The current paper is an attempt to refresh the concept of coaching in the minds of scholars to help them address major issues affecting performance, psychological well-being, and behaviors of employees due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The paper serves as an effort to help organizational researchers recall the concept of coaching and its benefits for people and their organizations during the current times. The work also aspires to encourage researchers to consider investigating coaching to provide objective results for policy and implications. The article provides information on the idea of coaching and the various explanations given by management and organizational practitioners. The paper also provides information on the purpose of coaching and why organizations need to understand the concept of coaching and the different types that are available both within and outside of the organizations. Important to state that the paper also discusses the benefits of coaching, which spotlights the need for coaching to be utilized by organizations. Lastly, the paper discusses how coaching can be particularly important in crises like COVID-19 Pandemic followed to guide and recommend organizations to make the use of it to overcome employee, organization, and performance-related issues.

Evolving internet technology has brought about changes in consumer lifestyle and increased online shopping. Grounded in the theory of technology readiness (TR), this study aims to examine the effect of factors such as optimism, innovativeness, insecurity, and discomfort that may motivate consumers&rsquo, adoption intentions towards online food delivery ordering (OFDO) services. Additionally, this study intends to investigate the moderating role of situational influences (COVID-19) in affecting such an online behavior. By using survey methods, a total of 439 usable responses were gathered through an online survey. Data were analyzed by using Partial least square (PLS) and multigroup analysis (MGA) techniques. The results revealed that optimism and innovativeness have positive influences on adoption intentions while insecurity and discomfort have negative influences on adoption intentions in the use of OFDO services. The results also supported the moderating role of situational influences such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the PLS-MGA results indicate that the effects of optimism and innovativeness are stronger in demographic variables, i.e., young, male, high income, high education, etc. On the contrary, the effects of insecurity and discomfort are stronger for the opposite, i.e., elder, female, low income, low education, etc. Finally, this paper depicts remarkable insights for researchers, practitioners, service providers, and marketers.

The objective of the current study is to empirically investigate the link between entrepreneurial attributes, strategic capabilities, and environmental nexus in Malaysian manufacturing firms. In doing so, the present study is motivated to recognize the role of entrepreneurial innovation, entrepreneurial orientation and environmental strategies in influencing firm’s energy efficiency potential and environmental performance. To the best of our knowledge, the current study is first of its kind in investigating the effect of the considered explanatory variables on energy efficiency. Moreover, in line with the rising emphasis on environmental impact of firms, the current study is novel for identifying the relationship of firm’s internal expertise and capabilities in leading environmental performance. The data is collected from different multinational firms in Malaysia. We applied PLS-SEM on the 300 samples which suggested that environmental strategy, entrepreneurial innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significantly influenced environmental performance and energy efficiency. The purpose of the study is to examine the role of entrepreneur education in the relation-ship between entrepreneur career and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The study serves as substantiation for the previous entrepreneurial career studies and promotes better understanding of factors prompting the antecedents to entrepreneurial behavior. There is a need for more empirical research in this aspect because reviewed literature highlighted a number of problems associated with entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial career in many nations’ world over and particular the developing countries. The study used survey-based method and SEM-PLS is employed to achieve the research objectives of the study. The data is collected from the manufacturing firms in Pakistan.The empirical evidence on the asso-ciation between entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial career with moderating effect of SEN will strengthened previously established models such as the entrepreneurial in-tention model, which is modification in the theory of planned behavior and entrepreneurial event theory, both of which are linked to the theory of reasoned action. It is assumed that human actions are reasoned, controlled and planned. Thus, action is possible for the consequences of the reflected behavior. The find-ings are in line with the proposed hypothesized results.The study could offer valuable insights into the stage of entrepreneurial education for a range of stakeholders in Pakistan at particular and the world at large. Perhaps it is among the earliest studies of this kind in Pakistan that examined the effects of entre-preneurial education on students’ attitude toward entrepreneurial career. The outcomes from this study would be of beneficial for variety of interested parties including academicians, policymakers, learning institutions, supervisory bodies and the public in general.

The current study aims to investigate the impact of energy efficiency, green intellectual capital and environmental management accounting system on environmental performance and competitive advance in Indonesia manufacturing industry. In doing so, we utilized the sophisticated methodology of PLS-SEM to identify the potential association among the variables of interest. Even after the growing consciousness for environmental management, there exist some companies that consider the acceptance of environmental trend as an obstacle to their growth and performance. The results confirm that all selected variables have a positive and significant impact on environmental performance and competitive advantage in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Moreover, the outcomes of the PLS-SEM confirm that environmental performance and competitive advantage have positively and expressively impacted by green intellectual, energy efficiency and environmental accounting system. Theaimof this study is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship education (EE) through attitude toward behaviour (ATB), subjective norm (SN) and perceived behavioural control (PBC) on Entrepreneurial intention (EI) among University students in Nigeria. The study unit of analysis comprises of students from the three public universities in Kano State, Nigeria, namely, Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano (YUMSUK), Bayero University Kano (BUK), and Kano University of Science and Technology (KUST) Wudilthat participated in entrepreneurship education programme (EEP) in 2017/2018 academic session. A questionnaire was used to collect data from the 345 target respondents while correlation and regression analysis was used as the data analysis method to test the study hypotheses. The findings revealed that attitude toward behaviour (ATB) and subjective norm (SN) hasa significant effect on EI while perceived behavioural control (PBC) has no significant effect on EI. The study suggests that university management should capitalize on EEP as a vehicle to improve student’s attitudes towards EI. The study contributes to the literature by investigating the effect of EE on EI among University students in Nigeria. The study is one of the few studies that was conducted in Northern Nigeria, particularly in the three public universities in Kano State. Thus, the findings of this study act as a strategic tool for university management to design their institutional policies in a way that captures an early phase of offering EEP to create knowledge of entrepreneurship for students in orderto sharpen their attitude toward behaviour and subjective norm toward EI.

A simple communication or control failure can lead to life-threatening accidents. The autonomous control system must be able to take the right action within a limited time to abstain from any mishap. This paper aims to propose a more secure and reliable solution during edge conditions where the driver’s role becomes a necessity. Teleoperation or remote operation could be implemented where remote operators sitting miles away at control centers take control and monitor multiple cars simultaneously. Control centers built at premium locations must be equipped with control units similar to the control unit in the car. These centers must be equipped with basic car hardware, such as steering wheel, accelerator and brake pedals, and additional LED screens for monitoring purposes. It brings to life a virtual “man-in-the-loop” concept with real drivers who are trained to assist the systems, taking control via direct teleoperation and manually driving the cars. AV components such as GPS systems, cameras and sensors including radars, LiDAR and ultrasonic sensors provide basic input required for the car to operate. This input will be transmitted to these centers using networks, and the operator will then take control. Even though teleoperation shifts the concept of autonomy back to humans, it helps in the development of automated systems as their algorithms get smarter on how to deal with edge conditions by learning from the user-directed manipulation.

Entrepreneurship is essential in contributing to economic growth, job creation, technological advances, etc. in all countries, including Kazakhstan. Hence, the purpose of this study was to find out how to further facilitate the development of (foreign) entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. In doing so, the authors attempted to identify factors influencing entrepreneurial intention (EI), specifically among the foreigners in Kazakhstan, and highlight the role of government support (GS) in general and under COVID-19. The study conceptualized the extended “TPB + Moderator (GS)” model. The hypotheses were tested on a sample of 362 new and established foreign entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan by means of descriptive analysis, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The study found that the foreigners’ personal attitude (PA) toward entrepreneurship was the strongest factor motivating their EI, followed by their perceived behavioral control (PBC) as the second strongest factor. The role of GS strengthened each effect of PA and PBC on EI. The moderating effect of GS and PA is greater than that of GS and PBC, each of the moderating effects is lower in magnitude than each of the direct effects. Their subject norms (SNs) and the moderating effect of GS and SNs are both insignificant.

This paper is describing the complete system that can be designed to avoid the problem of emergency situation by providing a mechanism for first aid to reach an accident location using a mobile app and its integration with a drone.

During 2000, a new disciple of marketing came into picture called Green Marketing, which enhanced the marketing Perspective and provided substantially improved marketing approach. Many researches have been conducted on Green Marketing where it is proved to be a safe, eco-friendly and non- harmful for the atmosphere. Hence productive for Business and environment. The main aim of the research is to identify the factors that are related to buying intention of green eco-friendly products among UAE people. Hence the primary research is conducted based on a simple random sampling technique briefly to identify the research objectives. The Chi-square test is used for analysis and Interpretation of the data. The research study clearly demonstrates and indicates the consumer behavior towards the eco-friendly green products, various factors that influence the buying behavior of consumers and the awkwardness faced by the residents of UAE while consuming Eco-friendly green products.

this paper gives a complete description for the designing, and the development of a system which will be responsible and useful for proposing various ideas at University level. The main target for designing such a system is supposed to be the interactivity between the higher officials and the common people to propose ideas. A transparent system between that decision-makers and the stakeholder for the University can be managed with the help of such a system. The proposals can be submitted with the help of the system, online and can be put to vote by other stakeholders. The decision can be made with the help of positive vote for the idea proposed. Mubadarah (meaning "Idea" in Arabic) can be collected from various stakeholders of the system and can reach the decision-makers of the University. The system can be helpful enough for various other purposes.

Purpose: The aim of this paper is to enrich our scholarly understanding on the topic of organizational performance. The paper talks about entrepreneurial training and suggests that it can have a significant impact on boosting organizational performance and an organization needs to act concerning to enriching its critical values to ensure they do their best for the business. Design/Methodology/Approach: This is a conceptual paper, which elaborates on the role and relationship between entrepreneurial training and organizational performance. The paper sheds light on how businesses can further their prosperity, performance and productivity through entrepreneurial training whilst reviewing prominent literature in the area. Findings: The results of the paper are providing a conclusive understanding to the fact that scholars have reported significant impact of entrepreneurial training on organizational performance. The paper has found that empirical evidence is in line with the prepositions this gives confidence in asserting that all business sectors can responsively work on boosting their organizational performance through entrepreneurial training. Originality/Value: The paper is based on the review of literature on the topics of interest pertaining to the undertaken variables.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of compensation, training and development and manager support on commitment level of hotel employees and the moderating role of co-worker support in the service context. The study used a cross-sectional and quantitative mail survey approach. Hotel employees in Malaysia were surveyed, and Partial Least Squares Method, Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) algorithm and bootstrap techniques were used to measure the relationships between compensation, training and development, manager support and employee commitment and the moderating role of co-worker support on the relationships between compensation, training and development, manager support and employee commitment. The results confirm that co-worker support moderates the relationships between compensation, training and development, manager support and employee commitment level. The findings provide new theoretical knowledge about the moderating effect of the co-worker support and significantly enhance knowledge about employee commitment and loyalty. The research provides notable insights into the role of social and structural bonding in hotel employees’ commitment and loyalty in the service, as well as provides an important implication for segmentation. These results can be used by hospitality managers to gain competitive advantage over its rivals. The study contributes to research on employees’ commitment and loyalty. Introducing the role of co-worker support as a moderator within the context of a hotel industry is new in the services marketing literature.

The present study is motivated to investigate the importance of ecological innovations and knowledge management in influencing environmental performance. The focus of the present study lies in identifying the contribution of environmental management accounting in driving the firm’s knowledge transfer, green innovation, and environmental performance in Indonesian small and medium enterprises sector. The current collected the data from 223 respondents from different SMEs of Indonesia. The results of PLS-SEM confirm that all variables have a positive and significant impact on the environmental performance of Indonesia SMEs. Moreover, the outcomes of the PLS-SEM confirm that knowledge transfer, green innovation, and environmental performance have significantly and positively impacted by environmental management accounting system. The outcomes of partial least square structural equation modelling also indicate that knowledge transfer and green innovation have also positively and significantly impact on the environmental performance. The results further recommended that the firms can improve their environmental performance by implementing good environmental management accounting system. In the present paper, AHP-based Taguchi approach is used to choose the perfect combination of welding process variables for the gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) process of two different metals, MS (AISI 1040) and SS (AISI304). Initially, the Taguchi method is used to discover an optimum mix of process parameters. Since the Taguchi method could not address the multi-objective optimization problem, therefore the MODM method (AHP) is used to find the best combination of input process parameters based on the set criteria. Process variables considered for the study are travel speed of the weld, current, gas flow rate, and weld angle. During this study, methodology of this approach is explained in detail. This AHP-based Taguchi method helps to select the best combination of process parameters from among many different combinations of the process parameters.

On 14th March 2019, Mr. Eric arrived in the Principal, Mr. Xi's, office complaining about the discriminatory actions against him and other new non-native teachers in the South Korean Model School (SKMS). Mr. Eric had the complaints that the native teachers were given less academic burden than that of newly appointed non-natives. Whereas, the old and native teachers were given limited number of activities and were enjoying their leisure time properly. Mr. Xi called Miss Mao, academic coordinator responsible for assigning course work and assignment of duties to the teachers. Mr. Xi inquired about the discrepancy in the assigned tasks.

The present study attempted to examine the role of work discretion and job clarity towards business performance followed by the moderation of employee engagement. Affected by business performance issues, three major banks in Pakistan were sampled for the present study. a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed amongst the employees of these banks in the metropolitan city of Karachi through using convenience sampling. Results from the structural equation modeling using Smart PLS 2.0 concluded significant positive relationship between work discretion and business performance. In parallel, the study also reported similar resulted pertaining to job clarity and business performance relationship. Notably, the study found significant moderation of employee engagement on the relationship between job clarity and business performance hence, partially supporting out moderation hypotheses. The present study forwards credible theoretical and practical implications.

The aim of the proposed work is to use an artificial neural network(ANN) to predict the best weld made of two dissimilar metals i.e. MS (AISI 1040) and SS (AISI3014) fabricated by Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding. The process parameters used are weld travel speed, current, gas flow rate, and inclination. Experiments are designed and conducted as per the Taguchi method. Further MOORA method is used to find the best combination of input process parameters. The results of experiments are used to model the process using for artificial neural network. The performance ANN models is compared with experimental results and found the good correlation between the experimental results and the results provided by ANN.

The present study investigated the role of core components of entrepreneurial orientation and its impact on business performance. The study examined how innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking propensity can influence business performance in an emerging economy like Pakistan. Accordingly, the study also tested how organizational culture could moderate these relationships. Employees from a large national level organization from Karachi, Pakistan were sampled for the study. 300 questionnaires in total were distributed across the company out of which, 193 were received back. 31 questionnaires were discarded and 162 were taken for final analysis. Structural equation modeling results through using Smart PLS 2.0 revealed a positive relationship of all the three factors with business performance. More importantly, the study also found strong moderation of organizational culture on the hypothesized relationships. Findings, recommendations and contributions of the study are discussed in detail.

Although clavicle fractures are common, fracture dislocations of the medial end are rare. We report on a case of a 17-year-old patient who presented with a fracture of the medial clavicle with an associated anterior dislocation of the sternoclavicular joint. The patient underwent successful surgical management resulting in fracture union, restoration of shoulder stability and full functional range of motion at latest follow-up.

Objective To determine the diagnostic accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in injuries related to anterior cruciate ligament and menisci and compare its effectiveness with that of arthroscopy. Methods This retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted in the department of Radiology & Medical Imaging of Dallah Hospital, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from September 2012 to March 2014. Fifty four patients (including 30 men and 24 women) with internal derangement of knee referred from the orthopedic consulting clinics underwent MR imaging followed by arthroscopic evaluation. The presence of meniscal and ligamentous abnormality on the imaging was documented by two trained radiologist. Findings were later compared with arthroscopic findings. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MR imaging for menisci and ACL injury were calculated: 100% sensitivity, 88.4% specificity, 90% positive predictive value, 100% negative predictive value, and 94.4% accuracy were noted for medial meniscal injury. Similarly, MR had sensitivity of 85.7%, specificity of 95%, positive predictive value of 85.7%, negative predictive value of 95%, and accuracy of 92.5% for lateral meniscal injuries. Likewise, anterior cruciate ligament had 91.6% sensitivity, 95.2% specificity, 84.6% positive predictive value, 97.5% negative predictive value, and 94.4% accuracy. Conclusion MRI is extremely helpful in identifying meniscal and anterior cruciate ligaments tears. MR imaging has high negative predictive value making it better choice as screening tool compared to diagnostic arthroscopic evaluation in most patients with soft tissue trauma to knee.

Objective: A retrospective analysis was carried out on the loss of position after initial manipulation of distal radius fractures in elderly patients. Materials and Methods: Forty patients, all above 60 years, were included in the study. Three measurements were taken on the X-rays of the injured wrist at three different occasions. Radial length and radial inclination were measured on the anteroposterior, and volar tilt was measured on the lateral X-ray. X-rays were measured at the time of injury, soon after manipulation and at first follow-up at about a week. The criteria used to label loss of position were loss of 10° in volar tilt, loss of 5° in radial inclination, and loss of 2 mm in radial length. Results: The total number of patients who lost position after manipulation was 17 (42.5%). All the three measurements were lost in 4 (10%) patients, volar tilt was lost in 17 (42.5%) cases, radial length was lost in 15 (37.5%) cases, and radial inclination was lost in 7 (17.5%) cases. Patients who were given a complete cast within 24 h lost position in seven (23.3%) cases. The ten patients whose cast was completed later than 24 h but within a week had all lost their positions. Conclusion: We concluded that elderly patients should be manipulated and not left alone as most of the time adequate reduction can be achieved. The reason for the loss of reduction is more likely related to the use of dorsal slab, and therefore, complete cast or Charnley method of radial slab should always be used.

The World Health Organization also advocates the important role of alternative and traditional medicines in preventive, promotive and curative health, especially in developing countries and encourages member states to support traditional medicines to and plan for, formulation of policies with appropriate regulations (WHO, 2001).
