日间宫腔镜手术是指患者一日内且不过夜入、出院完成的宫腔镜手术，设置日间宫腔镜手术中心是适应现代医院发展模式的重大转变。全国有资质的各级医疗机构以不同形式和规模在开展日间宫腔镜手术，但尚缺乏统一的制度流程和规范。本共识以国际日间手术学会和中国日间手术合作联盟发布的相关文献为参考，结合中国开展日间手术成熟的医疗机构的制度流程，从日间宫腔镜手术中心的设置、管理制度、管理流程到质量控制以及并发症的处理及转运给予了共识性建议，同时，对医疗、护理和麻醉三个维度的评估和相关问题处理制定了规范化流程。.

In statistical process control (SPC), a proper Phase I analysis is essential to the success of Phase II monitoring. With recent progresses in sensor technology and data collection systems, Phase I analysis of high-dimensional (HP) data is increasingly encountered. However, the high dimensionality presents a new challenge to the traditional Phase I techniques. A literature review reveals nearly no Phase I techniques in existence for analyzing HP process variability. Motivated by this, this paper develops a Sparse Leading Eigenvalue Driven control chart for retrospectively monitoring HP covariance matrices in Phase I, denoted as the SLED control chart. The key idea of it is to track changes in the sparse leading eigenvalue between two covariance matrices. Compared to the L 2 -type and L ∞ -type methods, the proposed method can extract stronger signal with less noise. It is shown that the proposed method can gain high detection power, especially when the shift is weak and is not very dense, which is often the case in practical applications.

Parabolic R-polynomials were introduced by Deodhar as parabolic analogues of ordinary R-polynomials defined by Kazhdan and Lusztig. In this paper, we are concerned with the computation of parabolic R -polynomials for the symmetric group. Let SnSn be the symmetric group on {1,2,…,n}{1,2,…,n}, and let S={si|1≤i≤n−1} be the generating set of SnSn, where for 1≤i≤n−11≤i≤n−1, sisi is the adjacent transposition. For a subset J⊆SJ⊆S, let (Sn)J(Sn)J be the parabolic subgroup generated by J , and let (Sn)J(Sn)J be the set of minimal coset representatives for Sn/(Sn)JSn/(Sn)J. For u≤v∈(Sn)Ju≤v∈(Sn)J in the Bruhat order and x∈{q,−1}x∈{q,−1}, let Ru,vJ,x(q) denote the parabolic R-polynomial indexed by u and v . The notion of a barely set-valued semistandard Young tableau was introduced by Reiner, Tenner and Yong in their study of the probability distribution of edges in the Young lattice of partitions. Given a partition $\lambda$ and a positive integer $k$, let ${\mathrm{BSSYT}}(\lambda,k)$ (respectively, ${\mathrm{SYT}}(\lambda,k)$) denote the set of barely set-valued semistandard Young tableaux (respectively, ordinary semistandard Young tableaux) of shape $\lambda$ with entries in row $i$ not exceeding $k+i$. In the case when $\lambda$ is a rectangular staircase partition $\delta_d(b^a)$, Reiner, Tenner and Yong conjectured that $|{\mathrm{BSSYT}}(\lambda,k)|= \frac{kab(d-1)}{(a+b)} |{\mathrm{SYT}}(\lambda,k)|$. In this paper, we establish a connection between barely set-valued tableaux and reverse plane partitions with designated corners. We show that for any shape $\lambda$, the expected jaggedness of a subshape of $\lambda$ under the weak probability distribution can be expressed as $\frac{2|{\mathrm{BSSYT}}(\lambda,k)|} {k|{\mathrm{SYT}}(\lambda,k)|}$. On the other hand, when $\lambda$ is a balanced shape with $r$ rows and $c$ columns, Chan, Haddadan, Hopkins and Moci proved that the expected jaggedness of a subshape in $\lambda$ under the weak distribution equals $2rc/(r+c)$. Hence, for a balanced shape $\lambda$ with $r$ rows and $c$ columns, we establish the relation that $|{\mathrm{BSSYT}}(\lambda,k)|=\frac{krc}{(r+c)}|{\mathrm{SYT}}(\lambda,k)|$. In this paper, we present a combinatorial proof of the inversion formula on the Kazhdan–Lusztig \(R\)-polynomials. This problem was raised by Brenti. As a consequence, we obtain a combinatorial interpretation of the equidistribution property due to Verma stating that any nontrivial interval of a Coxeter group in the Bruhat order has as many elements of even length as elements of odd length. The same argument leads to a combinatorial proof of an extension of Verma’s equidistribution to the parabolic quotients of a Coxeter group obtained by Deodhar. As another application, we derive a refinement of the inversion formula for the symmetric group by restricting the summation to permutations ending with a given element.

Although it is known that hormones, growth factors and integrin promote hepatocyte proliferation in liver regeneration (LR) through ERK1/2 signalling pathway, reports about regulating processes of its intracellular paths in hepatocytes of LR are limited. This study aims at exploring which paths of ERK1/2 signalling pathway participate in the regulation of rat LR, especially in hepatocyte proliferation, and how they do so. In all, 14 paths and 165 genes are known to be involved in ERK1/2 signalling pathway. Of them, 161 genes are included in Rat Genome 230 2.0 Array. This array was used to detect expression changes of genes related to ERK1/2 signalling pathway in isolated hepatocytes of rat LR, showing that 60 genes were related to hepatocytes of LR. In addition, bioinformatics and systems biology methods were used to analyse the roles of 14 above paths in regenerating hepatocytes. We found that three paths, RTK→SHC→GRB2/SOS→RAS→RAF, Integrin $\upbeta$ →FAK→RAC→PAK→RAF and G $\upbeta \gamma$ →PI3K $\upbeta \gamma$ →RAC→PAK→RAF, promoted the G1 phase progression of hepatocytes by activating ERK1/2. A further four paths, Gq→PLC $\upbeta$ →PKC→SRC/PYK2→GRB2/SOS→RAS→RAF, RTK→PLCγ→PKC→SRC/PYK2→GRB2/SOS→RAS→RAF, Integrin $\upbeta$ →FAK/SRC→GRB2/SOS→RAS→RAF and Integrin $\upbeta$ →FAK→RAC→PAK→RAF, advanced the cell progression of S phase and G2/M checkpoint by activating ERK1/2, and so did PP1/2→Mek1/2 by decreasing the negative influence on ERK1/2. At the late phase of LR, Gαs→AC→EPAC→Rap1→Raf blocked hepatocyte proliferation by decreasing the activity of ERK1/2 and so did PP1/2→Mek1/2. In summary, 60 genes and 8 paths of ERK1/2 signalling pathway regulated hepatocyte proliferation in rat LR.

We show that Han's bijection when restricted to permutations can be carried out in terms of the cyclic major code and the cyclic inversion code. In other words, it maps a permutation @p with cyclic major code (s"1,s"2,...,s"n) to a permutation @s with cyclic inversion code (s"1,s"2,...,s"n). We also show that the fixed points of Han's map can be characterized by the strong fixed points of Foata's second fundamental transformation. The notion of strong fixed points is related to partial Foata maps introduced by Bjorner and Wachs.

Silica-coated Mn-doped CdS nanocrystals were synthesized by use of a reverse-micelle method. Transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron paramagnetic resonance were adopted to characterize the samples, and their magnetic properties were studied via superconducting quantum interference device magnetometry. The samples exhibit anomalous ferromagnetic property at low temperature. The CdS: Mn nanocrystals dispersed in a silica matrix exhibit an obvious hysteresis loop shift toward the direction of the magnetic field; by contrast, the nanocrystals coated with compact SiO2 shell layers display a symmetric hysteresis loop. The shell layers are supposed to be responsible for the distinct magnetic behaviors.

Aiming at the range image obtained through multi-line structured light, a regional interpolation method is put forward in this paper. This method divides interpolation into two parts according to the memory format of the scattered data, one is interpolation of the data on the stripes, and the other is interpolation of data between the stripes. Trend interpolation method is applied to the data on the stripes, and Gauss wavelet interpolation method is applied to the data between the stripes. Experiments prove regional interpolation method feasible and practical, and it also promotes the speed and precision.

Motion estimation search occupies most time of H.264 encode, Full Integer Motion Search is adopted by motion estimation search in encode model. But the asthmatic quantity of Full Integer Motion Search is too large, and could not be applied in some real time system. Fast Integer Motion Search suitable for H.264 is realized in this paper. This algorithm utilizes different motion characteristics of different images, adopts different search algorithms according as images with different motion characteristic separately. The test results show that this algorithm reduces 84.92% of motion estimation time when the Signal-to-Noise decrease less than 0.1%.

A xylanase purified from the thermophilic fungus Thermomyces lanuginosus CBS 288.54 was characterized and its potential application in wheat straw pulp biobleaching was evaluated. Xylanase was purified 33.6-fold to homogeneity with a recovery yield of 21.5%. It appeared as a single protein band on SDS-PAGE gel with a molecular mass of approx. 26.2 kDa. The purified xylanase had a neutral optimum pH ranging from pH 7.0 to pH 7.5, and it was also stable over pH 6.5-10.0. The optimal temperature of the xylanase was 70-75 degrees C and it was stable up to 65 degrees C. The purified xylanase was found to be not glycosylated. The xylanase was highly specific towards xylan, but did not exhibit other enzyme activity. Apparent Km values of the xylanase for birchwood, beechwood, soluble oat-spelt and insoluble oat-spelt xylans were 4.0, 4.7, 2.0 and 23.4 mg ml-1, respectively. The potential application of the xylanase was further evaluated in biobleaching of wheat straw pulp. The brightness of bleached pulps from the xylanase pretreated wheat straw pulp was 1.8-7.79% ISO higher than that of the control, and showed slightly lower tensile index and breaking length than the control. Although chlorine consumption was reduced by 28.3% during bleaching, the xylanase pretreated pulp (15 U g-1 pulp) still maintained its brightness at the control level. Besides, pretreatment of pulp with the xylanase was also effective at an alkaline pH as high as pH 10.0.

Polycrystalline Sm1-xPrxFe1.9 (0.4 ≤ x ≤ 1.0) magnetostrictive alloys were synthesized by arc-melting and subsequent high-pressure annealing. Measurements of x-ray diffraction, magnetization, and magnetostriction were performed on the alloys. Due to the effects of high-pressure, the alloys are stabilized in cubic Laves phase with MgCu2-type structure. The Curie temperature of the cubic Laves phase decreases linearly with the increase of x, which can be associated with the decreasing strength of 3d-4f coupling. With increasing x , the anisotropy of the alloys first decreases to a minimum at x = 0.6 and then increases. The magnetostriction of Sm1-xPrxFe1.9 changes signs from negative into a positive at x = 0.6 . The saturation magnetostriction increases with increasing x, while the sample with x = 0.9 shows a peak at low magnetic fields.

SummaryBackground The latency-associated transcript (LAT) gene of herpes simplex virus (HSV)-2 is the only detectable viral gene expressed during latent infection in neurons. LAT inhibits apoptosis and maintains latency by promoting the survival of infected neurons. However, whether LAT functions during HSV-2 infection via its encoded RNAs or via its encoded proteins remain unknown. Increasing evidence has indicated that LAT is likely to functionally promote the establishment of latent infection via LAT-encoded microRNAs (miRNAs). Aim To explore whether the RL1 fragment of the five adjacent miRNAs has an effect on cell apoptosis, then provide supporting evidence to elucidate the potential role of these miRNAs and to aid screening of their cellular targets. Methods A number of techniques, including MTT assay, flow cytometry and DNA ladder analysis, were used to verify the role of the RL1 fragment and the contribution of the individual miRNAs to the anti-apoptotic effect. Results Five miRNAs (miR-H3, miR-H4-3p, miR-H4-5p, miR-H24 and miR-H19) were detected by quantitative PCR in PC12 cells stably expressing RL1 after pEGFP-RL1 plasmid transfection in vitro. The data indicated that expression of HSV-2 LAT RL1 seems to provide protection against apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by ActD. Antisense miRNAs specifically inhibiting these five miRNAs could efficiently reduce their expression. Transfection of antisense-miR-H3, antisense-miR-H4-5p and antisense-miR-H19 into PC12 cells stably expressing RL1 were able to partly reverse the anti-apoptotic effect of these miRNAs. Conclusions These findings indicate that the apoptotic role of the RL1 fragment is likely to be related to overexpression of miR-H3, miR-H4-5p and miR-H19 in PC12 cells.

Mn- and Sb-doped PbZrTiO3 (PMSZT) thin-film pyroelectric infrared (IR) detectors have been fabricated on c-oriented YB2Cu3O7−x (YBCO) thin films. The thin-film heterostructure detectors were prepared by pulsed laser deposition on LaAlO3 (100) substrates. The YBCO layer in the PMSZT/YBO heterostructure was used as an atomic template for the epitaxial growth of the PMSZT thin films, as well as a nonsuperconducting electrode and IR reflector in the detector. Mn and Sb doping was used to tune the Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 transition temperature to a lower value (Curie temperature of ∼170 °C), and hence, to modify the pyroelectric and dielectric properties of the pyroelectric material. The PMSZT IR detectors were examined as to their photovoltage and photocurrent in response to IR source temperature, detector temperature, and chopper frequency. The experimental results show that the detector has relatively high IR sensitivity with a detectivity D* of ∼4×108 cm Hz1/2/W, and is capable of operating from room temperature to ∼1...

We present the experimental results of the Ar+ laser- and electric-field-induced diffraction effect in a planar-parallel-aligned nematic liquid crystal film. It is found that only one set of diffraction rings occurs in the second order Fredericksz transition; however, two sets of diffraction rings can occur in the first order Fredericksz transition. The appearance of two sets of rings distinguishes the first order Fredericksz transition from the second order. We propose a theoretical explanation for the phenomenon.

To help obstetric hospitals and clinics to implement newborn hearing screening and to test the feasibility of a pre-paid model for screening.From July 2005 to August 2008, we organised a coordinated newborn hearing screening team with portable automated auditory brainstem response (AABR) to provide in-patient screening after delivery and out-patient re-screening at one month of age in birthing facilities throughout Changhua County, Taiwan. This was a community-based study organised by otolaryngologists at a tertiary referral centre.Ten medical facilities participated in our screening programme. 7,139 out of 12,901 neonates delivered in these facilities during the period were screened for hearing loss. 105 (1.47%) babies who did not pass the in-patient screening were re-screened at one month old. Forty (0.56%) babies referred from the re-screening were sent for diagnostic work-up and six of them failed to show up. The overall follow-up rate was 94.3% (99/105). Eleven babies with bilateral hearing loss and eight babies with unilateral hearing loss were diagnosed. The incidence of bilateral hearing loss in our programme was 1.5/1000. The screening rate descended from medical centre to clinic (p0.0001). There was no significant difference between the referral rates for different levels of birthing facilities (p = 0.5611).Our study demonstrates that a pre-paid model using AABR is feasible at all three levels of medical facilities. Pre-paid community-based screening might be an option for developing countries in the implementation of universal newborn hearing screening.

Eight liver cell types were isolated using the methods of Percoll density gradient centrifugation and immunomagnetic beads to explore effects of histidine catabolites on rat liver regeneration. Rat Genome 230 2.0 Array was used to detect the expression profiles of genes associated with metabolism of histidine and its catabolites for the above-mentioned eight liver cell types, and bioinformatic and systems biology approaches were employed to analyse the relationship between above genes and rat liver regeneration. The results showed that the urocanic acid (UA) was degraded from histidine in Kupffer cells, acts on Kupffer cells itself and dendritic cells to generate immune suppression by autocrine and paracrine modes. Hepatocytes, biliary epithelia cells, oval cells and dendritic cells can convert histidine to histamine, which can promote sinusoidal endothelial cells proliferation by GsM pathway, and promote the proliferation of hepatocytes and biliary epithelia cells by GqM pathway.
