The three major candidates for Hawaii's first congressional district have all hired Mainland advertising agencies to create their TV ads instead of Hawaii's ad agencies. Democratic candidates Ed Case and Coleen Hanabusa, as well as Republican Charles Djou, were all vying to replace Democrat Neil Abercrombie in a special election. How Hawaiian agencies view the move is also presented.
