- Abstract
Small extracellular vesicles (sEV) derived from various cell sources have been demonstrated to enhance cardiac function in preclinical models of myocardial infarction (MI). The aim of this study was to compare different sources of sEV for cardiac repair and determine the most effective one, which nowadays remains limited. We comprehensively assessed the efficacy of sEV obtained from human primary bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells (BM-MSC), human immortalized MSC (hTERT-MSC), human embryonic stem cells (ESC), ESC-derived cardiac progenitor cells (CPC), human ESC-derived cardiomyocytes (CM), and human primary ventricular cardiac fibroblasts (VCF), in in vitro models of cardiac repair. ESC-derived sEV (ESC-sEV) exhibited the best pro-angiogenic and anti-fibrotic effects in vitro. Then, we evaluated the functionality of the sEV with the most promising performances in vitro, in a murine model of MI-reperfusion injury (IRI) and analysed their RNA and protein compositions. In vivo, ESC-sEV provided the most favourable outcome after MI by reducing adverse cardiac remodelling through down-regulating fibrosis and increasing angiogenesis. Furthermore, transcriptomic, and proteomic characterizations of sEV derived from hTERT-MSC, ESC, and CPC revealed factors in ESC-sEV that potentially drove the observed functions. In conclusion, ESC-sEV holds great promise as a cell-free treatment for promoting cardiac repair following MI., CC BY 4.0 DEED© 2024 AstraZeneca R&D and The Authors. Social Sciences - Abstract
The paper presents the attempt to perform comparative analysis of phraseological units with a structural component of the zoonymic code in the characterization of human qualities in the Yakut and Chinese languages. The paper analyzes the stereotypical images of animal characteristic of two countries with different geographic locations. The degree of similarity and difference in assessing the character of a person is of particular interest as well as the properties of his behavior, expressed metaphorically through the images of animals familiar to a certain national culture. Since, possessing linguistic and cultural differences, the speakers of the considered languages can attach different, sometimes diametrically opposite meanings to the same image. A comparative analysis of the idioms recorded in the language can help to reveal some culturally significant differences in the perception of one or another trait of human nature and the presentation of behavioral characteristics. The authors tried to consider the most common images for a given language and compare the anthropomorphic qualities attributed to this or that animal.

Social Sciences - Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the fact that for professional training of foreign philology students, a high level of knowledge of the Russian language is required. The article analyzes the work with foreign students studying Russian philology. The focus is on scientific circles dealing with the Russian language and Russian literature and creating conditions for socio-cultural adaptation and professional development. To increase knowledge of foreign students, a system of scientific circles designed to consolidate and deepen knowledge in Russian literature and language can be created. The article determines tasks of scientific circles, primary problems, features of teaching philological disciplines for foreign students. Based on authors’ experience in teaching “Russian language (practical course)”, “Basic language (theoretical course)”, “History of Russian literature of the 10th-20th centuries”, recommendations to enhance the role of additional education were developed; the relationship between the curricular and extracurricular activities was identified. It was concluded that scientific circles are aimed at forming those competencies whose development causes difficulties, but future specialists as professionals and representatives of the humanitarian sphere of life need them.

Social Sciences - Abstract
The article studies features of verbalization of the concept family. Based on the extensive proverbial material, the system of value attitudes and stereotypical representations of family as a traditional social institution in the understanding of Russian and Ukrainian peoples is analyzed: the role of family and marriage in the culture of Russians and Ukrainians, stages of family formation including selection of a bride or a groom, distribution of family duties, and the role of parents, attitude towards step-children. As a result of the comparative analysis of Russian and Ukrainian paremias in which family relations are reflected, general and national-specific features related to mentality, value preferences, customs and traditions of close Slavic ethnic groups are revealed. It was concluded that despite the specific features of the material and spiritual culture of Russian and Ukrainian peoples, the understanding of family and its role in human life is similar. This coincidence proves that the main functions of family as a small social group based on marriage and consanguinity are education of children and preservation of national and universal values.

Social Sciences - Abstract
This article focuses on literary heritage and special features of aesthetic concept of Chuvash poet G.N. Aygy. The analysed body of work of this wordsmith represents a natural phase of evolution of national, Russian, foreign literatures which, absorbing several currents, arises as a new phenomenon in the existing artistic system, reflecting both certain characteristics of non-classical rhetoric and recent trends in public conscience, where search for the meaning is transferred from social and philosophical areas into spheres of intuition and aesthetic. The current interest to the non-classical rhetoric dictates the need to make sense of nuances in Aygy’s lyrics, who was able to present through his own literary world the main idea of Chuvash ethnic community – aspiration towards light.

PROFESSIONAL employees ,PROFESSIONAL education ,RUSSIAN literature ,LABOR contracts ,CONTRACT employment - Abstract
Purpose: The aim of the publication is to attempt to define and operationalise the term employee propensity to professional development as well as to present the tool for measuring it. Design/methodology/approach: To achieve the goals the author conducted Polish, English and Russian literature review and online survey (CAWI). The survey sample was 600 people (303 women and 297 men). Findings: It is clear based on results that the tool is characterised by a high level internal cohesion (Cronbach α = 0,908), the accuracy of measurement is relatively high and will allow for valid conclusions. Satisfactory levels of Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin coefficient of adequacy of the choice of variables confirm the above. Originality/value: The fact that diagnosis of employee propensity to professional development does not require specialist psychological knowledge is a significant asset of the developed research tool. Thus, there are no additional costs for the organisation related with employment or contracting adequate specialist. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of extraterritorial publications on the Chuvash theme. The purpose of the work is to identify the essential features of the foreign layer of the Chuvash book. The conclusions of the work are based on a quantitative and qualitative analysis of bibliographic indexes and a direct study of the books themselves de visu. The authors of the article consider foreign books as an important component of modern Chuvash culture, endowed with communicative, cognitive-cumulative, ethno-presentative and educational functions. Extraterritorial editions of the Chuvash book appeared in the first half of the 19th century, and only by the end of the 20th century they formed an independent layer. At the same time, one should objectively speak of two exteriorics – the Chuvash and by the poet G. Aygi. Each of them is represented by almost 150 publications. The predominant problematic of the foreign language layer of the Chuvash book proper is the Chuvash language. Moreover, its notable aspect is the publication of books in the Chuvash language or their publication with parallel texts in Sweden and Turkey. G. Aygi’s foreign publications are already represented by collections of poems in Russian, published by the publishing house of the artist N. Dronnikov in France. This work is a publication that should provide an introduction to the scientific use of literature that has not yet become the property of the Chuvash Studies. Its task is to promote the full functioning of modern Chuvash science in conjunction with the world one. The authors come to the conclusion that, in general, the foreign layer of the Chuvash book has an enduring value, and many of the scientific publications published in the past are rightly elevated to the rank of classical ones by the scientists.

The last decade has seen a sharp increase in the number of scientific publications describing physiological and pathological functions of extracellular vesicles (EVs), a collective term covering various subtypes of cell-released, membranous structures, called exosomes, microvesicles, microparticles, ectosomes, oncosomes, apoptotic bodies, and many other names. However, specific issues arise when working with these entities, whose size and amount often make them difficult to obtain as relatively pure preparations, and to characterize properly. The International Society for Extracellular Vesicles (ISEV) proposed Minimal Information for Studies of Extracellular Vesicles ("MISEV") guidelines for the field in 2014. We now update these "MISEV2014" guidelines based on evolution of the collective knowledge in the last four years. An important point to consider is that ascribing a specific function to EVs in general, or to subtypes of EVs, requires reporting of specific information beyond mere description of function in a crude, potentially contaminated, and heterogeneous preparation. For example, claims that exosomes are endowed with exquisite and specific activities remain difficult to support experimentally, given our still limited knowledge of their specific molecular machineries of biogenesis and release, as compared with other biophysically similar EVs. The MISEV2018 guidelines include tables and outlines of suggested protocols and steps to follow to document specific EV-associated functional activities. Finally, a checklist is provided with summaries of key points.

Background. Development of sensor systems based on synthetic mimics of biological molecules will provide new effective express-methods for detection of small organic molecules, including pharmaceuticals, for modern analytical biotechnology.Objective. An analytical system for highly selective and sensitive detection of sulfamethoxazole based on molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) membranes is proposed, synthesized using the method of in situ polymerization in a combination with the method of computational modeling.Methods. Sulfamethoxazole molecules, that were selectively adsorbed by the synthetic binding sites in MIP membranes structure, were visualized due to their ability to form brown-colored complexes after reaction with potassium ferricyanide and sodium nitroprusside in alkaline media.Results. The limit for sulfamethoxazole detection comprised 2 mM, while the linear dynamic range – 2–15 mM, which allows one to detect sulfamethoxazole in pharmaceutical preparations. Stability of the developed MIP-based sensor systems was estimated as at least 6 months, which significantly increases stability of analogous devices based on natural receptors.Conclusions. Applicability of the developed sensor systems for the analysis of sulfamethoxazole in both model solutions and real samples (commercial pharmaceutical preparations) was proven. The developed systems are characterized with high selectivity, sensitivity, small size and low cost.

- Abstract

- Abstract
The developed systems are characterized with high selectivity, sensitivity, small size and low cost., Проблематика.
