Meningkatnya harga kedelai menyebabkan industri tahu perlu melakukan reorientasi strategi dengan meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saingnya.

The role of a woman in the household has a strategic position in maintaining household food security. A woman has an important role in selecting food to process them into food for the household. This research was aimed at recognizing: (1) Household food security condition of women peasant in Banyumas Regency; (2) The Factors that influenced the role of women peasant in efforts to achieve food security at household level in Banyumas Regency, and (3) The Factors that influenced the the diversivication patterns in Banyumas regency.

This research aim to make the banana chips marketting strategy formulation in Cilongok Region, Banyumas Regency.The location decided by purposive random sampling, and to decide the sampling of banana chips’s worker and retailer by simple random sampling that totaly 33 person. The methode that used to decide the marketting strategy by SWOT analysis. The research shows that the home industry on the first quadrant. The marketing strategy at this quadrant is growth oriented strategy. This strategy consists of defend and increase the product quality, increase the service quality to the customers, increase the product quantity and market penetration, increase the capitals and promotion of local product widely.

Tofu agroindustry in Banyumas Regency is the activity of the household who are still using relatively simple technology. In general, producer don’t know the factors that affect profits because they don’t consider in detail about the financial aspects of the business. The growing issue of making use of formalin in the tofu start early January 2006 has resulted in sales earnings of tofu producer the decline. Financial feasibility evaluation is required as a financial tool inspector companies, namely to know the success of the business that have beenrun. This study aimed to know the cost and income from agroindustry business in Banyumas Regency, to know the level of the revenue and cost (R/C), to calculates that production must be generated at least, to know the term capital in agroindustry in Banyumas Regency post issues formalin in tofu. Taking the data on January 2007 is done in the district of Cilongok, Banyumas Regency consideration is a regional industrial center of tofu in the Banyumas Regency. The research method is a method used by the design of the survey sample Simple Random Sampling and obtained 62 people respondents. The analysis of data used consist of the analysis of costs and revenue, R/C ratio analysis, break even point analysis, and Return on Invesment (ROI) analysis. The results of this research shows that the agroindustry business in the post-issue formalin in tofu in Banyumas Regency is profitable. The average income of each producer is Rp 78.626,33 per day. R/C value ratio of 1,46; while the actual volume of sales per day (63,70 kg) more than the production of the BEP (20,68 kg), with a term of capital at the latest 2,25 times the production process.

Slangit is a village in Cirebon, West Java that has potentials to be used as a cultural tourist attraction. These potentials include tradition and custom ceremonies, traditional art of masks and mask performances. This article investigates the the development strategy of cultural attractions in the village of Slangit. Data collection are conducted by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data was analysed using a descriptive qualitative method and by using SWOT analysis. The result shows that the attempt to use arts potential as tourist attraction has been fairly developed by artists group but it is far from adequate because the lack of coordination between artists group and the authority responsible to promote culture and tourism. It is suggested that the government to work together with communities and artists to promote the village potentials as cultural tourism attractions both as away to preserve arts and to develop tourism as source of local economy.

Research data management (RDM) is central to the implementation of the FAIR (Findable Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) and Open Science principles. Recognising the importance of RDM, ELIXIR Platforms and Nodes have invested in RDM and launched various projects and initiatives to ensure good data management practices for scientific excellence. These projects have resulted in a rich set of tools and resources highly valuable for FAIR data management. However, these resources remain scattered across projects and ELIXIR structures, making their dissemination and application challenging. Therefore, it becomes imminent to coordinate these efforts for sustainable and harmonised RDM practices with dedicated forums for RDM professionals to exchange knowledge and share resources. The proposed ELIXIR RDM Community will bring together RDM experts to develop ELIXIR’s vision and coordinate its activities, taking advantage of the available assets. It aims to coordinate RDM best practices and illustrate how to use the existing ELIXIR RDM services. The Community will be built around three integral pillars, namely, a network of RDM professionals, RDM knowledge management and RDM training expertise and resources. It will also engage with external stakeholders to leverage benefits and provide a forum to RDM professionals for regular knowledge exchange, capacity building and development of harmonised RDM practices, keeping in line with the overall scope of the RDM Community. In the short term, the Community aims to build upon the existing resources and ensure that the content of these remain up to date and fit for purpose. In the long run, the Community will aim to strengthen the skills and knowledge of its RDM professionals to support the emerging needs of the scientific community. The Community will also devise an effective strategy to engage with other ELIXIR structures and international stakeholders to influence and align with developments and solutions in the RDM field.

We report the first demonstration of a solution processable, optically switchable 1D photonic crystal which incorporates phototunable doped metal oxide nanocrystals. The resulting device structure shows a dual optical response with the photonic bandgap covering the visible spectral range and the plasmon resonance of the doped metal oxide the near infrared. By means of a facile photodoping process, we tuned the plasmonic response and switched effectively the optical properties of the photonic crystal, translating the effect from the near infrared to the visible. The ultrafast bandgap pumping induces a signal change in the region of the photonic stopband, with recovery times of several picoseconds, providing a step toward the ultrafast optical switching. Optical modeling uncovers the importance of a complete modeling of the variations of the dielectric function of the photodoped material, including the high frequency region of the Drude response which is responsible for the strong switching in the visible after photodoping. Our device configuration offers unprecedented tunability due to flexibility in device design, covering a wavelength range from the visible to the near infrared. Our findings indicate a new protocol to modify the optical response of photonic devices by optical triggers only.

In this paper, we present a method based on an ensemble of convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for the prediction of residual drift capacity in unreinforced damaged masonry walls using as only input the crack pattern. We use an accurate block‐based numerical model to generate mechanically consistent crack patterns induced by external actions (earthquake‐like loads and differential settlements). For a damaged masonry wall, we extract the crack width cumulative distribution, we derive a crack width exceedance curve (CWEC), and we evaluate the drift loss (DL) with respect to the undamaged wall. Numerous pairs of CWEC and DL are thus generated and used for training (and validating) an ensemble of CNNs generated via repeated k$k$‐folding cross validation with shuffling. As a result, a method for damage prognosis (Level IV of SHM) is provided. Such method appears general, inexpensive, and able to adequately predict the DL using as only input the CWEC, providing real‐time support for decision making in damaged masonry structures. In this paper, a computational approach based on numerical dissipation is proposed to simulate rocking blocks. A rocking block is idealized as a solid body interacting with its foundation through a contact-based formulation. An implicit time integration scheme with numerical dissipation, set to optimally treat dissipation in contact problems, is employed. The numerical dissipation is ruled by the time step and the rocking dissipative phenomenon at impacts is accurately predicted without any damping model. A broad numerical campaign is conducted to define a regression law in analytic form for the setting of the time step, depending on the block size and aspect ratio, the contact stiffness, as well as the coefficient of restitution selected. The so-obtained regression law appears accurate and an a posteriori validation with cases not in the training dataset confirms the effectiveness of the approach. Finally, the comparison with available experimental tests highlights the approach efficacy for free rocking and harmonic loading cases (in a deterministic sense), and for earthquake-like loading cases (in a statistical sense). It is found that rocking blocks with sizes of interest for structural engineering (e.g., cultural heritage structures) can be simulated with time steps within 10–3 ÷ 10–1 s, so allowing very fast computations.
