BackgroundSleep disturbances in children and adolescents have become a global public health concern， with pronounced issues in the Western China. Despite this， research on the prevalence of insomnia and its influencing factors among children and adolescents in Chongqing is still lacking.ObjectiveTo understand the prevalence of insomnia and analyze its influencing factors among children and adolescents in Chongqing， so as to provide references for clinical interventions and preventive strategies of insomnia.MethodsA stratified random sampling method was used to select 9 969 children and adolescents in Chongqing from November to December 2021. Insomnia Severity Index （ISI） and a self-designed questionnaire on awareness of core mental health knowledge were administered. Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of insomnia in this population.ResultsA total of 3 578 children and adolescents （35.89%） were found to have insomnia symptoms. There were statistically significant differences in the detection of insomnia symptoms among gender， ethnicity， education level， domicile， only-child status， parental education level， introversion/extroversion， parental relationship， average monthly per capita income， family history of mental illness， medical insurance coverage， living situation and understanding of mental health knowledge （P

The study of the transient electromagnetic detection device with small sized coil and easy installation underground will offer new insights into the real-time dynamic exploration and forecast water-bearing structure in excavation roadway.By drawing on the full-space transient electromagnetic theory, this paper adopted the three-dimensional time-domain finite element method for numerical simulation to explore the characteristics of the secondary field response obtained by small coil excitation and the transient electromagnetic response received by the magnetic core coil.This study constructed a geological-geophysical model of the water-bearing fault in front of the roadway excavation working face, studied the transient electromagnetic response characteristics of the small coil device for the water-bearing fault, and compared the effects of small coil and conventional coil in advance detection.The study shows that : ①the decay law of the induced electric potential generated by the small coil source excitation is the same as that of the induced electric potential generated by the conventional transmitting coil with time, ②the magnetic core coil can effectively improve the induced signal strength, ③the application of both the small coil device and the conventional coil device can effectively explain the distribution range of the low resistance area, ④the detection results match the verification results of the roadway excavation.Combined with the underground field test, this paper verified the applicability and effectiveness of the small coil device applied to mine transient electromagnetic method advance detection.

Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) commonly occurs in reproductive females, but is extremely rare in perimenopausal females. In this study, we reported a case of hydatidiform mole in a 48-year-old perimenopausal female admitted due to a giant uterine mass of 28 weeks’ gestational size. The serum human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) level ranged from 944 to 1,286 mIU/mL before treatments. The signs of preeclampsia and hyperthyroidism were relatively prominent. Hysterectomy was performed and chemotherapy was scheduled when the serum HCG level remained at a plateau, about 528 mIU/mL. The symptoms of preeclampsia and hyperthyroidism were relieved after treatment. Accordingly, we concluded that GTD could occur in perimenopausal woman and hysterectomy usually is the optimal treatment.

As the most effective treatment for end-stage renal diseases, renal transplantation can improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the survival time. However, during the prolonged survival time, malignancy has become one of the main causes of death of recipients, which vary geographically. Tumors in the digestive system and urothelial tumors have been highly reported in Asia. In general, the gynecological malignant tumors have been rarely reported, especially the endometrial carcinoma. Herein, a 63-year-old female renal transplant recipient diagnosed with endometrial carcinoma (15 years after transplantation) was reported. The patient had suffered irregular postmenopausal bleeding for a short time before hospitalization. She underwent abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, right pelvic lymphadenectomy, right para-aortic lymphadenectomy and omental excision. Postoperative pathology showed ovarian and pelvic lymph node metastasis and pathological stage IIIC. After six courses of chemotherapy with paclitaxel 270 mg + carboplatin 500 mg, the patient’s renal function was normal. During the third cycle of chemotherapy, the patient suffered a third-degree bone marrow suppression and returned to normal soon when treated with the recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor. In conclusion, early screening of gynecologic tumors is important for female patients after renal transplantation, which has a positive significance for the prognosis improvement.

Background: Accurate recognition of Calot's triangle during cholecystectomy is important in preventing intraoperative and postoperative complications. The use of indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging has become increasingly prevalent in cholecystectomy procedures. Our study aimed to evaluate the specific effects of ICG-assisted imaging in reducing complications. Materials and Methods: A comprehensive search of databases including PubMed, Web of Science, Europe PMC, and WANFANGH DATA was conducted to identify relevant articles up to July 5, 2023. Review Manager 5.3 software was applied to statistical analysis. Results: Our meta-analysis of 14 studies involving 3576 patients compared the ICG group (1351 patients) to the control group (2225 patients). The ICG group had a lower incidence of postoperative complications (4.78% vs 7.25%; RR.71; 95%CI:.54-.95; P =.02). Bile leakage was significantly reduced in the ICG group (.43% vs 2.02%; RR =.27; 95%CI:.12-.62; I2 = 0; P =.002), and they also had a lower bile duct drainage rate (24.8% vs 31.8% RR =.64, 95% CI:.44-.91, P =.01). Intraoperative complexes showed no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups (1.16% vs 9.24%; RR.17; 95%CI.03-1.02), but the incidence of intraoperative bleeding is lower in the ICG group. Conclusion: ICG fluorescence imaging-assisted cholecystectomy was associated with a range of benefits, including a lower incidence of postoperative complications, decreased rates of bile leakage, reduced bile duct drainage, fewer intraoperative complications, and reduced intraoperative bleeding. Point clouds are highly regarded in the field of 3D object detection for their superior geometric properties and versatility. However, object occlusion and defects in scanning equipment frequently result in sparse and missing data within point clouds, adversely affecting the final prediction. Recognizing the synergistic potential between the rich semantic information present in images and the geometric data in point clouds for scene representation, we introduce a two-stage fusion framework (TSFF) for 3D object detection. To address the issue of corrupted geometric information in point clouds caused by object occlusion, we augment point features with image features, thereby enhancing the reference factor of the point cloud during the voting bias phase. Furthermore, we implement a constrained fusion module to selectively sample voting points using a 2D bounding box, integrating valuable image features while reducing the impact of background points in sparse scenes. Our methodology was evaluated on the SUNRGB-D dataset, where it achieved a 3.6 mean average percent (mAP) improvement in the mAP@0.25 evaluation criterion over the baseline. Container technology has gained a widespread application in cloud computing environments due to its low resource overhead and high flexibility. However, as the number of containers grows, it becomes increasingly challenging to achieve the rapid and coordinated optimization of multiple objectives for container scheduling, while maintaining system stability and security. This paper aims to overcome these challenges and provides the optimal allocation for a large number of containers. First, a large-scale multi-objective container scheduling optimization model is constructed, which involves the task completion time, resource cost, and load balancing. Second, a novel optimization algorithm called LSMOF-AD (large-scale multi-objective optimization framework with muti-stage and adaptive differential strategies) is proposed to effectively handle large-scale container scheduling problems. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a better performance in multiple benchmark problems compared to other advanced algorithms and can effectively reduce the task processing delay, while achieving a high resource utilization and load balancing compared to other scheduling strategies. Three-dimensional reconstruction from point clouds is an important research topic in computer vision and computer graphics. However, the discrete nature, sparsity, and noise of the original point cloud contribute to the results of 3D surface generation based on global features often appearing jagged and lacking details, making it difficult to describe shape details accurately. We address the challenge of generating smooth and detailed 3D surfaces from point clouds. We propose an adaptive octree partitioning method to divide the global shape into local regions of different scales. An iterative loop method based on GRU is then used to extract features from local voxels and learn local smoothness and global shape priors. Finally, a moving least-squares approach is employed to generate the 3D surface. Experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms existing methods on benchmark datasets (ShapeNet dataset, ABC dataset, and Famous dataset). Adversity, particularly in early life, can cause illness. Clues to the responsible mechanisms may lie with the discovery of molecular signatures of stress, some of which include alterations to an individual's somatic genome. Here, using genome sequences from 11,670 women, we observed a highly significant association between a stress-related disease, major depression, and the amount of mtDNA (p = 9.00 × 10(-42), odds ratio 1.33 [95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.29-1.37]) and telomere length (p = 2.84 × 10(-14), odds ratio 0.85 [95% CI = 0.81-0.89]). While both telomere length and mtDNA amount were associated with adverse life events, conditional regression analyses showed the molecular changes were contingent on the depressed state. We tested this hypothesis with experiments in mice, demonstrating that stress causes both molecular changes, which are partly reversible and can be elicited by the administration of corticosterone. Together, these results demonstrate that changes in the amount of mtDNA and telomere length are consequences of stress and entering a depressed state. These findings identify increased amounts of mtDNA as a molecular marker of MD and have important implications for understanding how stress causes the disease.
