalls (62 %) and overcalls (27 %) being predominant subtypes. Tumor staging was amended in 57 (37 %) cases, with 30 being upstaged and 11 downstaged clinically. The highest number of misinterpretation defects occurred in head and neck (36 %) and breast (21 %) specimens. Misinterpretation defects were present in 53 % of malignant cases versus 42 % of benign cases. In 18 cases, there were significant changes in pathological diagnosis (14 major and 4 minor). A standard taxonomy categorizing report defects is crucial for measuring and improving quality control. Accurate pathology reporting impacts patient care and guides workflow improvements. The purpose of this paper is simultaneously to investigate researcher use and awareness of author addenda (e.g., the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition [SPARC] author addendum) and publisher awareness and acceptance of the same. Researchers at U15 Group of Canadian Research Universities institutions were targeted, and a survey was sent to faculty, graduate, and postdoctoral associations to share with their members. Following a low response rate, the survey was sent to a listserv of copyright librarians in Canada with a message that encouraged them to share it with researchers at their institutions. Eighty-one researchers responded to the survey. Eighty-six percent of researchers (n = 70) indicated that they were unaware of author addenda. Researchers were asked to identify how often they negotiate their publishing agreements, and of those who answered the question, 84.2% (n = 64) responded that they never negotiate. Thirteen publishers or publishing organizations were contacted and asked if they would participate in phone interviews about copyright practices and author addenda. Two large multinational publishers agreed to participate. Both publishers indicated that very few authors attempt to negotiate their agreements and that of those who choose to negotiate, even fewer use addenda. Both indicated that they do not accept the SPARC author addendum. This study’s small sample sizes mean that more information needs to be collected before firm conclusions can be drawn. Based on the responses from the two large publishers, the best way to help Tri-Agency-funded researchers may be for libraries and the Tri-Agency to negotiate with publishers for funder-based exceptions.

Reason for addendum: During the preparation of the original manuscript, a scientific work that dealt precisely with Polychaeta as environmental indicators in Patagonia was not considered. This being the first and only work regarding this subject, it was reasonable and necessary to incorporate this information.

The present paper deals with the experimental analysis and multi objective optimization of gear cutting process of Inconel 718 using WEDM. The objective of the present work is to optimize the parameters in order to maximize the material removal rate and minimize the kerf in a gear cutting process to get the optimum value. The MRR and kerf play a major role in optimizing the parameters in WEDM process. The experiment is carried out in the wire EDM machine using brass wire as the electrode, Inconel 718 as the work-piece material and distilled water as the dielectric. The design array is created by using Design of Experiment in a Taguchi L16 orthogonal array repeated once. The gear has a base diameter of 20 mm, addendum diameter of 22.5 mm and a pressure angle of 20º with 16 numbers of teeth. The machining operation is carried out by taking 3 input parameters at 4 different levels each. The output parameters such as Material Removal rate and Kerf width were obtained and optimized using TOPSIS method to know the optimum setting. Microstructural analysis of both material and wire were studied to know the various defects during the machining operation. Various plots were obtained to know the effects of the process parameters in WEDM. A regression model was also obtained to validate the statistical model values with the experimental. ANOVA table and Response table were carried out to know the significant parameters and rank respectively in the Wire EDM process. Surface roughness, Addendum and Tooth width of gears were also found out at the optimum settings. The optimum setting of the gear obtained can be used to produce high quality gears and can also be applied for future findings.

The International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) E6 – good clinical practice (GCP) (R2) addendum – was released in 2016 to encourage implementation of improved approaches for the management of clinical trials. The changes in different sections include new approaches – quality management system, risk-based monitoring with emphasis on human subject protection, and data integrity. In Romania, the organization and conduct of collective bargaining and the conclusion of collective labour agreements are regulated in accordance with the Law on Social Dialogue. According to OUG no.82 / 2017, a derogatory regime is introduced in the sense that the initiation of collective bargaining is mandatory for all employers to negotiate the gross salary of employees in order to cover the transfer of the pension and health insurance contributions to the latter, in order to avoid a reduction in net salaries. A number of issues raise the application of this normative act due to the leaks and inconsistencies in the regulation of the obligation of collective bargaining. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
